Villa Del Sol Beach Resort & Spa

Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren in der Nebensaison im Juni hier. Sehr sauberer Strand und ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und bemüht. Wenn man irgendwelche Extrawünsche hat, reisst sich das personal wirklich alle Beine aus um das zu ermöglichen. Ein Herr Nong Tu (Ist wahrscheinlich der Restaurant- und Zimmermanager gewesen) hat uns immer sehr gut betreut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Gutes, sehr leckeres Essen. Wermutstropfen: keine Kaffeemaschine für Espresso, Cappuccino oder Latte, dafür aber natürlich vietnamesischer Kaffee! Das Spa ist toll. Sogar spontan buchbar (1/2h wartezeit). Alles in allem Tiptop, Daumen hoch! Für den Preis auch noch: 5 Sterne

Ach ja, das Gym ist winzig und mit uralten, teils kaputten Maschinen ausgestattet, aber das war uns eh nicht wichtig.

We travel a family of 4 but unable to manage to stay on the same floor.

Behageligt personale, god morgenmad, stor pool, rent. Flot og vedligeholdt have. Flere restauranter tæt på, men også på hotellet.

Kunne lide alt. Vi danskere elsker jo at sidde ude på altan/terrasse. Der manglede lige et par stole, men dem skaffede de hurtigt. Vi sad der nu ikke så meget, da der var for varmt!

Bel établissement propre bien entretenu , personnel souriant et professionnel , suite original bien agencé , les espaces verts et les communs sont bien entretenus. Le restaurant propose une carte de restaurant correct, le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré ( jus de fruits frais ainsi que viennoiseries) .

Le vrai problème dans cette établissement c est son emplacement , il n y a rien autour mais rien , pour une retraite bouddhique parfait , sinon passer votre chemin .

Beautiful resort with a big swimming pool & a beautiful garden. We stayed in a sea view suite and it was amazing. The suite was large, comfortable and the building was only few meters from the sea. The resort is right on the beach and you can swim in the sea which is not always possible in Vietnam. We stayed during Tet holiday and even though the resort was busy it didn’t feel crowded. The hotel has a restaurant serving dinner but there are places outside if you prefer to eat out.

Clean. Friendly. Excellent facilities. On the beach. Fabulous swimming pool. Breakfast good with a large choice. We had all our meals also at the hotel and it was all very good. Again a lot of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. They booked our ferry tickets for our ongoing journey which was very helpful for us. Also booked us a taxi and it all went perfectly.

L'hôtel Villa del Sol est très calme. Le personnel est accueillant et attentif. La chambre était belle et spatieuse, très agréable. Le restaurant est bon et le petit déjeuner buffet copieux. La piscine est énorme en bord de mer A proximité de l'hôtel il y a un petit magasin et des petits restaurants Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Merci à l'équipe

The resort is beautiful!!! We had a suit with beach / sea view, it was fantastic. We loved every seconds in the resort. Morning walk on the beach, tasty breakfast, pool time, sunrise and sunset... Perfect!

Fixed menu breakfast, pool was closed for the repair upon our arrival. We've got a discount for this, which booking.com failed to manage.

Due Unterkunft war super sauber und die Zimmer mit einem sehr hohen Standart. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker.

Die Lage des Hotel war schlecht,da man weit drum herum einfach nichts machen konnte. Es war sehr abgelegen und man konnte Abends nicht vor die Tür gehen und sei es nur mal zum Supermarkt. Wir hatten leider auch Probleme mit russischen Touristen,die die Nachtruhe nicht verstanden haben.

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht bei allem zu helfen. Ausflüge,Anreise,Taxi buchen.

One of the best and most scenic rooms we ever had, with a vast and well equiped bathroom.

The shuttle to Pan Thiet was only once a day, and two hours before returning to the hotel, which gives you about an hour and 15 minutes net. the alternative to the shuttle is the local bus. Reception told us that it would be every whole hour, which was not correct. Furthermore, the procedure was that the security guy would stop the bus. Twice, even when clearlky warned, he just didn't. This caused inconvenience and irritation. The food in the restaurant was mostly excellent, but once not good. Dishes did not come at the same time for the two of us, making one of us finishing the mneal before the other one started. Without these flaws (that could and can easily be prevented) the hotel would have scored an overall 'excellent'.

The breakfast was great. The location is very good for those who looking for a quiet vacation. Since the hotel is located far from the city center, the ocean water and the beach were very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. if you wanted to go to the city, you could order a taxi from the hotel reception, which arrived in 10-15 minutes. the taxis are new and the drivers are very friendly, and there was also the possibility that the return taxi from the city would pick you up at the agreed place and time

It was low season and therefore was few people at hotel, but the same time we were the center of attention of the service.

All I can say is wow, what a beautiful hotel right on the beach, stunning views with the waves lapping at the door, stunning . Breakfast and evening meals were amazing , top quality food. The rooms were just fantastic, we opted for a sea view suite and we felt jolly spoilt, every thing was fantastic. Loads of sun beds and hammocks to rest and enjoy the sun. The staff were perfect, Tu was a waiter who loved to laugh and make us smile, his service was exemplary and a lovely guy. Lanh was interested in our day and always so very very helpful and sweet, very professional , just the nicest person. Linh was always to kind and hard working making our stay special, we would come back because of her, special thanks also to Than on reception for her help and support with train bookings and taxi. The most perfect hotel for a bit of R and R , cannot recommend this hotel enough, everything was fantastic

The staff were very good. And I consider that the food was both tasty and not overpriced. Though they are many restaurants not too far away. Suspect you prefer using a car. Stayed in the middle of the week so no breakfast buffet But you could order what you needed and would not go away hungry. We had a svit. With view over the water Enjoyed a lot

Location is a bit far from restaurants and city, you will have to ask the reception to book taxi to move because Grab don’t want to come till the resort for pick you up. If you have your own vehicle it’s easier in order to go out of the resort

We absolutely LOVED THIS PLACE! ❤️ The service is excellent, they took such good care of us, being very helpful in every aspect. Ms. Thuy (receiption) organised amazing excursions for us with a way cheaper price then usual. The food was delicious and the prices are totally fair. Everyone was there with a smile talking and always making sure all is good. The hotel has beautiful view on the ocean and a lovely, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Best to relax and recharge. It was so enjoyable that instead of 5 nights we decided to stay for 7 nights. Highly recommend this place, and also using the massage! 🥰🙏😊 big thanks to the whole team of Villa del Sol! Huge room and fantastic breakfast, beach was good and a very nice, clean pool. Guests were 100% Russians, so expect all the sun loungers to be ‘claimed’ with a towel before sunrise.

Stunning and designer beachfront room. Overlooking the ocean and beach. Woke up to the sounds of the waves and sea meeting the shore, walked along the beach each morning. fantastic variety of choice for breakfast. Lovely and supportive staff.

If your looking for a quiet getaway from the city, you have come to the wrong place! The hotel hosts to team building where there is a loud speaker and a MC screaming from Friday night until 10pm and starting 8am on Sunday. Although the staff could not do anything, other than say sorry. The hotel is nicely placed, some updates are need. I’m not sure what scale they are using for 4.5 star (maybe out of 10). The “private” beach was unkept. The food was surprisingly good. Was far less than enjoyable sleeping on a rock hard bed and waking up to a team building that has some very high quality amplifiers... if I wanted this kind of noise and irritation, I would have stay in Saigon. I felt pity for other guest that were complaining because they flew from Russia for a quiet getaway... the resort should have some warning that they host team building!!!!

Dette er et hotellet ligger avsides til og passer nok ikke for festløver.Det er et område med et par fine resturager tvers over veien.Det er et par butikker og apotek rett ved hotellet.vi var på hotellet i 7 netter og er veldig fornøyd. God standard og flinke massører. Fin resturangmed flott frokost.

The resort is clean and has a good beach. There is good lap pool for adults, but no shallow pool for children.

This hotel is far from everything, Mui Ne is about 30 kilometers away and cost about $25 dollars each way. Breakfest is a mess, confusing, and the food is not presented in a hygienic way. The people in the hotel speak very little english and to change money is by far the worst place, looks like they want to make profit out of it instead, of being helpful on having that service prompt. Our AC wasn't working and after all we experienced, we were not happy and even with them offering the best room (ours was already one below the best), we decided to leave and instead of asking for full refund, we asked for at least 2 nights, since we were not going to be there for the 3 nights left. They told us they would refund if they rented the room again; however, no one would stay in the room with a broken A/C. We never received not even a partial refund. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, they need lots of training to deliver the minimal customer satisfaction.

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Das Hotel ist von der Lage und des Komforts unglaublich schon. Das Personal insgesamt war absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine gesundheitliche Einschränkung wurde schnell erkannt und der Service angepasst. Der Strand war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Als einzig negatives an meinem 15-tägigen Aufenthalt war das verhalten der russischen Gäste die durch ihre allgemein ruppige Art, auch dem Personal gegenüber, aufgefallen sind. Ansonsten war mein Aufenthalt in der Villa del Sol traumhaft. Versuche im Mai 2018 wieder dort zu wohnen.

the place is amazing! the room was big and clean, area is beautiful. there is a private beach just a few steps away. do note the wifi is not strong (probably in the whole area) and it's abt 45 min away from the mui ne tours and resorts. I managed to book with Muinego.com who managed to send me there without trouble. if not, taxi is about 200,000 vnd. staff is a not too friendly but overall it's a very good experience. beautiful place.

in general it is fine, but the wifi & room service has to be improved. the wifi is too weak, and after the staff clean up our room, they forgot to give us the new towel. when we called the receptionist, they kept finding the excuse and asked us to wait for tomorrow, although they gave us the new towel finally.

Beautiful view of the ocean, friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. Meals were a bit expensive but the service was excellent. Our room was great, comfortable and very clean. All staff were very helpful. The hotel is about 4 hours from Ho Chi Minh, 15 minutes from Phan Thiet, great if you want a quiet getaway. This hotel had the cleanest beach compared to other hotels along the shore but litter is a big problem in Vietnam.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt - saubere, sehr große Zimmer mit schönen offenen Badezimmern. Kaffeespezialitäten zum Frühstück wären nicht schlecht.

Останавливались в отеле на 3 суток в конце марта 2017 года. Номер А-05 с видом на море, понарамные окна, красивая ванная комната. Очень удобно выходить к морю по зеленому газону, лежаки под пальмами. Красота! Шведский стол немного скудноват, нет рыбы вообще и вьетнамских блюд- а это ведь четверка. Обслуживание персонала внимательное и качественное. Вечер проводишь вкаченную на против, по заказу можешь съесть и лобстеров или акулу. Конкуренция хоть и небольшая , но присутствует. Спасибо за отдых в вашем отеле!

Lekkert hotell med flott basseng,..beliggende i rolige omgivelser Svært hyggelig og komfortabelt opphold

We had stayed in the ocean front "Villa" suite, and it was a very spacious room with nice decor and bathroom, soaking tub, view, etc. Honestly the room was as nice as some 5 star resorts, however, we had an ocean front balcony without any chairs to sit on. Strange to say the least. Also, these are not "Villas"-they are hotel rooms. It is misleading to call them "Villas" when you are simply staying in a building with 9 separate rooms. This needs to be changed in the description. The hotel staff were kind and friendly our entire trip. In fact, the waiters really made our trip enjoyable because of their ability to help out with our 11 month old during our 8 night stay. Thank you! However, for some reason management did not check in with us until the last day of our stay. I found this a bit odd because we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there everyday and paid quite a bit of money during our stay. Typically management checks in with you to ensure you are having an enjoyable holiday. The food at the resort was "OK", but over priced compared to the local establishments across the street. We could have eaten for half the price. We actually ended up stocking up on waters and snacks from the marts across the street because prices for little things were too much at the resort (which can be expected). The beach is rough, and unfortunately littered with trash. This was a HUGE bummer. For this reason alone I would not go back to the resort. 5 star room, but 3 star hote

Nice pool, breakfast ok. Prices in hotel high. Cottage is not a cottage, it is a room in 3 store building. Personnel speaks much better Russian than English. His location is developed to Russian visitors only. Would recommend this hotel to Russians only.

Okolica i hotel zdecydowanie dla osób mało wymagających: Niewystarczająca ilość leżaków przy basenie, nieczystości na plaży, spa do remontu-raczej nie należy korzystać; bardzo mierna kuchnia, skąpy wybór śniadowego bufetu. Basen czysty, między budynkami czysto. Na uwagę zasługuje spa po przeciwnej stronie ulicy i bar Krysza ze świeżym i pysznym jedzeniem również po drugiej stronie ulicy-oba nie należą do hotelu.

The hotel was a bit of luxury for the last few days of trip. Rooms are lovely and the resort is well kept. Only problem is it is in middle of nowhere. There are a couple of shops and restaurants outside the resort but that's it so if you don't want to stay in your hotel in the evening this isn't for you. The city of phan thiet is about 5 miles away and taxis aren't readily available. Mosquitos are a huge problem here as there are lily pad window boxes around the villas. So many in the room so we got so many bites even with repellent on. Was glad to leave for this reason.

The beach and the pool are so nice. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is the location. It‘s kind of far away from the down town of Phan Thiet (10 mins by taxi and 40 mins to Mui Ne). Except for the location, I have nothing to complain.

Struttura molto bella elegante di gusto europeo. Tutto molto curato. Camera ampia pulita con vista sul bellissimo giardino. Piscina grande in riva al mare. Bella spiaggia, purtroppo poco balneabile, con acqua non molto pulita e abbondanti meduse. Buono il ristorante e ottima colazione. Servizio cortese e efficiente. Unico neo un po'fuori mano.

Rẻot có khuôn vien cay xanh đẹp,tuy nhien bien o đuoc sạch,o có nhan vien dọn rác nen xung quanh biển có rac,chỉ sử dụng ho boi .hồ bơi có gạch lót bị bể nen tre em khi boi bi đứt chân.bua ăn sáng o phong phu,ngon,vừa mieng,nhưng ngay nao cũng như nhau !

The whole resort is okay with the facilities stated, e.g. swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. It is by the sea side and you can see the sea view from the restaurant. The room is lovely and quite big. However, there is only one restaurant in the resort. It was a bit dirty. Lots of flies and mosquitoes. Insufficient fans. It was really hot and annoyed when the mosquitoes kept flying towards our meals. Yet, we didn't have any other choice for dining. Therefore, it is only okay for a short stay.

Wunderschöner, ruhiger Aufenthalt. Bis auf einen Sportevent am Hotelstrand und Pool,wo es sehr laut zu ging und wir die Liegen räumen mussten,weil eine Bühne aufgebaut wurde. Da es unser letzter Tag dort war,sehr schade.

Das Zimmet war sehr schmuddelig, der Page ging sehr schlecht mit unserem Gepäch um, schleifte es zum Teil am Boden nach. Das Hotel war zwar direkt am Meer aber sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

A bit pricey for the location.

good rate, clean, nice people. breakfast great, lunch and dinner very so so, most people eat across street at a small place.. they pour drinks(and I've seen same in other places in Vietnam, as in right now at a 5 stat hotel I'm at in Nha Trang) in an extremely pitiful way by western standards, in a tiny shot glass. You get nothing, better to buy your own bottle somewhere. Someone needs to tell the industry people on vacation want to have a decent drink! Also, this time of year, beach and sea are calm in morning, then everyday around 1pm the wind and sea whip up and its like the monsoon's coming in. I arrived first day at 2pm and was wondering what I was doing in this place at all. Luckily, its very nice in the mornings..Area is worth about 2 nights max in my opinion, (hotel is quite comfy though to chill out in, quiet and relaxed), better in Nha Trang(I'm 30km outside the center, very nice), and Da Nang I'm presuming, going there next..

Awesome entertaining bar staff, played snooker every night. Had a great pool day ocean was to rough to swim in. Early morning beach walks were incredible. Rented a scooter for 2 days and had 2 awesome road trips. Quite area. 10 minute car ride to major busy city.

Das Hotel war bis jetzt das schlechteste, was wir hatten. Ich würde 2.5 Sterne geben und nicht mehr. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und versteht dich kaum ( oder will dich nicht verstehen). Alles ist für die russischen Gäste ausgerichtet. Das Pool ist hässlich mit dem grünen alten Teppich neben den Liegen. Es ist sehr windig am Meer und auch am Pool, da es nah am Meer ist, manchmal könnten wir uns nicht hören, weil es so laut war. Es war kein drittes Bett im Zimmer für unser 4 jähriges Kind ( obwohl wir das extra bestellt haben). Nach den ewigen Gespraechen haben wir ein zustellbett bekommen. Am Schluss hat man von uns 40$ pro Nacht zusätzlich für das Bett verlangt. Das Hotel organisiert keine Abendunterhaltung, es ist langweilig am Abend und es gibt nichts zu tun in der Naehe, nur ein paar schäbige Restaurants , in dennen das Essen nicht schmeckt. Das Essen im Hotel ist überteuert und nicht lecker. Die russischen Gaeste sind zu laut. Nie wieder das Hotel !!!!

excellent! the place was beautiful and the service was great! we loved the infinity pool and how easy it was to access the hotel's own beach. It was such a relaxing trip. We loved how spacious our room was, with a big bath tub. breakfast was great too. for lunch and dinner, be prepared to wait for some time for the kitchen to prepare your meal.

We were given a beachfront room. Gorgeous views in this quiet and modern resort. Friendly staff and very good service. The restaurant is overpriced and the quality of the food is poor. Go down the street to find more reasonable, fresh seafood. Only complaint about the room is the water temperature. It doesn't get hot in the shower. We loved our stay and highly recommend this resort

Really great hotel could not fault anything, staff nice, food great breakfast choice. We booked a sea view which our room did not have so they upgraded our room straight away. Staff members Tow and Duc were amazing could not have asked for more. If you want a quiet break this is the hotel for you

The location is fairly decent. Its not in a prime location to the main city but is still a beautiful place thats close to the beach. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself because it was great. I was in the process of recommending this place to my fellow colleagues but the bad customer experience trumps the wonderful experiences about this place. If you do plan to go, please be careful of the hidden fees. Its better to go into the city and eat (cheaper and more fulfilling). I have never been so upset with customer service as I am a very pleasant guy but this one takes the cake. For them to make a couple of extra dollars in hidden fees, they have lost several thousand dollars that they could have had based on my recommendations to colleagues alone. Overall, if you do still plan to go, just be careful is all i can say. It really is a beautiful place but the bad/shady customer service ruined it for me.

The hotel is a curate's egg. On the good side, the rooms are decent and well maintained, the pool is excellent, and some members of staff were very friendly and welcoming. The first downside is the location, in that Than Thiet is 10km (£8 each way in a taxi) and Mui Ne, where the wide range of restaurants can be found, is about 25km (£15 each way in a taxi). There are a couple of other hotels and a couple of passable restaurants in the neighbourhood, but that's about it. The food at the hotel is at best moderate -- I spent a whole week trying to teach the breakfast staff how to cook an omelette, but still to no avail unless they were watched. The other When you order a starter and a main course, there is no telling which will arrive first. Side dishes, such as French Fries, intended to accompany the main course, often arrive before the starter on their own. With two people eating together, it is not uncommon for one person's meal to arrive 20 minutes after the others. The problem seems to be that under the communist system, everyone is employed, even those who in a Western system would be deemed unemployable. Since they all get paid next to nothing, there is no incentive for them to make any effort either, and it's common to find bar staff sitting around talking and almost feel you are intruding to interrupt them to place and order. I will say that certain members of staff did make a considerable extra effort (thanks Dennis and Number 3) to make us feel welcome.
