Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
There were a few minor issues, such as occasional noise and the Wi-Fi could have been faster. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Honestly in my room the smoking coming from the club really disturbed me I noticed it's coming from the AC it was terrible for me to sleep because I don't smoke. I called for a towel but was not given which I was disappointed.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026I had already booked the room, but upon arrival I was informed that check-in would only be allowed after 2:00 PM. If I wanted to check in earlier, I was asked to pay an additional AED 150 as an early check-in fee, which was almost double the room rent itself. Despite being a confirmed guest, the staff insisted on this charge and showed no flexibility or consideration for the situation. The overall experience felt quite disappointing and customer-unfriendly
