Originally I booked for two nights but our plans changed so I contacted Booking.com. The booking said that there would be no charge for cancellation if done by 10 August. On that very date I messaged Booking.come to say that I wanted to stay for one night only, not two. I have not been refunded the money for the canceled night (Saturday 15 August) and in every single communication I had from Booking.com the original price for TWO nights is stated. This is very annoying. The staff at the Top Ten Holiday Park could not assist with this. Not their fault. Booking.com needs to step up!

Wish it was cheaper haha but of course it's a reasonable price for what you get. We will be back! Might have to sign up for the top 10 membership.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026We stayed with our 2 grandchildren. We liked the fact that the holiday park has a playground, jumping pillow and a laundry. It is close to town and a reserve with the Fairy walk is just behind the park.
Our bed was a bit too soft causing the roll together and the room is too small for that bed. You could hardly walk around it.

It says the office is open till 7pm. But it closed at 6pm. Good range of coffee and tea but didn't restore daily. Went to buy a coffee but no coffee cups so had to go to the office to get them. Don't know I would have to pay extra for the hot tub and $25 for 30mins seems a lot when the pools are down the road for not much more money for all day.

After one terrible night of no sleep, I went to reception and asked about another mattress. Within 10 mins I had a single mattress and bedding delivered, which suited me perfectly for the next 2 nights with great sleep.
The bed was way too soft for me, not giving me near enough support.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026La chambre a été une belle surprise car niveau prémium. Bien agencée même si on était 4 (faute de s'y être pris avant), on a apprécié le confort, la propreté et les équipements. Le personnel nous a laissé la clé avec un code envoyé à l'avance.
Les WC et toilettes: très propres mais commencent à être viellots. Rien de vraiment négatif. A coté des eaux chaudes, des restaurants...

Some playground equipment needs a revamp such as the see-saw and blue slide fiberglass crackling at the bottom which may soon start to cut little ones but other than that everything was amazing and very clean.
