Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Braintree

Room was awesome. Large and comfy

It was all good

La courtoisie.

La propreté et l'espace.

Clean, spacious public areas, well- appointed suite.

A little pricey

Cleanliness is excellent, daily their team used to come in and clean the room and manage the bed and other area.

the bathroom is just shower..no tub-bath available. Secondly, the shower is open one where water is going out of bathroom area which i not like.

Größe des Zimmers Frühstück Pool Fitnessstudio

Fitnessstudio hätte etwas größer sein können und ein Gerät war defekt.

Clean and Friendly. Breakfast was all you could ask for. Helpful and knowledgeable staff members. Didn't take advantage of the pool but if there is a next time, we sure will. Truly worth a return visit when back in Boston.

Our room faced the highway which at times was a bit noisy. If the air conditioning system had a Fan ON feature even when not cooling, it would have been helpful in drowning out the traffic noises. Certain systems offer a continuous fan option. Our thermostat didn't seem to have that option.

The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a chain hotel and the bed very comfortable. The front staff was fabulous - they were able to provide a wheelchair at the last minute when we unexpectedly needed it.

We could hear noises from the highway outside and the bed for the pull out couch was very uncomfortable for our daughter.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My 15 year old son loved the breakfast each morning. The location was perfect. The room was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would highlu recommend Residence Inn to family and friends.

The only draw back was out room was facing the highway so was bit noisey and our toilet was a little wobbly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend Residence Inn to family and friends.

Best breakfast I have ever had from all kinds of hotels. Good staff members work here. Spacious room, good amenities in the room.

The hotel so close to highway 91. So the rooms on the highway could be noisy even late in the night.

Clean. Great/friendly staff. We had our baby and they asked if we needed anything else for breakfast before they closed.

I love the location the way the rooms are set up. The pool. The service from staff. The breakfast. It’s my go to spot for staycations and quick relax moments.

The reception and the environment(serene)were perfect.

No drinking water was offered in the room. At least not even for a welcome as a guest. Water they say is life.

It was an excellant experience, very clean and friendly.

We stayed 5 nights here and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to spread out as a family. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful — Elaine and Francisco in particular went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Breakfast had a decent variety each day — nothing spectacular, but solid options to fuel up before heading out. The location felt very safe, tucked back just off the freeway, making it easy to come and go without any worries. The main floor had a nice sitting area both inside and outside, perfect for relaxing, and the laundry facilities were a big plus for a longer stay. The gym and indoor pool were just okay — nothing special, but they got the job done. Overall, a comfortable and convenient home base for our trip. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

I loved the lobby and seating area outside with a grill. The room was also comfortable, allowing my children to have separate spaces as needed.

I didn’t like that I was not able to use Apple Pay to put down the deposit as I use Apple Pay for everything and rarely cart cards

Nice area

Surge pricing for World Cup

Excellent breakfast, variety of choices. Location was very good for us, walking distance to Logan express and close to major highways.

I love the fact that it was extremely quiet. The water was hot. I love it. The bed was extremely comfortable. I also love, Elaine, she was so welcoming, she was so accommodating, you do not see people being this kind. I am glad to have met Elaine

Had a nice, large quiet room for two nights. The breakfast was excellent, especially the amazingly fresh-tasting eggs. The staff was extremely helpful and held onto an important bag I forgot to take home with me. My only issues were intermittently sluggish Wi-Fi, and I wish the bar of bathroom soap wasn't partly hollow because it fell apart the second time I used it in the shower.

The location was central to the shopping mall. We liked the gym and the pool. Breakfast was great and fully included in the price. Great selection. Well run and managed hotel with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Especially Elaine who was very kind and welcoming to us. She is a credit to the hotel!

The staff was great, very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location was great.

The couch pull out bed for our guest was uncomfortable but the main bed was fine.

It’s good one

Clean and professional

Val la pena allotjar-se fora de Boston ja que és molt car i aquesta residencia està molt bé.

Everything

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, immaculate

Highway noise

Wish there was a jacuzzi. It was a bit disappointing there wasn't even one in the pool area.

No jacuzzi:(

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The gym is too small. Breakfast was okay, but could use some upgrades.

Front facing rooms noisy Staff not sure which rooms were Pet free

Everything

The reception desk was rude because the card I put the reservation with had issues with other companies trying to do some fraudulent activities in it, so it got canceled, and the reception desk was rude about answering questions about cash transactions.. plus, at breakfast, the manager let her dog wander around with no leach and no supervision. That wasn't cool at all for people with dog phobia like me and everyone else who didn't care to get sniff at breakfast.

The breakfast was a 10! The staff was a 10!

The bedding - sheets and comforter were loud when you rolled over and the pillows weren’t great.

I like the saltwater pool it’s like a sauna in the pool area but the pool water itself isn’t heated

Loved the breakfast

How big the room was.

Needs a better breakfast but it was ok.

Everything was amazing, just wish the pool was a bit warmer but will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to others.

Just the pool temp could have been a tad warmer.

Bountiful and delicious

Don’t have a complaint

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great!

Love, love, love the little kitchenette! However, the best feature was the bed and the super comfortable mattress! I didn’t want to get up in the morning😁

The price.

Clean clean clean! I was so happy with my room. The staff were so nice and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room breakfast.

Breakfast is superb

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing especially elaine and Melissa

Then room.was very clean and very comfortable.

The shower did not have a curtain for privacy, so sharing the bathroom was not an option.

Hotel is very clean. The breakfast is great, better than most hotels.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff!

Excellent breakfast

All good

Very Noisy

Very nice and clean hotel.

Location is convenient to highway and not too far from Logan Airport. The staff is friendly and room was very clean. Morning breakfast was good and they have a nice outside area to eat. One of better Residence Inns I’ve stayed at and well run. Only draw back is being close to highway it can be a little noisy so I would try to get a room on back side of hotel.

The property is topnotch but near a highway, which makes the place pretty noisy specially at night.

This hotel feels like home. All the staff are pleasant, helpful, and professional. The entire hotel is clean. The breakfast has many options to choose from. The guests are also nice. It's absolutely family friendly.

The desk clerk was amazing. The facilities were clean and the pool was great.

Needs more ventilation in the pool area,

The room setting was great and the variety of food for breakfast was impressive

Love the women at the front desk. I have now chatted with one young lady who has been more than professional and was very nice and kind. I really think Marriott is lucky to have her.

Excellent service!!!!!

We needed a place to stay for our group who was in town for a funeral. We chose this place due to its location, which was ideal. Then we started to learn about the wonderful staff when Michelle helped us with our reservation. When we arrived we found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The cleaning and hot breakfast staff were nice as well. The hot breakfast was well above average. The rooms comfortable, clean and of nice size. We enjoyed our stay, hung out in the lovely common areas and rested up in the comfy beds. Tip: there’s more parking in the back and ask for the back to get away from traffic noise.

Very quiet rooms and the place was well kept up. The free breakfast was great also.

Great breakfast. And

Great Experience! Will stay again!

Phenomenal staff, everything so clean, and dog friendly!

Very clean, nice staff, really nice breakfasts.

Nothing really.

Great hotel. Immaculately clean. Studio suite was very large and had a full kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expensive, but that’s Boston area in the summer.
