The rooms could be cleaner but the passage ways, the lifts and so really need cleaning. The iron needs to be a steam iron. Very hard to iron clothes that are creased without steam.

The value for money was great.

Having water coolers and no coffee in the room is totally fine. But if the ONLY tea and coffee is accessed from reception and not the room then that HAS to be available 24/7. Wanting to have a coffee at 4am and being told it was not available until 6am was pretty pathetic. Be sustainable for sure but not allowing your guests to drink coffee / tea for 1/4 of each day is wrong.

Il y avait des cafard dans les chambres. Il y a des boissons à disposition mais personne nous a prévenu on l’a su au moment du départ. Emplacements un peu loin du centre.

Hotel położony niby w pobliżu portu ale jednak daleko. Przy kolejnym wyborze na pewno wezmę coś na plaży bo i tak trzeba dojechać do portu. Dodatkowo pognieciona pościel jakby nie była zmieniana. Na prześcieradle widoczne niewielkie plamy.

Pokój był czysty, łóżko wygodne, a personel miły i pomocny

Widok na morze jest "mało mało magiczny". Do tego o ile pokój był czysty wymaga konkretnego odświeżenia - przynajmniej kompleksowego odmalowania bo widać kilka zacieków i punktowych odmalowań. Lokalizacja mocno do zastanowienia - wszystkie atrakcje nie licząc wieży były daleko. Grab / skuter będą niezbędne ;) Załączam zdjęcia widoku na morze .

просторно, удобное расположение. есть рынки, еда, кафе. в целом симпатично, но не так красиво как на фото. все немного уставшее

постельное белье синтетическое. оно электризуется и бьет током. под ним жарко спать так же оно было несвежее когда мы зашли - я просила заменить. вроде стало получше. но так же попросила помыть полы. они были грязные, немного в песке и пыльные. но полы так и не помыли кондиционер не работал. или очень слабо. никто не заливает охлаждение видимо. он всю ночь издавал ужасные звуки вид неплохой- закатная сторона. но на грязную стройку, помойку и поле. а еще на фонарь, который светит вам окно всю ночь как и везде есть плесень и уставшие стены, но это уже мелочь. чая и воды в комнате нет. но есть на первом этаже аппарат (надеюсь его моют) а так же кулер на этаже. но ходить так далеко это неудобно. (зато якобы экологично) букинг пишет не всю стоимость при бронировании, по факту будет рублей на 500-600 больше (так везде в малайзии) берут залог 50mr/ ночь и проверяют номер. даже не знаю что там можно сломать...

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location, near to town. The only issue is the air cond is not cool.

The aircond is not cool. However the staff is willing to help to settle, they tried their best. Unfortunately, they were not able to able to settled.

The room was spacious, light and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nous n'avons pas spécialement aimé Langkawi en général, donc à l'image de l'île, l'hôtel était sans charme mais faisait l'affaire. Le wifi n'était pas toujours au top.

Un super établissement ou passé de superbes vacances sur Langkawi, l’île est magnifique. En réalité, c’était assez proche de rues animées cela dit pour faire des activités automatiquement prendre des Grab mais ça ça vaut pour toute l’île 😅☺️ équipe vraiment gentille

Great budget hotel for short stay. Comfy beds. Good aircon. Large rooms with jug and free coffee in foyer. Very kind staff at reception. Best Indian food menu in room for delivery. Rooms are quiet and no road noise from our room. Seaview king rooms look good too.

The property felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The bathroom walls were not clean, and the towels were either stained or had an unpleasant odor. The room lacked privacy—keeping the curtains open exposed the room to passersby, while keeping them closed made the space too dark. The iron was faulty and left marks on clothes, and the TV was non-functional.

Room was large, bathroom a little cramped.

The window had what I think was a film to block out the sun but it had blistered and affected what would've been a great view.

Very cheap and so value for money. Very short 5 mins taxi to Kuah Jetty for ferry to Koh Lipe (we stayed on Langkawi for one night on the way to Koh Lipe)

Room smelt of cigarette smoke when first entering and could have been cleaner. Photos were very generous and clearly not recently taken. However, the accommodation was not expensive at all so was okay value for money.

Lovely staff and decent rooms. We only stayed there one night whilst we were waiting for the ferry the next morning, but we were very pleased with what we got for the money and there was a night market over the road on the night we stayed that was amazing for food and clothes/accessories.

Basic clean comfortable, quite room and facilities, polite and professional staff who assisted us with any of our enquiries. Great location. Not sure what anyone would expect for the excellent price.

They not provide basic amenities, tissue box, soap at the sink, toothbrush cup. Towels don’t smell fresh. Room window is not soundproof.

The room was spacious and comfortabe with a great sea view. The hotel location was fine too. Overall, really enjoyed the stay.

Rates, close to the restaurants and the jetty

Our room was facing the main road and it was quite noisy. Not much sound proof in the room either. The bathroom needed a good scrub.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on the photos online and reviews: seemed like a reasonably priced simple but amble hotel. But unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The property is worn down, dirty, and extremely basic. Our room had a strong, unpleasant smell - likely from someone smoking in the hotel or even in our room previously. It was constant and we could not get rid of it by opening a window or anything. The bathroom was old and worn down. The exhaust fan made an incredibly loud noise whenever it was turned on, which was all the time automatically. Another major inconvenience was that we were only given one key card. This meant we couldn’t keep the air conditioning running while we were out, so the room was unbearably hot when we returned. The window setup was strange, a too small curtain, some bubbled film at the bottom and an orange, tape-like film at the top. It looked terrible and seemed to be a makeshift way of blocking sunlight since the curtains didn’t fully cover the window. But it just added to the dirty worn down feel. Coming from Thailand, where the level of service and hospitality is exceptional, the staff here was a big letdown. They were indifferent and barely acknowledged us when we arrived in the building. Overall, the experience was so disappointing that we checked out early. The hotel failed to meet even basic expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
