1. Air condition didn’t work properly at all! Didn’t cool the air. We asked to fix it. Instead they brought us portable device that is not helpful by since includes a pipe w hot air requiring the doer to be opened so flies insects and noise come in 2. Hammam was out of service all days 3. Pool is very small and people don’t use it to stay in it 4. Gym spa treatments are on another site which isn’t logic for a hotel named “hotel and spa”…

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The building was up-to-date. Beautiful finishings, decor, and in good repair.
There was no pool vibe. There were never more than a few people there except on party nights when it is so crowded that there is little room to dance. The music is loud enough that every room is subject to it into the wee hours. We were not allowed to bring 3 guests in, either to the common areas or to our room. The couple was fine but the single was disallowed, which was very disappointing and rude. Housekeeping was inconsistent and our open shower would leak all over the floor, so we always had a pile of soaked towels in the bathroom. Otherwise, our room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was 25euro but very good and the servers were very pleasant.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The hotel is nice, rooms are quite big and enough for a couple. Nice balcony although looking on the street. Breakfast we didn't have. Rooft top jacuzzi is very nice, although should opearate till 4AM as advises by the staff, still, the bubbles stop at 11pm and the water are not too hot at night, but overall very nice. Upper bar doesn't work at night. Roof top party was great! Hamam wasn't working :( The staff doesn't really give information about the village, nor information about the Sauna/Hamam close by, althoug they publish it on the website if I'm not mistaken. They didn't know to say if it is free for the hotel guests or not. All in all nice hotel.
Hamam which wasn't working and not alternative. Staff which didn't give too much information about the hotel nor the village, as well as some of them, their English was quite broken...
