No cups in. Staff not very friendly seemed like I should not been there felt uncomfortable

Terrible breakfast

It was cheap and we booked it last minute.the beds were very comfortable and the rooms was nice and cool and the ac worked.

The hallways and foyer smell very Strong of perfume deodorants. If anyone was allergic or sensitive to synthetic chemicals it could be an issue. The rooms however did not smell of the perfume. The breakfast was very minimal, there was no juice, and most of the food was gone when I went down there at 8:30. There was a few potato wedges (I think) some cereal and coffee.

Our room was very spacious and the bed comfortable! Good morning breakfast too!

Our room was above the outdoor smoking area. There were people out there very late. A bit noisy.

No elevator

I like how the space feels homey and comfortable as well as clean. The included breakfast also had 2 hot proteins, which is a huge bonus.

I don't like how the shower was a stand up shower. I felt somewhat restricted in my movement especially being 7 months pregnant.

Room 123, the toilet is wobbly, not quite anchored to the floor. No leaks or anything, just a little disconcerting everything we needed

The woman at the front desk at check out in the morning was very nice and friendly

The man at check in was extremely rude and just genuinely seemed disinterested in being there. There was what seemed like black mold all over the bathroom.

The breakfast was simple but good and there was plenty of it. The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit.

I don’t have any real complaints

Breakfast was ok 1 day out of two. First day few dried up leftovers with still 1 hour left to serve. Coffee pot was empty and wasn’t refilled while we were there. Second day breakfast served from 6-9 and we arrived at 6 and breakfast was good.

It was fairly clean, but the cleaning was sub-par. When I checked into my room, it was nice enough, but the bathroom needed new caulking as mold was growing, there was no soap, and the microwave still had the previous occupants lasagna in it. I did get given a new room, one with some soap in the dispenser and no food in the microwave, but the shower had even more mold. The room was far to expensive for the conditions.

Property is in need of repair

They never got the room ready all day. We came in after dinner and was given another room with out a kitchen. Checking out in the morning was difficult. I had to go to the managers room and pound on the door to wake him up so we could check e.

The staff was very friendly.

Room was very hot as air conditioning had not be on and I got in last so it took a while to cool the room off.

I stayed at this property woke up with bites on my back and according to the doctor, their bedbug bites. I spoke to the staff. They said the manager would contact me. I have not heard from the manager the staff there was very helpful, but the place needs a full clean.

When I checked in there was urine on the toilet seat and a face mask left behind by the cleaners

We chose this place over the Ramada because it was cheaper. Nothing wrong with this place, other than the small coming from one of the kitchenette rooms down by the guests laundry service.

A little dated and nothing fancy but overall good. Room was clean, A/C worked good, bed was comfy and breakfast is a nice touch. I would stay here again

Room was clean and comfortable. TV selection should reflect Saskatchewan viewers which will be the vast majority of guests. Not able to access any Canadian sport channels or news channels.

The TV in our room would not work / we had to call staff each time we wanted to watch TV.

Shower tiles had pink bacteria in grooves. Fan did not work , and they obviously don’t use a bleach product on the walls. Breakfast was cold , but the front desk guy was also The breakfast person and he helped with the room Cleaning.

It was booked full, no elevator but only two floors. Great to have a kitchenette.

This is your typical “work crew” hotel. Muddy stairway. Well used rooms. Things are wore out. Bathrooms need a deep clean.

Overall a great room at a great price. Definitely would have preferred a more thorough cleaning prior to check in though.

Sliding Door at the front didnt slide you had to push it open sidewalks were icy, the snow removal outside was not done well. There is a Continental Breakfast, the cook did not cook the scrambled eggs very well, the sausages were barely cooked.

It was a comfortable stay. Property needs a bit of maintenance.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. We stayed two weekends in a row, and both times when we’d return to our room nothing was cleaned. Front desk service is terrible. There was no warm water to shower. Do NOT stay here!!!

Pros...very quiet room, dark and stayed cool as we like it. Bed was comfortable. Cons...fixtures like towel racks etc starting to rust, countertops etc really showing wear. Needs updating. Tuesday's breakfast very bad and sparse. Wednesday's much better. Overall it would be nice if more variety like bagels and muffins and yogurts and fruit beside apples. And juice not just milk. Front staff were wonderful and helpful.

Smoke detector missing in room (wires hanging from ceiling) and they left back door propped open safety and rodent hazard). Best bacon at breakfast we have had! Overall the room was clean but…. Good outdoor BBQ area.

No elevator to the 2nd floor. The water in the shower was lukewarm!!

Hotel was ick. Poor condition. Sink was all brown. Toilet seat chipped and would run. Bathroom door would not close. Overall uncomfortable stay due to condition of room/bathroom. Only nice thing was the carpet. Breakfast was minimal.

Room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. Easy parking. Expedia did not pass our online order to the hotel, but the staff at the hotel was very helpful. He sorted it out and arranged another room for us. Thanks!

the check in was flawless the staff very friendly the breakfast was the best I,ve ever had. Lots to choose from and all tasted good . By far best place to stay in Carlyle Sask. Price was perfect. Room super clean and everything worked good .

It was good a few things, we had to ask for more coffee at breakfast and curtains were dirty.

I got the room for a friend of mine riding her bicycle across Canada.

Cons: 1. This is a two story motel, but doesn't have an elevator. That is fine for young strong oil patch men to carry their suitcases up and down the stairs, but for people with knee and/or hip replacements, that isn't convenient. 2. The fridge was noisy, in fact louder than the air conditioning. This isn't terrible, but we heard the fridge running and rattling all the time. Pros: 1. Ample Parking 2. Full sized fridge. 3. The water from the showerhead felt good. 4. The window could open to get fresh or natural air inside. 5. The man at the check-in and check-out desk, was friendly. 6. The table lights on the night stands beside the bed had and electrical ports so that I could plug in my laptop or power bar that has USB plug in ports. Saving the best for the last... 7. The absolute most comfortable deep pillow top new mattress that I have ever slept on in my life. In the morning I pulled back the bedding to take pictures of the mattress so that I can go into a mattress store as I want to buy this mattress for my own bed at home. I couldn't find a brand name on the mattress.

Comfortable enough stay, and staff was excellent. Morning breakfast was great with real eggs, sausage and hash browns.

The property looked closed down when we arrived. The sign is broken, weeds everywhere and hot water tanks out front. Staff were friendly. Yet when I went down to the front desk at 9:30pm a sign said the desk was closed for the night. Free breakfast was limited but good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. We did book a second night.

It was clean and a quiet atmosphere. Beds were fairly comfortable too! Friendly staff.
