Staff was nice

The traffic was horrendous the speed on the road the noise. the buses charge you what they want to town some time 10 dollers some 20 or 15 you never sure what it will be 😳🤔

I love going back to this hotel it’s clean, the staff friendly and amazing, check in check out smooth. Location not far from the airport, lovely breakfast, my apartment was large with kitchenette, clean bathroom with amply towels.

Be wary about booking here.. I spent £105 a night for an upgraded room, which I was dissapointed with for the price. A rusty oven, shower plug and dirty doors were not a standard I was expecting. when I arrived at 7pm I was told there was no food as they hadn’t opened the restaurant and the nearest place for food was the airport. There was no water in the fridge in room which I found surprising for the price, so I went downstairs but everywhere was shut. So I spent the night with no food or water. In the AM I woke up for breakfast which was a table with a box of cereal and a near empty coffee jar. I went to pour some hot water from the flask and was greeted by 15 ants shooting out into my cup. I checked out after the first night, requested a refund but only received 50%.

I left my camera there packing in a hurry, but conveniently it was never found by the staff. Overall a disappointing experience. Some staff members were helpful but for the cost of the room and for losing a valuable I would highly recommend avoiding this place and booking somewhere further into town so you are not stuck when they don’t open their kitchen.

The property is located in Christ Church and is very close to the airport.

When I arrived to check in, I had to wait quite some time and the hotel or bed and breakfast was locked. If it were not for the driver who stayed with me while I figured out how to get in, I would have been left stranded at night in Grenada. In addition, the tap in the shower fell off and instead of getting it change right away, the management left me to deal with a broken tap and I had to report several times before something was done. The customer service was not great either.

It’s very close to the airport. Facilities are basic but adequate for an overnight stay. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

I specifically booked a transfer with the hotel. When we arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. Had to make other arrangements which was a very disappointing first impression of using this hotel. No real explanation was given on arrival. Apparently their driver picked up others and left us behind or he simply forgot. Didn’t seem like they were overly concerned about it.

I appreciated that the location was extremely close to the airport. Secondly this wasn't our initial plan. We actually booked it once our initial plans fell through. They were extremely accommodating. The staff was pleasant and PROFESSIONAL!! Professionalism means alot to us because we are SEASONED travelers 💯. I would definitely stay there again. Also the female chefs were AMAZING. Breakfast was included in the booking. The pool was clean and comforting.

Authentic Grenadian hotel. I liked that managed by local people, unlike big commercial hotel, stuff are local, friendly people. Simple but everything you need. Caribbean breakfast was all fresh made and tasty!

Mr curt pull it out to make sure my wife and I enjoy that amazing environment. His food was always delicious, what a great CHEF! His jokes and smile is contagious ☺️ been around him was peace and love always. Mary, calm beautiful lady with an angelic smile was always there to make sure we fill at home. She went all out even after her shift to make sure that she cook something to put a smile on our faces, what a great 👍 instinct of a lovely mother ❤️ . Thanks so much Curt and Mary you will surely 😊 be remembered.

The staff was really helpful in the morning and tried their best to compensate for the fact that we had to sleep outdoors all night.

That we weren't let in to the hotel at our arrival at 11.30 pm and had to sleep outdoors on some couches next to the pool! We picked the hotel since it, according to the information at booking.com, was the only hotel we could find with a 24-hour-check-in service. But when we arrived the door was locked and nobody answered on the three phone numbers given on the board on the door. We found some couches in the pool, luckily with a flapping tarpaulin over them, which mostly protected us against the rain during the night. In the morning we were told that you can only check in until 8 pm. I advised them to change the information at booking.com. So be aware if the false information remains!

No hot water, other guests complained of this while we were there. Our room, 102 didn't appear to be plumbed for hot water. Our room was very close to road so noisy. Also room quite bare and dated. We understand the hotel has much nicer rooms away from the road for guests who stay longer. We stayed one night then moved on.

The location was ideal, the staff was very pleasant, generally the facilities were very good.

The breakfast was really good. 10/10. Also, l would recommend purchasing meals from the on site restaurant as the cooks, especially Curt, cooked really well. The cocktails are good too, both taste and presentation. Good value for money.

The Staff were some of the best I met in all my travels. The chef was very accommodating of our meal requirements. Our room was very spacious, with a nice view.

Well, for my mom, who is 86, it was a bit of a challenge to get up and down the incline. The air conditioner in the living room was leaking and had water, where we could have slipped. But the manager got into action and resolved it . I thought the Breakfast was included in the package I paid for, but that's ok.

Beautiful, comfortable sitting room and bedroom with aircon. Spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Loved the quick travel from the airport to the hotel. The pool area was nice. Unfortunately we were unable to eat at the restaurant due to staff needing to go to an appointment, but they told us a great restaurant to go to within walking distance. Gosh I would love to go back right now.

Bed was hard and drainage in bathroom wasn’t very good but this might be island wide being in the Caribbean.

Location was ideal we liked that it was near the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions about getting around the island. the facilities in the rooms were clean.

The hot water for the shower kept going off in the evenings/ night. Happened twice during the stay. The staff forgot we requested a pick up at the airport for our time of arrival and we waited for a long period before eventually getting in contact with the hotel front desk. They sent the taxi shortly after. The breakfast was the same selection every morning, lacked variety.

The location was ideal and the staff was very helpful.

The apartment was not clean. Underneath the toilet seat was not clean and it was very dusty. The inventory list did not match the actual utensils. I had to go and ask for cutlery and cups. It was like the apartment was not prepared for our arrival.

Lovely hotel, beautiful and immaculately clean. The owner takes great pride in her business and accepts only the highest standards from staff. Debbie went out of her way personally to ensure each guest was satisfied with their stay and the facilities. She was friendly and an excellent tour guide for the carnival period. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Both Carribean & English breakfasts were delicious and it was great we had the option of eating it in our room although the dining area is a beautiful scenic backdrop for any meal. Great value for money!

I didn't have time to use the lovely infinity pool...that was one of the main attractions for me but the fete was non-stop so no down time...next time.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The place was quiet despite being directly next to the highway. We had both the English breakfast and the Caribbean breakfast. Both were very tasty and filling. Everything we ate at the restaurant was tasty.
