- All staff from Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B were so friendly & helpfully. - Love the pool (My kids were enjoying the pool so much)

- there are a few tiles in the pool were came out & dangerous. One of guest had cut on his feet. (tiles in front sliding pink) - the breakfast was too simple. (add another choices type of cold drink) only have plain water & cordial orange. - eggs at nasi lemak station was spoiled. (got info that kitchen place in freezer a day before served.)

L'hotel etait propre et bien entretenu, proche de restautants et superette, etc . . . BonLe restaurant au sein de l'hotel faisait de la bonne nourriture et les serveurs agréables avec des prix plûtot raisonnables

Les ressorts de la literie se font ressentir et l'eau de la piscine très agressif, jusqu'a avoir des irritation au niveau des frottement ( peau - vêtement), enfants et adultes, ttissu qui devient rose alors qu'il etait noir de base. Responsable averti, écouter mais pas donner de réponse . . .. dommage !

Slechte service en onvriendelijk personeel, oude vrieze badkamer, armoedig ontbijt. Toilet spoelde niet door, bril was stuk niet en de kluis werkte niet.

The property is sea front and quite affordable 😁 The bed is really comfortable.

The staff were not receptive, their hospitality is wanting. The carpet has a foul smell and unused areas in the room are dusty.

بكل صراحه الفندق جيد من ناحية المرافق والمسابح الطعام لم اجربه لكن يبدو بانه يغلب عليه الطابع المحلي قرب البقالات من المكان

اثاث الفندق قديم جدا والوان الفندق قاتمه الاثاث في الغرف يعطي انطباع بعدم نظافة المكان مع انه نظيف عدم وجود منقذ او مشرف على المسبح مما يضطر الاهل لتضييع الوقت فقط في مراقبة الاطفال والقلق عليهم عدم وجود سياسة واضحة لاستخدام المسبح و ملابس السباحة لاحظنا نزول بعض الضيوف للمسبح بالملابس الغير مخصصه للسباحة وهذا مدعاة للاشمئزاز ، استخدام بعض الالعاب المائية على المسبح من قبل بعض الاشخاص بصورة خطيرة وذلك بسبب عدم وجود مشرف متواجد بصورة دائمه

Belle hôtel, un peu usé par le temps mais il reste confortable et bien placé à Kuah, le personnel et serviable et aimable. Piscine est génial pour les enfants, le cadre est juste magnifique. Service de l'hôtel au top.

La salle de bain et très vielle, mérite un peu de fraîcheur et de renouveau, la ventilation fait un gros bruit, l'eau de la piscine est sale.

Property is very big, its best resort kind of only if it is maintained properly, it will be more beautiful as there is full greenery and also breakfast area and menu is good,which is just having a sea facing and it enhances its beauty. Rooms are also good, location is little at outskirts but very calm and nice stay.

Tout! l'accueil, la propreté, la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel. La qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuner est servi de 7h30 a 10h30 avec vu direct sur la mer pour pas dire pied dans l'eau, diversifié un peu europeen et surtout local ( mais tout y est bon) Les options du restaurant ouvert jusqu'à 23h30. Alors que dehors tout ferme à 22h +/-( de ce côté là de l'île) La position aussi est top, loin du bruit, proche de plusieurs resto locaux, et magasin utile,(watson, 7eleven, pharmacie, mall....) mosquée a 2 minutes de marche, grande pleine de jeux a 10 min de marche. Et l'emblématique aigle de langkawi se trouve a 5 min en voiture. La plage de pantai cenang a 30 min en voiture. C’est la deuxième fois j'ai ete dans cette hotel et j'y retournerai in sha Allah

Le seul hic est que la piscine de l'hôtel ferme a 19h. Cad bien avant que tu reviennes a l'hôtel apres une journee d'activité. Donc fallait toujours calculer d'arriver avant qu'elle ferme pour ne pas faire hurler la petite 😅😅😊

The room and toilet were not clean and were extremely dusty. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and did not meet acceptable standards. The breakfast selection was very limited, repetitive, and lacked taste. In addition, the utensils appeared unclean, and even the drinking water and soft drinks tasted unpleasant and seemed unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness, food quality, and maintenance were highly disappointing.

Better than expected. Spacious room. Clean bathroom and decent breakfast.

Location was not that great. Dated room and hotel.

The location is nearby all attractions. My kids enjoyed the resort. The staff is very friendly.

There is no access to pay the money using credit/debit cards for foreigners. They should have to consider it.

Sarapan pagi banyak yang makanan sama aje selama 5 hari. Bilik x bersih berhabuk. Bilik air tidak lengkap peralatannya. Tv hanya ada 1 channel sahaja. Pintu bilik rosak walaupun telah di complain. Dibawah kerusi dan katil berhabuk. Pengurusan perlu diperbaiki lagi. Sebab ikut rating hotel 3 star. Tp rasa mcm 1 star aje

Lage ist gut, um Abends ein wenig rumzulaufen, Essen im Hause oder um die Ecke..... Pool ist angenehm und groß, aber ab 1900 zu.

Kein Strand. Personal etwas lustlos, Frühstück kann man sich getrost schenken.... Läßt sich aber ein bißchen anpassen. Die "Chickensausages" sind ein NoGo.

J’ai aimé le petit parc aquatique. C’est un petit plus pour les enfants et la vue que l’on a en bord de mer. Et surtout lorsqu’on déjeune c’était très agréable.

The number of staff in the resort are very very undersized. So they are unable to serve with smile.The freshness in the corridor and lift needs improvement. I understand the resort didn't recover from post corvid financial losses. Hope they will restore soon.

Very far from city and doors are broken several times and made little adjustments on that …its not safe for for luggages

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Autrement dit uniquement l'extérieur.

La saleté des chambres et des équipements. Des gens sales qui se mouchent dans l'eau de la piscine et s'y baigne avec leurs vêtements quotidiens (culturel chez certains). Coffre fort qui n'a pas de piles, on change complètement le coffre fort. (La personne l'embarque ) question : du coup à quoi sert le coffre fort si on ne peut l'embarquer. Chambre qui sent mauvais, cafards. Temps et argent perdu. 5 personnes 2 lits 2 places. On tire a la Courte paille ?! Des assiettes dans les couloirs. Pas étonnant qu'il y ai des cafards. Bref vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux et pas cher sur l'île.

Ein tolles Außenbereich, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Gutes Frühstück.

Fenster im Zimmer geht nicht auf. Es war stickig. Klimaanlage zu laut, man konnte kaum schlafen. Sauber ist auch anders.. Haare im Bett und am Boden.

Hotel located at the heart of Kuah (main city of Langkawi). If you're travelling to Langkawi with family. This the best location where everything is within distance. The breakfast location is the winner, you can enjoy your breakfast with beautiful view of the sea. The swimming pool also very kids friendly with water slides.

The room is abit ran down. Hotel furnitures and decorations are old school hotel style. But it is matched with the price. Breaksfast quality also could have been better.

Odeur de poisson, accueilli par des cafards dans la chambre, la clim n'a jamais été nettoyée (vive les bactéries), de plus elle ne soufflait pas de froid, aucune isolation phonique. Surtout à éviter.
