Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und köstlich, wie zu Hause. Das gesamte Personal war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, besonderes hervorheben möchte ich jedoch Frau STOJANKA, die sich so liebevoll um alle Gäste kümmert.

Hotel a due passi dal centro e a 5 minuti dal Tennis Stadion, camera ampia e pulitissima, con ampio balcone che da sul paese. Personale gentile ed estremamente disponibile. Colazione molto varia con alimenti freschissimi. Direi rapporto qualità/prezzo difficilmente superabile.

Albergo famigliare con calorosa accoglienza, chalet in legno molto montagnoso, camera e bagno tutto in legno chiaro, balcone sul giardino interno . Colazione non molto varia ma molto ben servita, parcheggio della mia auto nel loro giardino.

Not necessarily didn’t like but tea and coffee making facilities would be good. Also there was no air conditioning in the room but that was more of a problem due to the unexpected heat wave rather than as a fault of the building or the management.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Ein sehr schönes Familienhotel, großes Zimmer, da wir nach einer Fahrradrundreise dort waren, konnten unsere Koffer super auf den Boden legen, super Frühstück und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir können auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung geben.
Es gibt nur eine kleine Anmerkung. Wir haben einen Haltegriff in der Badewanne vermisst. Denn wenn man in die Badewanne zum Duschen ein- oder aussteigt, kann man sich nur an der Schutzscheibe oder ggf. am Türgriff festhalten, aber auch nicht sehr sicher.

Only three parking spaces are in front of the house, other guests must park at the train station. Lady at the reception looked obviously unhappy with the job she has chosen and I felt very unwelcomed there.

The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are modern without sacrificing Tyrolean charm. The ski room offers great storage and boot dryers and the bar next to reception on the main floor is a great spot for an after-ski/pre-dinner drink. The breakfast is truly outstanding in terms of both service and variety. Location is excellent: short walk to restaurants, shopping and the main skit lift up the Hanenkam.
