Loved the spa and the kozi kiwi

It’s set up to make you feel happy and comfortable and staff are so helpful and accommodating. There is so much to do while there as well as relax and you are only walking distance from Mall

New and very clean

Location is great. Size if room was also good, shower and toilet very nice.

Main bed needs replacing you can feel the springs, could do with a little tidy up of paint tm

So many things for the kids to do. My two love the inside pool.

The spa is $10 per 30mins. In that time you also have to pick up and drop off the key. So it doesn’t allow much time to actually enjoy the spa.

There was something for everyone to enjoy

Last night there was a lot of what sounded like doors getting slammed and it was shaking our cabin each time . This went on until quite late

Pretty clean Kitchen, restroom, laundry and aslo very close ., staff very friendly " Ms Marina" , she is pretty good, explaining clearly 😉 😊 Thank you.

As we come lately night, just slowly to find the room, maybe "Illuminated numbers" will easier to find it " 😉

Not knowing how to share tge wifi amongst our devices. We were only able to login to one device.

Very family oriented, friendly staff and many facilities and amenities.

Pool was cold. In details it said it was hearted to 28 it was not. Said in room details there was an oven but there was not but many ovens throughout the park.

- the pool was great - spa was great just wish it had jet bubbles - playground great - close to mall - staff all friendly - great parking - great bathroom - a good working heat pump

- no housekeeping after a week i felt like it needed a vacuum especially since it was winter - rubbish bins wish there was one closer to our room - the one day the sun came out the ants did too but that was an easy situation to deal with

My family and I had a very great time here. Lots of facilities. Thank You.

The house we stayed in - had a little bit of mould in the bedrooms and under the beds had not been vacuumed

Clean, convenient location.

TV was not operational. Kept turning on by itself and unable to control it through the remote. Simple instructions would be a good idea.

Staff were amazing and welcoming, Facilities were so awesome my son enjoyed them so did we our cabin was so good, warm, and comfortable. Our cabin and holiday park were very clean well kept.

Location was perfect for a quick overnight stay with the family. We needed to be close to St Georges Hospital, close to restaurants and have something to help entertain the kids. It was able to tick all the boxes and be so reasonably priced too!!

Lots to do amazing communication about daily activities

Walls in kiwi cozy really beef a wash but other than that we were happy

Good family room

Facilities except kitchen are old. Kids playground is falling apart, literally covered in duct tape. Everything closes at 9pm including tv lounge and they lock the fridges at night which isn’t great when you have a baby to feed at midnight.

Very clean and well organised. Located near to a number of restaurants.

Not the best beds & bunks are very narrow, we had one of our kids fall out hurting themselves. Fridge didn't have a stable temperature & froze all of our food regardless of setting so we lost $60 worth but management didn't seem to care or even get back to us after going to reception twice about it. The facilities in theory are great but all carry extra charges so the price of the accommodation all of a sudden is a lot higher than first thought given you are only paying a premium price for just a very compact space & still needing to pay extra for the kids to play. The 'heated' pool is not exactly heated enough for kids to enjoy in the middle of winter (the only reason we actually booked).

Great location and awesome amenities. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the park had a nice family vibe to it, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room is quite small the heater didn’t work well enough.

Close to everything, staff were nice.

The studio apartments were small with no where to put your bags, it was cramped and after 2 days we were over it, studio 32 had a noisy heater that had to be turned off so you could sleep, I would recommend putting shelving for suitcases/bags on the walls and places to hang things like towels.

Facilities are tired. Toaster in our room didn’t work, the fridge froze all our food and we needed to throw it out. A lot of machines in the laundry out of order. Staff didn’t seem to bothered to help with the problems we had

No complaints

The facilities for young children were excellent and helped a lot with our babysitting duties. The location was also excellent with Northland shopping mall so close. The property had a lovely family atmosphere and was well maintained. We were very happy there.

The TV control proved to be a challenge because we didn’t realise that it needed charging so we had problems getting something on the TV. Thanks to the younger members of our group who were more tech savvy, we got it sorted.

Room was crowded and uncomfortable, playground well worn with major trip hazards from uneven flooring. Overpriced for what you get.

Everything about our stay felt thoughtfully considered. It’s clear that a great deal of time, care, and attention to detail has gone into the room design, décor, and amenities. The little touches, such as providing hair straighteners and makeup removers, really elevated the experience and made the stay feel luxurious and effortless. We stayed in the Lollie Room and absolutely loved the theme, the artwork, funky décor, and unique styling gave it so much character. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the gas fire added a warm, cosy, and charming touch that made the room feel even more inviting. A beautiful place to stay with so many thoughtful details that made it feel special.
