I really liked the renovation , new deco and refurbishing of the hotel. It really is nice and clean. It was high time for a new makeover. Congrates on the initiative to upgrade.

Not much to choose from the breakfast selection

Breakfast is paid for despite the exorbitant hotel rate. No eateries around the hotel location. It is a very boring location.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room had a persistent unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable throughout my visit. Considering the relatively high room rates, it was surprising that breakfast was not included and had to be paid for separately. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful as they ignored my request for assistance with a Booking.com refund one day I didn't utilise as I checked in one day late. The location is another major drawback. There are virtually no restaurants, cafes, or other dining options nearby, making it inconvenient for guests who do not have their own transport. The surrounding area is also very quiet with little to do, resulting in a rather dull and uninteresting stay. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for money given the room conditions, additional breakfast charges, and isolated location.

No variety. They don’t refill the trays if you come after 8.3 you’re in trouble only bread and jam.

The toilet had a problem and they told us bear them with for night but they did moved us to another room the next day. The Hotel needs a complete renovation.

Great cooperation especially I asked for pure vegetarian food for 10 days. Food were being delivered to my room. Extra mattress was given and placed on the floor upon my request.

Very simple with eggs and a few fruits. Very repetitive. After the 3rd day, it gets difficult to swallow.

Breakfast was below par. Same breakfast every day with very limited options. I was just eating for filling my stomach.

It's Old Hotel. Located in centre that's the only advantage. Very poor breakfast and service at prices charged by the hotel. Overall it's pathetic. The staff was so bad they charged 100 MUR for a bottle of water which is available in next shop at 20MUR. Ac doesn't work,Poor Breakfast. Bad Service.

Check in efficient. Aside from the restaurant, we were not very impressed with the overall facilities offered by the hotel or in the room. Table lamps provided with no wall plugs to use, duvet looks and smell not clean, no electrical outlets to use/charge our devices, no hand towels, no coffee/tea making facilities, or even to boil water. Aircon did work! Aside from KFC and a Pizza place, no cafes within easy walking distance. Thought stay was expensive for the type of hotel we found. Okay for one night.

Amazing experience..would love to come back

Roaches were found in the room, A/C did not work, Phone did not work, Mildew on the ceiling. Stayed just one night becasue had no choice Moved out the next day, made another reservation through Expedia I expect refund for the nights I did not stay there

Das Hotel ist renoviert, schön eingerichtet in einem älteren Gebäude mit Innenhof.

The hotel was good, clean and comfortable. Drawback was it had no microwave and/or tea cattle. This being rated 3 star I expected that it would have complimentary breakfast which wasn't there

I am always made to feel very welcome at the Golden Crest Hotel. The staff are really friendly and always ready to help and the Wi-Fi worked really well.

Staff helpful and pleasant.Room condition very poor and smells of drain. No hand towel and no body cream. No fridge in room. No kettle or a single tea bag in room. No hangers to hang clothes. Screaming noise from next door open market.Staff very good and helpful at all times. Hotel rooms need complete renovation.

Stay was nice - hotel room is a bit dark and needs more light else the rest was decent.

It's good for businessman for it is close to the city and it's easier to catch transport to anywhere, also close to shopping center.

C'est un hôtel qui survis uniquement grâce aux conférences. C'était pratique pour moi juste pour la conférence. À part ça, la chambre était vieille et les équipements annoncés pas présents (coffre) ou non conforme (vieille TV et pas LCD). Peinture des murs qui s'écaille et une grosse blattes le soir. Rien à faire autour de l'hôtel le soir. Il n'y à guère que le personnel qui était agréable. Le prix reste accessible et acceptable. Je n'y reviendrai pas je pense.

L'hôtel est correct. La serrure forçait la chambre est très sombre et je devais travailler

It was terrible, so we left the hotel without using the room, it is definately not a 3 Star hotel
