Super Lage vom Hotel, toller Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Sehr nettes Personal.

Das Bad bisschen veraltet, Dusche bisschen klein und der Toilettendeckel schief und ging schneller nach unten als man angezogen war. Alles Ausbaufähig!!!

Brak czajnika, brak lodówki, brak żelazka. Po wyłożeniu rzeczy na górną część szafy - ubrania były brudne od kurzu, podczas śniadań personel nie uzupełniał na bieżąco produktów, brakowało chleba, jajecznicy, soków, dużych szklanek do latte macchiato. Otrzymaliśmy kiepski pokój z widokiem na dach i dwa kominy oraz z bardzo małym balkonem. Pokój był bardzo mały, nie było możliwości rozłożenia walizek. W jeden dzień zabrano ręczniki z podłogi, lecz nie otrzymaliśmy żadnych w zamian.

Наше перебування було чудовим!!! Ідеальне розміщення готелю!!! Красиві краєвиди з вікон!!! Смачні сніданки з Prosseco ))) А особливе Спасибі дівчинці Анні на рецепції, яка зробила наш відпочинок комфортним та допомогла у вирішенні всіх наших питань. Неодмінно рекомендуємо!!! Дякуємо за турботу ♥️

There could be a little fridge in the room

Location is perfect for lake Garda. Rooms were spacious and comfy, and the balcony gave great views across the lake.

Geen haakjes in de badkamer, kamer was niet heel ruim. Hotel ligt direct aan een drukke weg, waar je betaald moet parkeren (was wel aangegeven bij de boeking, maar met 2 euro per uur toch wel prijzig).

The location was simply great, close to the city, close to the fairy. Additionally, the breakfast was remarkably delicious and the staff was super nice.

I think that the rooms, at least the one I had, given really small improvements, would result in a huge difference. The one we had, I had the impression that no one from the staff/owners ever used it - small nigh lamps were not working properly, there should be additional hooks in the bathroom. Small things, cost of maximum 30 euro would change significantly the user experience.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer hat mich gestört! Sehr unhygienisch! Da mochte ich nicht barfuß gehen! Die Lage vom Hotel gleich am See ist toll .Aber die Straße zwischen Hotel und See ist so sehr befahren, das da keine Ruhe ist bis spät in die Nacht!

La mancanza di frigo in camera e bollitore. Sono però stati tutti molto carini e mi hanno conservato quello che mi serviva nel frigo dell’hotel. Sarebbe stato più comodo però avere un mini frigo ✨

The view from the room was exceptional, very nice and friendly staff at the breakfast room and reception. Enough space in rooms. I really enjoyed my time during breakfast. If AC was working and there was a fridge in the room, I would definitely come back.

The AC wasn’t working for several days and no one could fix it - that’s not good at all when the temperature outside is above 30. No fridges in rooms - for me that’s important. I could clearly hear the neighbors, who kept slamming doors for some reason. And an aggressive barking dog in the next room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. At first, we didn’t have the best view from our balcony — we could only see part of the lake and mountains. However, after asking if it was possible to change rooms, we were moved to another room with a beautiful view as soon as one became available. The staff handled everything without any problem, which we really appreciated. Just one small suggestion for the owners: adding a mini fridge to the rooms would make the stay even more comfortable and would definitely raise the standard. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back.

Main road however windows were good so you could sleep well.

Problemy z internetem

Schimmel im Bad ( Wand und Fliesenfugen) - kein Fenster mit Blick nach draußen. Sehr laute Abwasserrohre von den oberen Stöcken.

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Tisztaság volt. Gyönyörű a kilátás. Bőséges reggeli széles választékkal, még koffein mentes capuccinot is készítettek részemre. A kerékpárok számára volt tároló ahol tölteni is lehetett. Fizetős parkoló a közelben.

Nagyon egyszerű szoba. Nincs benne hűtő és vízforraló sem. A fürdőszoba eléggé elavult, a zuhany kabin nagyon kicsi.

La vue sur le lac et les montagnes est magnifique.

Ma chambre était dans un coin de l'hôtel. Lorsque j'ouvrais ma porte de balcon, j'avais une vue sur le balcon du voisin, un peu de la ville mais pas vraiment du lac. Le stationnement est très difficile à avoir car c'est celui public le long de la rive. Si vous passez droit, il est difficile de faire demi-tour.

Очень хорошие завтраки. Намного лучше чем в более дорогих отелях Италии на море. Завтраки особенно понравились. Персонал дружелюбный. Расположение отличное плюс парковка при отеле. В общем понравилось.

Недостатков не нашли

Bajka miejsce, lokalizacja perfekcyjna, śniadania bajeczne - bogaty wybór. Czysto, schludnie, miła obsługa. Wrócimy! :)

Very nice, clean hotel and great breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the city, going to restaurants and to the beach. I loved it all around.

Missing a sidewalk in front of the door since there is a lot of traffic. But there is a zebra crossing close by which helps, so not a big issue.

Just a small thing, there were no towels or toilet paper when we arrived but it was solved right after we informed the staff.

Straße extrem laut ! Motorradfahrer nehmen keine Rücksicht, daher extreme Lärmbelästigung. Man sollte das unterbinden. 30 km Schilder aufstellen und mit Polizei kontrollieren.

Mein Zimmer riechte stark nach Abwasserleitungen.

Die Lage direkt am See und das gute Frühstücksbuffet

Parkplätze wurden angeboten, Tiefgarage aber zu klein. Somit musste für 20€/Tag für die ersten drei Tage auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt werden. Teppich im Zimmer etwas schmuddelig

Super lage direkt am See und Blick vom Balkon perfekt. Tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl.

Bei dem Zimmerpreis sollte ein kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel dabeisein. Kostet aktuell 20€ pro Nacht oder in 800 m entfernt eine kostenlose Parkgarage. Es gibt keine Entladezone am Hotel, nur die Bushaltestelle, das ist etwas anstrengend.

The location was great, we had a room with balcony overlooking the lake and town and it was very nice! The air conditioning worked well and there was enough room for our things. The showergel available was very nice! There are many nice restaurants and shops nearby, also a supermarket.

There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom, also no toilet paper holder. Small things and can be easily fixed! Also: there is a main road directly in front of the hotel and it can be quite loud. We would have preferred to sleep with the window open but the cars were too loud.

Awesome views from balcony. Great breakfast. Small but clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend

Zeer tegenvallende kamer, geen superior waard en duur, parkeren ook duur Badkamer erg aan renovatie toe verf hing afgebladderde aan raampje en deur , amper verlichting , losse elementen Doorgezakt bed voor onze dochter en ons bed ook erg hard Hadden hierna een suite in Duitsland met veel meer luxe en voor minder geld

La posizione è più che centrale camera con vista lago,vicino al attracco dei traghetti,parcheggio a pagamento vicino al albergo su prenotazione, personale cortese, ottima colazione a buffet.

Servirebbe una nuova sistemazione dei bagni, da rinnovare in primis i sanitari e la doccia. Del resto tutto bn .

Położenie hotelu, pyszne śniadania, doskonały bar, klimatyzacja. Ɓasen z chłodną wodą był idealny na upały. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane włącznie z wymianą ręczników. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Darmowy podziemny parking. A parking przed hotelem tylko 15€ za dobę. Przystań dla statków 20 m od wejścia do hotelu. Bardzo dobra i godna polecenia miejscówka.

Pěkný hotel s exkluzivním výhledem na jezero a hory. Pěkné a čisté pokoje. Skvělé a bohaté snídaně. Milý, ochotný a usměvavý personál. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni.

L’accoglienza al nostro arrivo è stata un po’ fredda: il ragazzo che ci ha accolti non ci ha dato supporto con i bagagli. Inoltre, il bagno aveva un’illuminazione piuttosto soffusa e il soffione della doccia era un po’ datato, con un getto d’acqua poco potente. Sono piccoli aspetti che, con qualche accorgimento, potrebbero rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

The staff provided excellent assistance and were very pleasant. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The location was beautiful, and the pool's water was pristine.

The absence of a mini-refrigerator in the room was noted. We recommend installing a larger capacity ice machine to accommodate all guests, as the current one is insufficient. Additionally, a refurbishment of the bathrooms is strongly advised.

Ottima posizione e ottimo staff

I bagni sono datati. Si paga tanto la posizione e la vista ma qualche miglioramento alle camere non guasterebbe.

حجم الغرفة صغير والحمام صغير منطقة الشور صغيرة ومتواضعه لايوجد غلاية ماء يجب ان تعرف انها للنوم فقط المواقف المجانية للي بيوقف سيارته بعيده عن الفندق تقريبا 10 دقائق مشي ممتاز للي بيمشي داخل المدينة ويعتمد على المواصلات العامة

Das Hotel diente mir als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, nach dem Abschluss einer Alpenüberquerung mit dem Rad. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, penibelst sauber sowie mit einer leistungsstarken Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Balkon bot einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem gab es einen kleinen Pool, an dem Kinder super toben konnten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In Reichweite des Hotels gab es zig Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels übergab mir zudem einen Gutschein für ein nahegelegenes Restaurant, welchen ich auch nutzte. Bei meiner Ankunft am Hotel wurden mir gekühlte Getränke unentgeltlich in uneingeschränkten Menge angeboten.

Das Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Tritt man aus der Lobby, steht man auf diese vielbefahrene Straße - liebe Eltern passt bitte dahingehend gut auf eure Kinder auf - das Hotel kann nichts für diesen Umstand und auch die Führer der Fahrzeuge haben in diesem Fall kaum eine Chance entsprechend zu reagieren. Das Rad konnte in einer Art Garage abgestellt werden. Als ich nach zwei Stunden zu meinem Rad ging, stand der Zugang zu der Garage offen. Dieser Zugang erfolgt über eine verlassene kleine Seitengasse, sodass jeder das Rad hätte mitnehmen können. Ich schloss die Zugangstür, welche zweiflüglig ist, bemerkte jedoch dass man diese einfach wieder von Außen aufdrücken konnte und sich diese auch nicht gegen ein einfaches Aufdrücken sichern konnte. Hier sollte das Hotel dringend handeln. So geht man nicht mit fremden Wertgegenständen um ... mein Radl kostet 14.000 Euro. Aufgrund diesen Umstandes, werde ich das Hotel bei zukünftigen Alpenüberquerungen nicht nutzen. Dies ist schade, da es mir ansonsten sehr gut gefallen hat.

Wir hatten eine tolle abgeschlossene Fahrradgarage. Das Frühstück war toll und der Seeblick im Zimmer phenomenal. Alles war sehr sauber und ansprechend.

In der Dusche waren minimale schwarze Stellen und der Duschkopf war veraltet aber das ist oft in 3-Sterne-Hotels. Hat uns jetzt nicht so sehr gestört.

Läget och närheten till byn och stranden! Utsikten är magnifik! Frukosten så god och mycket att välja på!

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте с красивым видом! Очень удобно оттуда путешествовать по окрестностям. на автомобиле, велосипеде и пешком. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Завтракать с панорамным видом на озеро это отдельное удовольствие!

Siamo rimasti assolutamente estasiati dal nostro soggiorno in questo hotel a Torbole. ​La struttura nel complesso è davvero bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e molto accogliente. La colazione è stata semplicemente ottima: c'era praticamente di tutto, dal dolce al salato, con prodotti di grande qualità che hanno reso ogni risveglio un piacere. ​Ma il vero tocco di classe è stata la grandissima sorpresa che lo staff ci ha riservato: pur avendo prenotato una camera standard, ci è stata assegnata una camera con una meravigliosa vista lago! Svegliarsi con quel panorama è stato un regalo inaspettato che ha reso la nostra vacanza memorabile. ​Ospitalità e cura del cliente ai massimi livelli. Torneremo sicuramente!

Toller sauberer Pool . Sehr freundlicher Empfang . Mein Zimmer hatte einen riesen Balkon mit super Ausblick direkt auf den Gardasee. Sehr gepflegte Umgebung mit vielen schönen Boutique.

All'arrivo mi ha accolto Alessandra con tanta cortesia e ha soddisfatto pienamente alle mie richieste . Poi una sorpresa che ho apprezzato con il massimo punteggio,, un up grade con una camera molto confortevole
