Reviewed Sep 10, 2026I have stayed here before and it suits me very well. I had a self catering apartment with lovely views and it was quiet at night. There was a separate bedroom. There is no housekeeping, making for a more relaxed stay. There is a requirement to clean the apartment before leaving and that was fine. Complimentary use of the pool and leisure facilities.
The pool could be open later, apart from that, nothing.

Por decir algo..por qué todo estaba genial ...lo que menos era la máquina de café que las diferentes opciones de café ..siempre salía el mismo café ..no diferencia de un capuchino a un café americano..tal vez estaba sin ingredientes.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La résidence est bien située a l'entrée du village. Le studio est confortable et bien équipé. Grande terrasse. Clim efficace. On a eu un souci d'électricité, le dépanneur est arrivé rapidement et l'hôtesse nous a proposé un relogement.
Pour ce prix ( 310€/nuit) on pourrait s'attendre a des details un peu plus qualitatifs : la machine a café en bas est basique, les horaires des saunas et hammams sont vraiment limités ( 15-20h), il n'y a pas de plateau de courtoisie, toilettes dans la sdb... on nous a expliqué que c'est le côté résidence et pas hôtel mais cela existe dans des résidences studio. Il y a une grande salle de fitness ou il n'y a jamais personne... une salle de petit dej ou un petit bar seraient plus utiles.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We got a nice couples massage without clothes and then enjoyed the jacuzzi with a nice cup of tea. A very luxurious feeling looking over the plains where horses roamed free. The swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and terrace areas also very nice.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026La struttura è leggermente fuori (qualche minuto a piedi) rispetto alla movida del villaggio (il che non è necessariamente uno svantaggio. La spa è semplice ma funzionale. La camera davvero molto spaziosa.
Forse il rapporto qualità / prezzo non è il top ma è comunque allineato al resto del villaggio naturista. Anzi, abbiamo visto posti molto meno belli a prezzi folli.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026It was quiet and a little way from the noisy night clubs so perfect for us. Staff were friendly, the pool clean and quiet.
The sauna and steam room were never open when I visited on two occasions early afternoon. Our AC stopped working on the second day. That was mildly inconvenient but we were not in the room too much. We couldn’t use the toaster as it tripped the electricity. Again mildly inconvenient but not really a problem. Leaving fruit on the side was a problem though as it attracted ants - I would make sure you never left edible things outside the fridge. I would book again, beds was comfortable and shower worked. A little pricy for the accommodation but we were late booking so it was fine.

1. Cuando sales hay que dejar la vajilla lavada, la ropa de cama y toallas quitadas y metidas en una bolsa, etc…si pago 3.200€ por una semana de alojamiento mínimo deberán hacerlo las chicas de la limpieza 2. La puerta del baño de nuestra habitación (107) era corredera y no cerraba bien. Sé perfectamente intimidad lo cual es desagradable.

Stripping the bed and bagging the rubbish - with the threat of losing deposit if we didn't. Not really what is expected for a four star hotel.

La proximité avec l’hôtel juste en face qui organise des journées et soirées avec DJ très bruyantes. Donc pas de repos possible la journée. Pas de moment calme avant minuit. Mais nous étions là une seule journée c’était peut pas de chance, cependant leur agenda des fêtes nous a semblé bien plein pendant toute la saison.

I had reserved a garage space which I paid for on site. Very soon afterwards (literally 10 mins) I had reason to change my mind as I realised I wouldn't need it after all. I asked for a refund. I hadn't even been over to see the the garage yet. Refund was categorically refused. We're talking 80 Euros here. As far as I'm concerned that's too harsh and is verging on theft, but it shows the kind of place this is.

No room in kitchen area to put food. Inflexible check-in time. Expensive.

Room right next to adjacent hotel that had incredibly noisy outdoor music on Saturday night until 12:50 a.m. No advance warning of this activity from Natureva Spa, either on the website or upon arrival. No excuse for this: we have stayed here for the past 11 years and this event has not previously happened. Also, we made this reservation several months ago, so we should not have been allocated a room that clearly isn’t fit for purpose. No reimbursement offered.

Man weiss vorher nie welches Zimmer man dann am Ende bekommt. Dieses Mal hatten wir Glück. Letztes Mal war das Zimmer ziemlich abgenutzt. Wäre toll man könnte das Zimmer genau wählen.

J'avais la chambre 212 couloir d'en face la 209. un chien s'est mis à aboyer quasiment toute la nuit l'horreur. Quel dommage car la résidence est vraiment sympathique il devrait interdire les animaux .

The hotel is located in the quieter corner of the resort still perfectly close to all the stuff you came to cap d agde for. Amazing experience in all regards and the hotel really exceeded my expectations.

The only issue was that we forgot to take out the trash, and the makeup-stained towels could easily have been cleaned. These are minor, easily remedied matters that do not reasonably justify withholding such a significant amount from the deposit. I could equally have complained about the cleanliness. The sauna was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the quality of the pool water was questionable.
