Gemütliches Hotel in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Tolle Lage, nicht weit zum See und zentral. Frühstück ist super und auch das Restaurant im Hotel können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Parking in front of hotel was not included (they want money for it), they sended me to put my car in parking place which was little bit far away.

Das der Parkplatz nicht am Hotel ist, sondern ca. 600 m vom Hotel entfernt ist. Das war schade, da wir es gebucht hatte mit Parkplatz. Kosten für bewachten Parkplatz war gut mit 10€ pro Tag.

Hotel bardzo czysty i przytulny ze świetną obsługą, w miejscu niesamowitym 👍🏻 Stary budynek, historyczny ale hotel z klimatem swoich czasów z nowoczesnymi rozwiązaniami. Pyszne śniadania i świetne kolacje, możliwość darmowego parkowania rowerów w zamykanym garażu. Polecam 👍🏻

Tolles Hotel in Top-Lage. Haben bei Ankunft ein schöneres und größeres Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer hatte sehr bequeme Betten, ein schönes Bad und war sehr groß. Frühstück war gut. Sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Leider konnten wir die Nacht nicht mehr stornieren. Aber die City-Tax und die eine Nacht Parkplatzgebühr wurde uns erstattet.

Der Hotelparkplatz vor der Türe ist sehr klein (5 Plätze) Aber es gibt fußläufig (ca. 600m) einen großen, Hoteleigenen Parkplatz für 10€/ Nacht.

Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer, man hat das Wasserrauschen aus den Zimmern nebenan sehr laut durch die Wände gehört

Für unseren Zwischenstopp war die Lage direkt am See perfekt. Obwohl unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stand, konnte noch vor Anreise eine gute Lösung gefunden werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich.

Wunderbares kleines Hotel direkt am Hafen. Kleines Städtchen Recht nah am Strand und dem Garderobe. Für Wassersportler wohl noch empfehlenswerter.

Der angepriesen Yakusi schwierig zu finden , das Parken am Hotel etwas eng , geht aber.

Location was pleasant and good selection for breakfast .

The ambience in the dining area ws not so pleasant a bit like a canteen . The bedroom did not have a view - for the price we had a beautiful view on lake Garda elsewhere

Sehr Zentrums nah und ebenso nah am Strand. Sauber und nettes Personal. Alles so, wie wir es uns wünschen.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, wenn auch für 4 Personen recht beengt, weil neben dem Bett die Schlafcouch für die Kinder ausgezogen war. Die Lage war top mitten in der Stadt nur Meter vom Geschehen entfernt.

Das Hotel war recht veraltet, die Zimmer auch. Das Hotel hatte zwar 2 Eingänge, aber wir gingen (auch in Badesachen) teilweise vorne hinein, weo z.B. zur Mittagszeit auch fremde Gäste Essen einnahmen (weil das Hotel gleichzeitig eine Pizzeria ist) - das war für uns (und evtl- auch für die Gäste) unangenehm.

A szobában a légkondicionáló kondenzvize vagy valami hasonló csöpögött ami nagyon zavaró volt. Többször jeleztük, de nem lett a hiba orvosolva. Így telt el az 5 nap.

Kiemelkedően jó elhelyezkedés közvetlenül a tóparton. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Personal freundlich. Super Frühstück - schöne Auswahl( Brötchen, Vollkornbrötchen, Croissants. Kuchen, Rührei, gekochtes Ei, Schinken, Salami. Obst, Müsli...... Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert! Wenig Parkplätze am Hotel (20/Tag), in ca. 700m Entfernung kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze ( auf weiße Straßenmarkierung achten !!)

Perfekt läge i Torbole. Centralt och ändå tyst/ välstädat och fräscht. Sköna sängar men sladdrig kudde: Hade turen att få standardrum med balkong och utsikt mot sjö och berg.

Bardzo udany pobyt w Torbole. Hotel jest bardzo ładny i świetnie położony tuż przy porcie, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji do spacerów i zwiedzania okolicy. Pokój dwuosobowy był wystarczająco przestronny i komfortowy, wyposażony w klimatyzację oraz lodówkę. Dużym plusem są śniadania bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, ze sporym wyborem produktów i naprawdę dobrą kawą. Hotel posiada również własny parking, położony około 7 minut spacerem od obiektu. Parking jest ogrodzony i zamykany, dzięki czemu można bezpiecznie zostawić samochód. Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Świetna lokalizacja, dobre śniadania i przyjemna atmosfera. Zdecydowanie możemy polecić ten hotel na pobyt nad Gardą.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Balcony had a view of the lake! Breakfast was awesome!

Bathroom had plastic single use shampoo and body wash. I hate those things. It would be great to have some Decaf choices for the coffee machines.

Everything was fine during our stay. The rooms were clean. The breakfasts were okay. Fantastic location right in the center of Torbole. I recommend this hotel.

Klimatisierte Zimmer mit dem Hinweis, keine Fenster zu öffnen. Für Menschen, die natürliche Umgebung mögen, nicht so schön.

Super kleines romantisches Hotel um die Seele für ein paar Tage baumeln zu lassen. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Lage ist top mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem nur ein paar Meter zum Strand.

Die Lage war super, jedoch das Personal unfreundlich, vor allem der Chef selbst. Auf Nachfrage zum Whirlpool zu gehen wurde uns 2 Tage erklärt, dass er kaputt sei und am letzten Tag brüllte der Chef wir dürfen mit unserer Zimmerkategorie nicht zum Whirlpool - und das lautstark und sehr unfreundlich - TV funktionierte nicht, obwohl uns versichert wurde dass wir die WM schauen könnten.

Unfreundlichkeit des Personals, bis auf eine Rezeptionistin. Kein Grüßen, genervte Antworten wenn man was fragen möchte.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Közel van a part, a strand, a kikötő. Nagyon jó a reggeli.

Ha helyben akarunk az udvaron parkolni, az nagyon drága, vagy nincs. Ehy parkoló van messzebb 600 méter és az sem olcsó.

I traveled solo in July 2026 and had a great stay. The room had everything I needed and the staff was very kind a d helpful. Very good breakfast and the location was great by the water.

Liegt direkt am Wasser und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr, aber wenn man länger gesessen ist oder sich noch nach 10 Uhr was geholt hat, hat keiner was gesagt und man war immer freundlich.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und unser Wasserkocher war kaputt, wurde reklamiert aber wir haben auch keinen neuen bekommen. An unserem erste Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser.

Für eine einzelne Übernachtung war die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher in einem abgeschlossenem Rad abstellen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber funktionell und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Darüber waren wir sehr froh bei den hohen Temepraturen. Die Lage ist superzentral und es gibt ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.

Det lå lige ud til vandet så smukt. Morgenmad var super. Folkene meget hjælpsomme.

Heldigvis var der en fane på værelset for aircondition kunne ikke gøre ret meget ved de høje temperaturer.

Stadtmitte, Strandnah, sehr gutes Restaurant, Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Schiffanleger bequem erreichbar. Gästekarte für Bus leider regional begrenzt.

Parkplatz etwas weiter weg .zu Fuss 10 Minuten (altersabhängig unbequem).

Wir waren das zweite Mal da und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen. Das war einfach super. Die Lage ist top . Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

Dass in der Nacht, die Glasflaschen in die Container geschmissen werden. Wir hatten unser Zimmer fast darüber. Das war störend.

The location, the friendly staff (most of them), the quiet at the inside rooms, sound isolation, comfortable beds, cleaning, clean rooms, lift, dog friendly, nice natural water in the shower...

Breakfast needs more care, especially the pancakes that were not fresh, hard and cold, old vegetables without taste, coffee that I preferred at the end my own (first time in Italy when I did not like coffee!) ... I guess they can do better!

Nice hotel nice location easy access and great food,rooms are nice a little old but comfy.The rooms where clean and the host was great.

we had a great stay and experience in hotel benaco - very clean, quiet, the breakfast is very satisfying and most important, the location is prime!! and a great balcony with a view to the lake. btw - the bad matress was the best - i truely wish i could take it home along with the pillow. if i have oner suggestion - i think its needed to be more generous with towels and towel changing. overall had a very pleasant and very positive stay

The hotel is very centrally situated and a very short walk to the "beach". Easily accessible. Close to bars, restaurants, etc. The staff are very helpful. We received a free room upgrade and our view was excellent of Lake Garda. The breakfast was excellent. We would certainly return!

Parking is a problem onsite as there are only a few parking bays but we managed to park onsite at an additional cost. There are two additional parking options off-site (one at a few and the other free).

Niente di rilevante, hotel datato, si vede e si sente, ma è in centro e comodissimo a tutto. Il parcheggio non è vicinissimo ma d’altronde siamo a Torbole, tuttavia un ottimo servizio.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with any queries or recommendations. The location was perfect on the waterfront and we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. The rooms decor is a bit outdated but they were clean and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.
