Schönes Hotel am Rand von Villasimius. Von einem Boutique Hotel bin ich allerdings etwas mehr gewohnt. Und für den frischen Orangensaft beim Frühstücken extra zu zahlen finde ich ungewöhnlich.

Hotel was perfectly located just out of town and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the bay. They supplied umbrellas and beach lounges at the beach for a cost, but it was well worth it. Breakfast was excellent large for all of your food and plenty of it. They had parking for five dollars a day and you can take the car in and out by yourself work perfect I would stay there again.

I think the hotel was well designed. Didn’t he have any complaints?

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel, unweit vom Strand und in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum mit einem sehr feinen Frühstück. Eine grosse Enttäuschung war unser Zimmer - ohne Balkon mit Sicht auf den Hinterhof. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst.

Perfecte locatie aan de rand van het centrum en ook niet te ver van het strand (1km). Hotel is erg sfeervol ingericht met veel planten en leuke hoekjes. Goede bar met veel opties. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Leuk klein zwembad. Mogelijkheid vooraf bedjes te reserveren bij het Simius strand. (rond € 35 voor set)

Heel veel lekkere zoetigheden bij het ontbijt maar hartig iets minder zoals meer keuze qua gebakken eieren en iets van vis zoals tonijn of zalm. In het restaurant hebben wij bij het diner een verkeerde pasta gekregen. We vonden de limoen smaak niet zo lekker maar dachten dat het zo hoorde. De volgende dag zagen we op de menukaart dat dit een andere pasta was.

Hotelul are o amplasare perfecta, la 5 minute de zona pietonala, cu restaurante și magazine, dar în același timp, beneficiază de liniște și de o oaza de verdeață. Zonele comune sunt superbe, restaurantul, barul - serviciile în general. Micul dejun este un răsfăț, pe o terasă superbă.

Camera 2 este asa de urâtă, încât pare că nu face parte din același hotel. Are o geometrie chinuită, cu vedere obstructionata complet, cu o cabină mica de dus și cu igrasie. Cea mai dificila este partea de aerisire: cum nu te poți aerisi cu geamul nici măcar noaptea, ești forțat să dormi cu aerul condiționat pornit, ceea ce este foarte chinuitor - dimineața ne trezeam cu dureri de cap.

Bellissima struttura baricentrica tra le spiagge e il centro di Villasimius. Ottima accoglienza, pulizia impeccabile, buona colazione continentale per 15 euro, piscina curata e molto gradevole, parcheggio a 50 metri a 5 euro giorno, camera di cortesia finale garantisce la possibilità di godere dei servizi anche oltre l’ora del check out.

We had such a great stay here! The service and staff were so unbelievably welcoming and friendly (a big shout out to our waiter who attentively kept a drink in our hands by the pool!) The pool was clean and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy We also had dinner here on the Tuesday and it was absolutely delicious so highly recommend you do at least one dinner at the on site restaurant! Cocktails here were also the best we tasted on town, and we trialled and tested a few Balcony space was great, location was great - we're really glad we chose this spot

The hotel has a very cozy and charming atmosphere, with a beautiful boutique-style design. We also really appreciated the gluten-free options available at both breakfast and dinner, which made the stay much easier and more comfortable for us. Some members of the staff were genuinely very friendly and pleasant as well.

What we mainly missed was a more personal level of care and attention. We had informed the hotel in advance that this was our honeymoon, but this was never really acknowledged. We were not expecting an upgrade, gifts or anything extravagant, but even a simple congratulations or small gesture would have made the stay feel more special. Unfortunately, we also both became quite sick during our stay and mentioned this to the hotel. Again, we were not expecting the hotel to solve our medical situation, but we had hoped for a little more personal concern or attentiveness, such as asking how we were feeling or whether we needed any help. The individual interactions could be friendly, but overall the stay still felt somewhat impersonal. Especially for a small boutique hotel, we had expected a bit more warmth, awareness and personal care.

Vi bodde på Su Sergenti i två nätter och blev så väl mottagna när vi anlände. Vi fick tillgång till rummet trots att vi kom en timma före incheckning och hade ett rum med balkong ut mot gatan med utsikt över nejden/bergen och en glimt av havet längre bort. Supermysigt att sitta där på mornar och kvällar. Att vistas i de gemensamma utrymmena var så härligt, det fanns soffor och fåtöljer både ute och inne där man kunde ta en drink eller bara chilla med soft musik.Likaså var det fint vid poolen som låg alldeles utanför frukostmatsalen. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska sig, både varmt och kallt. Vi åt middag en av kvällarna och det var en upplevelse i sig, fantastiskt god gnocchi och pasta! Inredningen på hotellet behöver vi inte säga så mycket om mer än att bilderna absolut inte ljuger, tvärtom så smakfullt och mysigt! Vårt flyg hem gick lite senare på kvällen och vi kunde låta väskorna vara kvar på hotellet så att vi kunde tillbringa sista dagen på stranden. Så smidigt att kunna boka en solstol på hotellets egna del på stranden där handduk ingick i hyran. Innan vi åkte iväg med taxin som hotellet hjälpte oss att boka, så fick vi tillgång till dusch- och omklädningsrum. T o m det var så välplanerat med avlastningsytor, speglar etc. Sist men inte minst, personalen måste trivas att jobba här, så genuint, varmt och trevligt bemötande stöter vi sällan på. 🥰 Varmt tack! 🙏🏻

The hotel was excellent, all the staff were very friendly & helpful & the location in respect of the beach & town was perfect. The restaurant, both at breakfast & and dinner, was superb.

Die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig zum Meer! Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und versucht jegliche Anliegen zu lösen. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und das wunderbare Ambiente sehr genossen!

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma. Läget var utmärkt, det går att promenera till stranden på ca 10min. Gick även lokala bussar men ingen garanti att det fanns plats.

Mycket getingar vid poolen var väll det enda att klaga på.

Wat mij minder beviel waren de wespen bij het ontbijt. Hierdoor kan je niet rustig ontbijten. Dat is wel erg vervelend.

Der Eingang und die Bar sowie das Frühstück waren toll. Man sieht dem Hotel an dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, sie haben aber das Beste daraus gemacht. Das Personal war super freundlich.

Das Zimmer ist klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren zu zweit dort und konnten unsere Koffer nicht öffnen weil man sonst drüber steigen musste. Das Bad ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen und die Handtücher haben gestunken.

Das Boutique Hotel Su Sergenti besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und kann zu Fuß ( 15 bis 20 Minuten) mit dem Auto (5 Minuten) oder mit einem Bus erreicht werden. Die Hauptstraße entlang in den Ort hinein wird ab 19.00 für den Verkehr gesperrt und ist dann eine Fußgängerzone, in der man herrlich flanieren kann und tolle Restaurants findet. Das Hotel ist super schön begrünt und bietet schon fast ein tropisches Feeling. Das Personal war wirklich durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsberei und, unser Zimmer sauber. Wir fanden toll, dass wir einen großen Balkon mit Wäscheständer hatten. Praktisch, um Strandtücher und Badesachen zu trocken. Und man konnte vom Balkon aus sogar das Meer sehen. So auch vom Pool. Dieser war zwar etwas klein, aber auch sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war bisher mit das beste, was wir auf Sardinien hatten und bot eine große Auswahl. Von Rührei, Spiegeleier, gegrillten Gemüse, Toaststation, Käse-und Wurstauswahl, verschiedenste Croissants, Gebäck, Kuchen, frischem Obst, Marmeladen, Joghurt, Müsli und vieles mehr. An einem Abend genossen wir das Abendessen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Live-Musik. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist wirklich nicht gerade günstig, daher fanden wir es sehr schade, dass man Liegen und Schirme am hauseigenen Strand hätte extra bezahlen müssen, rund 50€ pro Tag. Das war uns zu teuer, sodass wir einfach mit dem Auto weiter 5 Minuten zu einem tollen Strand gefahren sind, wo das Parken sogar umsonst und es weniger überfüllt war. Auch die Handtücher für den Pool mussten bezahlt werden, sowie der Parkplatz neben dem Hotel (5 Euro am Tag). 😐 Bei einem stolzen Preis von 360 € die Nacht sollte dieser Service inklusive sein. Das hat das sonst wirklich angenehme Gesamtbild getrübt.

We loved our stay at Hotel Su Sergenti! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the property was. One of our favorite details was walking through the beautiful restaurant courtyard each day, it was filled with lush plants and charming decorations that created such a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere. We also loved having the pool to relax by on our first day after traveling. Poolside service was a wonderful bonus, making it easy to order drinks and snacks while unwinding before dinner. Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. For just €15 per person, the selection was incredible. There were fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs, pastries, breads, jams, spreads, and so much more. It was the perfect way to start each morning. The location couldn't have been better. It was within easy walking distance of the main strip, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Su Sergenti to anyone visiting Villasimius and would happily stay here again!

The only suggestions I would make are to provide clearer pricing transparency during the booking process. Parking is an additional fee, and breakfast is not included in the room rate. We didn't mind paying for either, but it would have been helpful to know the exact costs in advance. The booking site also states "wonderful breakfast included," which can be a bit misleading since it is available at the hotel but requires an additional charge. A little more clarity would make the experience even better. The rooms were also on the smaller side, but they were clean, well designed, and made good use of the space. We appreciated having a mini refrigerator in the room, which was a nice convenience during our stay!

Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The summer bus made it easy to go to different beaches. The pool was an added bonus and it was lovely to relax there in the afternoon after returning to the hotel.

There were a lot of wasps on the edge of the pool and at breakfast. I think there must have been a wasps nest nearby. The mosquitoes were also a problem in the restaurant during our first evening so we didn't eat there again as we were badly bitten. If it wasn't for the wasps and the mosquitoes, I would have rated it 10.

Colazione OTTIMA, molto vicina al centro, a meno di 100m dalla via principale che la sera diventa pedonale. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi ma dista circa 1km, con pista ciclabile e marciapiede ampio.

De locatie is prachtig , zwembad is niet al te groot. Maar zeker lekker om even af te koelen.

Achteraf bleek dat je moest reserveren voor het eten , omdat alle restaurants in de buurt vol zaten toch maar besloten om te wachten. Na 2.5 uur wachten , toch maar eens gevraagd, bleek er gewoon een tafel beschikbaar te zijn. Helaas was dit niet de avond waar ik op gehoopt had en dan druk ik het nog voorzichtig uit....

Das Hotel hat uns im allen Belangen gefallen und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Angegangen bei der schönen Einrichtung und Pool. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Wir sind in Sardinien auf einer Rundreise und leider ist die Autobatterie von unserem Privatwagen ausgestiegen. Wir hätten fast unsere Tour am Hafen verpasst und die Rezeptionistin hat uns sogar persönlich an den Hafen gefahren. Am Folgetag konnten wir das Auto reparieren lassen und in der Zwischenzeit den Tag am wunderschönen Hoteleigenen Strand geniessen. Der Strand ist ca.2km entfernt, welchen man bequem mit einem Bus, der vor dem Hotel fährt erreichen kann. (man könnte aber auch mit dem Auto hinfahren.) Nach dem Check out durften wir noch duschen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr schön abgerundet hat. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich gewesen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

The beach nearby is great and walkable. Breakfast was very good with great atmosphere by the pool. The location is very close to the town center. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The lounge area is very nice, though it turns into a restaurant at night, so isn't really available to pass time in.

Jolie déco des espaces communs, qui donne l’impression d’être dans un jardin calme et secret, alors qu’on est au centre de la ville. Le parking privé est un bel avantage. Le bar et le restaurant sont de qualité, et le personnel très gentil. La piscine est agréable.

La chambre est correcte, la literie est bonne, mais elle gagnerait à être rénovée dans le même thème que le reste de l’établissement.

Kleines feines Hotel. Nettes Personal. Fußgängerzone nahe gelegen. Zum Strand Auto notwendig. Frühstück gut. Abendessen im Hotel nicht empfehlenswert. Fleisch war ungenießbar mit Chips serviert- für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. Nudeln waren gut.

Trevlig personal, rent, bra frukost, fint hur de nyttjat en tråkig hotellbyggnad till att göra något personligt.

Själva hotellbyggnaden ligger på en gata och entrén är svår att hitta. Poolområdet är litet, konstgräs och precis i frukostmatsalen. Poolen i sig fin men inget ställe man lägger sig på och kopplar av. Blev förvånad att allt kostade extra , poolhandduk, stolar på deras strand, etc med tanke på prisnivån på rummen. Hade missuppfattat avståndet till stranden, för långt att gå till havet i den här värmen. Trevlig personal även på stranddelen som tillhörde hotellet men vi trodde att stranden och hotellet låg närmare.

Fijne ligging op wandelafstand van het centrum (dat na 19u autovrij is) en van het strand. Super ontbijtje, vriendelijke service, klein maar fijn zwembad. De kamers zijn verzorgd en het hotel-restaurant is écht uitstekend. Fietsverhuur bij de buren - fijne manier om de buurt te verkennen!

Niets! Of toch… we hadden een kamer aan de achterzijde van het hotel en ons terras keek uit op gebouwen. Zou dus aanraden om bij het boeken een kamer met uitzicht te vragen (ligt dan ook wel op het zuiden ☀️).

La plage privée n’est pas à l’hôtel et en plus il faut payer pour avoir un parasol 30€ le 1er rang et 25€ pou le 2eme et 3ème rang ! Si vous voulez un jus d’orange frais au petit déjeuner il faut payer aussi La piscine est toute petite Les chambres vieillottes mal insonorisés et on voit plus la rue que le jardin

Closest money changer is Cagliari city over 1hour distance from Villasimius. Bathroom noise shower or toilet flush and/or voices heard through wall early hours.

Loved everything about this property. The staff, the restaurant, the pool, walking distance to the beach. The receptionist Nicoletta (I think that’s her name) was so incredibly nice and helpful. The evening manager was so nice as well. Alessandro the waiter and the bar tender Davide were all amazing.

Ein bisschen afrikanisches Flair im Hotel Su Sergenti. Wir fanden es sehr schön, die Einrichtung war wirklich schön. Der Pool war angenehm, der eigene Hotelparkplatz war auch vorhanden. Sowie der eigene Strandabschnitt, mit neuen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht überragend. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.

There was no water, coffe or tea in the room. Fir that price per night i think it would be resonable to not sell bottle of water for 5 euro ans charge 3 euro for a coffe. Expensive sun chairs on the beach.

Beautiful hotel property right in the town center. Has everything you need, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are simple and a bit small but have everything you need and are clean and comfortable.

Restaurant- und Poolbereich gepflegt.

Der Strand war schön, man musste aber 15.-- Euro Strandgebühr zahlen. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 289.-- Euro/Nacht, ohne Frühstück, geht das gar nicht! Und für ein Handtuch für den Poolbereich beim Hotel wurden noch einmal 3.-- Euro verlangt. So etwas geht überhaupt nicht.

Sehr romantisches Hotel. Frühstück sehr fein.

nettes kleines Hotel mit Charme, schönes Frühstück. Ausreichend, kostenlose Parkplatz in fußläufiger Entfernung. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Zimmer im EG war etwas dunkel. Der nächste Strand, an dem auch das Hotel einen Abschnitt "betreibt" war kiesig und und voller alter Algen, eher nichts für Kinder. Keine öffentlichen Toiletten dort vorhanden.

It s a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was wonderful and we will definitly come back. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful restaurants and swimming pool.

An advice would be to buy new hairdriers.

The whole hotel, breakfast, the pool , the staff, every one was great and made for a very relaxed holiday, a great boutique hotel.

The most beautiful tranquil surroundings , excellent staff nothing to much trouble, breakfast excellent, the whole hotel spotless. Great location to many bars and restaurants.

Très bien situé. L'ambiance ZEN de la partie restaurant/petit-déjeuner et lobby. Très bon petit-déjeuner en libre service. Diner copieux et très bon.

Chambre et douche un peu petites (n°29) et impossibilité de régler la climatisation inférieure à 21°. Il faisait un peu chaud pour dormir.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Su Sergenti Boutique Hotel in Villasimius. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They greeted us warmly each day and were always available to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast included with our stay was absolutely outstanding—a generous spread with plenty of protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates, fresh options, and everything needed for a nutritious start to the day. And the cappuccinos? Some of the best we've had, thanks to their incredible coffee machine! A special mention also goes to the bartender, who makes fantastic drinks and is genuinely kind, friendly, and attentive. Our experience here has truly been five-star. In fact, I'm not sure why this lovely boutique hotel is rated only three stars, because it consistently delivers a level of service and hospitality that exceeds expectations. I would highly recommend Su Sergenti Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Villasimius. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality—it certainly did not go unnoticed. ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access everything we needed. The rooms were also exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
