Friendly staff..great location

Need to fix the pool/hot tub area

The location was good. We walked to a nearby local restaurant for dinner.

Room backed on to parking lot which was noisy around 3am (it was a Friday night)

Breakfast was good. The stay was comfortable and within walking distance of the hospital, which was the purpose of our stay. Also very close to downtown. Good Value

Situated close to the main highway, which was noisy at times. The Dining room looked out onto a construction area that apparently had been delayed for quite some time. Once finished there will be a big improvement.

Not as soundproof between rooms, possibly because it was an adjoining room with a door that wasn't soundproof.

The staff were very friendly and the location was handy for a night on the road. The breakfast was fine.

There was no little freezer in the fridge for my ice packs but the woman on the front desk kindly put them in the staff fridge for me. The bathroom layout was a little odd but ok. ( I would like to know if I left a small Grey woman’s hoodie with a mountain design on it there).

The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were firm. Overall a pretty nice room.

The access to get into this hotel is awful. If you are coming from the South, there is usually too much traffic to make a left turn into hotel. If you coming from the North, the turn off is very abrupt as you round a blind corner. Otherwise you have to drive a few blocks out of your way to access it from the rear. The other thing that was irritating is that they prohibit taking food from the breakfast room to your motel room to eat. I like to bring a coffee and a muffin for myself and my wife back to our room to have our breakfast to ourselves. This is the first motel I've ever encountered that has rules about this kind of thing. This is very petty to be concerned that people i.e work crews might take an extra muffin or two.

The front staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was a good size and had all the required amenities.

The one thing that was weird was a full-length mirror on the inside back of the bathroom door. No one needs to see themselves going to the bathroom. There was a good variety of breakfast items, but the 'hot' food was cold and we had to ask for items to be replenished as no one was checking on things.

There was an outdoor roof light right outside of our bedroom window that made our room very bright all night long, the curtains didn’t block out much of the light. With little kids, this excessive light in our room caused everyone to wake up countless times, which made for a terrible sleep.

The carpet and chairs in microwave area need to be cleaned or reupholstered but everything else was clean and comfortable. Spacious as well!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They knew we were travelling with our kids and grandkids and gave us a wonderful adjoining room! In the morning the breakfast room attendant was so kind and welcoming. The food options offered something for everyone. The whole place was so nicely decorated and very clean. After other experiences staying in Quesnel this was a welcome improvement. We will definitely stay at the Quesnel Prestige again.

Very nice room, great breakfast and the evening lady at the front desk was great. She opened up the breakfast room so we could play cards on one of the tables at ight. Check in staff was also great.

Very small space along the walls to get into bed from that side. The middle had no problem.

I am a sheet snob, and this place passed my test. Clean, inviting, and comfortable. We were given a ground floor as requested, and really appreciated that. Staff were great and breakfast was appreciated.

Not much to dislike. Fridge was unplugged, and defrosting had filled fridge with water. When we opened the door we had water all over. We did get a giggle out of it later.

Breakfast had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage plus you could make your own pancakes or waffles and of course the usual breakfast items as well. Breakfast staff was friendly and very efficient. Tables were cleaned immediately after used.

We found the TV more complicated to use than we are use to so perhaps a instruction sheet would help.

Cleanliness, easy check-in/checkout, polite & courteous staff, and a great continental breakfast with good variety.

I liked the friendly staff, clean and spacious room.

Hot tub was broken. I never would have stayed if I knew that. I picked this hotel as it it had a hot tub. I don't like the road noise. Even staying at opposite end of the busy road it is quite loud. I went down to get breakfast and was told I can't bring food to my room as it is dine in only. Disappointed as I needed to do things and wanted to eat in peace so I skipped the food. Nice hotel but I think it's overpriced.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff however were fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful.

There was not much I liked about my stay here at all..

Basically everything from the moment morning staff seen my partner and myself they were completely beyond rude. They entered my room while i was out and dug through my belongings.

The hotel is in a quiet area next to a park but is bad need of updating and remodeling. The a/c unit is situated so that it blows DIRECTLY into your face while you've sleeping.

Great breakfast. Decent room and pretty quiet for a busy road. Walkable to river walk and a few blocks to main shopping street. Only complaint was not being able to check in at 2 instead of 3. Most places let you in unless the room is being cleaned.

All good except the carpet inside the room is dirty and need to be replaced

Good hotel for working crew

The beds were comfy and room was extremely clean. The hot breakfast was amazing. The kids loved the fresh cookies each morning. Renovations started for building outside pool.

Hot tub wasn't working, wasn't a deal breaker as we weren't planning on using it this trip.

The breakfast was very good and very well serviced. Dining area was very tidy and clean. Our room had an patio which was very nice to use in the evening. Good location and an easy walk to downtown.

Man konnte die Trucks auf der Straße hören, aber wir hatten auch die ac nicht angeschaltet, da es kühl wa. Der Balkon war klein und man musste über die Bodenheizung steigen.

Pretty clean. But my bathroom sink had no water pressure and a ton of black water and dirt filled up the tub. Reception did knock $30 off my two night stay which was nice. The hot tub was also not working and I was really hoping it would be. Minor inconveniences really.

A refreshing and comfortable stay in Quesnel. This hotel demonstrated the high quality service we have come to know is a Prestige signature despite just recently transitioning into Prestige operations. The room was comfortable and care and attention are clearly being paid to upgrading the property. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty.
