Our room was always spotlessly clean after housekeeping, and water and all the necessary amenities were regularly replenished. The food and drinks were delicious! We were especially touched by the surprise prepared for my husband’s birthday. It was completely unexpected and such a lovely gesture! 🥰 We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would like to sincerely thank you for such wonderful service and care. We know for sure that we will definitely come back again! Thank you for an unforgettable experience! ❤️

Por ser um local movimentado e de muitas festas, as vezes o barulho externo na rua e em quartos próximos incomoda.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We loved the food, it was amazing, everything was amazing at dinner every night. Especially the desserts the choices were abundant and everything was amazing. The staff was really friendly and willing to help any possible way they could. We had some problems with the WiFi in our room, but they fixed it as quickly as possible. Really, an amazing group of people work there.
The only downside is that the hotel is right next to Tropics the night club and it can get loud at night, however in the room they already gave us earplugs, and the nous was never unbearable.

L’hotel è molto bello, con una piscina davvero piacevole, e si trova in una posizione centralissima, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. La struttura è curata e l’atmosfera è piacevole. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto positivo e sicuramente lo consiglierei
L’unica pecca è stata la rumorosità della stanza: durante la notte si sentivano i rumori delle macchine e le voci delle persone provenienti dalla strada, probabilmente perché gli infissi non sono insonorizzati. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato piacevole

Around the pool the staff were sometimes a little pushy, get 2 glasses of sangria rather than a jug of a jug also gets you 2 glasses but is more than double the price of buying 2 glasses, I had water from the shop I was drinking around the pool and the waiter said I was not allowed to do that and could only drink things bought from their bar. I was also not allowed my crisps. Only food from the bar, I could understand alcohol, but my water or soft drinks seems a bit much.

The rooms facing the street can be a little noisy during the night due to being located close to quite a few clubs. This is not something that particularly bothered me but would be worth noting for others.

Pozor na hluk z ulice! Naštěstí pokoje nad bazénem není moc slyšet. Pokoje do ulice( bydlela kamarádka) jsou příliš hlučné do rána( cluby, disco, opilci…)

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026bardzo podobał nam się pobyt. Rodzina 2 + 2 zameldowana w dwóch osobnych pokojach. Pomimo, że było to przy imprezowej ulicy udało nam się komfortowo wypocząć. Okna są dość wygłuszające, a do tego w hotelu otrzymaliśmy prezenty - butelkę wina musującego i zatyczki do uszu :) Największą zaletą jest lokalizacja - blisko plaży, blisko dworca autobusowego oraz blisko restauracji. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna i nieodpłatnie zgodziła się na późny check out. Basen hotelowy nie był oblegany, po 18 pływaliśmy już sami. Leżaków było sporo i nie było problemu się rozłożyć - leżaki były darmowe. Śniadania były w porządku - jeśli można coś poprawić to jakość soków. Samo jedzenie było smaczne i urozmaicone. Generalnie był to bardzo udany pobyt i mogę hotel z czystym sercem polecić. Jeśli ktoś narzeka na wieczorne imprezy, zawsze może wybrać się do eurocampów z dala od jakiejkolwiek cywylizacji, ale jeśli chcesz dobrze zjeść i pocieszyć się piaszczystą (żwirową) plażą, to Helios jest dobrym miejscem na urlop.
jakość soku pomarańczowego. Byłem pierwszy raz w Hiszpanii i wydawało mi się, że będzie wszędzie wyciskany świeżo, a był tylko z kontenera.

L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours et l’équipe est vraiment parfaite, accueillante et disponible. Il y a toujours quelqu’un à la réception, avec du personnel qui parle français et anglais, ce qui est très appréciable. La nourriture était également très bonne et variée. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

What we liked most was the great location, the clean and comfortable room, and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool, which was a great bonus. We were especially pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of champagne from the manager upon arrival — such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture!
There are a few things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, there were no umbrellas or shade around the pool loungers, and we would have appreciated having pool towels provided in the room. We also would have liked the option to order an additional coffee from the bar in the morning, apart from the coffee included with breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026La habitación era muy acogedora, fresca y limpia. Las instalaciones eran muy bonitas y elegantes. La piscina estaba muy limpia y daba gusto nadar en ella. El personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo. El detalle de la botella de cava sobre la mesa fue muy agradable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy céntrica de Lloret. En general una gran experiencia.
En el hotel hubo huéspedes muy ruidosos y eso incomodó nuestro descanso. Mejoraría que la cama, ya que se movía con mucha facilidad al recostar mi espalda en la pared. También, sería bueno que el personal de la cafetería estuviera más atentos con los huéspedes en la piscina, ya que tuvimos que ir un par de veces a por bebidas

On peut noter un peu de bruit le soir avec les bars aux alentours mais rien de démesurés ni qui empêche le sommeil, cela concerne plus la destination que l’hôtel en lui même.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Из аэропорта добрались на прямом автобусе фирмы Мовентис до Лорета за 15,20 евро с человека. Персонал старался сделать пребывание незабываемым. На ресепшене работает русскоговорящий Никита и доброжелательный Ануа. Все вопросы, которые возникали, решали с ним. В качестве комплимента подарили визит в Спа и бутылку шампанского. И вообще, менеджер следит чтобы все были всем довольны. На завтраке и ужине столы покрываются белой скатертью. После каждого гостя скатерть меняют. На завтраке жарят яйца, омлет, одного молока только видов семь. Фундук, цукаты итд. Каждый раз каша, хлопья. Ужины разные и обильные. Постоянно и рыба и мясо, креветки и другие морепродукты. Всегда фрукты и овощи. Кстати, на ужине вода бесплатно. В других отелях даже вода платно. Совсем рядом автобусный вокзал, сами ездили в Бланес и Тоссу, в аэропорт. Рядом с отелем Спар. Чуть дальше Консум, ещё подальше Меркадона. Там же большой китайский молл с вещами. До пляжа 3 минуты. Мы каждый день ходили на пляж Феналс. Он подальше, и дорога в горку, но он поуютнее. Очень тщательная уборка комнаты. Холодильник хоть и маленький, но холодил хорошо. Передаю привет из Санкт-Петербурга Никите и Ануа . К сожалению, не узнали имена других сотрудников ресепшене, которые также были к нам очень внимательны. Спасибо вам!!

Location was tricky as right in the party strip! No tea coffee making facilities in room. No water in room. No minibar, no iron, no toiletries. Pool area not great, sun shadowed by tall buildings on either side.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026L'hôtel est très propre avec des chambres spacieuses avec toutes commodités. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très varié. Le personnel polyglote est attentif et très accueillant. La piscine est une cerise sur le gâteau. L'hôtel n'est pas lui de la plage et de la gare de bus mais malheureusement situé à proximité de plusieurs discothèques. Il faut s'équiper d'excellents boules quiès pour les sorties des discothèques entre 5 et 6h du matin. Je suis globalement très satisfait et je recommande cet hôtel

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Персонал супер особенно хотелось выделить работницу рецепшина по имени Мария что бы мы у нее не спрашивали она всегда с улыбкой помагала нам эти вопросы разрешать..Например нам не удалось в день выезда продлить наше пребывание в номере до позднего вечера по причине полной занятости номеров но Мария и другие работники рецепшина позаботились о том что бы нам было уютно в самом холле.Мы могли после моря пойти в душ туалет пользоваться бассейном баром кладовкой для хранения вещей и это очень впечетляет .Номера всегда чистенькие чистые полотенца полные бутылочки с гелем и шампунем очень вкусный завтрак и на баре цены на пиво и вино гораздо дешевле чем у моря .Все супер рекомендую

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Great location. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. All rooms have balconies. Good breakfast. Few minutes away from bus station.
At dinner there was not much food choice and did not taste so good. Drinks with the buffet dinner were not included. At the reception there was a guy which did not speak so clear, we could hardly understand him.

Er was een vrouw in de bediening die ons vanaf dag 1 al niet mocht, dat heeft ze ons de hele vakantie laten merken

I knew from other reviews that noise was an issue at this hotel, but I didn’t expect it to be this loud. If you plan relaxing holidays I would not recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The hotel was very tidy and room cleaned every day! The staff were amazing and very helpful, the spa day and massage is highly recommended!
The only thing I would say is that it was quite noisy at early hours of the morning when all the young lads/ lasses were coming in from nights out and disturbing everyone else trying to sleep, that however isn’t the hotels fault as such. I would not stay again in this Tim of year but would absolutely return to Helios when less busy

We had an issue (nothing to do with the property itself, but other guest behaviour) and it was dealt with promptly and with care and attention to our needs. I cannot fault the response from the hotel at all.
