The bathroom was quite small, and it was sometimes difficult to close the doors comfortably. The room also had very little natural light, as there was only one window with a wall directly in front of it.

Une erreur de l’hôtel a fait que ma carte de crédit a été utilisée 5 fois, alors qu’une seule opération était prévue. Résultat : des frais supplémentaires sur mon compte que je n’aurais jamais dû avoir à payer. J’ai signalé la situation immédiatement, mais le plus choquant est que l’hôtel refuse de reconnaître son erreur et n’assume aucune responsabilité. Ce n’est pas une façon professionnelle de traiter ses clients. Soyez très prudents et surveillez attentivement votre carte si vous séjournez dans cet établissement. Pour ma part, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai jamais.

Il est idéalement situé proche du centre historique, des restaurants, et des bus desservant la gare et l'aéroport. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et met tout en oeuvre pour répondre aux besoins (impression de la carte d'embarquement) : Une mention particulière à Jésus pour son français parfait .
Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en ajoutant d'autres variétés de fruits

They provided information about the city and were very helpful recommending restaurants etc. In particular we spoke to Alvaro a few times and he was always very friendly. There was also, another gentleman who checked us in and a lady who were also very friendly. The room was a little small, however the location was very central to the centre of Malaga. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends/family!
The room and washroom was a little small, however we made it work because we really didn't spend too much time in room other than to sleep. The staff of Carlos Malaga and location made it a great experience for us!

We dropped our baggages at 12 and we had been told to come back at 14.30 to check in. After the check in we had to wait at the reception from 14.30 to 15.45 until the room was ready. The staff was disinterested.

O quarto tinha todas as comodidades que precisávamos, principalmente ar condicionado (foi muito util porque em pleno agosto estava muito calor). Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis. O hotel permite deixar as malas antes do check in e depois do check out que foi muito útil.
Acho que o pequeno-almoço deveria melhorar pelo que nao valeu muito termos selecionado essa opção

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Отель в самом центре города, все основные достопримечательности рядом. В 5 минутах несколько продуктовых магазинов, до пляжа и более крупных магазинов 15-20 минут пешком. Персонал ресепшена очень отзывчивый (готовы дать рекомендации о городе, вызвали такси, предоставили чайник). Номер компактный, но есть несколько стульев, стол, холодильник. В ванной хороший напор горячей воды. Уборка хорошая. Интернет работал отлично. Окно выходило на достаточно тихую улицу.
На мой взгляд, цена слишком высокая за 2-х звёздочный отель, но выбора особо не было. Негде было сушить мокрые вещи с пляжа, если бы в ванной была верёвка, было бы идеально. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать и, к сожалению, нельзя отрегулировать мощность и направление потока воздуха, можно изменить только температуру. Чтобы не сдувало с кровати, ночью спали с открытым окном. Завтрак не брали (на месте 7,50 евро\чел.).

Il prezzo era un po' elevato per tre notti, soprattutto considerando l'albergo H10 Correggidor di Siviglia, Dove siamo state subito dopo per quattro notti, che era superiore di categoria e quattro notti ci sono costate come tre notti a Malaga. Non ci hanno omaggiato neppure una bottiglietta di acqua minerale. Mancavano gli asciugamani da bidet.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I punti di forza di questo hotel sono solo 2: la posizione ed il parcheggio privato. Si trova a soli 100 mt dalla cattedrale!!! È praticamente all'interno della zona pedonale per cui da un lato è meraviglioso lasciare la macchina nel garage della struttura ( comodissimo, proprio di fronte all"hotel) ed arrivare a piedi dovunque; ma dall'altro lato crea veramente disagio ed anche un po' di paura ( di essere arrestati 😅 o di ricevere una multa) arrivare lì con la macchina nella zona pedonale e doversi fare strada tra le migliaia di turisti rischiando di investirne qualcuno!!!Comunque la posizione è veramente eccezionale . Il portiere della reception era simpatico e gentile, anche il resto dello staff.
La camera era piccola ed il prezzo molto alto ( avevamo una camera budget, ma il prezzo non era budget per niente) .L'aria condizionata era pessima, sparava proprio in faccia a chi dorme e non si poteva regolare né la velocità del ventilatore e né la posizione delle alette, perché il telecomando era chiuso in una scatola di metallo, quindi l'alternativa era o tenerla accesa ed avere l'aria fredda addosso tutta la notte, oppure spegnerla e morire di caldo ad Agosto! La colazione era pessima, sia in qualità che in quantità ( per citare un esempio le uova sode erano acide e dure, perché probabilmente erano state conservate da chissà quanti giorni). Anche fare il check non è stato normale. Arrivare in hotel e soprattutto andar via in macchina è veramente disagevole. Insomma se non fosse per la posizione in centro, sarebbe un hotel molto scadente

La ubicación está perfecta, porque se tardan 15 minutos más o menos andando en llegar a la playa (muelle 1). La habitación era cómoda, con baño privado y lo necesario para estar bien. El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son buenas, hay aire acondicionado y nevera en la habitación, y el desayuno aceptable.
Por la noche, quizás por la ubicación (a un patio interior), en mi habitación se oía fuerte el ruido de un motor en el patio.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hotel situato in una posizione eccellente, nella zona pedonale di Málaga, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e dai luoghi di interesse della città. A pochissimi minuti a piedi si trova anche una stazione dei taxi, facilmente raggiungibile. La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. La camera dispone di un letto comodo e di un mini frigorifero. Il bagno è molto ampio, interamente in marmo e pulito. Possibilità di deposito gratuito delle valigie.
L’aria condizionata in camera era troppo rumorosa, al punto da non consentirne l’utilizzo durante la notte. Di conseguenza, la stanza risultava troppo calda e poco confortevole per dormire. Inoltre, l’apparecchio appariva ingiallito e datato e non sembrava funzionare al meglio.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026L’albergo è situato in una posizione ottima per vedere le attrazioni principali. Lo staff è cordiale e dà anche consigli da local per mangiare e girare la città in modo autentico. La camera è piccola ma confortevole, ha tutti i comfort richiesti.
Per il prezzo, forse l’albergo è leggermente al di sotto delle aspettative. Alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate, a partire dal servizio di pulizia (han portato via gli asciugamani senza darcene di nuovi e ci hanno rimosso una carta per aprire la porta senza avvisare)

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very central close to everthing. My flight was delayed and I emailed the hotel to let them know there communication was very good. The reception staff are also very friendly. The guy on reception (not sure of his name) he met me at the front door on arrival and was also very helpful with things to do places to see etc. The rooms are very clean housekeeping came everyday. It was also very quiet considering you are central to everthing. Would deftinley stay here again.
Juat maybe to have tea/coffee facilities in the room

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Ubicación. Se encuentra en el centro, pero en una zona muy tranquila. Muy linda la caminata de quince minutos para llegar a la playa.
Muy mala atención y servicio en el desayuno . El cuarto con cama doble solicitado era tan malo y oscuro que preferí alojarme en un cuarto con camas separadas. Muy caro por el servicio y comodidad que brindan.

Ik vond het ontbijt een beetje tegenvallen, je kunt ook beter het ontbijt niet bijboeken en pas betalen als je daadwerkelijk hebt ontbeten bij het hotel, want dat is goedkoper!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Struttura molto comoda in centro vicino alla cattedrale, pulitissimo mobili un po' datati,se torno a Malaga ci torno volentieri,io vado in camera x doccia e dormire..quindi essendo pulito va bene cosi anche materasso comodo e cuscini
Mobili troppo datati magari cambiare il comodino già farebbe un altro occhio Xò pulitissimo

O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade, croissants e pães maiores, opções mais saudáveis, como sumos naturais, maior seleção de fruta.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026A reggeli mindn reggel ugyan az, de tökéletesen megfelelő. A szoba kicsi, de így klíma rövid idő alatt visszahűti. A személyzet mindegyike barátságos és maximálisan segítőkész a recepción és az étkezőben is. Mind en nap kora délután takarítás.
Sajnos az ablakom egy légudvarra nyílt, de nem is volt a hirdetésben utcára néző kilátás, sem erkély. Tehát ezt nem kívánom negatívumként megjegyezni.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, justo en el centro y muy accesible a todos los puntos de interés turístico y paradas de buses para ir a playas o zonas mas alejadas del centro. La limpieza de la habitación y de las zonas comunes del hotel fue impecable. Sin duda alguna repetiré
