Flights from the UK were severely disrupted on our due departure date 8 September and delayed by 2 days, due to Emirates business class availability, therefore we lost two nights all inclusive package which the hotel or booking,com will reimburse us for

Inkább egy golf hotel, mintsem resort, de a festői környezet, a kristálytiszta lagúnák kárpótolnak. Valamint az ételek változatosak és finomak, főleg a külön álló éttermeik.

Kicsit az érződött a resorton, hogy a természet adta szépségekből élnek, a személyzet sokszor értetlen, nem kedves, kevésbé ember központú. Sok helyen, szobák, étterem esetében egy részletekbe menő átgondolásra lenne szükség.

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms and excel food and service

Absolutely everything is wonderful, from top to bottom. Great value for money for a 5 star hotel, and the staff was so lovely, you really see that there is the Mauritian hospitality, heart and soul thoughout the whole resort.

That I needed trousers for dinner, as I didn’t even bring any for the vacation had to buy some😅. However it did convey a nice charm to the whole dinning experience.

The hotel’s amazing location and beautiful facilities really stood out. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. La Ravanne was a particular highlight, with excellent local food and outstanding service.

The buffet is very good, but at €57 per person, I found it quite expensive for a buffet.

Tesisin bulunduğu yer okyanusun en sakin olduğu ve yüzmeye en uygun alan. Odadan çıkar çıkmaz adımını sahile ve okyanusun harika maviliklerine atıyor olmak büyük bir avantaj. Otelin çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Diğer hiçbir otelde görmediğim kadar saygılı davrandılar. Otelde özellikle akşam yemekleri için harika menüleri olan lüks konseptli restoranlar bulunuyor. Her açıdan mükemmeldi ve dinlenmek için harikaydı.

Die sensationelle Lage

A localização do hotel é excelente e a praia nesta zona da ilha é muito boa. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis e todo o hotel está muito bem decorado e é muito agradável. Apesar de existirem muitas atividades disponíveis preferimos usufruir da praia a qual tínhamos acesso direto a partir do nosso quarto. O staff da receção e dos restaurantes era extremamente simpática e prestável.

É um resort muito grande e para ir aos vários restaurantes e bares ou voltar ao quarto quando nos esquecemos de alguma coisa demora bastante tempo. Em particular o staff da zona da praia não era muito prestável e em 4 dias no hotel apenas duas vezes vimos alguém passar pela praia a perguntar se os hóspedes queriam tomar alguma coisa.

Bella posizione su spiaggia bianca. Shuttle interno ogni 15 minuti per andare nei vari ristoranti (quello del dinarobin non sono vicini). Golf a 2 passi dalla reception.

Camera senza privacy e rumorosa (dietro avevamo il kids club, un orrore). Pavimento del patio mai pulito in 5 giorni. Sembra di essere in un condominio di periferia. Colazione totalmente a buffet e di livello medio/basso. Appena arrivi ti tocca prenotare subito tutti i ristoranti per evitere di andare in quelli a buffet. Ristoranti molto costosi e di livello bassino eccetto il giapponese del Dynarobin (che merita anche per il servizio). Sembra di essere in un villaggio turistico pienissimo di famiglie con bambini che gridano tutto il tempo. Assenza di aree adult only nei ristoranti. Piscina piena di bambini e materassini. Spiaggia stretta sovraffollata di lettini (manco a riccione). I teli da spiaggia vanno cercati ogni giorno nella zona piscina. Nessun servizio da 5 stelle, solo i prezzi. Continuo via vai a 10 metri dalla riva di barche. Nessuna agevolazione al green fee. Campo da golf abbastanza deludente (quelli dell’heritage sono un altro livello).

Servizi impeccabili e posto meraviglioso

Avevamo chiesto un servizio di colazione senza glutine dal primo giorno per la quale ci era stata data conferma, siamo riusciti ad ottenerla solo il secondo giorno grazie all’aiuto dello chef.

Posto meraviglioso, mare cristallino, personale attento e cordialissimo. Colazione e cena varie e abbondanti e cibo buono.

We have just returned from the most incredible week getting married at Le Paradis. Alexandre, Roy and the rest of the team were incredible from start to finish, treating our family and friends with so much care and attention and making sure everything ran so smoothly with over 100 guests staying at the hotel and spending three amazing days across the whole resort. We had the best time of our lives and would recommend ANYONE to have their wedding, holiday or family trip at Paradis. It was better than we could have ever dreamed of, and we are so grateful… Thank you Paradis team and see you next time!!!

Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal! Strand war auch in Ordnung. Etwas außerhalb von dem Trubel. Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.

Viele Moskito, habe mich mit Chikungunya-Fieber von Moskito übertragen angesteckt und starke Gelenkschmerzen noch heute 2 Monate später. Deshalb an alle bitte immer einreiben mit Abwehrmittel

The staying was really good and pleasant. From the begging of our journey till the end we were able to try a lot of things and were surrounded by the warm-welcoming team. We would like to admit high service of cleaning, meeting team, and staff at the restaurants who worked really fast and made all our wishes come true! There are some for à la cart restaurants, where we tried tasty food. The facilities and the place itself are great! We met our best sunset on the island there!

Struttura nuova che ha davanti l’oceano azzurro, sicuramente il più bello di tutte le Mauritius. Colazione ricca, fresca e variegate. Quattro ristoranti in cui mangiare e altri quattro nel vicino Resort Dinarobin accessibile anche per i clienti del Paradis. Stanza ampia, pulita e spaziosa. Il solo tramonta nel mare davanti alla struttura. Tutto perfetto

Our stay at Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa was exceptional from start to finish. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, providing outstanding service throughout our entire visit. The room was huge, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. With its top-notch facilities and stunning surroundings, the entire setting truly feels like paradise. Highly recommended!

First impression: At first glance, the hotel appeared peaceful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. It fully met the expectations we had based on our research and the photos we had seen. Location: The beachfront location is beautiful. The resort is also well sheltered from wind and rough weather. The bay belonging to the resort is ideal for all kinds of water sports (more on the activities below). The beach is very long, clean, and regularly maintained by the staff. The sea is stunning and incredibly clear. Overall, the resort is very quiet, and thanks to its size, guests are spread out well. As a result, it never feels crowded or noisy. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in was efficient and hassle-free. All the important information was explained clearly without overwhelming us with too much information at once. We also appreciated being welcomed with a local drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Another thing we really appreciated was that our room was ready immediately, so we didn't have to wait. Check-out was just as smooth, with no surprises such as hidden charges or unexpected fees. Rooms: The rooms are generally spacious and provide everything you need. The bathroom in particular is very large and comfortable, featuring a spacious rain shower and a bathtub. One minor drawback is that the only wardrobe is located in the bathroom and is rather small for two people. Storing clothes for a stay of several weeks requires a bit of stacking, especially since there are only a few shelves. Another downside is that the air conditioning and ventilation for the bathroom and bedroom cannot be controlled separately. As a result, we often had to keep the air conditioning running because of the humidity in the bathroom, even though the room temperature itself was already comfortable. This sometimes made the room feel rather cold. Apart from that, the room was maintained to a very high standard.

Even better the on the photos! The bench starts at your doorstep! best location we could wish for! The staff is extremely kind and caring, the facilities are all brand new and the design is high-end! The food is simply great in all the restaurants of the resort.

Everything was fabulous

One of those hotels that leave a lasting impression. An enchanting place, stunning sea, rooms large enough for a family of three. The buffet is delicious even though the prices are those of a 5-star hotel. The kids' club is very professional.

Some misunderstandings with the staff upon arrival were resolved upon departure without any discussion but with a much appreciated sense of customer service.

Tout était très bien, du personnel au cadre en passant par la déco et l'emplacement. Très bel hôtel pour se poser ou découvrir les alentours. Tout le personnel est adorable sans exception, ils sont tous au petits soins et avenants ça embeli d'avantage le séjour. L'hôtel, à pied du Morne, fait parti d'un complexe, on a donc pu nous balader dans tout le complexe afin d'admirer les différents paysages qui s'offrent autour. L'accès au 3 restaurants pour le petit est un plus, cela permet de changer de cadre, le menu est le même donc pas de frustration 😅 Digne d'un vrai 5 étoiles comme on les aime.

Petite suggestion d'amélioration: un étendoir à linge ne serait pas de refus pour les maillots et une bassine pour se rincer les pieds au niveau de la terrasse serait également un plus car quand on va à la mer et qu'on accède direct à la chambre c'est compliqué en ayant les pieds plein de sable.

Her şey muhteşemdi çalışanlar çok ilgili, odamız gayet temiz ve genişti, yemekler ada geneline göre iyiydi özellikle blue marlin restaurant a rezervasyon yaptırıp denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Hotel çevresinde doğru düzgün mekan olmadığı için yarım pansiyon satın almanızı tavsiye ederim. Denizi de oldukça güzel ve temiz ücretsiz su sporları var.

Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey olmadı. Sadece tavsiye olarak oda kapı ve pencerelerine sineklik yapılması çok iyi olur. Bir de balkona çamaşır asmak için askılık olması çok iyi olur ıslak eşyaları kurutmak zor oldu bizim için

J’ai tout aimé

La ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza son de diez. Comodísimas habitaciones, la piscina, la playa, el gimnasio, las instalaciones deportivas muy cuidadas y modernas.

La comida y bebida eran carísimas. Nos sorprendió muchísimo porque el resto de la isla no es así. No es normal pagar por un sándwich o una hamburguesa los precios que tenían, ni lo merece ni es razonable. La bebida carísima también. Lo bueno es que tienes opciones gastronómicas mejores y más baratas fuera del hotel. El servicio del hotel fue correcto pero no excelente, se confundieron de día al darnos el desayuno que habíamos pedido, luego no vinieron a recogerlo en todo un día entero. Son cosas a tener en cuenta en un hotel tan caro y que se deben mencionar.

Merveilleux hôtel : nous nous y sommes sentis chouchoutés par pleins de petites attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Quant aux restaurants: tout y est délicieux. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Bref on s y sent bien.

Rien. Tout était beau !!!

Le lieu est paradisiaque, la plage toujours propre avec beaucoup de transat, le personnel toujours très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre et tous ses équipements. Le petit déjeuner propose beaucoup de choix. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les parcours pour courir dans le complexe pour éviter les routes fréquentées.

Nous avons trouvé que les prix des extras (boisson + repas) étaient excessivement cher. Attention à la note salée qui vous attend à la fin du séjour. Tout est fait pour que vous ne sortiez pas de l'hôtel.

Sehr gute Lage Wunderschöne Strände. Und auch ein ehemals wirklich tolles Hotel. Es ist heute leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man merkt es an Kleinigkeiten, dass es immer wieder schwierig ist, ein Hotel eben über viele Jahre hinweg auch ordentlich zu halten. Trotzdem muss man sagen, es ist ein fantastisches Sportangebot. Hier gibt es so viele Sportmöglichkeiten und es gibt auch gutes Equipment für allen Sport, wie es woanders auf der Insel wohl kaum zu finden ist. Das ist ein ganz großer Pluspunkt. Auch die ganze Anlage um den Pool herum ist wirklich sehr gut gehalten und es macht Freude hier essen zu gehen. Sowohl das sehr ausgiebige Frühstück als auch die verschiedenen Restaurants für die Abendessen machen wirklich ein rundes Bild. Ein besonderes Pluspunkt ist auch der direkte Zugang zum Golfplatz, der direkt bei der Rezeption startet.

Es ist nicht einfach in einem Land, in dem die Hotels schon fast zwangsmässig eine gewisse Prozentsatz an Mitarbeitern aufs Auge gedritt bekommen, das Hotel in einem guten Zustand zu halten. Das ist für die gesamte Wirtschaft von Mauritius zwar sehr vorteilhaft, aber natürlich für ein Hotel bis Weihnachten eine ordentliche Herausforderung. Wenn es also auf diesem hohen Niveau etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann würde ich sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter alle angehalten werden sollten, die Gäste zu grüßen. Vielleicht wirkt das etwas pingelig, aber es macht wirklich einen sehr großen Unterschied. Auch die professionalität der Mitarbeiter in den Restaurants könnte durchaus erhöht werden, indem einfach internationale Standards, klarer und deutlicher den Mitarbeitern mitgeteilt werden. Einzelne Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, andere hingegen lassen den Kopf alle 2 Minuten hängen, schluffen mit den füßen, unterhalten sich zur Drittwährend andere fragend nach einem Kellner suchen., etc. Der Abflussgeruch im Badezimmer scheint Schwierig in den Griff zu bekommen zu sein. Insgesamt ist das aber ein Kommentar auf Rom, Niveau, und wir haben wirklich einen fantastischen Urlaub dort verbracht. Danke also an das Hotel.

This is literally the best hotel on the island!

F&B Team was great at the zuka restaurant. Very professional and polite. Spa team delivered exceptional service , Congrats to them also. Guest relations were effective and collaborate , thank you for your smiles.

Bed sheets should be reviewed as they did not fit perfectly the mattress . Smell from the drains . AC was not up to expectations. Amenities in the room should be reviewed. Management should think to renovate or some uplifts.

best service , food can be improved

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved the direct access to the beach, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food throughout our stay.

The only downside was that we hadn’t booked the à la carte restaurants in advance for dinner, so we ended up dining at the buffet every evening. It would have been helpful to receive this information before our arrival so we could have made reservations ahead of time.

Es ist ein absolutes Traumhotel! Die Zimmer sind groß und immer super sauber gewesen. Der Strand ist einfach nur traumhaft schön! Das Personal ist immer nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und sind Abends dann in den Hotelrestaurants essen gegangen. Hier sind die Preise wirklich extrem hoch und es sind super kleine Portionen, somit würden wir jedem mindestens Halbpension empfehlen. Ebenfalls hätten wir es etwas schöner gefunden wenn Abends etwas mehr Programm an einer der Hotelbars gewesen wäre.

Was good...expected more. Very average for a 5 star hotel. Nothing special except for the setting of Le Morne and nice beaches. Hotel is ageing and it is showing in the rooms.

The staff is attentive and welcoming. The hotel is nice, clean and appealing.

Drinks and food are overpriced, especially when compared to the real life on Mauritius. The beach is not that special compared to e.g. Seychelles.

No complaints

Without doubt the most wonderful resort we have ever been to. The location in Le Morne is absolutely stunning, with the beach on one side and Le Morne Brabant on the other. The resort is lined with palm trees and surrounded by a beautiful golf course. The facilities, food and restaurant are all exceptional, but perhaps what makes this resort so wonderful is the very kind staff and how they genuinely care about your stay. We were looked after so well by the wonderful reception team, the caring concierge, thoughtful housekeepers, room service, the wonderful and talented beauticians at the spa and the kind and knowledgeable hosts of the sports centre. We also had a fabulous meal hosted by Roy at Zest who made us feel so special and welcome. No request was too much trouble, and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. It was our honeymoon and the resort also kindly offered us some additional extras, like a couples activity and a room upgrade. There is so much to do onsite - snorkelling, boat trips, scuba diving, countless other water activities, padel tennis, e-bikes, golf etc but also lots to explore locally, including the Black River Gorges National Park, hikes, beaches, local villages, game reserves etc. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for a trip of a lifetime.

We were surprised by how uncomfortable the bed was, especially considering the otherwise very high standard of the hotel. The mattress and particularly the pillow were not comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. The bed also has springs that are quite noisy, so even small movements during the night could be clearly heard and felt. This was unexpected given the overall excellent quality of the hotel.
