The staff were generally welcoming and were keen to assist where ever possible.

I did not like the fact that there were dogs barking from the nearby homes during the night. I further did not like the open smoking, seemingly smoking is normal. I was travelling with family, smoking is a no-no. Lastly, there is a challenge with the cleanliness of the bedding which my wife absolutely did not like as well as the haphazard house cleaning.

We had a wonderful experience at Skimifier Tourist Resort in Quatre Bornes. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. Spacious rooms clean and very friendly staff. With a good pool and gym and tasty breakfast. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. But overall was very good stay, value for money. Located in Quatre Bornes.

The staff and the environment was ok. We had good communication with the staff during our stay they were nice and friendly.

No reply to my email for the query of airport pick up. The room was ok but the bed itself was not too comfy and the bathroom is so small.

Everything from the location, the room, the bathroom 😑 Parking was terrible as well. Bad odour in the rooms, kids room, gym, sauna. We refused to use any facility The deal I took said free bikes but when we enquired, they said the gym bikes. Beds made us itchy. 1x Double bed and ex single beds - There was 5 of us but we was given 2 blankets. The staff refused to assist that evening. Buffet Breakfast but we was only allowed 1 omelet and 1 piece of bacon on top. We even left in the morning without having a shower.

Sikamifer Tourist Resort is a wonderful place to stay in Mauritius. Mr. Jean at the reception was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant staff were kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, and the resort is located in a convenient area. I highly recommend this resort.

The bathroom had black mould in the bathroom , the lift was broke had to climb up three flights of stairs

Room not clean - look like a box with the corridor inside the room/ Dirty and stuffy inside Bedsheets smells and too old

Improvement on cleanliness For small room, use small single bed not double bed

Staff were really friendly, nice and available. Breakfast was nice. Decent room with good air-con.

The sheets and towels were dirty when I arrived. Room was on the first floor with the stairs open to the outside right by the main gate to the hotel property. I also wasn't told about certain services available in the hotel on checking in.

Was abit difficult finding the place... the included breakfast was not good. But I want expecting it to be so no disappointment there. Other than that it was value for money and very comfortable!!! Staff was great!!!

Not a welcoming place. It was difficult to get some drinking water when checked in. The staff seemed very scared and cautious especially the morning staff.

Thye put out of the main area of swimming, garden, etc. Their behaviour and attitude says it all. Discrimination and indifference is at its best.

Helpful & kind & flexible stuff. 10-15 min walk to the metro station of Quatre Bornes. A sauna. Clean rooms and decent service

Location and price is okay

If I dont write they will never change, bathrom was not clean. For me, Its not importan how old the accomodation is, the most important is cleaniness.

The staff are great and the breakfast was good. They helped us to bring our bags to our room.

We were placed in the old building where there is no elevator. Our room number is #206 if I was not mistaken and it is located in the 3rd floor.#1 The staff should be mindful that we are senior citizens. It was really hard to use the stairs #2 the bathroom is too small . When I was using the toilet, my knees were almost touching the wall. #3 the door knob is loose. There was 1 room available in the new building but I have to pay extra. I am willing to pay to move but my wife decided to stay because of the hassle moving those 2 check in bags. FYI. There is elevator in the new building.

The hotel is vlean and staff friendly, but the infrastructure is old.

JOHN NOEL HELPED US WITH LUGGAGE ALL THE WAY TO OUR ROOM. He served us orange juice upon arrival and gave us two free bottles of water for our room. All the staff friendly and helpful. John told us we would have free access to sauna and pool. Very clean. There was free full delicious breakfast. Very pleased.

Everything was just a mess....From the disturbance to the small room that they did not even specify that one have to climb a 100 steps to reach and charge us extra just to get a room with elevator accessibility. Poor customer service zero communication it's a shame to call this place a resort.

Comfortable room and the staff was very accommodating. Easy to get to different places from this location. Commendable.

Only the fact that it was close to the market which I wanted to go hence I booked close to it, and the south tour.

First their walls are soo thin, everything that is happening on the passage is so clear like is happening in your room They don't have hot water, we had to shower with cold water daily, the reception is always not at the desk when you are looking for them and it was frustrating like when I was looking for them to inform them that we don't have water. They put us in an extended block with no elevator, just imagine up the third floor on stairs with a big lagguge. We never received house keeping, we decided to keep quite and not complain until check out, when I asked during check out, they said it's because we locked our rooms and left with the keys, what kind of a hotel is this where guests are expected to leave their rooms open with their valuables inside and worse part no one informed us of that. It was horrible to say the least.
