Delovely Hotel

Room was very clean and bed very comfy. Fridge in the room was a bonus. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Shower . Really difficult to get a steady temperature but didn't spoil the weekend

Centre of Blackpool but had great night sleep on very comfy bed. Very quiet through the night which is great for a light sleeper like me. Very friendly host too.

Nothing.

The atmosphere as soon as you walked in was so relaxed and inviting

I do not have anything that I did not like about the property

Clean and relaxing, comfortable bed

Breakfast was brilliant , im a cook myself so can be hard to please , but excellent , Location good , 5 mins from train station

Room 3 too small , no privacy on the toilet as theres a gap , saying that that was the cheapest room ( bargin for room and breakfast for 2 ) so id stay again , but would pay more for a bigger room 😃

The room facilities were good The bed was very comfortable The happy hour was appreciated The breakfast was excellent As was the serving staff Overall a good value comfortable stay!!😃😃

Great location, Friendly, Clean.

Location, and the breakfast was exceptional and the guy who served couldn’t do any more for you.

Getting woken by other guests arguing in the next room in the early hours but not the hotels fault

Perfect location for what we needed. Friendly hosts. Fantastic breakfast and staff.

No free parking but there's a car park 5 minute walk away.

Breakfast was very nice staff friendly and helpful will book again soon hopefully for 2 nights next time

Owners very pleasant and very outgoing staff were great .

Breakfast was very good

Rooms need updating, paint / wallpaper peeling away from ceiling not a pretty sight

Property is in a great location. Nice quiet area but handy for the promenade. Very clean, staff were exceptional. Breakfast 10/10.

Nothing

Personalen var otroligt serviceminded. Frukosten var väldigt bra med otroligt gott kaffe

Location

Absolutely nothing

Excellent

Room could have been lower down it was top (2nd) floor

Location was great, close to all the bars. The room itself was nice, very comfy bed and bottled water provided along with tea and coffee etc which was a bonus for me as I don't like hot drinks :)

My only tiny issue with the room itself was the sliding door for the bathroom was very noisy. Also we went down for breakfast at around 9ish and it was quite busy so we had quite a long wait and although was offered tea/coffee and toast when we sat down we never received them. Eventually after my breakfast arrived my husband was then offered another coffee even though he wasn't given the first one ordered! This wouldn't stop us from staying here again as I understand they were busy when we went for breakfast.

The location is fantastic,5 minutes from train station, full English breakfast yummy, and a good variety, cooked perfect

Nothing could of been better, everything just perfect

The check-in was smooth and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and left me very full and l could not be thirsty after a big pot of tea to myself - and it was included in the price. The staff in the dining room couldn't have done more for you. The room was small, but it had everything in it that l could need. They wished me a safe journey home when I left.

A lot of stairs, but you expect that in an older property.

Very cool decor Spotlessly clean Great owners very friendly Lovely home cooked food

Nothing really nice place

Quiet place lovely staff, amazing breakfast...

friendly staff good food great little bar with happy bed didn't squeak lol

Lovely place, Great owners and staff. Very friendly and genuine people's people. Had the best stay ever. If I come to blackpool again I would stay here every time. Brilliant hotel.

No dislikes at all

Staff were very welcoming and just amazing room was spotless and gorgeous definitely will be staying here again on are next trip down to Blackpool

Close to the station and walkable to city centre.

Room felt very cramped for a double and more suited to a single.

The cleanliness and comfortability

On the top floor where we stayed there was no WiFi signal and half the tv channels did not work due to this

The staff were really pleasant and the breakfast was fantastic

The hotel was lovely

The Breakfast was lovely

We didn't dislike anything

Was a very comfy quiet room, and breakfast was great!

The way the owners greet you make u feel welcome

Nothing all was good

Friendly staff, good location

Dated and very enclosed rooms and could of been cleaner

We loved everything 💜 Fabulous room, wonderful hosts, amazing breakfast with so many choices, served by the loveliest person. Thank you for having us, can't wait for our next visit 😊

Absolutely nothing 💖

The bedding had poo stains on it was that bad I came home a day earlier then anticipated could not wait to get home and back in my own bed would never stop there again or recommend it to anyone

Lovely staff. Really excellent breakfast. Clean rooms with good things to drink. Highly recommended

Needed a hook in the bathroom

Ideal location for what I wanted. Staff very pleasant.

Too many stairs!!!

The location is great for us The staff were extremely helpful and friendly The breakfast is plentiful with cereal, Toast. Juice and lots of options for cooked items. All well cooked and good portions The bar area has lots of deals for food and drink we ate there one night and food good value and very nice home cooked chips The room had everything you need including iron, hairdryer and fan etc Very comfortable bed Good lighting We have booked to return

Our only issue was the room was very small and the bathroom was compact This is not uncommon in Blackpool This was the only room available when we booked When we return we have booked one of larger rooms

Breakfast was more than I expected. The hotel was very quiet during the evenings Small resting area outside the hotel front

When I return next year, I will have to make sure I ask for a ground floor room, due to my physical condition regarding stairs

Breakfast was amazing Host were brilliant

Ideal location, lovely breakfast and staff very friendly

Nothing we didn't like

The breakfast was lovely, the location was great too being only a short walk to the winter gardens, overall a great experience!

Thr breakfast was exceptional and the staff were wonderful

Honestly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in in Blackpool also had a fan in our room which was perfect

Nothing everything was perfect

Room was great, property in great location and staff friendly. Great value for money.

Over all fantastic place to stay at definitely booking again for next year

Friendly staff food excellent and very clean place

Fantastic place

All good

Not sure what I was expecting at £39 B&B but it was far better than i imagined. The room was small but clean and en suite. The bar was good, the staff super friendly and breakfast was excellent. Parking on the street was fine but can imagine might be a little more challenging at busier times. The area the hotel is located in might be a shock to some but if your perfectly comfortable with men is dresses its a great place to stay. All the bars around are super chilled, welcoming and safe. Very happy with my choice and would stay again

Good value for money, location was great, about 10 mins from north shore.. breakfast was lovely! We would recommend if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay in Blackpool, the room was clean and well equipped - had an iron, fan, shampoo/shower gel. The bottles of water/tea and coffee and mini fridge were an added extra touch which I wouldn’t expect at the price paid so overall fabulous stay and would book again.

Close proximity to town centre and promenade, friendly staff, lovely food

Nothing

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The extras provided in the room. Bottled water tea coffee and biscuits plus shower gel and shampoo.

Can't think of anything

It was warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for where we needed to be and close to the train station. Reasonable price and a good vibe. We will deffo return and recommend

Very clean room and comfy bed.

Was a bit hot and no fan, though I'm sure if we had asked, they would have assisted.

Lovely little place. Comfortable room, nice bar and friendly staff

Good location, very comfortable bed and staff very helpful

Close to amenities, well presented and the breakfast is second to none’s beautiful

Loved the steak homemade chips breakfast was lovely bed was comfy and pillows location was good parking was good staff was friendly nice touch with the fridge and biscuits and water

The shower was leaking went hot and cold a bit small the room was more like a single not a double the lamps to big on the bedsides cant put nothing on the bedsides no long mirror or dressing table tv needs to be bigger needs black out curtains and the toilet seat was loose

Mark ,Charlie and staff were so helpful loved all the service the room the food the drinks there welcoming attitude absolutely brilliant 👏

Going home 🏡

I stayed at this hotel after a recommendation from a friend. It is a very comfortable hotel situated ideally for the centre of Blackpool. The accomodation was very good and the staff could not do enough to help you. I was especially impressed by the waiters at breakfast time who made sure everything was just spot on.

Super friendly people, excellent location, great brekkie, and wonderful value.

Great location. Nice clean and comfortable room with everything available for my stay.

The Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of cooked breakfasts. The Staff were fantastic from start to finish.

Nothing

Excellent breakfast, Could not eat anymore. Always asking if we needed more toast, coffee etc.

Nothing.

Good value for money. We also got a up grade, which was a nice surprise

Nothing

Excellent stay

Near to the Winter Gardens. Quiet road

The bedroom was very hot even with fan provides and was so Small it was hard to move around the room. The bathroom wash shabby and the floor looked grubby. Carper was threadbare.

Loved the location exactly what I needed

Can honestly say there was nothing

Great breakfasts

Great place, staff and facilities were excellent.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything! The bed was ridiculously comfy - so much so I didn't wanna get up! And the breakfast was absolutely delicious 😍 thanks guys!

Nothing

Very clean , comfortable and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Great location.

We were unaware that our stay coincided with the Pride weekend celebrations. As a consequence the bar area below our rooms was rather lively and noisy but in fairness this ended at a reasonable time.

Excellent hotel in great location. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was amazing definitely one of the best I've had in a small hotel. I got there early and was able to check in early which was really appreciated. Highly recommended.

There was nothing to dislike

Great location clean great vibe

Warm welcome and lovely bedroom , comfy bed nice and quiet when going to sleep . Would highly recommend .

Nothing it was 10/10

Breakfast was excellent! Top quality produce, beautifully cooked and tasted delicious, one of the best we’ve had for a while

A bit dated, but clean and comfortable

The staff were absolutely amazing everyone was so friendly felt like home. food was again delicious very happy with my stay and would come back again

I wish there was a tiny bit more room and maybe some air-conditioning it was very warm but they did provide a fan which did help

Very good breakfast.

Food was great, evening meal and breakfast

Our room needed updating badly

Fab breakfast . Dressing table . Room facilities

we were treated like old friends by the phenomenal hosts, Mark and Charlie. Their hospitality is unmatched; they truly go above and beyond to ensure every single guest has a perfect stay. What Made Our Stay Unforgettable: Immaculate, Cozy Rooms: Our bedroom was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed gave us a perfect night's sleep. Little touches like a stocked mini fridge with fresh, real milk and complimentary water made a world of difference. A Breakfast Fit for a King: The legendary full English breakfast is easily the best in Blackpool. It is freshly cooked, plentiful, and served by the wonderful Marvin, whose everlasting smile made our mornings so bright!

Room was slightly on the small side if I was being super critical but it was spotless and there were other nice touches that more than made up for the lack of room

Breakfast included Mini fridge in the room Iron and board in the room Hair dryer in the room Tv was a decent size

The only “issue” was creaking floor so people below us must’ve been annoyed!!!

Breakfast fair good choice.

Room was adequate but very dated and tired . Very clean. Suggest it's ready for a update carpet// blinds/ a lick of paint and a extra power point perhaps .. Hospitality tray brilliant .

Il mangiare....la struttura...la posizione... fantastico...

La camera era piccola.....ci torno sicuramente ma vorrei una camera più grande....😍

DELOVELY IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY CHARLIE & MARK ARE SO LOVERY WE WILL RETURN LOVED STAYING WITH THEM

Lovely stuff and cozy atmosphere.

Small room and bathroom, but it was not a problem for us.

Fantastic room and spotless throughout, the food served was amazing

That it was booked out the next night so we couldn’t stay another night!

Super friendly staff, very clean room

Perfect location. Lovely comfortable room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice little extras in the room such as fresh milk, and refreshments and toiletries in the bathroom.

The shower wasn’t very powerful.

My bedroom was large, beautifully presented with lots of little touches that made it feel very luxurious. The breakfast was great, quality ingredients and genuine care when catering for a gluten free diet.

Great location really nice people let me park my bike at rear were it was safe and secure nice breakfast
