Das Hotel ist einfach wundervoll, direkt am tollen, langen Sandstrand in ruhiger Lage in le morne gelegen. Der Service ist wie zu vermuten excellent!

سكنت لمده ثلاث ليالي من تاريخ 26 /8 الى تاريخ 29/8 في الغرفه رقم 623 كان الجو مغيم اكثر الوقت ودرجه الحراره تتراوح من 23 درجه مئويه الى 15 درجه مئويه وبدون رطوبه تذكر .ولاتوجد رياح قويه . - تصميم الفندق كلاسيكي رائع . -العاملين رائعين ومتميزين في خدمتهم ودائمين الابتسامه . - منظر الشاطئ وكذالك الجبل خلف المنتجع منظر ولا في الاحلام . -موقع الفندق قريب من سفاري كاسيلا وكذالك منطقه الاوان السبعه وشلال شامرال واخذت سياره من نفس المنتجع وانتظرني عند السفاري كاسيلا لمده خمس ساعات بقيمه 337 ريال انا اشوفها قيمه ممتازه وانا افضلها على التاكسي لان التكاسي قليله جربت كل تطبيقاتهم اوبر لايعمل مع ابل باي وتطبيق yugo و dodogo و mokabb الدفع عندهم كاش وصعبه في التعامل وبسبب ان طلعاتي قليله لم اخذ سائق خاص . - وجود شطّاف في الحمام كان ميزة ممتازة . - انصحك خذ الدور الثاني أفضل من الدور الأرضي من ناحية الخصوصية ولازم تكتب لهم اني اريد الدور الثاني وليس الارضي . - يوجد اربع مطاعم في المنتجع انا جربت The Boathous وكان لذيذ وراقي وجربت المطعم الهندي وكان لذيذ واعجبني طبق الدجاج بالزبدة كانت نكهته لذيذه جداً . -لقد قدموا لمناسبه خاصه بنا كيكه لذيذه مع باقه ورد وعصير بطعم الخوخ كان بادرة جميله جدا منهم اشكرهم عليها 🌹 - اطلاله البلكونه جميله جدا واطلبوا بعيد عن المسبح لانه اهدئ كثيراً . -التواصل يكون عن طريق باركود ويفتح لك واتس اب وتتواصل معهم . -الامان عالي جدا حيث انهم لايسمحون بدخول اي سياره الابعد التحقق منها . -منظر الغروب على الشاطئ لا يفوت ابداً . -يوجد في المنتجع صاله العاب فيها بولياردو وبلايستشن وكيرم وتنس طاوله -توجد صاله سينما في المنتجع بجدول يحدد لك كل الافلام التي سوف تعرض بالساعه طوال الاسبوع . - يوجد كوفي ومكتبه ومتجر لبيع بعض الاحتياجات والملابس .

شي واحد لم يعجبني في الحجز لايوجد عندهم حجز هاف بورد (فطور وعشاء ) في بوكينق الا ان يكون غير مسترد .

Hotel vecchio che necessita di ristrutturazione, sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere. Pulizia non impeccabile, lentezza da parte della reception e dei butler nel dare seguito alle richieste degli ospiti, staff non sempre professionale e esperienza spa deludente. Il cibo nel ristorante The Boathouse è di scarsa qualità ed anche il servizio è discutibile (buoni invece Indya e Floating Market). Hotel sovraffollato, frequentato soprattutto da famiglie con bambini e di conseguenza rumoroso e tutt'altro che esclusivo. In considerazione anche del prezzo elevato, ho reputato l'intera esperienza deludente e non all'altezza di quanto ci si aspetta da una struttura di questa categoria.

اول ما وصلت من السفر متعب وإرهاق من الطائرة تفاجأت بأنهم قامو بتغيير غرفتي من غرفة ارضية الى غرفة علوية وموظف الاستقبال كان يقول لم يكن هناك توافر فقمنا باعطائك غرفة افضل ، مع الأسف بأنهم نفس غرفتي ولكن علوية

Bellissimo albergo resort stile coloniale, molto vasto e con un ambientazione stupenda, monte alle spalle e spiaggia davanti. Ristoranti molto validi e aree comuni chic e curate.

Questo albergo raggiungerebbe la perfezione se a livello di design rivedessero alcuni dettagli. Quadri delle camere orrendi e senza stile per esempio

Une toute petite recommandation est de revoir le fonctionnement des major d’homme. Très peu d’utilité et surtout quand on en a eu vraiment besoin, c’était compliqué de le joindre ( faut passer par le central, ça fait perdre du temps, pas pratique )

Tout est formidable La nourriture un délice !! La plage et le service ( demander Jason ) et à l’accueil demander Zahra incroyablement serviable ! Coucher de soleil magique

Attention à la communication entre personnels Ils ont tendance à ce jeter la faute ( nous vous rappèlerons , je vois Avec mon équipe et je reviens vers vous etc )

В день заселения списали 1000$ вместо того чтобы заблокировать их на счете как депозит. До сих пор ждем возврата. Отель не отвечает.

Special mention goes to the restaurants, modern gym, welcoming reception area, and, of course, the superb beach. The staff delivers top-tier service throughout. Breakfasts and dinners are absolutely fantastic in both variety and quality

The only small area for improvement: the butler service via WhatsApp could be more responsive. A quicker reaction time would make an already outstanding experience absolutely flawless

This is an amazing property and we are very happy with our experience here, everything was wonderful from the Room, the beautiful scenic beach, restaurants, gym and and fantastic spa, even our child really enjoyed the kids club which was full of activities and wonderful staff, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mauritius.

Had a water disconnection and an electricity disconnection during our stay, but it was only for a short amount of time and was dealt with quickly by the staff. also while the hotel boasts wonderful food options with excellent service, the service on the beach side restaurant was a bit lacking.

We stayed in St.Regis for 6 days with our baby son Leo and we truly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a luxury getaway in Mauritius. Everybody were so helpful and offered us free upgrade to Peninsula Suite. Food was outstanding, so was a beach. Great staff including Rao from Boathouse and Christopher from St.Regis bar. 10/10

Location was lovely, hotel facilities a little run down, most staff were lovely.

On day 2 we noticed a sewerage smell on the outside of the building with our. That night, the toilet floor waste overflowed & exuded a watery, bubbly foam which quickly grew. This sewer waste was also coming up in the bathroom sinks. We informed the front desk & a female cleaner arrived. She wore no gloves & proceeded to take two bath towels from our room & place these over the foam bubbling up by the toilet. During her attempts to clean up, she had gotten the waste matter onto her shoes as well as onto her bare hands. I took up with her the fact that a 60 degree wash would not sanitise the towels & subsequent people would use them on their body & face; she said she had “used rags” to do this cleaning (this was not the case as I had specifically seen her take two of our clean white bathroom towels to use). Later when the cleaner walked out, they left wet footprints over the floor as well as touching the room door handles - further spreading the effluent. We did not feel safe health-wise remaining in the same room, & requested a new room. We repacked & waited for 2 hours for approval, then moved rooms & unpacked. So we spent four hours of our holiday dealing with this. The next morning at an outside table for breakfast, sparrows sitting on a chandelier descended & tried to grab food when we were at the buffet. One defecated on the table & later another on a family members arm. The waitress noticed & said it was: “Good luck!" Unfortunately, there were a number of other incidents. When leaving the manager offered to remove the cost of a pizza & a club sandwich off our bill as compensation. As St. Regis is a flagship luxury hotel brand owned and managed by Marriott International we sent them an email directly. We received a reply from Kimgracey H. of customer care on 27 June who said they would get back to us in 5 business days. After 10 business days we sent another email.

My fiancée and I were truly captivated by the St. Regis, both the facilities themselves and the staff. We were always greeted warmly and attended to efficiently. We felt like all staff was specifically there for us. The attention to detail was unmatched from the moment we stepped in until the moment we drove away. We were celebrating 5 years together and we were surprised with balloons, cake, flowers, and a beautiful handwritten message. It created the perfect opportunity for my fiancée to propose! The restaurants all had exquisite presentations and taste. The chef at Indya did a phenomenal job, and he even came out to greet the guests. The breakfast was the best we've ever had. It had a great variety, pretty much anything you could ever want for breakfast. One of the hosts, Lucinda, was so warm and friendly, always asking how we are and congratulating us on our engagement. We also had a wonderful massage at the spa by two amazing masseuses. The saxophone player and dj in the evening were awesome. I just wish they were there for longer, as it was a magical experience to have them play with such enchanting scenery of the Le Morne beach. We will never forget this incredible experience!

Wonderful experience at a truly luxurious resort! Attention to details, exceptional butler services and you really get what you are paying for.

Using wristbands as an alternative to room access cards would greatly enhance convenience. In addition, allowing direct access to the beach-front suites through the beach-facing door using the room key would further improve the overall guest experience.

Location is excellent. Food is great with lot of options.

I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member, and we chose this property to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the overall experience was underwhelming and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Marriott. A) Confusion regarding Suite Night Award usage There was considerable confusion from the hotel’s side regarding the use of my Suite Night Award before arrival. This resulted in unnecessary stress leading up to the stay. Although the hotel eventually honored its commitment after repeated follow-ups and insistence from my side, the entire experience was unpleasant and could have been handled much more professionally. B) In-room dining service and privacy concerns During our in-room dining experience, one of the servers removed the foil covering our food despite us specifically requesting that it be left on to keep the food warm. More concerning, about an hour later, the same staff member entered our room without first informing us, even though we were inside. He stated that the plates needed to be collected as per hotel policy. This was a serious breach of privacy and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable. We immediately raised this concern with the hotel management. C) Lack of personalized hospitality The service throughout the stay felt very transactional. We were assigned a butler, but after the initial introduction, there was no proactive engagement or effort to enhance our experience, despite the hotel being aware that we were celebrating our anniversary. Apart from a small cake sent to the room, there was little acknowledgment of the occasion. While I understand that such gestures are not an obligation, as a Marriott Platinum Elite member I have consistently experienced Marriott properties going the extra mile to make special occasions memorable. That level of hospitality was noticeably absent here. D) Breakfast-to-go experience As we had to check out early at 5:30 AM, we requested a packed breakfast.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay – this hotel truly feels like a dream. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful surroundings to the thoughtful facilities. What really made the difference was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is also exceptionally family-friendly. There are so many thoughtful touches and facilities for children, making it a perfect choice for families. Traveling with kids felt easy and stress-free. The location is another huge highlight, set in a stunning environment and just a short distance from Le morne, making it an ideal base for beautiful hikes and outdoor adventures. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was simply perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

Любые ваши запросы, даже самые нестандартные, не останутся без внимания и будут блестяще разрешены. Здесь никогда не включат в счет то, что вам не понравилось.

Неглубокий бассейн, но зачем вам бассейн если вокруг прекрасное море. Несмотря на то что у гостей есть приоритет перед электромобилями на внутренней территории и по ночам при встрече они даже выключают фары, чтобы не ослепить, желательно разделить эти потоки. Единственный ресторан для обеда.

Ubytování předčilo veškeré naše očekávání. Vše bylo dokonalé od A do Z. Nádherné, prostorné pokoje. Špičkový personál, který se o Vás stará jak o královský pár. Vynikající možnosti stravování v několika typech restaurací, které odpovídají gastronomii michelinských kuchařů. Opravdu nebylo nic co by nám za celou dobu pobytu vadilo, domu se nám odjíždět nechtělo, vše bylo dokonalé a určitě jsme tu nebyli naposledy.

1- الأسعار مرتفعة للغرف والمطاعم 2- مافي سوبرماركت او محل بقالة لو تبون سناك او شي 3- عند المسبح ما يجيبون ثلاجة فيها ماء ولا يقدم ايسكريم او اي سناك في فقط على طاوله جانبية ماء وتفاح اخضر 4- عند المسبح والشاطئ مافي احد يجهز لك السرير انت تدور احد ( بالعاده موظفين المسابح والشاطئ يركضون من يقبل الشخص يجهزون له هنا لا) 5- جونيور سويت مبنى مستقل من دورين كل أربعة مع بعض الدور الثاني مافي مصعد درج فقط 6- الأدراج في غرفة الملابس فيها ريحة مبيد شوي 8- مافي منفذين ع الشاطي ولا المسبح 9- مايحطون في الغرفة ضيافة غير اول يوم

Maybe I would suggest one complementary bottle of sparkling water per one dinner. All the rest was perfect!

The Breakfast was exceptional. Not just the amount of food but the quality as well. Both restaurants we visited were some of the best restaurants we visited in Mauritius.

Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Even though I was traveling solo, every member of the team made me feel welcomed and cared for, like part of a family. The property is beautiful, the food is delicious, the gym is excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere is exactly what you need to relax and unwind. Every detail of the stay exceeded my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful ocean-view room, a complimentary late check-out, and even a farewell drink before my departure. The hotel team can also arrange activities and excursions, making everything easy and stress-free with only a very small service fee. A special thank you to all the staff members for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I would especially like to mention Zahra for her exceptional support, khunkhun for her constant smile, Aroumel for her wonderful service at the pool, and Manisha for the outstanding restaurant service. the gentleman who looked after guests during sunset hours. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but his hospitality and excellent service did not go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone who made this trip so memorable. Vraiment pour dire quelque chose peut etre la carte du japonais.les prix restent relativement eleves
