Calmness. There's a club/bar on the ground floor, and I went down to the first floor, so that club/bar was below me, and the noise was obviously very loud and annoying to all the rooms and guests.

Room is too noisy the resto bar sounds and security shouts can clearly hear inside room and which obviously disturbs the sleep. They are charging 50 aed for a single day parking

The service was terrible. The room reeked of cigarettes, even though I requested a non-smoking room. When I told the porter who came in with me, he just opened the window. Imagine, there was no hot water in the bathroom! Imagine having to shower in cold water in this cold weather. The TV didn't work, and when you told the receptionist, he said he had no solutions. The breakfast was limited to a specific type of food from certain countries; there was no variety or service. Even the tea was awful. To make matters worse, the music was loud from 10 PM until 4 AM, meaning you couldn't sleep because there was no soundproofing in the rooms. They told you that was just how the hotel was. The treatment was harsh, the place was awful, and the staff were unhelpful. It was a completely unsuitable place to stay, and the worst experience I've ever had.

The room was beautiful, clean, and well organized. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the reception and housekeeping teams. They made the stay comfortable and welcoming, and I would definitely come back again

The breakfast was very disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. There was no buffet, no cake or pastries, and even basic things like bread were missing. Also, when I wanted water during breakfast, I was told I had to pay extra for a bottle, even though breakfast was already included in my booking. The choices were very limited and not suitable for a proper breakfast experience. I honestly did not enjoy the breakfast at all

Didn't life front desk staff behavior, there was an issue as hotel has snacks bar while checking out they asked me to pay for lays which was not opened by us

Barakefast was good. No Cleanliness. They were having lot of dance bars in the hotel, which will give you lot of noise untill 3.30 am which will jot allow you to sleep. Not recommended for family as the overall atmosphere feels like not safe for family

The breakfast was very bad they is no English breakfast it's only India food yet different nationality goes there the bads are old and the drawers the washroom is old very old the toilet was even not flashing the TV is showing no signal and it's old TV the blankets are old the room was smelling

Check in experience was very bad , staff didn't even know which all room is empty staff firstly send me to a room which is already occupied . Cleaning the room without asking permossion
