We’ve now returned to this resort three times, and it truly feels like a second home to us. The Admiral Suite lounge service is wonderful — delicious food, a private space, and dedicated hours for the special services. Most of all, the staff remember us and are always incredibly thoughtful and attentive. During this stay, I was pregnant, and Kevin and Lập took such great care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Kevin, who has welcomed us back every year like family. I was a little sad to see some of the lovely staff we knew have moved on, including my favorite chef. I still miss his surprisingly delicious mustard green soup — a dish I ordered completely at random with no expectations, but ended up loving and remembering. Thank you for always making us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back again. ❤️

I was quite disappointed with the lounge tea break and evening cocktail snacks for Suite guests. On previous stays, the tea break included a lovely tower of both savory and sweet items, but this time the cream puffs were dry, the chocolate selection felt rather ordinary, and there was only one type of mousse cake. The fruit selection was also limited, with melon unavailable. More importantly, when certain chocolates, snacks, or food items ran out during the serving hours, they were not refilled. This made the lounge experience feel less complete than what we had experienced on previous stays. Overall, I hope the resort will review the Suite experience and lounge benefits. Given the premium paid for a Suite, the quality, variety, and service should feel more special and truly make guests feel that the experience is worth what they have paid for.

Mỗi ngày đều có buffet ăn nhẹ buổi chiều. Nhân viên rất chu đáo và tận tình. Khách sạn rất đẹp, thoải mái và bữa sáng rất ngon.

Mình không chấm 10 điểm vì không thể giảm tốc độ quạt của máy lạnh. Các nhà thiết kế đã ưu tiên tính thẩm mỹ hơn sự tiện dụng. Vòi nước hai van nóng/lạnh kiểu Anh khá bất tiện. Gạch mosaic với đường ron màu trắng dễ bị bẩn và đòi hỏi nhân viên phải vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng thường xuyên.

Beautiful and good breakfast options

Air conditioning didn’t get cool enough, hot water was inconsistent and bathrooms smelled a little bit sometimes.

Nous avons aimé le confort, l’agencement des parties restauration, la piscine, la salle de gym excellente, la chambre confortable et spacieuse, le jardin aménagé, le personnel souriant et disponible pour la piscine, le service snacking et boissons, le goûter de 15h chocolat. Le service de nettoyage des chambres, tout le monde était disponible et souriant.

L’accueil un peu froid, insuffisamment attentif aux clients, les hôtesses n’allaient pas chercher les clients, elles attendaient sans rien dire!! J’ai demandé des informations sur le transfert de Phan Thiết vers Vūng tầu, comme cela semblait un peu compliqué, l’hôtesse a appelé la société de transport et me tendait le Télesphone, elle semblait agacé! Personne n’est venue nous voir pendant tout le séjour. Il manquerait un vrai Manager digne de ce nom pour un grand hôtel comme le Mövenpick!

The hotel is located away from the city center but close to NovaWorld, making it a great choice for families with children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We visited in July, and the beach had a significant amount of red algae, making it unsuitable for swimming. Since we stayed during the weekdays, the area felt quite quiet with very few people around. Most restaurants and shops closed by 9:00 p.m., so if you’re looking for nightlife or a lively atmosphere, this may not be the best location.

Mình vừa kết thúc kỳ nghỉ tại đây với gia đình, tất cả đều tốt, tiện nghi. Buffet đa dạng món ăn và ngon, bọn trẻ nhà mình rất thích. Một điểm trừ nho nhỏ là mình không thích quá nhiều đèn vàng vì khó makeup, phòng tắm thiếu móc treo đồ và thùng rác.

- đi bộ hơi xa mới xa mới xuống tới biển . - đồ ăn ko hợp khẩu vị ( set ăn tối kèm theo phòng ) - lễ tân theo cảm nhận thì ko thật sự thiện chí với khách . Khách có phản ánh về giá tiền chênh lệch , hứa hẹn với khách gửi báo giá chi tiết qua zalo nhưng 1 ngày rồi ko hề thấy tin nhắn nào . - khu vực xung quanh cũng ko nhiều khu để vui chơi , khá chán . - trong phòng có thảm , thì lại có mùi . Nhận phòng phải mở cửa một lúc cho bớt mùi . - máy lạnh thì ko tuỳ chỉnh đc , để bảng điều khiển cũng như ko . Quạt gió thì kêu vù vù , khá ồn .

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück sowie auch das chocobuffet waren sehr vielfältig und lecker!

Die Lage ist leider etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum und damit verbunden dann recht viel Taxis zu verwenden …

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bedrooms were amazing. I would personally like to thank all of the restaurant staff. Not only was the food consistently excellent throughout our stay, but every team member was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.

There were several mistakes and misleading pieces of information provided by the reception staff (lady). We booked a room for four people, but upon arrival it became clear that the room was too small for our family. The situation was handled poorly, and we were asked to pay additional charges, which was both unexpected and frustrating. Later on hotel manager upgraded room to bigger for at least last night. Thank to Jo for fast actions. Second, we received incorrect information regarding our meal plan, which caused confusion during our stay.

Well maintained after all these years. The area outside the compound is a public beach + lack of good restaurant. One across is over prices for basic food but not much choices expect for a few eateries which are not very clean looking. So food choices is very limited.

It is quite private to us. We are on vacations and looking for something is not too crowded. This hotel has those we are looking for Hotel has a chocolate party for kids and parents. And it is free. This made us surprise.

Dịch vụ kém. Check in trước 1 ngày trên Accor mà đến bắt chờ đúng 3h mới đc nhận phòng, có em bé xin nhận sớm 1 p cũng không cho, bảo đúng 3h quay lại. Đúng 3h quay lại thì bảo chưa dọn phòng xong, và không biết khi nào xong! Trong khi rất nhiều ng đã nhận phòng trước và 1 đoàn hơn 50ng vào sau cũng được nhận phòng trước??? Ủa đẻ ra cái trò check in trước làm gi??? Không bao giờ quay lại, TỆ HẠI !

Decent breakfast buffet and love the afternoon dessert buffet. The room is stylish and kids pool is great fun. There is also a kids play room suitable for younger kids. My son and family enjoyed the stay at movenpick.

The gym was well equipped. The spa was great, and the massage was exceptionally good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Black Pearl restaurant was closed. I'm very disappointed. We had to take the family out fir dinner.

Service.Hier gibt es noch einiges zu tun. Viel Unsicherheit , auch wegen dem Englisch. Beim 3 Gang Menü kam gleich Alles auf einmal.

Отличный завтрак. У нас был семейный номер на 9 этаже с доступом в адмирал лаунж, там можно было заказывать завтрак по меню плюс были легкие закуски. Так же можно завтракать на первом этаже, там более разнообразный выбор. Кажое утро суп фо бо, относительно неплохой выбор фруктов. Отличные номера, мебель, сантехника — все новое. Сам отель в целом новый. Основной бассейн расположен очень удачно. Даже во время сильной жары можно купаться, от отеля и пальм создается тень. Вода чистая, теплая. Море через дорогу, но в связи с тем , что там много рыбаков , оно не всегда чистое. Персонал максимально приветлив и всегда готов помочь. Английским владеют на начальном уровне, лучше общаться через переводчик. Рядом с отелем находится достаточно большой развлекательный комплекс: аквапарк, парк аттракционов, сафари-парк и что-то еще. В будние дни там нет практически никого! Водные горки и колесо обозрения включали только ради нас. Все это удовольствие на троих обошлось не более 40 долларов на целый день! Очень рекомендую сафари. Возят на гольфкаре, зебры подходят вплотную и их можно кормить. Все очень ухоженное и чистое. Очень приятным бонусом была ежедневная бесплатная стирка белья (2 единицы на человека). Стиль отеля — пиратский корабль. Идеально для отдыха с детьми. На территории в детском мелком бассейне стоит большой деревянный корабль, по нему можно ходить, также отличный бонус для детей. По пятницам и субботам проходит мини-шоу. В будние дни - — отель пустой. На выходные приезжают местные, но никакого дискомфорта они не доставляют. Напротив отеля ресторан морепродуктов. По цене , конечно , дешевле , чем в отеле, но для Вьетнама чуть дорого. Можно прогуляться вдоль побережья, очень много местных кафе по более низким ценам. Рекомендую брать номера с доступом в лаунж. Расположен он на 9 этаже с панорамным видом на море. С 18 до 19 каждый день коктейльный час (алкоголь импортный, мясная нарезка высокого класса, сыры). В принципе, это можно считать легким ужином. Khi mình đến đang có 1 đoàn khách cty. Thì nhân viên đón khách tại sảnh nói bên em khách đang đông đại khái là tự xách hành lý. Ủa alo? Nếu không đủ khả năng xin đừng nhận nhiều khách. Và khi con mình chơi trong khu kid gần nhà hàng mình quay lại thì nói mình không được vô vì đang có event gì của khách đoàn. Ủa khách đoàn công ty bao nguyên cái resort hả? Bao luôn thì resort đừng nhận khách lẻ nữa. Mình nói qua nói lại vài câu mới được vào khu club kid. BỊ PHIỀN NHA!! ĐỀ NGHỊ RESORT XEM LẠI. Mới cuối tuần ngày thường mà vậy thì lễ Tết khủng hoảng

Nhân viên rất thân thiện nhiệt tình. Phòng ks rất mới và sạch sẽ. Ấn tượng nhất là hồ bơi và phòng gym tuyệt vời.

Das Hotel ist super ! Wirklich alles sehr schön gestaltet und sehr gastfreundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren traumhaft schön und perfekt für uns als Familie.

Die Lage ist überhaupt nicht gut.es sieht zwar alles drum herum super schön aus, auch ein Freizeitpark ist Fußläufig zu erreichen, leider sind weit und breit keine anderen Menschen. Für eine Tour nach Mue Ne ist es super !

Good hotel for families with children. Unfortunately, just travelling as a couple, we found the hotel had too many noisy, hyperactive kids.

In diesem Ort gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten gutes Essen zu finden. Es ist generell kaum wasnlos dort. Man muss in die Stadt reinfahren. Es ist nichts los in dem Ort, geisterstadt!!

After the vibrancy of Saigon we headed to the coast and the Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet for 3 days of R&R. 

 The property is striking both inside and out. You can’t miss the turreted red property from miles away. It has a magical Hogwart’s look, especially at night. 

The public rooms have a terrific traveller inspired decor with themes of globes, transport and exploration. The check-in desks made of trunks and cases added to the aesthetic, which we really liked. 

 The welcome was warm and swift and Lap took great care of us, from the moment we arrived. Checking us in and escorting us to our suite, he even thoughtfully found me some lotion to take care of my Mosquito bites. Throughout he was engaging and always happy to help. Thank You very much Lap! 

 We had booked the Admiral’s suite and it looks exactly like it does on the Accor site, again with the traveller themes beautifully executed throughout. It was all perfectly done. Upon entry there is a guest WC and then into the wonderful sitting room. A tray of welcome goodies and fresh flowers greeted us on the table.

The colonial look of rattan furniture, ceiling fans and wooden floors were very much our taste and the sofa and seating a great place to lounge. Off the sitting room was a large balcony with tables and chairs, overlooking the pool and pirate ship - yep a full scale pirate ship! We even watched a pirate performance from our perch here one day, which started unexpectedly, complete with cannons firing and Pirates Of the Caribbean soundtrack! 

Off the wardrobe corridor was a huge bathroom, complete with wonderful soaking tub, and a view to the nearby attractions and beyond. The adventurer theming even continues here. 

The bedroom is in the suite’s turret and there are floor-to-ceiling windows all round which give an incredible view out to sea and the lush gardens and pool. The bed was so comfy and hard to leave.

 With the suite (and also being Platinum members) we had access to the Admiral’s Executive Club, where we could enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowner cocktails. 

It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views from the balconies with a drink; tea during the day and G&T at night! 

 As throughout the property the staff, in the lounge were kind, friendly and always keen to assist. 

Even if you don’t have The Executive Lounge access everyone can enjoy the chocolate hour, well it is a Swiss brand after all. My partner greatly enjoyed this and even though I am no chocolate fan I did enjoy the cotton candy, gummy bears and ice-cream; well I was on vacation! 

 As mentioned earlier the spectacular pirate ship (the Queen Anne's Revenge) sits squarely in the middle of the main pool, though there’s another large infinity pool to enjoy a serious swim and lots of little grottos for a fun splash. You can go inside the ship and explore the upper decks and rooms. A romantic meal can be booked on the ship too! The whole pool areas and grounds are beautifully planted and kept immaculate. 

Our only regret was we didn’t stay for a week, and I am not really one for lounging by a pool, it was just such a fantastic place. 

 This resort is absolutely one we will return to again, and hopefully soon.
