I didn't like anything. The property is old, everything is old, I expected a hotel with better conditions, but this looks more like a hostel and a bad one than a 4-star hotel. Everything in Thailand is a lie, the photos shown on booking.com are from when the hotel was built, maybe 20 years ago. This mentions a sea view, but you can't see anything because the trees block everything. I had a double bed , which was two single beds together and a single duvet,leaving half of my 👣 undercover.They charge a deposit 300 baht for a second card to leave in the door . Real scammers

L'accueil est impeccable. Toutes les infos intéressantes nous sont données cordialement. Notre chambre, grande, était très propre et le lit kingsize super confortable. L'hôtel a une piscine et un spa bien pratique pour se relaxer de la vie trépidante de Karon. A proximité de tout, super emplacement. Le loueur de scooter juste à côté nous a été recommandé par la réception. Le petit dejeuner en buffet est très bien fourni et bon.

The wifi was a bit unstable.

The staff were very friendly Accomodative and go beyond the call of duty , i arrived on my birthday and they had a warm welcoming with a special thai dish and sang for me , for a 3 star hotel they give 5 star service .

For the price i paid , i cant say there is something i didnt like .

Location was good but its not a resort it is just a hotel 2 stars

The hotel is fantastic, clean and well maintained. Breakfast has a lot of variety, the pools are great and enough for the amount of people in the hotel. Location is superb too! Really recommend! The security guy is awesome- made us feel safe while crossing the street. Also make sure you get a massages in the hotel facilities- they are divine ✨

Spacious room with balcony (grand room), large clean bathroom with rainshower option, bath as well! Friendly and helpful reception staff. Very clean throughout. Pools were very clean, beautiful view from top pool area. Beach front location 👌

Breakfast options were disappointing. We had early breakfasts & some of the fresh fruit seemed leftover from the day before. The breakfast juices were like syrup, lots of added sugar.

I stayed here 5 nights. It’s located perfectly across the street from Karon beach, with lots of shopping & restaurants to choose from, easy walking. My building (5) had a beautiful infinity pool with plenty of seating, sun & shade. Room was spacious with balcony, King size bed comfy, nice shower. Daily room service great too. Included breakfast has a fantastic assortment of foods, hot & cold, traditional Thai as well as regular breakfast eggs, sausages & loads of delicious fruits. Easy to arrange tours from here that have pick up & drop off right at the hotel. I went on an island hopping & snorkeling tour one day & Phuket big Buddha & city tour, both through Get Your Guide.

The 2 rooftop pools were really nice with an excellent view. Saunas were awesome and the location was great. Many things to do in the area and restaurants and mini marts right outside.

Balcony a little small and room a little dated.

Location fantastic. Hotel staff very helpful and linked us with motorbike hire place and taxi to airport. Great laundry facilities. The massage facilities and staff were A + - prices so reasonable!! . The restaurant in front of the hotel AMAZING.the pools were spotless, crystal clear and well resourced in terms of loungers in the sun and shady spots.

There appeared to be no rules about smoking - which was quite dreadful when you are trying to relax by the pool or eat your dinner. On one occasion a young couple turned up with bong and smoked weed next us by the pool. Absolutely stunk and there were kids about.

Bed very very firm. Pool in block 5 in shade most of time. No umbrellas at pools. Either in Sun or complete shade. Block 5 pool smelt of drains.

Trevlig pool och bastu på taket. Glada och trevlig personal. Nära till stranden ( över gatan och du är på stranden ).

Det var för lågt tak på gymmet då man skulle springa på löpbandet, kan springa med huvudet rakt tyvärr. Enformig frukost varje morgon.

The pool was amazing! Especially for sunset and sea views. Also not many people there cause there was 3 pools so made it a lot nicer. Always a sunbed free. Good location! Balcony was also lovely.

We spent 8 unforgettable nights at this hotel and loved every moment. Perfectly located in the heart of Karon Beach, yet wonderfully tranquil, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were immaculate, with comfortable beds(little hard but that’s normal in Thailand), a lovely shower, and daily attentive housekeeping. The swimming pools, gym, and sauna are beautifully maintained. Breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. A truly relaxing and memorable stay.

Located next to the beach, friendly staff. It was so kind from them to allow me to leave my luggage for several days before my arriving there for the duration for my another trip.

WiFi is uncomfortable, you must reconnect it so often. Plus the quality of it is not perfect. Quite flat breakfast, no variety options from day to day at all. But still you won’t be hungry. The view from the window was poor. All rooms on left side have ugly view to the metal roofs. Simple rooms design, sometimes with the old ceramic tiles and weird construction on the bathroom.

El desayuno no era gran cosa, para un hotel 3 estrellas esta bien. El tema es que el precio es muy alto para ser un 3 estrellas.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The roof top pool was amazing and beautiful karon beach just across the road from the hotel.

The only down side was the breakfast. Plenty of choice. But all the hot food like eggs etc were cold. I did report it to reception after the second day. They said they would sort it. But nothing was done. Looking at many other reviews a lot of customers said the same. Such a shame as it let's the hotel down.

Парковщик, больше всех заботится о комфорте и безопасности постояльцев. Благодаря ему, даже на пешеходном переходе, можно спокойно перейти дорогу от пляжа к отелю и обратно.

Шумно. Шум от дороги не смолкает ни днём, не ночью. Система кондиционирования, даже в ночном режиме, работает как двигатель самолёта. Насекомые. В первый же день заселения обнаружили тропу муравьев от окна до холодильника. Избавится от них помогли собственные репелленты. Не безопасно. Клиниг персонал отеля никогда не закрывал дверь на балкон. В итоге в номер мог попасть посторонний человек через смежную дверь из коридора, когда мы отсутствовали в номере. Завтраки. Отвратительны и однообразны изо дня в день. Не стоит своих денег. Листья салатов и овощные нарезки располагаются на столике ближе к улице и не накрыты никакой крышкой. На них летела пыль с дороги и насекомые. Персонал. Не здороваются в ответ. Встречают с недовольным лицом, словно я проживаю не в оплаченном отеле, а бесплатно у них дома. Состояние номера. Пора на комплексный ремонт. Двери купе (балкон, окна, душевая кабина) заедают и плохо закрываются.

Skitten, det som stod i beskrivelsen stemte ikkje, sur betjening og var en dårlig og lite appetittlig frokost.. Hold på å dø i varme om natten, da AC ikkje fungerte.., vi klagde…, men.. ???

Die Lage war ganz gut. Wobei es wahrscheinlich auch bessere Orte gibt.

Die Unterkunft war im obersten Stock. War sehr warm dort. Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht zwischendurch und generell hatte ich auch nicht den Eindruck, dass es sehr sauber ist

Dirty old room, dirty bed sheets with bad smells, terrible WIFI, very bad smell in the corridor, stayed 4 nights the last 2 nights AC did not work, room was boiling and all 4 night AC had very loud noise! Like a generator sound!!! For me this was first and last stay at this Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pool area had no bar to purchase soft drinks no music either Noticed at breakfast that the fruit and salad where left near door area and covered in fruit flies completely turned off eating it We also asked reception could we have 2 bowls as we wanted to eat some cereal in the room, we where told they had no bowls to give us, I’ve never been told as a guest in a hotel that they can’t supply us with 2 bowls When our room was cleaned on the second day they also didn’t leave fresh water bottles we had to go down and ask

Номер не соответствуют определению Де люкс, он небольшой, все достаточно скромно. Отель полон русскими туристами с соответствующим поведением - крики, дети, пьянки. Телевидение включает в себя три канала, два из которых - российская пропаганда. Меня под угрозой штрафа отель заставил стирать полотенце, испачканное манго.

Очень хорошее месторасположение в середине пляжа Карон, отличные завтраки, уборка номера без нареканий. На крыше сауна и бассейн с шикарным видом на море и горы

Это не проблема отеля, но к туристическому агентству, офис которого в одном здании с гостиницей, круглосуточно подъезжают большие туристические автобусы, что создаёт нескончаемый шум
