Claremont Hotel - All Inclusive!

Great value for money and the quality of the food was excellent.

Rooms could do with a wee bit of freshening up but that's me being picky

Staff couldn't do enough for me, 10/10 excellent, food ,service was simply great .

Good entertainment, comfortable lounge area .staff welcoming helpfull and polite. Good selection of drinks for all-inclusive guests.

Breakfast could have had more choice ,only fried eggs. Would have prefared decaf tea and coffee. Light lunch should be available eg complimentory sandwiches ,or cake / biscuits last time I stayed we were offered fish and chips . Bathroom very small . Didn't like having to go down stairs to use the hotel toilets .

It was central to Blackpool tram stop right across the road ,parking was great .

Staff were excellent, good value for money, good location.

The carpark, we had our car damaged on morning of departure by another guest leaving. Hotel were unable to give us the details even though the incident was captured on CCTV.if we claim for the damage through our insurance then our premiums increase but yhis is the knly way the hotel will release the details.

I have been a few times to this hotel and have loved it every time staff are amazing. Food is always spot on and the entertainment is always fun. I have already booked for jan for my other half's 40th.

Furniture in bar window area needs replacing very dirty and some seats sunken in so not good to sit on. The windows really need cleaning as it gives a dirty feel to the place which is a shame, a tweek in this area and it would be lovely.

First day evening meal unable to cut roast potatoes due to being over cooked,service in restaurant was good Staff very helpful

Having to wait for 1 hour to check in due to queue, waited for time told we could occupy room collected luggage which was in entertainment room with other peoples luggage,there was then a queue for the lift as two people at a time with luggage could fit in it. The lift was also used for going to toilet facilities as they were in the basement which was an inconvenience especially for evening entertainment as they were a distance away and lift was in constant use. There should be Toilet facilities should on ground floor which would be of help for people with medical problems.

It was brilliant staff ,food ,drinks was all good i would recommend and iam definitely going back the staff couldn't do anuf for you they go beyond for you nothing is to much and its the best sleep I've had in a hotel for ages I was deading parking but no even that was good fantastic it made may stay there well worth it

There was nothink about the hotel that I didnt like On the other had family with kids im not saying all but when family's got kids and let them run over the furniture well that was discussing no respect and ive got kids and they would of never had done that

Love the location, not far to walk into town centre. Food was great and plenty of it. Staff are polite and efficient. It’s pretty clean but some areas are worn so don’t look good even though they are reasonably clean although I must add the seating in lounge area is a bit grubby especially the arms of the sofas, it’s ingrained dirt from what looks like greasy/sweaty hands and because those sofas are made of cloth they’re probably impossible to keep clean. Room was lovely with a big window so had plenty of fresh circulating air and it was at the rear of the hotel, was a little bit noisy from traffic and revellers but we did sleep well, beds are very comfortable. Bathroom a little outdated but perfectly usable, also had a large opening window.

In need of improvements in some areas but it’s a busy hotel so it constantly takes a bashing. Entertainment room isn’t big enough to accommodate all guests, there are other seating areas but if you’re going to see the “stars” you might be disappointed. Not enough wall sockets.

Very poor decor inside and out, quite shabby. Only 1 lift for the whole building and disabled facilities quite poor especially leading to the bedrooms

I liked everything about the claremont hotel all inclusive the room was very spacious the beds were comfy and I liked the fact we had a bath and a shower staff were very helpful the food was delicious and the fact you can use the bar from 12o clock dinner till 12 midnight the entertainment was also very good everything about the hotel suited me first time staying there going back for 2 days on the 11th September

Obviously an old property whilst very clean could do with updating but that doesn’t detract from a great value stay.

We had stayed before so we knew what to expect, however, it was not as good as we remembered, it’s battered! The turn round of guests is huge and the hotel looks like it hasn’t had a good clean in years! It creaks and groans with very move, our bathroom floor was on a slope with a huge dip in front of the sink…which was so low you could easily wash your feet in it. Saying that we did sleep well and it was comfortable enough. The public areas were scruffy, and the air con in some areas was fierce! Freezing! The catering was ok! Reasonable choice at breakfast and dinner.

The smoking area in front of the hotel, the general disrepair, and the lack of deep cleaning! All tables felt sticky! The week we chose was unfortunately one where children were allowed.. the kids club and activities were minimal and there was very little parental control over some of the kids there…there were some very well behaved polite children and there was a passé of feral ones! Not ideal when there were a lot of elderly, infirm folk about. Obviously being an all-inclusive it can be abused by some and certain behaviors come along with that! Would I stay again…not any more..it has had its day

The rooms was very poor the creaking floorboards.. the carpets down to the toilets was a disgrace smell of urine everybody was talking bout it.. all-inclusive was limited eg paying 50p for a bottle of water which we found very cheeky.

We liked the location of the property and the fact of the drinks and food being included in the price even tho we don’t drink alcohol

I would say there were a few things we didn’t like 1. There was only one lift in the hotel and it would only take about 4/5 maximum depending on who and what they had ie larger people like myself and luggage 2. The way the hotel is laid out is so hard to navigate really confusing 3. The part that really made it hard was there only being a toilet on the basement and you had to wait for the lift to go to the toilet either up or down and I have a bowel problems so it became hard to decide if i should stay for the entertainment or go to the room. 4. The design of the room was nice and big but the toilet was really small and the massive issue we had was there was only ONE socket to use and obviously the heat we had a fan running and if we had the kettle on that’s all used up as the usb part on the socket was sometimes not working

Food was excellent with a good selection, you get given a table and it's yours until you checkout which was great as we were a bigger party and meant we didn't have to wait to be seated. We had someone who was quite fussy and they weren't disappointed. Food was served at ideal times and the rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and more than happy to help. My sister is a type 1 diabetic and she went hypo in the middle of the night. The night reception staff were fantastic and gave us a sugary drink aswell as some bread rolls for carbs. They even remembered us the next day and asked if everything was okay. The location of the hotel was good. It was quite far up the north pier so it was quiet but also on the prom so there was access to buses/trams to travel. The daytime reception staff were friendly and gave us a rundown of everything we needed to know. Parking at the front of the hotel was full but staff showed us to their rear carpark which was free of charge to use. We would say this hotel was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in when visiting Blackpool and we wouldn't hesitiate to return.

Rooms were on the smaller side. We expected them to be bigger compared to the pictures online, however, it was fine for what we needed. The lifts were small and didn't hold many people. They also took a while to go up and come back down and we were often waiting a short while. The hot tap in room 327 was a bit dodgy, it seemed to spurt on and off and sprayed all over us. Also, the all inclusive drinks option was limited, however, we all liked something on there and we certainlty got our moneys worth. The gold upgrade was worth it at only £15pppn.

The place is a bit run down.Didnt like having to go for tea early otherwise you wouldn't get a seat in the entertainment room.Toilet corridor downstairs very smelly.

Tired rooms and furnishings within the hotel. Horrible urine smell from the main toilet which travels up the stairway.

All the staff were pleasant and very happy to assist with anything if required.

Food was really nice and our room was large clean and bed comfy. The entertainment was really good too.

Bar staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there or serve you. Smile would help and a little interaction. Toilets only one location and it’s a lift down to bottom floor so if your disabled with only one lift it took ages.

Was bit too much 3rd floor,. as I struggle with hips, knees,. An back now. I had two car accidents, so my bones are very weak. Apart from that, we had a very nice time.... Thank You All see u soon....

The food was excellent well done to the chiefs .it was also well organised. Staff lovely in the restaurant and bar.

Didn't like the pillows they were horrible to sleep on complained at reception and it was noted for the housekeeping. The lady knocked on the door with 2 more pillows but unfortunately they was the same ended up sleeping with our heads on the mattress.
