We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turkey. The all-inclusive experience was excellent, and what really stood out to us was the amazing staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were always there to assist us and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their service and hospitality made a huge difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very nice, and overall we had a great experience. A big thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Some of the individual elements were top notch - Starbucks coffee, Nespresso in rooms, Premium drinks, Water Park, A La Carte restaurants, all included.

Some signs of tiredness in places - Hallway carpets, some of the grounds, cracked flooring and pavements. Nothing major but slight signs of fatigue.

We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a good variety of options. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I especially appreciated the system that allows guests to ask the PAs any questions at any time. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you could need. We also really enjoyed the sports activities and the evening shows. Also, the beach area is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily return.

The only negative part of our stay was the first night. Around 1:00 am, a sewage cleaning machine ran for about an hour. The noise was extremely loud, woke us up, a complete lack of sound insulation. After speaking with the PAs, I learned this isn't a one-off issue, it happens every two weeks. If I return, I would definitely avoid a pool-side room, as that's where the cleaning takes place. I also don't think this type of maintenance should be carried out in the middle of the night.

Las instalaciones como su hall principal son una cosa impresionante; cielos altos, bella decoración y un servicio muy bueno. El restaurante principal, muy completo, tanto en desayunos, almuerzos y cena; el de la playa, ideal para disfrutar mucho más del mar; con una atención eficiente de su personal. Los bar, en cada lugar, siempre muy completos y su personal atento. Los show, excelente, muy buenos.

La habitación difiere mucho de lo que se presenta desde que uno entra al hotel y ve este hall imponente. Las habitaciones traen si o si, una cama extra que la verdad no tiene sentido si vas en pareja. El baño, podría tener una distribución mucho mejor, separación de espacios e incluir un doble lavamanos. Definitivamente, la luz roja en el piso y azul en el baño, no ayuda en nada; incluso le baja puntos en cuanto a lo que quieren ofrecer; es más, la modernidad en las instalaciones principales no se condice con las habitaciones que se ven desprolijas y mal tenidas; sumado a fallas “básicas” como el aire acondicionado de los pasillos de las habitaciones que no funcionaba cuando afuera habían más de 30 grados y el pasillo era completo de vidrio. Si modernizaran las habitaciones, mejoraría mucho más la propuesta del hotel.

Hyvä ruoka ja laaja valikoima. Erityisesti Japanilaisessa ravintolassa ruoka oli erinomaista.

Kovat sängyt, halvat ja paakkuiset tyynyt, surkea palvelu. Henkilökunta ravintoloissa ei osannut englantia, eikä heillä ollut minkäänlaista palveluasennetta.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Nirvana Cosmopolitan Resort. Honnêtement, l’hôtel est encore mieux que sur les photos… qui sont pourtant déjà magnifiques ! Tout est parfaitement pensé pour accueillir les familles, avec des infrastructures de grande qualité tout en conservant une atmosphère agréable : malgré la taille du complexe, on n’a jamais l’impression d’être dans un grand hôtel impersonnel. La salle de sport est bien équipée, avec des machines modernes. Il y a de nombreux équipements sportifs : terrains de foot, de basket, de paddle, de tennis, etc. Le restaurant principal est un véritable food court, avec énormément de choix et surtout des produits de qualité. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La plage est à seulement quelques pas, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons également été particulièrement chouchoutés, notamment par Mehdi, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus spécial. Cerise sur le gâteau, ce fut un plaisir de pouvoir échanger en français avec lui ! Merci également à toute l’équipe d’avoir fait de mon anniversaire un moment inoubliable. Nous repartons ravis et avec de très beaux souvenirs. Mention spéciale encore à Mehdi !

Exceptional experience overall. I was on honeymoon and once they found out, they gave me a lovely room, along with a personal assistant to make sure we had everything needed to make this a special occasion for us. The facilities and food were top notch and I really wished I could've stayed here longer. Will definitely be coming back in the future and will recommend this place to everyone. A personal shout-out to our Assistant Mahdi, who was closely in touch with me during the stay and made sure there were no gaps in the service quality.

Территория отеля большая и продуманная есть аквапарк, несколько открытых бассейнов с подогревом, теннисные и падел-корты и множество других развлечений для любого возраста. Питание по системе «всё включено» на высоком уровне: разнообразное меню порадует как любителей морепродуктов и мясных блюд, так и поклонников итальянской кухни и правильного питания. Отдельно хочется отметить наш визит в аля-карт ресторан Chayote невероятно вкусная кухня и очень атмосферная обстановка сделали этот вечер особенным. Мы прекрасно отдохнули и с уверенностью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет комфортный и насыщенный отдых. Обязательно вернемся сюда ещё раз.

There were only negative memories of this hotel From the moment of check-in to the last day, when they were supposed to fly home.

We booked a spacious sea-view room for our entire family, including children, at Nirvana Cosmopolitan. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our sea-view room on the 6th floor was no longer available. Instead, we were given two separate rooms, splitting our family, which was extremely inconvenient and upsetting. I travel to Antalya very often and have stayed in many different hotels, but I have never experienced such poor hospitality and lack of care for guests. This hotel treats its guests with very little respect and consideration. On our last day, despite bad weather, we had planned to play volleyball in an indoor pavilion. However, at the last moment, our reservation was canceled and given to another group for an event, leaving us with no alternative activities or options to enjoy our time. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone. This experience completely ruined our vacation mood and left us with nothing but negative memories of our stay in Antalya.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön und sauber. Die Anlage war gepflegt und das Essen sowie die Auswahl waren gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub genießen.

In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nicht sehr viel zu sehen oder zu unternehmen, sodass man für Ausflüge etwas weiter fahren muss (15-20 Minuten).

Very nice closed environment with pool, beach, gym, water park, many sport fields (football, basketball, tennis and so on). The All inclusive is really well managed with a lot of variety and never hard to get while at same time is always given by a person and that makes everything better and cleaner). Is also extremely clean! The price / quality relation is very good and the employees very well trained and capable.

The restaurants outside the main one are not as nice as they could be and the menus need improvement. I guess in summer would be difficult to book. Lara (the place where hotel is) is rather ugly as all the resorts are closed and is basically a road, not very well maintained. Not a suitable/nice place to go for a run for instance. So is resort life 100%.

The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly, I would like to give a very special thanks to Mehdi from Guest Relations for his outstanding hospitality and care throughout our stay. Mehdi went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and valued from the very first moment. He was always available, helpful, and professional, with a warm and friendly attitude. The most memorable moment was when he surprised me on my birthday with a special cake. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made my stay even more magical. We will definitely be back to this hotel very soon❤️❤️

An amazing stay! We were five young men traveling together, and we had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. Everything was at a very high standard. The cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and consistently high quality across all meals. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, whether at the pool, the beach, or around the hotel. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained at all times—we never felt bored. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would definitely repeat, and we highly recommend it to groups of friends looking for both fun and relaxation!

Everything was on point. Clean rooms, great location in Lara, and the facilities were well maintained. Big shoutout to Mahdi on the staff, he went above and beyond and really made the stay feel welcoming. The pool area and sports center were a nice bonus too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - very convenient and close to everything we needed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was how quiet it is, we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and were able to fully relax. The food was also excellent with plenty of options to choose from every day. The swimming pools were clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

One thing we didn’t like was the process of extending our stay for one more night. It felt like there was no clear or consistent procedure in place. We were asked to make calls, and different staff members provided conflicting information. In the end, everything was resolved, but it took much more time and effort than expected. Unfortunately, this experience gave us the impression that the staff handling this situation were not well coordinated or fully informed.

Fra det øjeblik du træder ind på hotellet, bliver du overvældet af luksus og fantastisk service. Personalet er smilende, hjælpsomme og servicemindede. Du bliver koblet op med deres assistentteam på Whatsapp med det samme og her modtager du info om underholdning, aktiviteter mm, ligesom du kan booke sportsaktiviteter, restaurantbesøg, roomservice osv. Faciliteterne på hotellet er alle steder i top. Der er rent, ordentligt og overskueligt overalt. Poolområderne er flotte, rene og der er rigeligt med solsenge, så der er altid plads. Vandlandet er fyldt med gode rutsjebaner og indbyder til mange timers leg. Værelserne er store og velindrettede. Sengene er rigtig gode, med rigtige dyner og et udvalg af puder. Badeværelset er stort og rummelig. Maden på hotellet er fuldstændig fantastisk. Både i den store buffet, ved poolen og stranden, samt i ala carte restauranterne. Vi spiste på Fellini, den tyrkiske og på Well done. Alle steder var maden af høj, høj kvalitet, veltilberedt og helt enormt velsmagende. Tror aldrig jeg har fået så god en bøf før, som på Well done. I den store buffet kan du vælge mellem et kæmpe udvalg af lækre retter. Alt er bag montre og personalet serverer det til dig. I lobbyen findes også en cafe, hvor du hele dagen kan få de lækreste kager og frit vælge i den store chokoladebuffet. Underholdning på hotellet er i absolut topklasse. Langt den bedste, jeg endnu har oplevet på hoteller rundt om i verden. Spaen på hotellet er stor og lækker. Der er et godt udvalg af massage og produkter. Er du vild med sport tilbyder hotellet et stort sportscenter, samt tennis/padelbaner og to kæmpe fodboldbaner. Hotellets service, kvalitet, mad og drinks gik langt ud over min forventning og jeg glæder mig allerede til at vende tilbage næste år, sammen med min familie.

Forbered dig på at vandet i poolen og vandlandet er en smule koldt, men ikke mere end det er til at holde ud.

Scam Warning – Be Careful When Booking This Hotel I’ve been staying in resorts and hotels with all-inclusive options for more than ten years. Usually, when booking through Booking.com, I simply filter for all inclusive and choose from the listed prices. That’s exactly what I did this time. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking was only for bed and breakfast—but I had paid the price of all inclusive. At that moment, another guest was already arguing about the exact same issue, and later I saw that even more families had been misled. How the scam works: • To appear in the all inclusive filter results, the hotel lists its all-inclusive price. • Then, to look more attractive in the search results, they also add a bed and breakfast option at the same price level. • So even though you filter for all inclusive, you may actually end up with bed and breakfast without realizing it, because the price seems normal. When I asked to cancel, the hotel refused to refund me on the spot. The salesperson told me that maybe after one month, if the head office approved, I might get my money back. This felt like a hostage situation. In the end, I had to pay an additional €1,100 to upgrade to all inclusive. False advertising: • The hotel’s own current-year advertisements (June of this year) promoted facilities that were not available at all. • Even after paying for all inclusive, many food and beverage items required extra payment. • Pool table games were not included, only table tennis was free. Quality and cleanliness: • Rooms were cleaned regularly, but the rest of the hotel was dirty. • The hotel is pet-friendly, but the walkways and poolside areas constantly smelled like dog feces. • In the kids’ pool, elderly guests were openly smoking, drinking glass bottle of beer and no staff intervened. • The lifeguard at the main pool was on her phone all day and not paying attention.

Not a very good kids zone, far away from hotel, should be one inside the hotel , very dirty, bed is not comfortable -mattresses very hard. Showers are dirty/moldy, water keeps changing from hot to cold very fast, even when on the same setting

We stayed for a weekend getaway without small kids. The territory is compact, but there’s a running path around the hotel and a gym. The spa was excellent — clean, modern, good hammam, and massage, although pricey as expected. We really appreciate the hygienic approach in the restaurant: food is served behind glass by staff wearing gloves, and everything is kept very clean. Public areas, including restrooms, were clean. We were sitting more or less at the same table in the main restaurant and the staff memorised our choice of drinks, that was lovely! Rooms are decorated in a modern style — a great choice for those who don’t like the traditional Turkish decor. The beach was clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Despite some moments when there was loud music coming from the different stands. Some observations for travellers: The sea entrance is not ideal for small children — it gets deep quickly, and the first steps into the water are over broken shells, which makes it impossible to sit or play in the water. Most guests were Russian or Turkish, and Russian music was common — not a problem for us, but may not suit everyone. We didn’t attend the entertainment shows, so we can’t comment on them. We will consider this hotel for future short stays, but with my toddler, I will go for a different hotel.

The check-in was delayed by approx an hour, but overall, it isn't a big issue. You are allowed to use facilties and changing is possible in the spa or at the beach.
