The hotel was really great and highly recommend staying here. Our room was in the new building and the facilities were fantastic we did get an upgrade to our room with pool access on our balcony, was incredible. The food options were fantastic, great cocktail choices and the staff were really nice. The bed was very comfortable and room very clean.
Some of the signage for the La carte restaurants (Italian and Turkish cuisines) weren’t updated around the hotel and did take us a while to figure out.
We had an amazing time with my family
Rooms is very clean and dinner is very good
Brilliant hotel. Everything was fantastic especially the snack bar area and all the controls
We had a great time! Too many people thought.
On paper The hotel itself really does have everything you could want from a family holiday — a beautiful pool, large restaurant, kids’ clubs, pool activities, staff on rollerblades and lifeguards around all day. On paper, it has everything. However, despite the facilities, I probably wouldn’t return. The staff are generally lovely, but the expectation to tip morning, noon and night became far too much. It sometimes felt as though you were expected to tip for absolutely everything. Some of the bar staff were also extremely rude when you went up to order a drink, even when I was the only person at the bar. On more than one occasion, I was made to feel as though asking for a Piña Colada was a huge inconvenience, which eventually put me off going to the bar altogether. The sunbed situation was also ridiculous. If you want a decent selection of sunbeds together, you apparently need to be down there before 5am. People telling you that you can get sunbeds at 8–9am really mean you might be able to find **one**, not several together for a family or group. The food was nice, but incredibly repetitive. By the third day, I had already had enough of it because there wasn’t much variation. A lot of it was also cold, although I appreciate it was the height of the season and the restaurant was extremely busy. Getting a table at dinner was stressful, even arriving at exactly 6:30pm. The rush was chaotic and the noise inside the restaurant was just too much. It didn’t feel like a particularly relaxing dining experience. The evening entertainment was mainly held in the amphitheatre, but it was ridiculously hot in there and sitting on the plastic seats wasn’t comfortable. On one occasion, children were throwing toys into the air which were hitting other guests, so we eventually decided to leave. Most of the entertainment on the stage near the pool didn’t start until around 10:30pm, which is very late when you have younger children. The Monday “Party” night was also, in my opinion, completely inappropriate for a family resort. Watching women dancing in a very sexualised way on a podium while the DJ was encouraging children and families to come up and dance was extremely uncomfortable. I found it completely inappropriate and left not long afterwards. The majority of the other guests were German, Polish and Turkish, and generally everyone was friendly. However, there was one incident that left a sour taste. A few members of our party were playing with a ball in the pool and accidentally splashed a child. The child’s father became extremely angry, and hotel staff told our party to stop playing with the ball. Around 10 minutes later, the same Turkish family were playing with a ball in the pool themselves. It was frustrating to see one rule being applied to us and seemingly another to them. Our room was clean and tidy, but the sleeping arrangements were disappointing. We were two adults and two children and expected two double beds. Instead, we had a very small double bed, a slightly larger-than-normal single and a camp bed. The camp bed was rock hard and my son refused to sleep on it, describing it as sleeping on a “brick”. The pillows were also extremely worn and lumpy. Despite asking housekeeping for new pillows on several occasions, they were never replaced. Outside the hotel, the surrounding area was very run down. The strip was dirty, there was a strong smell of sewage on most days and, generally, it didn’t feel particularly pleasant or safe to walk around. I have been to Turkey 13 times and have never experienced an area that felt so undesirable. Overall, the hotel has so much potential and, as I said, it really does have a lot of facilities. There are definitely positives, and the staff are mostly lovely, but for us the negatives outweighed them. For two days, my youngest was extremely unwell with vomiting and diarrhoea. I appreciate that illness can happen anywhere and I wouldn’t necessarily blame the hotel for this, but it certainly made those days particularly difficult and added to our overall experience. I also want to mention Jacob, one of the barmen. He was friendly and pleasant towards us, but I found the way he behaved towards one member of our party to be very sleazy and overly familiar. It was uncomfortable to watch, particularly as part of a large group, and it left a bad impression. Between the tipping culture, sunbed situation, repetitive and often cold food, late and inappropriate entertainment, room arrangements, uncomfortable incidents and the condition of the surrounding area, this just wasn’t the holiday experience we were hoping for. Unfortunately, this experience has cemented the fact that we won’t be returning to Antalya for a holiday. We’ll be sticking to the areas of Turkey that we already know and love.
Good hotel, we love it here. The food is very delicious, and the staff so friendly.
Family of 10 in new build,Rooms was lovely,Facilities was very good but the main restaurant on an evening seemed a little chaotic as didn't feel it was big enough for everyone in the hotel
Absolutely amazing stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rooms are beautiful and cleaned every day, with lovely fresh towels. All of the staff have been so friendly and welcoming, and Emily especially was absolutely lovely today. She took the time to explain everything to us and was so helpful. One thing I wasn’t keen on at first was the food being served to you rather than helping yourself, but Emily explained that this is for hygiene reasons, which I completely understand now. The pools are spotlessly clean, and the food around the pool is fresh and delicious. The homemade pizzas are absolutely amazing, and the jacket potatoes are beautiful too! 😍🍕🥔 Overall, we are having a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place. The staff really do go above and beyond! ❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Miracle! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with excellent facilities and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, always making us feel welcome. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and there was always something to enjoy during the day and evening. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Hotel Miracle to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️
A very warm welcoming hotel with friendly staff. It was August so very busy but this can’t be helped.
Hotel staff were excellent and food was good with decent variety. Rooms were cleaned regularly and fridge stocked up. Good for family and kids. One bit which was annoying was only 3 lifts in each part of building with sooo many gusts being on 5th floor have to wait ages for the lift. They should have had min 5 lifts on each side. I was also disappointed with sun point tour operators and I think miracle as a hotel should vett all tour operators who use their lobby to conduct business and if they are not on par they should not allow them to operate from their hotel. I understand these are independent of the hotel but they have permission from miracle hotel to operate within their premises. My advice is stay away from sun point tour operators and use local operators in malls nearby who seem to get things right. Apart from that I thought this was decent but for value for money I think Egypt is better option for family and also better excursions.
Great hotel, fantastic staff!
It was very nice nice people big nice rooms it was very clean nice workers it wasn’t busy and there wasn’t much noice at all the service was very nice they listened to you
Hotel was good, food was good quality but lacked variation. Drinks most were branded and decent. Rooms were clean and maid service excellent! The pools and loungers were plentyful but did lack room around them to get to the pool. On the whole good hotel and would revisit!
Family of 4, 2 adults, 8yr old and 3 yr old. I'm so torn with my review, it was an amazing looking hotel, stunning building, lovely rooms and clean. Plenty for the kids with different slides, pools, kids club if wanted and entertainment. Sunbeds were always fine, we were always by the kids pool and always still beds available at 10.30am if wanted. If by the main pool people could still get a bed around 9am but just not at the front row but always somewhere to sit. Won't go into the negatives loads because I'm not being a Karen lol, it's just things that we personally didn't like. I get that it is more hygienic but evening meal was stressful, it was so busy in the restraint, couldn't serve yourself so they would either pile your plate with too much of one kind of food or not enough food, hard when you were trying to already carry more than one plate with having children too. Smoking 🙄 people just smoke everywhere including children's areas, I just don't think that's right, lighting one up straight after the other. At one point my partner told a man to either move from us or stop because he literally lit 3 cigarettes one after the other in the children's evening entertainment area where they do not supply ash trays so I wouldn't expect people to smoke there. Same by the kids pool with the smoking, I just think they need designated areas to smoke to keep it family friendly. The maid would ask my partner for change everyday. We did tip her part way through but did not want to daily we just did it once part way through but still asked him for change. We did leave money on the table one day but not meaning for it to be left as a tip and this was taken, only a few euros but still it wasnt there to be taken. It was pushed together with the kids toys not left out on a bed or anything but just thought that was a bit cheeky. Our view was of the back of the kitchens and the smell came up like the smell of burgers so didn't really sit on the balcony. They like you to do a survey on site if you are just sitting in their reception area and to make sure you do it they come back to take a picture of it. Just felt a bit pressured at the time not to write the negatives as they then want to talk about what you've written Not massive negatives and overall a lovely stay but we will be trying somewhere else in turkey next x
I recently stayed at Miracle Resort in Lara Beach, Antalya, and I really wanted to enjoy our family holiday. While there were some positives, unfortunately they were overshadowed by several issues that left us feeling very disappointed. On the positive side, we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room at around 11:00 am, rather than having to wait until the standard 2:00 pm check-in time. After travelling with children, this was greatly appreciated. The hotel is also very family-friendly when it comes to the pool facilities. There are plenty of pools that are fun and suitable for children of different ages, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed them throughout our stay. The public areas of the hotel were generally clean, and the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. Our room was a huge disappointment. Although it appeared to have been cleaned, the overall standard of cleanliness was poor. The carpets throughout the room were heavily stained and looked worn and neglected. The decorative cushions had multiple stains, one of the chairs had dark red stains that appeared to be blood, and there were squashed dead insects on the ceiling directly above the bed where I slept. These are not things I would expect from a hotel advertised as five stars. The third bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning also struggled to cool the room properly and often felt like it was blowing warm air. The bathroom was another disappointment, with visible mould around the shower and sealant, a constant damp smell, and towels that frequently had stains on them. Even the minibar fridge failed to keep drinks properly cold, so they were often only slightly cooler than room temperature. The food was another letdown. While there was plenty of choice, the menu was very repetitive, and after nine days my children were eating virtually the same meals every day. The drinks also weren’t to our taste. For example, the Sprite available at the bars tasted very different from what we expected, which made mocktails much less enjoyable. The evening entertainment was average at best. The shows weren’t particularly engaging, and we often left before they finished because they failed to hold our attention. Afterwards, there was usually very little else happening around the resort, so we often ended up returning to our room early. The mini club was enjoyable for the children, but I felt some of the activities were overpriced. Charging €15 for a child to colour and decorate a T-shirt with glitter seemed excessive, especially after already paying a significant amount for the holiday. By the fourth day of our holiday, I found myself counting down the days until it was time to fly home. That’s not how anyone wants to feel on a family holiday, especially after investing so much money in it. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our time away, we were disappointed by the ongoing issues with the room and the overall experience. Overall, our stay was disappointing. While the pools, early check-in, friendly staff, and clean public areas were definite positives, the condition and cleanliness of our room, the repetitive food, average entertainment, and additional charges for children’s activities significantly affected our holiday. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend Miracle Resort to families expecting a five-star standard. While the hotel has some excellent facilities for children, the condition and cleanliness of our room fell well below our expectations. I genuinely hope the hotel takes this feedback on board, as it has the potential to offer a much better experience than the one we had.
Nice clean hotel bigger to what we are used to in turkey. There is no rush for a sunbed around the pool, our first day we didn’t get down till 9am and there was plenty. The day time food is amazing with a beach bar also serving food The only thing is a negative for this hotel is the main restaurant it’s very busy and noisy and hard to locate a table.
Excellent stay at Miracle Resort Hotel, we’ve spent the last 10 nights here and can’t fault it!
Fantastic from arriving to leaving and everything inbetween, food, room, pool, staff and beach were all great staff so happy and helpful, great family destination, best hotel in Turkey for us so far.
Îți was incedeable holidays.Liked it s-o much!!!! Want to go back and we will!! Thanks to all personal for doing their work s-o nice!
Fantastic staff, very clean hotel, nice food but it’s very busy at meal times
Service, Pools, hygiënic i likes it so mocht!!
Everything
Nothing
I like the hotel. The stairs in the swimming pool needs upgrading. Nice food and staff.
The hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool area. The rooms are lovely and big too. We had a family suite. We took our three teenage boys so there are 5 of us. The food was very repetitive and a few of us had a kebab which was very pink in the middle so stopped eating it. Unfortunately on the 3rd day my 12 year old began to be sick badly around the pool area. He couldn't stop and could not walk to the room as he felt weak and dizzy. My two older sons told a staff member that my 12 year old had been sick and it needed cleaning, they just shrugged. they then told a house keeping member of staff and that person just said, "later" and walked away. I felt bad the sick was everywhere for everyone to see around the pool and nobody cleaned it. My sons then struggled to get a wheelchair to wheel him inside. When they finally managed to get the doctor to allow it, my son ended up going to hospital. we stayed in hospital over night and all the next day. I unfortunately was sick too while we were in hospital and we both had diarrhea. The doctors at the hospital did tests and told us that it was a bacterial infection but didn't tell us which one. When we got back to the hotel the next day from hospital, we tried to enjoy the rest of our holiday but was too worried to eat most of the food on offer and had lost our appetite. such a shame.
Great experience with amazing services. Everything was perfect on our holiday!
The resort is nuice but the food is disgusting. Most of the time it’s cold and dry. This is the first resort where the food is tasteless disgusting.
Very lovely hotel and meets all your expectations
We had an amazing stay at Miracle Resort and can honestly say that this was our best holiday in Turkey so far. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options available every day. There was something for everyone, and both adults and children could always find meals they enjoyed. The hotel facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Our children had a fantastic time, while we were able to relax and truly enjoy our vacation. What impressed us most was the overall quality of the experience—from the food and service to the family-friendly environment. Everything was well organized and contributed to a stress-free and memorable holiday. We highly recommend Miracle Resort to families and anyone looking for a wonderful all-inclusive experience in Turkey. We would gladly return and would like to thank the entire team for making our stay so special.
Really cool family hotel. Lots of amenities for children. Food is great. Drinks are great. Serving is great. Hotel is clean. You can always find a free spot on the beach or near the pool. Shows are not boring. Actually really interesting. Usually you pay a lot of money to see this kind of shows. Nothing to complain about.
We just got back from a week-long stay at the Miracle Resort in Antalya and we really loved it. It was a fantastic spot for a family holiday. The pools are excellent; they’re huge and very clean. Whether you are swimming in the adult areas or the kids' sections, there is plenty of space. Getting to the beach is super easy, and we loved that the sea wasn't too wavy, making it very comfortable to swim in. We also appreciated that there were always enough sunbeds available, so we never had to stress about finding a spot. Overall, the food was amazing! The local food section in the main restaurant was honestly top-tier—it felt like eating at a high-end restaurant. We also really enjoyed the döner restaurant that opens at lunchtime; that was a highlight for us. When it comes to the snacks (pizza, burgers, fried chicken, and kumpir), they were good, but it would be nice to see a bit more variety since it was the same every day. Also, while there was a huge selection of baklava and Turkish desserts, I think the taste could be improved just a little bit. That said, everything else we ate was delicious and very well-prepared. The cocktails were also great, and we really enjoyed the night shows. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space for us. Having a balcony was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in the Antalya heat. Finally, a big shout-out to the staff. Everyone we interacted with—from the bar and restaurant teams to the cleaning staff—was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families!
Location is perfect for children and adults also. Only 20 minutes from airport. Staff is frendly, always smiling and helpfull. The hotel area (pools, garden, kids club, beach) were clean. We have no problem during stay. Room was also clean and big enough. The hotel restaurant was also spacious, with variety of food. The overall atmosphere was great, holiday like. There was no big noise during nights, also hotels near by are not "disco hotels". It was really a good value for money for 2 week vacation.
Rlly good place to come with family

We had a fantastic family vacation at Miracle Resort Hotel and were impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The food was very good.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel toujours disponible et très professionnel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le restaurant était varié et de qualité
This place as they say above the imagination, they hold all facilities that you don’t need to go out. You just need to stay for refreshments.
There’s nothing to mention, from the staff to the security. They’re all kind, and the facilities are available without anyone asking.
Amazing We had a wonderful stay at Miracle Resort Hotel. The room was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Check-in was very fast and efficient, making the start of our holiday smooth and stress-free. The all-inclusive concept was outstanding, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The entertainment team put on amazing evening shows that were enjoyable for both adults and children. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive holiday. We would definitely stay here again!
We have just returned from our family of 12 holiday. This hotel is fabulous for families. We were in the new building which was lovely. Our room 3215 & 3217 had big balconies with sunbeds. Our other two rooms 3239 and 3213 were smaller for some reason with no sunbeds. . The food was excellent and a varied choice. The entertainment was ok. There were not many English mainly Russian & turkish but that wasn't a problem except they don't know how to queue. Sunbeds were plentiful except trying to reserve 12!! You still had to get up about 8 otherwise most were reserved. The hotel was spotless and huge. Drinks were good except some cocktails were a little watery. The staff were lovely and the pool entertainment team took a liking to our grandkids and we're great. The beach bar was good as was the beach. Our only issues were the odd opening & closing times of things. The water slides closed at lunch, fruit was only available at 3. Not a problem just unusual. Reception were not helpful at all. We arrived at 11.30 pm and weren't told there was food. No explanation about where to get pool towels. The room cleaners made the beds but we're hit & miss about refilling the mini bar. In fact "mini bar" is misleading it's basically soft drinks & 2 cans of efes. We had an emergency situation on night at 3am with flashing alarms and smells of burning. Our 2 rooms 3217 & 3215 were literally vibrating. Only after I rang reception did someone come up but they didn't speak to us standing in the hallway just appeared from an emergency exit and disappeared back in. We had to ring reception to see if we could go back into our rooms safely. No one checked on us even the next day after I complained to customer relations. I also reported our air conditioning vent was hanging down and no one came to fix it. Very poor customer service for such a lovely hotel. But having said that we had a lovely holiday.
We really enjoyed the stay with my family. The resort is on the top luxurious service, aqua park, pools, beach and the food
Was really worth it! Children didn't want to leave as they really enjoyed the experience. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortabe and the balcony had a lovely view of the pool. The resort overall was really clean and had multiple pools which the children really enjoyed. Was built in a great location right next to the sea. When in the rooms, the noise level was low with very little or no disturbance. Services were great featuring the food kiosks and the ice cream stand. Quick shout out to the open buffet and the cleaning services which were awsome. Would really reccomend for families who want to spend time together.
Amazing hotel, we love the food our room is amazing. We love the atmosphere and we don’t wanna go back.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the peaceful international atmosphere with no noisy tourist groups (no russians) . The interior was stylish and well-designed, and the hotel had a very cosy, comfortable feel overall.
We had an absolutely brilliant time away with our family. Our children, aged 5, 7 and 9, had the best holiday and the staff were amazing throughout. The kids club was the highlight of the trip — Ceren was incredible with our girls and they absolutely adored her. Melisa and Sevval were also fantastic at keeping the little ones entertained and making every day so special. Thank you all for an amazing holiday — we can’t wait to come back!
Staff excellent, room lovely, cleanliness great , night time entertainment not good.
Room was very spacious, cleanliness throughout was great. Great selection of snacks and pool is large!
Fantastic experience great hotel the rooms are spotless cleaned everyday for the size of hotel they keep it spotless entainment is fantastic Jacob is a created to the team gets everyone involved and made effort with my partner and son
Had a brilliant holiday! guest relations were brilliant when we lost something of my sons. Amazing hotel! Will definitely be coming back!
Verg good holiday place esspecially entertainment team so aktiv and hard working and speciaal thanks for ahmet
Beautiful, nice
Only cleaning was not perfect.
it was fun the slides were very good and also the pool was amazing
Great staff very friendly and helpful
It is one of the top hotels in the Antalya area. This is my second time at this hotel. The facilities are wonderful. In addition to beautiful sandy beaches, there are numerous pools for various recreational activities. The nights are also very lively, with a variety of activities. The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff is both friendly and professional. I highly recommend the hotel, particularly for families.
Generelt super godt
Meget ventetid på elevatoren
Everything is brilliant food, drinks entertainment (especially ahmet) Definitely recommend
Fantastic family holiday! ⭐️ ⭐️Rooms were very clean and spacious ⭐️Lots for the kids to do, our toddler really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and daily train ride ⭐️ Food by the pool made lunchtimes easy with our toddler ⭐️ Staff have been very helpful and friendly ⭐️ The mini disco and couple of evening shows that we watched were very good ⭐️ Extra plus side having a towel service and full shampoo, conditioner and shower gel The location of the hotel is close to the airport but has little around apart from some shops. We did get the bus to the Saturday market which was a short walk outside of the hotel and very cheap (much cheaper than the taxi! But taxi is fairly reasonably priced considering it’s about a 20 minute drive) The evening entertainment can be loud but not enough to stop us going to sleep. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, I think it’s really good value for money and very family focused.
De kamer in het nieuwe gebouw was geweldig. Swim up room verwarmd., heerlijk bedankt voor de upgrade.

Todo estuvo genial, la comida, las piscinas.
El beach club un poco pequeño, pero el resto es espectacular
Jakub was very good! Entertainment was very nice and also the soccertraining every day.
Lovely hotel & brilliant entertainment team. Great choice of food weather good had a brilliant week
5 star accommodation at affordable prices. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view of the resort and sea. The food available was varied and catered for everyone with choices from all over the world. The whole of Miracle Resort was exceptionally clean. From the pools to the rooms, everything was kept clean and tidy. The main entrance and foyer was stunning to look at and a great area to chill and relax in. I would not hesitate to book another stay at Miracle Resort Antalya again.
Très déçu par l’accueil à la réception : personnel froid, sec et peu aimable. On a l’impression de déranger plutôt que d’être accueilli.
New modern and clean facilities, friendly staff, spacious rooms, super clean and convenient restaurant.
The snack food court’s food options could use some improvement. The age restriction of 10+ for sliding with a boat or regular diving into the pools is a bit too strict.
We have a lovely time here! And önder is so great and kind to us! He helps us with everything!
The property’s location is convenient and very close to the airport. It is also only about a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. However, one major downside is that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the airport or nearby attractions. Instead, their taxis charge between €10–€20 for rides that only take about five minutes. It would have been much better if the hotel provided a shuttle service for guests. Good WiFi and Good Turkish Bath . The staff who serve drink are excellent. Reception staff are friendly.
I have been to Antalya multiple times and have stayed at several different hotels over the years. Unfortunately, this was my first and likely last time staying at this hotel, as our experience was very disappointing overall. The location of the hotel is convenient, but many other aspects of the stay did not meet expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Food: The food was often cold and lacked variety. It felt like the same meals were being repeated daily, only moved to different serving stations. By the time you walked back to your table, the food became even colder. The plates provided were also very small, making it difficult to carry multiple food items at once. Staff and Service: The kitchen staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. When asking for food, items often felt as though guests were being treated poorly rather than respectfully. Asking for an extra piece would result in rude looks or uncomfortable reactions. For an all-inclusive hotel, guests should not feel judged for requesting food. In the dining area, staff rarely cleared tables promptly. Empty plates would pile up for long periods unless guests removed them themselves. Seating near the buffet area filled up quickly, forcing guests to sit farther away while carrying multiple plates of already-cold food. Plates were very small and required getting 5 to 10 pleated for each meal . Snacks: Outside regular meal hours, snack options were extremely limited. Unlike many other resorts that offer proper snack bars throughout the day, this hotel only provided small amounts of dry popcorn and mixed nuts, which were not enjoyable. Pools and Facilities: During our stay, the pool water was extremely cold, so we were unable to enjoy the pools. Room Service and Housekeeping: Housekeeping was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, sinks were left dirty, and basic toiletries like shampoo were not restocked consistently. Our bathtub remained clogged throughout the stay.
Great hotel, good food, plenty to keep our 6 year old entertained.
Great hotel. If you’re choosing between Miracle and Nirvana, book Miracle. We have now stayed at both, and everyone in my family agreed that Miracle was the better overall experience. We had a great time at Nirvana last October, but beyond the flashy lobby, the hotel itself really disappointed us. Once you get into the lifts and see the inner parts of the building, it starts to feel neglected. A lot of it looks brown, tired, and low quality. The internal windows also felt flimsy and unsafe. The walls at Nirvana were extremely thin too. We could hear every beat from the evening shows, not just from Nirvana but from Miracle and other nearby hotels as well. Miracle, by comparison, feels much more solid. It feels like a proper hotel. The building, layout, and views are better from almost every angle, and the rooms have much better sound insulation. Food: Nirvana may slightly edge it on quality, but Miracle wins for variety. The service setup at Miracle also worked much better for us. Grounds: Miracle wins easily. It has a much more tropical, polished holiday feel, and everything feels better finished. Sports and activities: Nirvana probably has the better facilities on paper, but Miracle was better in practice. There were more activities, and they were better organised. Beach: Volleyball was better at Miracle, although both hotels seem to mix together for some activities, so it is not a major deciding factor. Nirvana has the advantage of a proper restaurant on the beach, while Miracle’s beach area looks nicer and has two bars instead. We didn’t try the à la carte restaurants at Miracle, but the ones at Nirvana were very disappointing. After staying at Miracle, we wouldn’t book Nirvana again. Miracle was simply the better hotel for us. We may try Titanic next, but between Miracle and Nirvana, Miracle wins clearly.
people are so nice food is so yummy atmosphere is so lovely. I love it. I will come with my family thank you. People from the guest relations are really nice and help me really quick. They are very lovely people.
Top quality services. Fantastic location close to the sea. Great atmosphere. Clean rooms and other areas including swimming pools.
We had a fantastic holiday plenty to do food excellent and entertainment staff where marvellous with we us and children Our last day the 13 year old dropped one of of her ear pods down elevator shaft we only had 45 minutes left for pick up transfer and when we told hotel staff what had happened they called maintenance man to come and close lift and go down in the lift shaft to retrieve the ear pods we had one happy teenager So a big thank you to all hotel staff for going above and beyond
My stay at Miracle Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service was very poor from the moment we arrived. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful whenever we asked for assistance. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the food quality was far below what you would expect from a resort charging these prices. I also sent emails before arrival and never received any response. Definitely not worth the money.
