Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree

No

Nothing

Breakfast was not that good.

I don’t drive, I choose this location for my convenience because it’s close to public transportation.

Nothing

Comfort and space

Bathroom without protetion in the shower , too much water in the floor

The gym could’ve used an update

Großer Parkplatz, in unmittelbarer Umgebung konnte man außerhalb von Hotel essen gehen. Zimmer war in Ordnung. Frühstück bisher das beste bei unserer Rundreise. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Klimaanlage läuft ständig selbst wenn aus, ein Mechaniker hat diese dann komplett ausgeschaltet. Schlafsofa war nicht vorbereitet und Decke fehlte dafür.

Everything was good all faclities

This property was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing with some healthier options and freshly squeezed orange juice available, they even had a specialty coffee machine….i especially loved the French vanilla latte. Best part of the stay was the room, it was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. While on topic of comfort, the bed was divine, I did not want to get off of it. The location is bit far from the airport about 45 mins but it shares a space with an outdoor mall so there is a Macy’s store close by and tons of restaurant options. For what I paid for my 1 night stay this was immense value. Btw the staff was also very nice and friendly….all in all I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars.

It’s very far from Logan airport

the hotel ran out of water one night. the breakfast area is disgusting, too small for the hotel size, so its overcrowded, it ends at 930am vs. a reasonable 11am stop, plates are plastic and visibly dirty, dirty rim on coffee mugs, and mediocre food (with no quick alternatives nearby)...

So much better than expected. Large comfy room, friendly and helpful staff, comfy reception area with some good books, extensive breakfast buffet. I feel like I got my money's worth. Stayed Monday and Tuesday night. Hotel was very busy. Easy to find right off I-93. Lots of free parking. Definitely putting on my list to stay again.

Great Location!! Southshore Mall across the street was-great option!! Having the restaurant, ice cream and cupcake stores, and Starbucks in very close proximity was fantastic.

Great hotel with wonderful amenities. Location is superb with restaurants around in walking distance. Beautiful rooms, nice selection for breakfast and the gym. Staff are truly professional and attentive from the moment you check it.

The location was excellent! Good breakfast.

There were no amenities but you charge like it’s top star quality. We did not have access to drinking water and ice. The towels were dirty and were used, and I had to ask for clean towels, the down cover was VERY DIRTY ! And the sheets were too small for the bed. We were looking forward to sitting outside in the outdoor area, but the furniture had a horrible smell. We spoke with an employee to make them aware of the condition of the outdoor furniture he didn’t seem to be concern. He said we will have clean tomorrow.

Clean and spacious. We booked the wheelchair accessible room.

Breakfast ended too early

The rooms are nice and clean and I liked the little pancakes that were part of the breakfast offerings.

Great staff..

Nothing

Checkout time was 12. We got back to our room at ten and the cleaning staff had removed all of our belongings and had them on there persons. We collected our things they had gathered looked over the room than checked out. Back home unpacking we find they had stolen all of our phone chargers. Would not stay again. Place was widely overpriced for what it is and now we are out three cell phone charges.

Room was way overpriced but it was a last minute booking so I expected it. We checked in late evening Saturday with a checkout time of 12 noon the following day. We went to my son’s hockey game and came back to our room at 10 am to find all of our belongings sitting outside in the hallway. Still being able to access the room this left us confused so we gathered our things checked the room for anything left behind and went to checkout. Later to find all of our cell phone chargers were missing from our luggage nowhere to be found. All three of them were plugged in when we left for our son’s game and were not there when we returned. Leading me to believe the cleaning crew stole our personal belongings.

Ruime en schone kamer. Goede ligging in door te reizen.

Booked this after the Ariana Grande concert this past weekend. The front desk staff (Eduardo) was super professional, helpful and friendly. the room that we was given was extremely spacious and well stocked. Great stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Top Freundlichkeit beim Check in!.Danke

Location is great and some improvements needed here comparing to similar Hyatt’s. Breakfast and service was excellent

Had a good stay. Would recommend night light in bathroom as well as pump soap and lotion. Good value for the money. Breakfast and parking included

The Staff, room, location, and overall experience was great!

No complaints.

friendly staff

bed had bugs and dirty stains on the blankets and blood stains on the towels showers not fully cleaned they never change bed sheets make it look like they did but didnt i witnessed myself .

The room is big enough for family. The location is great, it's easy to access the high way. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning staff can't speak in English.

Braintree was a great central location to plan our visits throughout Boston Metro area, including Boston Harbor, Freedom Trail, Cambridge, Salem, Cape Cod, Brookline, Marth's Vineyard. Braintree offered many amenities from shops, restaurants and other services. Hyatt Place Braintree provided exceptional accommodation, as usual, along with delicious breakfast buffet and super staff service during our stay.

Breakfast selections were decent, but I thought 9:30 is a little early to end and staff started putting things away at 9:15, so really it didn’t even go until 9:30.

Size of room Bed Breakfast Location

Some staff were rude No white wine for sale

Seems new and modern, close to good food and EV charging

Only two elevators for six stories and a long walk to your room makes for a less pet-friendly experience. Add to that the pet walking area was back on the other side of the hotel as the rooms, meaning you walk all the way to the elevators, down to the lobby, outside and then back to the other side of the hotel to walk your pet. Our 2nd floor room was water damaged by the room above it while we were out to dinner and we were told the only other available room in the hotel had twin beds and a bathtub up on the fifth floor instead of the king room (with a walk-in shower) we paid for. Not the end of the world but some offered accommodation would have been nice rather than paying for a king bed we didn’t get.

This hotel was much like any other equivalent chain, but what made this special for me was the front desk staff. LaToya and her assistant were just marvellous!! The beds were very comfortable too.

I really can't think of anything that I didn't like!!

I loved

The pool is permanently closed

Muito boa

Muito legal

Everything about our stay was top notch. For the price you can't beat the location and free parking and free breakfast are always great bonus features for a hotel stay. But we had such great service, particularly from Vee. It made for a one of a kind stay. Well done!!

Walking distance to places to eat. Personal very friendly.

Room was dark. Bathroom rundown.

Location

Cleaning staff could have done better job. We found a huge size of syringe hidden in the sofa.

Everything

The staff is always friendly and accommodating

Great

Only breakfast poorly.

Rooms were cleaned everyday, breakfast was okay and i had lits of fun with the twins Eduardo and Victor.

The breakfast was good but need other meat outside of just pork.

No other meat options and there was underwear behind the dresser and stains that we wiped up from dresser.

The location was convenient, but my stay was disappointing. The bathroom shower leaked badly, causing water to pool on the floor and reach the door area every time it was used. I reported the issue and requested a room change, but despite being told to return the next morning, no solution was provided. The maintenance issue was frustrating, but the lack of follow-up from the staff was even more disappointing. I expected a better experience from Hyatt.

Excelente serviço, sente-se em casa.

Correu tudo bem.

The breakfast was good, location good.

Iron board was broken. No proper instructions on how to use phone to call front desk.

Location. Walkable to many food options. Short drive to shopping.

Not clean. Water system smelled like sulfur. Mini fridge that barely worked. No microwave in room. Broken ice machines. No streaming on TV. No pool.

Location was accessible and close to logan express shuttle terminal, and mall. Good breakfast, clean accomodations, friendly staff

No more pool in the property, property is a bit dated.

This is well above the average hotel in this area. Had a lovely stay here.

Pretty and quiet

Same thing

Close to things, but set back enough to not feel like you’re in a busy area. It also appeared to be newly renovated which was very nice! Near several restaurants too

I did see a mouse in the hallway…and the ice machine on 4th floor wasn’t working

When we checked in, the system was down; had to wait, then they gave us a Ground Floor room; we requested an upper floor, they gave us 5th Floor. Room toilet niagara was dripping, was fixed later. Bathroom no proper ventilation. Carpet smelly needed to be replaced. Wall sockets in bad shape. Some USB sockets did not work. No writing pads or pens. Telephone not working. Outside noise at 4:40am from garbage trucks emptying garbage containers very loudly, not caring about sleeping hotel clients. Hotel standard deteriorated from 3 years ago when we had a great stay.

Staff members was amazing

the staff, the location?

I have been coming to this hotel since 2019, and it has been deteriorating. The rooms are getting outdated, and the Wi-Fi is an absolute disaster—it doesn't connect and constantly freezes. When you travel here from another continent for business reasons, reliable Wi-Fi is crucial! The breakfast is also getting poor; on Sunday, there were only half-ripe, green oranges, and bananas were only available on Tuesday—nothing on the other days. I don't know what is going on with the management of this hotel. Back in 2019, it was decent, but now it's just not anymore!"

Nice and clean

The racist front desk women .

Location

Rude front desk staff. The room was very dusty. The bed was uncomfortable

Perfect

Everything

Fue muy facil llegar, esta bien ubicado, muy limpio, habitaciones grandes y comodas.

Todo ok

Vee and tsehaye was very nice and made my stay complete always made sure I didn’t go without and was very swift with solutions

Convenient location, good amenities, good breakfast, spacious rooms.

It’s close to mall, restaurants and is very clean

The internet weren’t working the whole stay. Went to front desk and they could not fix issue so my child was out from watching her shows on her tablet. On top of that, the tv kept jumping from one channel to the next

Not much variation, but it was ok.

The toilets clogs quick and when we maintenance came in to fix it. He didn't cover the plunge and dragged it around with dripping water all over the place. This same situation was reported twice .

Overall a really great experience. Everyone on the staff was super accommodating as always willing to help. The hotel itself had several amenities and was very clean. Would 100% come back in the future
