De locatie was perfect, nabij veel interessante gebouwen en de kust. De kamers waren ok en het personeel was hulpvaardig.

Het lawaai van de straat en de bar bovenop het hotel. Het ontbijt was geen buffet, de bediening was traag, je kon pas vanaf 07.30 u ontbijten. Wij hadden ontbijt inbegrepen geboekt maar dat was wel karig. Voor een extra broodje of croissant moest er bijbetaald worden. Er was geen fruitsap, weinig fruit (rotte bananen)

Okay indrettede værelser. Tæt på mange ting. Sødt personale, der gjorde hvad de kunne, for at vi kunne få et andet værelse. Meget besøgt rooftop bar. Morgenmaden foregår på bestilling man kan vælge ud fra retter på et kort. En ret fra hver kategori.

Vi bestilte dobbeltværelse og ønskede enkelte senge. Vi fik et værelse (nr. 13) med en 140 cm bred seng lige over gadens meget livlige restaurant liv - trods gode vinduer - meget lydt. Første nat var derfor meget dårlig. Vi bad om nyt værelse og var heldige at få et på 3. sal (nr. 35)med større seng og væk fra støjen fra gaden. Det var meget bedre.

Bellissimo hotel in posizione centralissima. Colazione ottima con vista sull’Alcazaba, personale cordiale e disponibile. La Malagueta dista 15 minuti a piedi. Comodissimo a tutti i locali, servizi e attrazioni principali. Fermata autobus per l’aeroporto a 6 minuti. Ottimo soggiorno!

La posizione è perfetta Noi avevamo una visita prenotata al nostro arrivo all’ Alcazaba ed il punto di incontro di Get your Guide era proprio a 10passi da casa. Ottimo anche per uscire la sera perché dietro l’ angolo si trova il quartiere Soho con locali storici come EL PIMPI per fare tapas o cenare in un luogo iconico della città. Il mare è a due passi ed è anche semplicissimo prendere i mezzi per andare in qualche ristorantino tipico che cucina ESPETOS sul lungo mare. Ultimissimo e comodo il parcheggio proprio dall’ altro lato dell’ hotel al prezzo scontato di 18€ 24h L’ hotel fornisce anche teli mare e ombrellone nel caso in cui si volesse fare un tuffo nella spiaggia della MALAGUETA ( 8 minuti a piedi ) Colazione ottima e senza sprechi sul terrazzo panoramico dell’ hotel con tutti prodotti preparati al momento e frutta e succo a libero servizio.

Fuimos con un bebé y una niña, nada recomendable para familias, muy incómodo subir en el ascensor porque tienen una terraza a la q sube mucha gente de fuera con lo que baja seguridad… la habitación es amplia pero agobiante para cuatro

Zona centralissima di Málaga, stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. Personale molto cordiale.

Essendo una via centralissima della città, c’è sempre molto rumore. Anche se le finestre sono insonorizzare e vengono forniti tappi per le orecchie, si sente sempre del brusio provenire dalla strada. Per me non è stato un problema perché dormo in qualsiasi condizione.

Posizione ottima, proprio di fronte l'Alcazaba e in pieno centro. Parcheggio convenzionato vicinissimo, molto comodo. La stanza era grande, molto pulita, confortevole e silenziosa. Consiglio!

Nella nostra stanza c’era un forte odore di cucina, soprattutto in bagno, sicuramente proveniente dai locali sottostanti (camera al 1 piano).

Vi kunne ikke nå at ændre det, da vi skulle afsted til lufthavnen

When we opened the window, the workers on the construction site right next to the hotel had a direct view into our room. However, this was not the hotel’s fault.

Nos habilitaron una habitación para 4, pero una habitación que, claramente era de 2 personas. No pudimos plegar el sofá-cama, con lo cual, al estar abierto, apenas se podía pasar, el armario no abría, y era manifiestamente muy pequeña, sin sitio para poder dejar las maletas; en ese sentido, muy desencantados. El baño regular, las mamparas no cerraban bien (y poca presión en la ducha).

Extremer Lärm in der Nacht durch die Fußgängerzone sowie das Restaurant/Bar im 4. Stock. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer im 3. Stock, jedes Stühle rücken hab ich gehört. Hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, was lediglich ein Geländer vor den Fenstern war (wenn man sich an die Hauswand drückte, konnte man gerade so rausstehen).

Perfect location, walking distance from many attractions. Comfortable bed, great room size. Excellent staff that were super polite and helpful. Great bar on the building. Awesome view.

As it is on a busy street, it can be noisy and difficult to sleep. Moreover, the fridge on the room was barely working and the A/C require restarting from the front desk to work.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich allerdings die Reinigungskräfte. Die Zimmer wurden wirklich sehr ordentlich und gründlich gereinigt. Mit der Sauberkeit und der Arbeit des Reinigungspersonals war ich während meines Aufenthalts zufrieden.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Ich war für sechs Tage dort und hatte mir aufgrund der Bilder und der Beschreibung deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und wirken in der Realität überhaupt nicht so, wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt werden. Besonders störend war für mich das Badezimmer: Die Glas-Schiebetüren der Dusche sind komplett undicht. Nach praktisch jedem Duschen stand der Boden im gesamten WC-/Badbereich unter Wasser, sodass ich ihn jedes Mal selbst trocknen musste. Auch das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach sein Geld überhaupt nicht wert. Für den verlangten Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Auswahl und Qualität erwartet. Zusätzlich könnten die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück wesentlich freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Ein Lächeln oder eine freundliche Begrüßung hätte schon einen großen Unterschied gemacht. Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt leider überhaupt nicht gefallen. Gerade bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt fallen solche Dinge besonders negativ auf. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich dieses Hotel leider nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Lage direkt im historischen Zentrum und nahe der Alcazaba ist grundsätzlich hervorragend. Auch der Ausblick Richtung Alcazaba wäre wunderschön gewesen. Nur hat man leider nichts davon weil man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann… das Hotelpersonal war teilweise bemüht die Mängel zu beheben, aber nicht alle.

Leider war der Aufenthalt vor allem wegen des extremen Lärms sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wurde auf Booking.com ausdrücklich als „schallisoliert“ beworben, tatsächlich hatte ich während meines einwöchigen Aufenthalts keine einzige wirklich ruhige Nacht – selbst mit Ohrstöpseln. Lärm von der Rooftop-Bar, der Straße und teilweise schreienden Personen im Hotel ging regelmäßig bis tief in die Nacht. Ich habe davon über mehrere Tage zahlreiche Ton-/Videoaufnahmen gemacht. Ich habe den Lärm bereits während meines Aufenthalts angesprochen, fühlte mich vom Hotel damit jedoch nicht ernst genommen. Als Reaktion wurde unter anderem lediglich auf die Lage im historischen Zentrum verwiesen. Normale Geräusche in einer Innenstadt sind selbstverständlich zu erwarten – nicht jedoch dieser Lärm in einem ausdrücklich als schallisoliert beworbenen Zimmer. Hinzu kam anfangs ein unerträglicher Küchengeruch im Zimmer. Für den deshalb notwendigen Wechsel in eine andere Zimmerkategorie musste ich sogar €18 zusätzlich bezahlen. Kleinere Servicemängel wie fehlende Handtücher oder ein nicht geleerter Mülleimer wären für mich allein kein Grund für eine schlechte Bewertung gewesen. Besonders schade war, dass ich wegen Lärm und Küchengeruch die Fenster praktisch ständig geschlossen halten musste und dadurch auch den eigentlich schönen Blick Richtung Alcazaba und kaum Tageslicht genießen konnte. Das Hotel lehnte trotz meiner Beschwerde eine teilweise Rückerstattung ab. Booking.com hat mir schließlich auf eigene Kosten eine angemessene Kompensation gewährt, wofür ich Booking.com sehr dankbar bin.

La ubicación es perfecta tanto para la playa como para el centro de Málaga. Nosotros íbamos a un concierto en la plaza de toros y nos quedaba al lado también. La habitación es súper cómoda, sin ruido y muy chic.

Stayed for 4 nights, minimal cleaning to our room, cleaners finished at 2 (we were told) had a lay in after enjoying Spain win the World Cup!!!! Rude not to. No clean towels, replacement coffee milk etc, had to ask at reception. Lift very very busy at night only goes to rooftop and down again! Problem if you were unable to make the stairs! Asked at reception where open top bus stop was, we were given a map and directed towards another area 20 mins walk away, bus actually stops just across the road 4 mins walk! Not major issues but a little frustrating.

Loved the location and the tapas bars nearby. Lots of cultural activities nearby also

Lovely roof top bar and also you can sit outside for breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious but our view was of a contruction site on all three aspects. Room 27, but the hotel have given us a 20% refund. I am sure all the rooms are lovely, but check the one you book is not facing the construction site! Great location for all the atrractions and resturants, yet quiet as on the edge of the pedestrian area.

construction site right outside our window. There was not anywhere to sit, the " lounge" is a couple of chairs in a corridor with no windows, however we did not need to use the lounge so it was not a problem for us.

Super hotel! Vriendelijk personeel, centraal gelegen en fijn dichtbij parkeren. Een mooi dakterras. Alles wat je nodig hebt zit dichtbij. Ik had een kleine studio wat perfect is voor een en solo reiziger. Meer heb je niet nodig :)

Petit bemol: l'accueil nous dit que la tele est en panne a notre arrivee et qu’elle sera remplacée le lendemain matin mais rien, je ne viens pas en w-e pour la tele mais ca fait parti des prestations de la chambre et pensez a mettre la clim avant l'arrivée des clients (nous avons du réclamer a l'accueil la clim ne marchait pas elle était en fait sur off sur leur tableau general) mais du coup il faisait hyper chaud a notre arrivée, sinon top

Viaggio con la famiglia e ci mettono in un complesso di 4 camere di cui 3 occupate da giovani con tanta voglia di far festa: urla , porte sbattute , viavai fino a mezzanotte e poi al rientro loro in camera dalle 330 alle 6 di mattina. La seconda notte il ragazzo della hall intervenne ma alle 330 di nuovo macello. Dormito niente nessuna delle due notti e quando abbiamo fatto presente al check out, la bionda neanche ci viene incontro o avvisa qualcuno ma ci risponde: “ eh e’ così , mi spiace”.

Bardzo głośno w pokoju od ulicy, zwłaszcza w weekend, ale z przy zamkniętych oknach było dużo ciszej, na śniadania zamiast bufetu zamawia się konkretne posiłki, więc dłużej to trwa co jest ważne gdy się spiszemy np.na wycieczkę

Отличное месторасположение в самом центре. Есть панорамный бар на крыше.

У нас было забронировано два номера. Один с нормальным видом на шумную улицу. Второй с видом на стену стройки, где с 8 утра тоже уже шумно. Отель об этом знает, так как предусмотрительно оставлены маска для сна и беруши.

Roof top bar comfy seating reserved for what appeared to be friends of the staff. When I queried on two separate evenings could we sit there as guests we were told no and made to sit on bar stools that were not comfy So bar staff awful. Reception staff and restaurant staff very good.

Oh man, is that area cool. Right by the Alcazaba and Roman theater. Restaurants. Malaga had a good soccer game tonight and the whole town screamed at once. 3rd time in Malaga. Love this city. Oh, and Jaun, the front desk guy is a super cool employee. Kudos to him!

Without any doubt, the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. Cocktail was great and receptionist was lovely but first barman talked yo me like dirt when I asked if we ordered at the bar or table and the other guy systematically ignored my several polite enquiries to order another drink. When we finally made eye contact across the bar, he just shook his head and looked away. We were smartly dressed, recently showered and having civilised conversation, so cannot see how we did anything (only 2 of us) to cause any offence, but they certainly offended me. I wouldn't go back there if it was at the end of my garden and you paid me.

Super limpio y buenísima ubicación!

Tout s’est bien passé, oui. En revanche, j’étais au 3ᵉ étage et, jusqu’à minuit, il y avait un événement de flamenco au 4ᵉ étage. C’était assez gênant et personne ne m’avait prévenue. J’étais là pour le travail.

La terrasse est une véritable attraction pour accéder au bar. Les personnes qui séjournent à l’hôtel sont prioritaires, mais à certains moments, il faut tout de même attendre pour pouvoir y monter.
