Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren recht viele Menschen im Hotel und direkt neben dem Frühstücksbuffet ein großer Tisch voll besetzt. Der Lautstärkepegel während des Frühstücks war wirklich unangenehm und anstrengend. Da fehlte uns für den Start in den Tag einfach die gewünschte Ruhe...

Als Radreisender wurde mir problemlos ein sicherer Platz für mein Rad zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überragend. Frühstück inbegriffen, mit schöner Müsliauswahl und leckerem Kaffee. Vielleicht die beste Hotelerfahrung, die ich jemals gemacht habe. Vielen Dank!

The room is big enough for 3 adults. Beds are very comfortable. Tap water is very clean and drinkable. In summertime you get a free of charge ticket to the Hahnnenkamm lift to the mountain. Breakfast is tasty but limited. Breakfast room is very beautiful.

Unser Zimmer war klein aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir genossen abends den schönen Blick vom Balkon aus Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht. Besonders die freundliche und aufmerksame Art des Personals ist uns in Erinnerung geblieben.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Die Lage direkt im Ort war super für uns - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war üppig und sogar glutenfreies Gebäck wurde für meine Tochter bereit gestellt (sie leidet an Zöliakie). Das Zimmer generell ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir wurden netterweise sogar auf ein Balkonzimmer "upgegraded".
Das Bad war wirklich ausgesprochen klein und in die Jahre gekommen - für 2 Damen mit einem wichtigen Vorstellungsgesprächs-Termin und Abendessen fast etwas zu klein um zeitgerecht fertig zu werden. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war leider etwas spärlich - also war ein Ausweichen zum Schminken auch keine Alternative. Aber die Verlängerungs-Steckdose mit USB-Anschluss war sehr hilfreich!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Das Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral gelegen und man kann alles sehr gut erreichen.
Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss- Zimmer, welches zwar geräumig und sauber war, aber sehr niedrig und nur für sehr kleine Menschen bequem ist.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful wherever possible. They even checked our train times for us and discovered a delay that saved us missing our connection and flight home! Delicious breakfast options. Close to centre and bus stop to get to ski lifts.

The bed and the pillows were old and uncomfortable (in our room - we saw other rooms had been upgraded, and believe they are in the process of upgrading all rooms).

Everything within the town is easily accessible on foot, and we also walked to the ski lifts (our skis and snowboards were stored near the lift). Excellent breakfast and a very comfortable lobby area. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Location - a 5-10 min walk to shops/restaurants/main lifts (we kept our skis in the locker room at Hahnenkamm Lift Intersport for ease). Good choice of central restaurants and bars. Gamshof is family run and full of character and charm. Welcoming, efficient staff, small reasonably priced bar with seating - great place to meet other like-minded guests. Lovely buffet style breakfast, afternoon Goulash soup. Pleasant, clean, modern rooms.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Traditional style cosy property and very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable with a kettle available on request. Breakfast was excellent, as was the goulash soup when we came off the mountain after a long days skiing! The bar was well stocked with lovely area to sit for a relaxed drink in the evening.
Nothing - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Polecam wszystkim ten hotel bo to świetny punkt startowy do centrum miasta czy też na wyciągi, które też polecam. Widoki z gór wyjątkowe. Wszędzie blisko, była możliwość zarezerwowania parkingu przy samym hotelu
