Very helpful and friendly staffs, they provide great service and a little surprise on my birthday. I have to say it was a warm memory and joyful stay there for the week. Quiet and small Surin beach is just about 200m for walk.

The facility is not morden but still ok, if you have issues the staffs there will help you and find a solution.

Excellent stay

Upon our arrival, we were each welcomed with a glass of juice. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. We got a free upgrade to a suite king room, with a pool view. We also received a complimentary fruit basket in our rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-lit, and we had daily housekeeping. Guests have a great and changing variety at breakfast, with both Thai and international cuisines and fresh seasonal fruits. There was also a live egg station, together with a noodle station and a kid buffet corner. Moreover the entire breakfast buffet was certified halal. The location is great, a mere 5 minutes walk to Surin Beach. Fresh coconut water is sold at the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and other conveniences nearby. Since it is not directly on the main road, it was relatively quiet and ideal for families. The assets of this resort are the staff, across all departments, and they remained friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. A big thank you to Dew (front office), Fin (at breakfast time), and Namka (housekeeping). We could not get a late check-out but they kindly stored our luggage while we completed a final visit. Additionally, Dew offered us a private room with a shower (free of charge) before departing to the airport, which was such a lovely gesture and this level of service made the stay memorable. For the price, it was an excellent value for money.

The drawback was a bit of noise from the AC. I would also suggest regular maintenance/ servicing of the facilities.

Si vous recherchez un établissement vétuste, dépourvu de climatisation dans les espaces communs notamment la salle de restauration, en proie à d'importantes odeurs de canalisation et d'humidité dans les chambres, cet hôtel répondra à vos attentes. La propreté des couloirs s'avère particulièrement négligée, l'entretien de la piscine est laissé à l'abandon et des nuisibles morts sont restés plusieurs jours sans être ramassés. La situation s'est révélée particulièrement chaotique. J'ai dû changer de chambre à trois reprises : la première présentait une odeur d'humidité insupportable, et la seconde disposait d'un balcon non nettoyé, jonché de mégots de cigarettes, en plus d'être infestée de moustiques. Un tel manque de prestations est inacceptable pour un établissement appartenant à une enseigne de cette renommée, y compris au regard des standards locaux. Je tiens néanmoins à saluer le professionnalisme de Vasili et de son équipe, qui ont fait leur possible pour adoucir notre séjour malgré un manque évident de moyens. Enfin, nous avons subi une coupure d'électricité totale de 9h à 17h, sans qu'aucune compensation financière ne nous soit proposée. Au vu de l'offre hôtelière disponible à Phuket, je vous déconseille vivement cet établissement : ne gaspillez ni votre temps ni votre argent.

### Wonderful Family Stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by the high level of service throughout our visit. The rooms are **spacious, very clean and comfortable**, and the hotel is exceptionally well maintained. The **pool area is fantastic for children**, with great water slides that kept our kids entertained and happy. The **kids’ club is absolutely lovely**, with a great variety of activities and plenty of toys suitable for children of different ages. Our kids really enjoyed spending time there, and it was a wonderful addition to our family holiday. The dining area is also **spotlessly clean**, with a wide and varied selection of food, making every meal enjoyable for the whole family. Most of all, we would like to thank **all the staff members**, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and professional. Every person we interacted with made us feel genuinely cared for. A special thank you and recognition to **Champion (F&B Manager), Fin and Thakshina** for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this hotel to families. **We would love to come back again!** ❤️

Kind and friendly staff, lots of activities for kids with a slide and huge pool, there is a kids club and also a handout area with games, there is a dedicated arcade area as well.

Rooms are a little too far from lobby, dining area is little exposed to elements so be ready to feel a little humid and hot during brrakfast

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket. The hotel has a great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Fin and Thakshina for their excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. Les chambres donnant sur les piscines

Dans la chambre: panne du chauffe eau, portes du dressing et du cache frigo impossible à fermer (charnières détachées du support), joint silicone de la douche peu « appétissant « , encore de grosses poussières dans la salle d’eau après passage des femmes de ménage, fils électriques pendant du haut de la porte fenêtre (certainement du contact de coupure de la Clim lors de l’ouverture de cette porte)…. Dans les parties communes de l’hôtel : ascenseur en panne, fuites du toit lors de pluies avec plafond de couloir percé et eau sur le sol, gouttière d’angle manquante…. Petit déjeuner entièrement Hallal : donc pas de vrai bacon avec les œufs, mais seulement du bacon à base de poulet !!! Pourquoi ne pas proposer du vrai bacon pour les non musulmans? Devant l’hôtel: zone en chantier pour accéder à la plage

The property was clean and nice and definitely a kids friendly one !

We were a family of seven. They accommodated us in the same four. Besides upgrading our rooms. Even though we arrived late. They keep in touch with me through WhatsApp. The resort has a lovely pool with a lot of spot for kids. The Surin beach less than five minutes away. Close by some convenient stores. Additionally, it is a value of money for a family like us. They have got a tour office which helped us in booking and organizing some trips. The stuff is well prepared and very helpful. Also, they have a restaurant and ice cream kiosk which provide room service and a variety of food during breakfast. It has Gym, tennis and a billiard table were my children enjoyed using them.

Some furniture need to be maintained or changed.

لم يعجبني المكان حيث كان المنتجع. لا يليق بكلمه منتجع وهو من الفنادق. ذو النجمه الواحده وبها رائحة البواليع وخاصه ان بوابات الغرف مطله على البواليع والمجاري ووجود الأسقف المتهالكه الليله للسقوط في الممرات وكذالك الالعاب متهالكه وخطره على الاطفال وطالبته بإرجاع المبلغ إلا انهم رفضوا حيث ان المنطقه المقابله للفندق بها حفريات وغير صالحه للمشي وبعدها. عن الشاطي. عكس ما هو مكتوب في مواصفات الفندق

酒店住房和早餐都不错，院子里有泳池，小朋友玩的很高兴。出门就是苏林海滩，地理位置好。

退房时落下了充电器和线，离开后联系酒店，无论找到没有，告诉我一声。还打了电话，结果就没有回音了。我还在普吉岛，如果找到，我可以回去取。这点不满意。

We had an excellent stay from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to our dear Champi for her excellent quality of service, and the hotel receptionist Farn who put the football game at 3 am without hestitation and shared the joy with us. They made my son’s birthday extra special with a thoughtful celebration that created wonderful memories for our family. During our stay, our younger son became ill, and the hotel staff immediately recommended a nearby clinic. Their care and support meant a great deal to us. We would especially like to thank Champi, who went above and beyond to assist us. She kindly allowed us to use the guest room after check-out so we could get ready comfortably before our journey. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier. We are truly grateful to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

Идеальный отель. Особенно хочется отметить чистоту номеров и удобства для детей. Детская комната с няней, мультфильмы, пенные вечеринки в бассейне. Если ехать с ребенком очень советую брать номер на первом этаже со своим выходом к бассейну, бассейн не глубокий. От горок мы тоже в восторге. Пляж находится в одной минуте ходьбы от отеля. Рядом с отелем магазины, кафешки и много удобств.

El alojamiento estuvo excelente, tiene unas piscinas grandes muy bien ambientadas, la hospitalidad del personal es excepcional, la señora Champi atiende excelente a los clientes

Замечательный отель, бассейн, красивый сад, много птичек, пальм. Работает бар, спа ходили всей семьей, очень довольны. Ежедневная уборка, при заезде корзина фруктов и снеков была приятным сюрпризом.

Expected more as compared to holiday inn in koh samui. Definitely not of the same league.

This was our 5th stay and the experiences keep getting better. From our very first stay it was the exceptional service and care from the staff that kept us coming back each time. In this most recent stay, the lovely staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and to make sure all our dietary needs were met. Khun Num Pan, Dina, and Jane gave us warm friendly welcomes each time we entered the hotel. Khun Thak Sina, Kate, Fin and Ice looked after us each morning at breakfast to ensure we had everything we needed. F & B manager Khun Champi was amazing with her attention to detail; we felt so well cared for by her team. Our children love it here because there is so much for them to do. Khun Peach has been with this hotel for over a decade, and he is so good at interacting with children. GM Chris meets his guests almost every day to ensure an enjoyable stay. This hotel feels like home to us because we are treated with such special care. It is impossible to mention every staff member, but each do an exceptional job. The culture in this hotel is the best of anywhere that I have stayed, the grounds are clean and give a warm, tropical vibe, the water slides are fun and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Can’t wait for our next stay and to see all our friends at the hotel again. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

We were given a ground floor room as requested. The comfortable room, with a lounge, led off to an amazing pool. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Could walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the area. Hotel was off the main road and hence quiet at night.

The pool closed at 19h00.... in Thailand where it is 30deg plus ?

The staff and service were excellent, topped up by the quality of spa and food. The room was exquisite and the property in whole was such a great place to be at. The individuals make difference as they say, and Ms. Jane from FO Ms. Champi from F&B made sure of the difference from a normal property to a great Resort experience.

Champi is a superstar ! She made sure we were very comfortable. She gave us good recommendations to shop and eat and for sightseeing as well . I had my bday and was surprised by a cake during breakfast with the staff singing for me ! The room was decorated as well! It was very sweet and touching ! Our room was spacious and so comfortable! The massage was so good as well !

They had foam pool party for the kids (and adults), it was lots of fun and laughter! We were delighted to be upgraded for free, which made our experience even more special. Every morning at breakfast, we were treated to free iced cappuccinos — such a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even brighter. People first is clearly the philosophy of the team and everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and passionate, creating a fantastic atmosphere at the property. Location was perfect for us with plenty of places to explore within walking distance orna short grab ride away. Would definitely return to this property.

Make sure you bring bug spray in wet season as mosquitos in the area are inevitable!

Please i would like to explain to you the service that I received was excellent. Staff ,management showed me so much respect and kindness. Le personnel était exceptionnel, aux petits soins, prêt à répondre à toutes les demandes avec le sourire. Kob et la manager F&B étaient tout simplement merveilleuses. C est d ailleurs le cas de tout le personnel, de l accueil à la réception, à la manager de l hôtel, le personnel de nettoyage,... La corbeille de fruits et le cookie de bienvenus, ainsi que le petit mot de Kob étaient des intentions très agréables. La chambre est grande, confortable et propre. Le lit était extrêmement confortable. Petit déjeuner plus que complet et très bon. Proximité de la plage.

The guest experience manager, Kob Has been the most extraordinary host that I have ever experienced at any hotel. She is kind she's understanding she's considerate she preempts anything that you want and need there is nothing too big or small that Kob won't be able to help you with. I wish I could express in words what an amazing asset she is to this hotel. We will miss her dearly. My daughter loves Kob. I would recommend her she would be my first Contact for the whole experience. Without her presence or stay would not have been as amazing as it was. Thank you Kob! The hotel staff is friendly and close to beach and restaurants. Taxis right outside the hotel. Will be back.

Personal super freundlich, Frühstück sehr reichlich, Lage super und sehr schöne Anlage mit einem Riesen Pool in der Mitte, Garten sehr schön grün und gepflegt, hatten sogar einen Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt 😍

Super familienfreundlich, vor allem das Service Personal im Restaurant (Mrs Champi ☺️) waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer um unser Wohl besorgt. Tolles Frühstücksbuffett. Viel für Kinder zu bieten.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu - vis a vis plaży - blisko do miasteczka , bardzo miły personal choć nie rozmawiający biegle w języku angielskim na tyle by wszystko dobrze zrozumieć - up grade do pokoju Junior Suit w cenie pokoju DBL - STANDARD , w miarę przyzwoite śniadania ..

Niestety pokoje bardzo stare , duża wilgotność , źle działająca klimatyzacja - stosunek jakości do ceny - przestrzelony

The Holiday Inn Surin Beach is a special destination. Clean, easy to get to, lots of in house facilities and the pool is gorgeous. It is close to one of the best beaches with soft sand and spectacular views. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dinner menu had lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The Guest officer, Kob was especially friendly and helpful when my flight was cancelled, they made a stressful time easier. Loved staying here.

This place is the most convenient option for me when it comes to traveling to Phuket! The hotel is lovely, the staff is super friendly and attentive to their guests😍 I feel like I'm among close friends!❤️

Surin Beach is simply my favorite! It's a great place to watch the sunrise or practice yoga early in the morning. Then, the hotel offers a varied and delicious breakfast! 👍 And then it's all up to you and your desires. 😁😁😁

Удобное местоположение, очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и профессиональный персонал. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные - были и блюда тайской кухни (как адаптированные, так и острые) и обычные блюда (европейской кухни). Были и супы, и каши, и мюсли, и фрукты, выпечка, разнообразие гарниров. Что отсутствовало - так это морепродукты. Все очень быстро пополнялось. Столы быстро убирались. Мне был бесплатно повышен уровень проживания - как подарок к моему дню рождения, встречаемому в отеле. Также в день заселения ждал комплимент в виде фруктовой тарелки, а в день рождения - кусочек торта). Отдельное спасибо менеджеру по персоналу Василию!

Немного потрепанная мебель, но для текущих реалий острова - норм. Вот через пару лет, когда закончится ремонт и благоустройство пляжа - лучше провести косметическую замену мебели в некоторых номерах (и чуть освежить сами номера).

It needs renovation

The location was great, quiet and opposite a lovely beach and plenty of shops and restaurants around. A short taxi ride to bang Tao beach which is also full of beach restaurants and bars.

The shower only came out cold throughout our whole stay, and the beds were so hard and I found it uncomfortable. The whole hotel is tired and well overdue a refurb to be a 4* breakfast selection wasn’t overly appealing

The staff on front desk Namphan Peach Champi Kob Kids club staff And all the breakfast team. Everyone we met were all so caring professional & went above & beyond. The hotel really caters for families & our little boy Logan loved being there.

The amenties like massages & drinks were a little on the pricey side but that was the only thing!

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 10 ... the staff who attended to us at the reception and during breakfasts were just great and excellent. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Отель порадовал чистым бассейном, разнообразными завтраками и дружелюбностью персонала. Excellent hotel, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfasts are diverse, with a good selection of both international and local dishes. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help and quick to respond to any requests. The hotel grounds are well-designed: a large swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds, and no feeling of overcrowding even when the hotel is busy. It’s also convenient that there is parking available right in front of the hotel. In the evenings, there is a DJ playing near the restaurant, creating a nice atmosphere without being too loud or intrusive. A big plus for families — there is plenty of space and various activities for children, so they always have something to do. Upon arrival, all my room preferences were taken into account, and we were welcomed with thoughtful complimentary touches, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay — definitely worth coming back to.

The mattress was quite firm for my personal preference.
