Værelset jeg fik lå med udsigt til en mur og kunne sidde og se på personalerummet,hvor de sad og kiggede ud på mig hele tiden, når jeg var ude for at sidde på altanen

My stay was absolute perfection! The hotel is stunning, extremely clean, with a beautiful swimming pool.The staff members are top-tier—so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

My room had a garden view. I would have loved a sea view, but unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer that option The only small suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast selection: it could use a bit more variety, especially with more fresh fruit choices and Halal options.

Begrænset rygeområde, og fik et værelse længst væk helt bagerst, lyset i poolen blev aldrig tændt om aftenen for hyggens skyld, og der var næsten aldrig nogle i pool baren til at servere.

Funcionários bastante atenciosos e espaço muito agradável.

De locatie direct aan Karon Beach was het enige pluspunt.

Het hotel is erg verouderd, de hygiëne liet zwaar te wensen over en het personeel was onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam.

Location was convenient to walk to shops , restaurants , cafes and beach. Friendly staff. Breakfasts were OK

Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress with springs sticking into my back. Electricals in need of attention (faulty light switches and electric kettle damaged) Fridge too small. Air conditioner way too noisy. Poor access to pool, no steps down into it from our pool access room. Tiles on step of pool were extremely slippery.

Een prima hotel met grote kamers, een lekker zwembad met poolbar, ontbijtzaal met uitzicht op zee. Het is wel een groot hotel, bij onze andere locaties was er meer persoonlijk contact met personeel.

Bedden waren wat hard, we hadden kamer met zwembadzicht en dan verwacht je rond het mooie zwembad te zitten maar dat kan hier helemaal niet. We keken op het kleine zwembadje van de swim-up-rooms. Niet heel erg maar had er een andere voorstelling van.

Very good hotel, large and clean room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast buffet, really well stocked, staff at the reception at check-in could be a little nicer, two very nice bartenders at the pool bar, 7/11 just around the corner and a few small local restaurants, but for me the location is a bit far from good and Thai restaurants

La piscine chauffée et la chambre sur petite piscine froide. L’emplacement est top (7 eleven, laverie, resto, plage… )

La distance entre la route et les chambres. La personne a la piscine qui doit s’ennuyer et regarde des séries très fort. Le personnel manque le sourire. Mais respectueux.

Fantastic location on the beach front. Also the pool is perfect. Nice size rooms and really neat and authentic.

The room smelt slightly of damp but with the weather being so warm and the air con running constantly and being beach front o don’t think this could be helped.

Skriver at det er et 4 stjernet hotel. Et middel 3 stjernes er mere passende. En del personale der ikke er så service mindet. Meget hårde senge.

-During our last 2 days the airconditioning started leaking -Noise disturbance due to constructions -Some staff members weren’t as friendly like in the other resorts we stayed in Phuket. -The day before we left i asked if we can check out at 12.30 instead of 12.00. The receptionist said it was ok, but on the day we were leaving they called us and said that we had to check out at 12.00. I told them i asked about it the day before and still they said it wasn’t possible.

The location was great, right across the road from the beach and a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

La ubicación es ideal: frente a la playa y a un paso de restaurantes, mercado, masajes, tiendas. La piscina muy buena con un bar dentro. Las habitaciones son grandes. Buen aire acondicionado. El personal muy amable. El servicio y la limpieza muy buenos. El hall con mesas muy provechoso para sentarse a ver el mar y tomar algo.

La mampara de la ducha estaba en mal estado, costaba mucho cerrarla. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba puesta en un soporte que no se sujetaba y se caía en cuanto encendías la ducha.

It was raining season but the reception took so long to pass us our Room keys. We have to wait for the porter to arrive before they passed us the keys as understand they want the porter to bring up our luggage’s for us. Didn’t inform us that must wait for the porter.

Conveniently located in front of the beach and near many restaurants and supermarkets. Big room with everything you need, nice pool, good breakfast.

after telling us they could provide a gluten free option for breakfast one we got to hotel were told they couldn’t - refund given was $18 AUD for 7 days for 2 people ($1.30 AUD per person per day)

Good location and great pool. Excellent value as well.

Los servicios de hotel son suficientes por el precio que pagamos (en temporada baja), pero algunas cosas dejaban que desear. La zona de la piscina está guay y tiene tumbonas y sombrillas, pero igual en temporada alta no hay sitio suficiente para todos los huéspedes

Nuestra habitación mantenía la humedad y nuestras maletas y pertenencias estaban húmedas incluso después de 18 horas de vuelo. El desayuno estaba bien, pero nada especial.

Lobby area tends to be slippery during heavy downpour. Suggest to place anti slip mat to prevent from tripping

Resort was well positioned close to main shopping area and opposite beach. Room was spacious and I appreciated the daily servicing if requested. Front desk staff were always available and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was great value for money.

In room wifi was patchy, and television reception was poor for first few days until it was repaired by serviceman, then perfect.

Location was good. Room was great. Housekeeping were lovely.

While there there was much hammering and cutting of ? Tiles. Mostly they finished by 5, but not always. Had dinner there one night. Staff seemed miserable. Went to go another lunchtime, but again, atmosphere didn't feel great, so went elsewhere. A warm greeting would be nice, rather than what felt like annoyance.

A lot of the facilities were lacking or cost extra. Eg. the internet didn’t work in the rooms and we were only given one room key for 2 people but when we asked for a second room key there was an 80 baht fee

Понравился персонал - на все просьбы быстро реагировал, качественная уборка. Питание понравилось, разнообразное. Из минусов - разбавленные соки. Достойный бассейн. Часто 'отваливался' интернет. И пляж напротив отеля не очень - много мусора в песке, портит вид речка-вонючка.

The rooms are spectacular! Even better than the photos online. Location is prime, right in front of the Karon beach. Staff was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Phuket in the future!

The pool by the balcony was an excellent feature.

Breakfast had a lot of options but the food quality wasn't very good. The fried rice was hard. The sausages and ham were sub par. The staff's English proficiency could be better and I struggled to communicate with them. The walk from my hotel room to the entrance/ beach/ restaurant/ reception was very long (2 blocks). Also, when checking in, we were somehow gazumped by guests arriving after us and we had to wait. One would assume it was first come first serve...

Good value for money for a beachfront hotel. The pool is good, and the breakfast is decent, though not luxurious. The staff are responsive and help with everything.

I didn’t notice any significant disadvantages. Since there are a lot of rooms, they don’t always manage to clean them on time, and once I had to remind them.

Location: Wonderful location across the street from the beach and a walk away from lots of movement, shops, restaurants. I did find out when I arrived that this location seems to be heavily visited by Russian (and other Eastern European) tourists. Room: PREMIER ROOM - Very spacious, very clean & comfortable. No walls to the bathroom (it's a glass door/window) so be aware of that if booking with family/friends lol Also it mentions a "pool view" but the only pool i saw out of the window (4th/last floor) was the neighbouring resort pool LOL not a big deal though. It also has a safe you can leave your valueables in when while you are away and the room service is not expensive at all, very in-line with the restaurants around. Pool: There are hours listed on a sign but no one is going to kick you out for staying in late. There's also a bar right at the pool you can order drinks & food at :) Spent the day at the beach and would come to the hotel to hang out at the pool until the evening. Super relaxing! Breakfast: WONDERFUL!! It's buffet style with a lot of options. i believe it cycles through the room service menu everyday and there's someone at the window you can ask for your eggs a certain style. Everything was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised.

Wi-Fi is not great and not super reliable. Works, but i wouldn't count on it if you had an important call or meetings to attend online.

Location was perfect. Across the road to the beach and the rooms are quite large. Ended my my stay in Thailand perfectly 👌🏼

Non speaking English Staff. Breakfast: old food from the previous day, dry and tasteless. As for the eggs, they don't make fresh eggs on request, they simply place pre-fried eggs in a tray that is covered and they are cold. Staff are not responsive. Internet wi-fi is practically non existent, unable to hold connection and forever login back in to make it work. Never seen anyone cleaning the pool, floaties everywhere. Cocktails are a joke, not one bit of alcohol.

Lovely beach front accommodation. Great value. Beautiful pool area. Amazing food and cocktails 🍹

Location opposite beach and restaurants was good.

Had pool access room. The step down into the pool was also a seat, the step down is difficult to manage. The pool is always very warm like a bath, not very refreshing. Shower concertina door kept getting stuck. Very small fridge. Bed was very hard and the wooden frame creaked loudly. Breakfast was average. Large selection, but more lunch/dinner items. Ended up just having coffee, croissants and fruit each morning.
