The location and beach are still the highlights. I stayed here about 20 years ago, so coming back brought back a lot of nostalgic memories. The place may have changed over the years, but the memories made the stay feel somewhat special.

Unfortunately, the hotel feels quite rundown and not as well maintained compared to my previous stay long years ago. The room floor was wet when I first entered, and the door did not close properly. More importantly, Room 105 has a safety concern — the room door can still be opened without an access card if it is not manually locked from the inside. Breakfast was also quite messy. Dirty plates were left on tables and were not cleared promptly, even close to the end of breakfast at 10am. Overall, the maintenance and service definitely need improvement.

1. Only few tv channel 2. Very poor wifi connection 3. Very poor phone signal 4. Not clean in the common area (especially toilet and stairs to hall) 5. Old building with no maintenance 6. Breakfast was so dissapointed. No varieties and very bad taste. 7. Elevator is so small. 8. Swimming pool not so clean and not very big. 9. I wonder they don't have cleaner for common area because we didn't see any cleaner during our stay, except the room service. 10. One of the light in the room suddenly broken. 11. No sheer curtain in the room, so need to cover the window by blind curtain 24/7 since the room is so close to the pool.

I did not like anything about the property. The receptionist name Siti Aziana, is not helpful at all. Not welcoming and seems like she hates her job. The property was run down, the room was smelly, musty. The floor was dirty with sands everywhere. If I had another choice at the time, I would have never booked with this awful place.

Wenn man ein Zimmer hat, mit Meerblick, hat man eine tolle Lage

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen man kommt nur mit Taxi weg. Restaurant hatte unter der Woche geschlossen es gab kein Obst zum Frühstück. Baden im Meer war aufgrund des starken Wellengang es nicht möglich

1. Room lack of toiletries 2. Drinking water was provided ONLY upon request! 3. Beach was not suitable for swimming, too many jellyfish and barrier wall was constructed! 4. Common areas were not well maintained! 5. Breakfast was very basic!

Value for money.

1. Breakfast finish very early, no staff to control customers in/out eating from/to pool. 2. My daughter reported her room can heard people working until late at night.

Everything seems okay

I think you should put a cover(camp/canvas) at swimming pool area because it's too hot during daylight.we couldn't swim because its too hot

It is the only buffet breakfast that doesn't cook for you eggs at your own preference. The staff all dont know anything

Place near beach but cannot go there because under maintenance nearby.

1. Sorrounding looks old need to refreshment 2. Parking car park should have roof cover because my car got a lot off bird poop and dry leaves falling down under 3. Breakfast should variety more. Common fried rice, mee hoon so boring. 4. Most important thing WIFI need to improve a lot. Outside can reach but inside room so poor signal always interrupted. 5. Tv Channel need more clear varsity

Breakfast yang sangat mengecewakan daripada segi pilhan dan rasa. Kami menginap 2 hari, 2 hari karipapnya hitam. Roti hanya disediakan mentega sahaja. Pilihan sarapan sekiranya terhad pun tapi sekiranya elok rupa dan rasa mungkin tidak begitu mengecewakan tapi sebaliknya yang berlaku. Kualiti makanan sangat tidak memuaskan. Nasi lemak pada hari ke2 yang langsung tiada rasa lemaknya, mee yang berbau kapur, bihun yang melekat rasa hangit. Masakan berasaskan mee langsung tiada rencah hanyalah beberapa keping fishcake sedangkan yang menginap di sini sangat ramai hari2. Bilik tidak dikemas dengan sempurna pada hari kedua. Tiada staff yang boleh membantu pengunjung. Tiada bell boy, di mana kena tolak sendiri luggage trolley melalui tangga yang curam untuk ke bilik. Bilik air tetamu di bahagian luar berbau hancing .Sampah bersepah di bhgn hadpn utk ke lobi dan di depan tandas. Sepanjang sy menginap di kebanyakan hotel, sy tidak pernah berhadapan dengan situasi seperti ini. Kolam juga kecil tidak sesuai dengan kapasiti pengunjung. Hotel 3 bintang yg lain jauh lebih baik. Pantai yang berbatu dan tiada aktiviti apapun yang dapat dilakukan menambahkan lagi kekecewaan kami yang memilih lokasi ini kerana pantai adalah salah 1 tarikannya.

Aircon keluar air..tp xpela semalam je stay..tadah je dgn besen..pemanas air 2x je pakai pstu rosak..yang lain ok..sesuai bwk bwk2 mandi kolam..

Chambres assez spacieuses, literie confortable, vue sur la mer super! Climatisation fonctionne bien, wi fi egalement. Jolie piscine, bord de mer accessible de l'hotel. Belle plage deserte. Personnel tres gentil. Gaufres en vente l'apres midi. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour.

Le petit déjeuner et les plats ne sont pas tres bons.

Breakfast choice & seating area very limited. The hotel should aware on the reservation and put more food and seating area. A lots of customer need to wait. Very bad.

Von den angetroffenen 5 Angestellten konnte nur eine Englisch Die Bezeichnung "Deluxe-Zimmer" ist schamlos übertrieben, Deluxe (=luxuriös) sind die Zimmer bei weitem nicht, "Einfach" oder "Standard" wäre angebracht. Im Zimmer gibt es kein WLAN, der Empfang endet ca. 15 Meter vor dem Zimmer. Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden, empfängt 10 Sender, aber alle mit sehr starkem Bildrauschen, was das schauen unmöglich macht. Das Getränkeangebot im Zimmer beschränkt sich auf 4 dl Wasser pro Tag. Föhn und Ankleidespiegel nicht vorhanden, Gepäckservice wurde nicht angeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eine Enttäuschung. Angeboten wird Reis, ein Curry (Nasi Goreng oder Lemak?), Bohnen und Würstchen. Leider alles kalt oder Lauwarm. Suppe (heiss) mit wählbaren Beilagen und Toast, zweierlei Cerealien. Kaffee und Tee (leider mehrheitlich lauwarm oder kalt). Melonenschnitze sowie Butter und Marmelade. Sehr bescheiden, das meiste Essen war kalt und die Beilagen zur Suppe mehrere Tage alt und angelaufen, unappetitlich.

Book for deluxe room with 3 single bed but they give normal room with 2 bed + additional bed. Additional bed are very uncomfortable. The reason is their deluxe room have a defect 😏
