The staff was extra helpful, the hotel was spotless and very well located, in a residential area located a 15 minutes walk from the city center. Also, the bus stop from and to the El Prat airport is 5 minutes away.

Como aspectos positivos, quiero destacar la amabilidad y la disposición del personal para ayudarnos cuando surgieron algunos problemas con la habitación. Además, la limpieza fue muy buena y el trato de los empleados, siempre educado y atento.

A pesar de las numerosas opiniones positivas, mi estancia no cumplió mis expectativas. La habitación no tenía nevera ni minibar, algo especialmente incómodo en verano, sin alcachofa de mano, lo que dificultaba quitarse la arena después de la playa. El desayuno era correcto, pero bastante estándar y, en mi opinión, no tan excepcional como se describe en muchos comentarios.

Grande chambre moderne dans le bâtiment annexe, avec balcon. Salle de bain spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne. Bouilloire dans la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner (inclus dans le prix de la formule). Patio agréable avec une petite piscine, de l'ombre et des transats. Stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue. Personnel agréable.

Un mini frigo serait appréciable. Un petit étendoir sur le balcon. Plus d'étagères pour ranger les vêtements.

La ubicación no está mal, pero la habitación no guarda relación con el precio. Tienen dos o tres estancias, el hotel, una ampliación y edificios colindantes de los años de franco. Me tocó este último.

Nos cobraron 287€ por un apartamento semireformado en este edificio. Sin luz por las escaleras exteriores para acceder y tampoco ascensor ni comunicación directa con recepción. A plena vista tenían puestas las pastillas de las cucarachas. Armarios sin terminar y uno sin puertas. No voy mas.

The hotel looks relatively new and is generally as shown in the photos. The area is quiet.

- No air conditioning in the bedroom, only one unit in the living room, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable in September. This should be clearly stated in the room description. - There were many ants throughout the room and bathroom every day, including inside my luggage. No coffee machine, kettle, welcome water, or even empty glasses. - My room (1011) was on the third floor in a building with no elevator, with no assistance available for luggage. - The location is quiet but around 18 minutes’ walk from the centre and 30 minutes from Balmins Beach. The swimming pool is very small and not really usable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel considering the price and the facilities provided.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, sicher und dennoch nah zum Strand und gemütliche 15 Gehminuten an der Promenade entlang ins Zentrum. Kostenfreie Parkplätze im Wohngebiet rund um das Hotel verfügbar.

Estuve hace unos años han echo el hotel las grande. Tiene una piscina y un jardín maravilloso.

La ubicación es muy buena: es un barrio tranquilo y está prácticamente al lado de la playa. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy agradable: te reciben de forma fantástica, te lo explican todo con detalle y te hacen sentir bienvenida. La calidad-precio está bien, es justa. Añado que esta era mi segunda vez en el hotel porque en general me gustó mucho.

Sería interesante ampliar el rango horario de la piscina (por ejemplo, de 22h a 23h) o reservar la última hora para solo adultos (eso sí, adultos responsables y comprometidos en darse un bañito nocturno relajante de forma tranquila y prácticamente silenciosa). También estaría bien poner más variedad de fotos en la opción "habitación con jardín" para que los clientes supiéramos que nos puede tocar una mini terraza gris en su lugar. Era mi segunda vez en este hotel y si hubiera sabido esto último, hubiese elegido una habitación superior como hice la primera vez.

Hice la reserva desde Booking con la premisa de pagar en el momento de hacer el cheking al llegar al hotel, sin pago por adelantado, pero el hotel me cobró la prime noche a través de la tarjeta antes de llegar, uno o dos días antes, no recuerdo bien. Llamé para comunicarlo y me dijeron que era una nueva norma, les dije que no me parecía correcto sin un previo aviso. Durante la estancia una de las persianas que ya fallaba a mi llegada se estropeó y para que la pudieran arreglar tuve que estar fuera de la habitación durante más de cinco horas. Todo comprensible, pero eché de menos una mínima atención o disculpa . Una pena

the hotel is located towards the middle of the long Promenade and a few streets back. this means that it is quiet and still only a 10 min walk into the historic centre of town - I cant rate the staff highly enough. Welcoming, friendly and willing to help with anything. The staff in the Utopia restaurant and bar deserve special mention as they made my holiday that much more special with their cheerful disposition and friendliness.

En la habitación hay una terraza preciosa pero podrían instalar toldos ya que debido al sol directo y las altas temperaturas no pudimos disfrutarla en absoluto.

La colazione abbondante e varia e le signore e ragazze che se ne occupavano, veramente complimenti allo staff colazione! La posizione è comoda per la spiggia (5 minuti a piedi), meno per il centro (20 minuti a piedi). La stanza ampia e il terrazzo pure, comodi i letti e il vantaggio di avere i letti separati per i figli.

Il wifi era debole nelle stanze da letto. Il servizio biciclette a noleggio era assente, dicono che tutte le biciclette erano in manutenzione... La camera veniva rifatta molto tardi, a volte anche alle 4pm e alcune volte ci hanno dato asciugamani puliti che in realtà non lo erano. In terrazzo c'era un messaggio che chiedeva di non stendere gli asciugamani da mare sulla ringhiera, il che non è un problema se c'è un'alternativa, il problema è che l'alternativa non c'era, basterebbe un stendibiancheria e il problema sarebbe risolto. Ultima cosa è l'aria condizionata : c'era un solo split in sala ma non nelle 2 camere che sono quelle dove serviva di più...fortunatamente non ha fatto troppo caldo.

La posizione vicino al mare

La mancanza drll’ascensore e l’arredamento molto spartano ed essenziale

Situé dans le quartier du Vinyet, une très belle zone résidentielle de Sitges, à proximité du paseo et des plages. Solarium de bonne taille. Le personnel de réception est aimable et professionnel.

J'ai trouvé la chambre single vraiment petite, peu de place pour mes deux valises au sol. Pas de petit balcon sur l'extérieur, j'aurais apprécié pouvoir faire sécher au soleil serviettes de plage et maillots de bain. Piscine un peu petite pour le nombre de chambres, mais elle a le mérite d'exister et puis la plage n'est pas très éloignée. L'éclairage automatique de la chambre m'a un peu dérouté. Les lumières s'allumaient parfois dans la nuit.

Hotel destartalado distribuido en 4 edificios no comunicados: habitación en un sitio, bar en otro, parking en otro... Piscina diminuta (3x3 metros). Sin ascensor en mi edificio, a pesar de que avisé que iba con un bebé. Teléfono y secador no funcionaban. Habitación diminuta. Sin nevera. Sin minibar. Toallas con olor a humedad… Todo un desastre.

Gelegen in een nette, verzorgde buurt. Strand op 5min en via de boulevard loop je aangenaam richting het centrum. Strak georganiseerd. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Er was weinig parkeerplek dichtbij; het stond erg vol met auto’s, dus het was even zoeken naar een (gratis) plek. Alternatief is de betaalde parkeerplaats van het hotel. We hadden geen mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer. Het matras was erg hard.

Vriendelijke ontvangst in het hotel. Ruime kamer met goede voorzieningen, als is het wat kaal. Ontbijt is goed en vriendelijke medewerker. Fijne grote parkeerplaats die is afgesloten, voor een redelijk tarief per dag (15 euro)!

Weer typisch een badkamer waar het design voorop stond, maar het praktische achterwege is gelaten. Ongemakkelijke wastafel, regendouche die scheef moet staan om niet de hele badkamer onder te laten lopen. Voor een driesterrenhotel best aan de prijs, maar dat is te verwachten in het hoogseizoen.

This is a small complex, not only a boutique hotel in 1 main building with a lift. The owners seem to be passionate about motorbikes and interior design, there are also nice magazines, a computer and interesting bookshelves in the lobby. Delicious breakfasts, private parking and a restaurant/bar situated in green luscious garden attached to the next buiding. Clean, neat room with balcony. Strange ventilation system in the bathroom, but easy to operate 🙂 The staff was kind, communicative and helpful.

The room was cosy, although really tiny with small windows - but afterall it's a boutique hotel 😉

Pas de cuisine, pas d’ascenseur, pas de parking, petit à déjeuner hors de prix, pas de bouilloire et minuscule frigo, Clim dans le salon mais pas dans les chambres.

Desayuno muy bueno, más económico para niños, sala agradable interior o exterior y te puedes quedar acabando desayunar después hora de cierre. Las camas comodísimas y amplias. Terracita de habitación agradable. Curiosa decoración con muñecos de Star Wars y motos BMW de exposición. Personal muy amable para cualquier tema. Restaurante con carta variada y muy bueno todo, tanto para picar algo, como vermut o comer.

La salida al balcón un poco baja, has de ir con cuidado para no darte con la cabeza. Los jaboncitos de la ducha en un formato un poco incómodo para usar (molde de papel-rombo). La piscina se podría limpiar 2 veces al día, no solo x la noche.

El hotel está muy bien Lástima que los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado eran irrespetuosos a más no poder y hacían muchísimo ruido a altas horas de la noche y por la mañana temprano con sus hij@s La ubicación es perfecta y el personal muy amable

The rooms were more basic than a travel lodge, safe was locked and no tea/coffee making facilities, not even complimentary sachets or kettle. The block we stayed in looked more like cell block h. We also had a brand new unopened vanity mirror stolen from the room with no resolve despite speaking to reception.

La ubicación

Piscina pequeña, nada acogedor, habitación en un edifico sin ascensor y sin nadie que te ayude con las maletas. Era como un apartamento y no lo indicaron en ningún momento. Baño muy básico. En la cafetería no había servicio de mesas. Todo muy básico.

Precio , creo que es abusivo por lo que es el hotel

The hotel is within walking distance from the beach, the neighborhood is very safe and quite. Street parking was not as difficult as I thought it would be and old town is reachable with a short drive too.

The room is quite basic for the price paid to be honest and we had ants in the room. Also, electricity in the bathroom switches off automatically so whilst having a shower you end up in the dark because the sensor doesn't detect you unless you open the shower door outwards for movement.

Que todas las habitaciones no tuvieran terraza, el precio un poco desorbitado para la lejanía que tienes el centro (son unos 20 minutos andando) y que en las habitaciones faltarán cosas básicas como un peine.

Hotel znajduje się w cichej lokalizacji ok 1km od centrum, było cicho i spokojnie.

Hotel posiada dwa typy budynków: nowy budynek po remoncie, który opisuje jako swoją ofertę i którego zdjęcia są w ofercie Booking, oraz drugi stary budynek który jest przed remontem, o którym firma nie wspomina w ofercie. Moja rodzina dostała pokój rodzinny w starej części hotelowej i nie był to pokoj zg ze zdjęciem z oferty Booking na podstawie której zdecydowałam się na wybór tego hotelu. Pokoj rodzinny składa się z salonu w którym jest sofa, stół, szafka z telewizorem i tam jest klimatyzacja, drugi pokój to sypialnia już bez klimatyzacji a tylko z wiatrakiem, oraz dodatkowy pokój dla dziecka też bez klimatyzacji a tylko z wiatrakiem. Dodatkowo pokój dziecięcy ma okno położone od strony korytarza i nie można odsłonić zasłon, bo inaczej ktoś moze zajrzeć do pokoju, więc jest zaciemniony - zdjęcia w ofercie na stronie to nie jest te pokój, to jest przekłamanie. Łazienka jest mała, rownież inna niż na zdjęciu w ofercie Bookingu, tylko z prysznicem i tez jest przed remontem. Dodatkowo spotkało nas przykre doświadczenie ponieważ w nocy wyszedł w pokoju dziecięcym duży karaluch. Po interwencji hotel zmienił nam pokoj, ale również był on w starej części hotelowej.

El servicio de mantenimiento (tuvimos una incidencia en la habitación y pasaron de todo) Una vergüenza que en un pueblo de Cataluña no se pueda sintonizar en el TV ningún canal autonómico. ( TV3, 3/24 .....)
