Lovely setting with great gardens and communal spaces.

The location, handy to the lake front - we were there for an event and could walk there and back. Nod roomy room - but we have the disability suite so good access, We were not disabled but appreciated the extra room

Hot water lasted less than a shower - will contact property for remediation. Otherwise it was good.

Great value for money

It was what I needed on the day. A clean, warm place to stay. The owner was lovely to talk to.

The shower was either burning hot, freezing cold or squealed while you were in it. And the fridge froze my small bottle of milk overnight. It was very expensive for a budget room. Compared to other locations in the same area.

The shower had no pressure, and when water was toasty, it dribbled out of the shower head. This can be rectified by changing the shower head.

Good location to town. The motel was warm and comfortable but certainly needs a bit of updating. Main room needs a bit of work to brighten it up. Bathroom is great with plenty of space. The owner Michelle, was very helpful and friendly on our arrival.

Parking right in front the assigned unit. Check in and out were very simple, just drop off the key in the drop box.

Quite out-dated facility, everything you can imagine needs updating.

Michelle was lovely and helpful and the room was so large and perfectly laid out. The motel was in a nice setting away from the noise of town, highly recommend!

The location was great. The room comfortable. Liked outdoor courtyard. Facilities were good. The shower was fantastic.

Carpets were bare and sharp bits round edges. Bathroom very small.

The whole place needs a spruce up, gardens, lawns buildings even if it is classed budget. We appeared to be in a converted car port area, shower head kept falling down very piece meal toilet bathroom area

Clean with ample space

Rooms was not service daily. Rubbish heap up in the room during our stay. No rubbish bins close by to do it ourselves Kitchen utensils were blunt and useless. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable

The shower was almost unusable. It was hot or cold.The cold water pipes screaming when trying to find the warm spot. Plus the shower head would not stay in place, it kept flopping.

An older motel spotlessly clean and well equipped. The room was spacious and comfortable

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious. The TV and Sky worked and was easy to use. The location was peaceful and handy to most things. The unit was exceptionally clean. The master bed was comfortable. The unit had good water pressure which made the shower nice to use.

Although clean and tidy, it was very dated inside. The horrible plastic wicker lounge seats were dreadfully uncomfortable. The maintenance is not being keep up, with paint missing from windowsills and the shower step. It's a shame the maintenance wasn't done as well as the cleaning. The grounds have a variety of picnic tables, which are rickety and falling apart. They made the place look pretty rough and rundown, so probably it would be a better look for the business if they were simply removed as they really are unuseable. The broken motel sign for the motel entrance made the first impressions pretty bad. It looked like the place was a dodgy, rough affair, which it isn't. There needs to be a bit more pride taken in its appearance. If this happened people might stay more than one night.

Owner was friendly and hospitable, main bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Good location- walkable to old town. Unit was clean and as tidy as possible upon arrival.

Generally very run down facilities. Paint peeling, threadbare carpets, furniture and kitchen in dire need of replacement. Pool needed cleaning, “playground” was a playset from the 1980’s.

The accommodation we had was a distance away from the rest of the motel rooms, situated amongst derelict car/bbq. Interior requires a complete makeover. Hole in a wall. Threadbare carpet, very strange toilet that splashed you when flushed. Black linen on the beds. Outside the patio door, full of weeds.

Poor first impression with badly broken red sign at entrance. Also looked like a rubbish dump beside driveway near office. But beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean.

Ac in the unts is a must.

Value for moeny

The reception lady is very friendly, some casual chatting make us feel very welcome. The simple three-in-one shampoo-conditioner-shower gel is surprisingly nice to use.

The facilities are quite old, which are not unusual for an old motel.
