Bardzo podobała nam się strefa basenowa, pokoje były duże przestronne, na duży plus taras.

Bardzo dużym minusem było śniadanie, było ubogie w różnorodność, w ogóle się nie zmieniało, dla nas momentami nie było co jeść. W pokoju znajdował się wiatrak, który był cały oblepiony w kurzu.

The location was perfect, nice and quiet and literally minutes away from the beach, walking and minutes away from spas and nails and smoke shops, which I absolutely loved.

The breakfast had very little choice , the cooked food was cold , staff were not great about refilling empty trays , and there was a lot of ants in the food area

En la limpieza echamos las toallas al suelo para que nos la cambiarán después de dos días para al menos tener un cambio limpio durante toda nuestra estancia y resulta que nos pusieron. De nuevo las sucias, y tampoco repusieron el higiénico ... Pero nada que no se resuelva llendo a recepción

Really pretty and very big spacious rooms

The staff are not the friendliest.

Simple but nice hotel. It sits down a lane so away from traffic and noise. The room was very clean, spacious, with an amazingly comfortable bed. Pools looked good. Quiet time was respected at 10pm, so it was very relaxing. Amazing price for what they offer.

Chairs and cushions - everywhere to sit was uncomfortable. Otherwise all good.

The location is great. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach that’s not crowded. Cafes, stores (7-11) and money exchange are just a few minutes away. The room and bedsheets were clean. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful but a little slow. It took me a while to check in. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything else was good and it was nice to stay there

I had a door in my room that leads to the next room, and it was a little uncomfortable because I felt like people from the other room could enter my room anytime 😅 And I could clearly hear everything happening in that room.

It's a modern hotel (they all are after the tsunami 😢) and the rooms are quite large, as is the bathroom. The 2 pools are lovely and there are shady spots for whiling away some time. Surin beach is beautiful and would be even better if there was less litter. The good news is there are lifeguards and they diligently work to keep swimmers safe when the waves get a bit heavy. Good to have 7-Eleven right outside and there are some very good restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

The roads etc are undergoing some maintenance and some new properties are being built, so it is a bit unsightly and can leave traffic jams on the narrow road to the hotel. The lane to the hotel is 100m and just wide enough for a big car. Outside the hotel there are only 4 parking spaces. They do have parking underneath for another 4 or 5, but it's a little tricky to find coming back out (difficult 5 point turn in the narrow lane!) then going around the block to a side entrance. Breakfast is very simple, adequate only. There is no other food at the hotel and no bar. The TV runs on Google and Apart from Netflix and You Tube, I failed to find any "TV" channels. So no world cup games 😒

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless throughout my stay, thanks to the excellent daily housekeeping. Everything was well maintained, and the amenities were of a high standard, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, massage centers, and a 7-Eleven all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area without needing transportation. The only small downside is that the beach can be quite rough, with strong waves most of the time, so it’s not always ideal for swimming. However, this is a feature of the beach itself and certainly doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, spotless rooms, and a great location. I would happily stay here again!

The shower in both rooms T2 and T3 didn’t have the right pressure. It keeps changing in pressure and temperature.

Pequeno almoço sem variedade e muito fraco. Check in na receção nao tinha A/C e estava muito desagradável. Tivemos de deixar um depósito de 1000bats que eu desconhecia. Nao tínhamos agua quente no quarto então tivemos de trocar.

большой симпатичный номер, вид с балкона на симпатичное здание в растениях и горы позади, вкусный завтрак, убирались каждый день, давали воду, есть зонтики от дождя, пляжное полотенце. район очень тихий и дороже, чем на кароне или патонге. но зато мало людей и красивый пляж Сурин.

я впервые за много лет путешествий вижу отель, где проверяют номер перед выселением, причем я здесь не первый раз и это похоже личная инициатива одного не самого приятного сотрудника. девочки другие всегда милые и вежливые, а он не очень приятный и мы уже ждали такси, а он пошел смотреть номер. номер далеко, такси ждет, мы торопимся в аэропорт. это очень было неприятно. в другой раз мы выезжали из этого отеля как обычно без проблем и ожидания.

Amazing breakfast, the staff were kind and helpful. We used the laundry service, which was great. There are two pools, and the area is peaceful and nice. There is a 7/11 right outside the hotel where we went every day. The beach is near (3 minutes walk) and very beautiful. We paid in cash.

There is some construction work around the hotel, but it didn't really bother us.

Ein absolutes Traumhotel für mich. Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und liebe es -> das Personal , die Sauberkeit, die Umgebung, die kurzen Wege zum Supermarkt oder zu Restaurants, die kurze Distanz (ca 200m) zum schönen Surin Beach , das 30 grad warme Wasser und natürlich das Frühstück, bei dem jeder Wunsch erfüllt wird-> die unaufdringliche Art der Menschen und ihre natürliche Freundlichkeit ist pure Erholung dazu !!!

Room was across from a GYM and sun deck terrace full of people daytime luckily we wern’t there much daytime.
