Hotel con encanto. Habitaciones muy agradables, grandes, con muy buen aire acondicionado y buenas camas. Tuvimos un problema con el baño en la habitación que nos dieron y nos cambiaron de habitación sin problema. Desayuno excelente. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Ubicación excelente.

Había muchos grillos en los balcones de la habitación, aunque no "cantaban" casi nada, por lo que no fueron molestos a la hora de dormir, pero se colaron por algún sitio en la habitación. Esto lo digo por si a alguien le molestan los "bichos".

Great location. We were welcomed by 2 lovely receptionists, they were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Great parking in the garage.

The quilts on the beds are far to thick even with the aircon on. Like in most hotels we took the quilt out of the cover ( in the middle of the night ) and turned the air-conditioning down. Still spoils your nights sleep waking up hot.

C’était parfait! Le rapport qualité prix était au top, petit déjeuner très copieux équipement piscine + hammam est un vrai plus après une journée de visites et il très bien situé ! Je recommande ++

apparemment un manque de communication : ni la famille présente à la piscine ni moi n'avons reçu d'indication sur le fonctionnement du hammam, et quand je suis remonté demander il n'y avait personne à la réception.

Het beperkte aantal parkeerplaatsen en de ruimte om te manoeuvreren. Gelukkig had de bijzonder vriendelijke dame van de receptie ervoor gezorgd dat we de volgende dag er goed uit konden komen.

The hotel is not bad, and it is clear that it was renovated not so long ago. But it looks like they saved on something.

Everything that was happening on the street (cars, music in them, conversations of passers-by, etc.) was perfectly audible in our room. The window always remained closed, and there was no way to open it (there was no handle). After midnight, we were woken up by drops from the ceiling. The water got in through the lamp in the bedroom, through the door jamb and just oozed from the ceiling in the hall. I assume that it was condensation formed from the air conditioning system not only in our room. Judging by the large, long-standing red spot on the ceiling, the problem arose long before our arrival. The receptionist was only able to help by stuffing a few towels into the lamp hole. After half an hour, they swelled from moisture, and the leak resumed. The hotel manager apologized the next morning, but refused to talk about compensation for a sleepless night (unfortunately, we made a full prepayment for the room), he declined under the pretext that "the owner of the hotel is resting and it is inconvenient to disturb him." But otherwise everything is fine.

Their separate restaurant which was a short walk away had a very poor menu.

C'est un bel hôtel bien tenu. Les chambres sont de caractère et spacieuses. La clim marchait très bien tout en étant discrète. Bonne insonorisation. Literie ferme mais de qualité. On se sent bien accueilli (de l'eau dans la chambre...) Situation idéale pour découvrir cette charmante ville à pied.

Le petit dej était décevant. Peu de choix. Manque de fruits frais (salade de fruits etc...). Produits très moyens. Bref, une fausse note.

The staff weren’t particularly helpful or engaging. We mislaid a bag in the on site car park containing beach towels and despite several requests to see if any staff had found it we were told it couldn’t be found. We found it ourselves in a store room right next to where we left it!

A lovely, centrally located hotel, with lots of bars, restaurants and Cognac producers an easy walk away. Air conditioned rooms were a saviour during the hot weather during our stay Staff were friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool, in a windowless room in the basement, wasn’t great. But it didn’t feature in our reasons to book the hotel.

Property was well positioned and free charging of EVs was a bonus. Staff were professional

Room we had was not worth the money we paid. It was dark, and usable space was limited. Room also needed a significant update. Eg no USB connections shower though nice had limited power.TV was obviously a replacement and too big for both the room and the wall hanging it was attached to.

The location was very good for walking around Cognac and it was also good for driving to other areas for visiting cognac houses in the surrounding area.

The breakfast was way overpriced for the quality of the food. Our coffee was never hot (tepid at best). We'd definitely stay somewhere else if we ever returned to Cognac.

Les impératifs de sortir de la chambre à une certaine heure pour y faire le ménage et aucune communication là-dessus, vu le standing de l’hôtel ce n’est pas normal

All 3 concierge were fantastic, super polite, and more than beyond helpful and patient. The room was super spacious and had the best AC we had the whole entire trip. The pool was small but well designed and perfect for my kids.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about with the hotel.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, das geräumige Parkhaus und das Frühstück.

Bei 26 Grad im Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen wegen des Verkehrs auch in der Nacht!

The Hotel is perfectly located for business as for tourism. It is in the city center, near very good restaurants and near Houses of Cognac. Great Hotel, good value for money

Breakfast could have more local food choices. In such a region like Cognac, there are plenty of specialities that could be supplied by local farmers. The breakfast was good, however nothing special. Shame not to emphasise the local products.
