The room was clean, bed very comfortable and everything was perfect. But the best thing about it was the locationnnn. It is right near the Airport Shuttle station, it is close to everything but also not noisy or anything.

Alles! Ruime, mooie, propere kamers. Vriendelijk personeel (1 maal was de kamer niet proper gemaakt en bij melden stond 5 minuten later een dame aan de deur!). Heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt. Perfecte locatie!

We absolutely loved our stay at Room Mate Pau! Everything was wonderful, from the welcoming staff to the delicious breakfast and fantastic location. Being so close to a large shopping centre was also incredibly convenient. A special thank you to Rolando and Luis, who were exceptional. Their friendliness, attentiveness and warm smiles made breakfast a real pleasure and our stay even more memorable. The whole team made us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral - direkt in der Nähe aller U-Bahn und Buslinien. Trotzdem ist es im Hotel erstaunlich ruhig. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, daneben ein sehr eleganter Markt.

Die Logik hinter den Lichtschaltern im Zimmer benötigt ein Ingenieursstudium. Man muss etwas probieren, bis man es schafft hinter dem Bett das Licht abzudrehen.

洗面台がとても広くて使いやすかったです。テーブルとイスがユニークですが、コンパクトで座り心地が良かったです。 立地が良いので、買い物や食事にも行きやすかったです。

Overall, great stay in room mate pau Location - Placa catalunya is perfect to explore the city for the first time in Barcelona - Airport bus arrives almost to the hotel - El Corte ingles, huge department store with groceries floor, is in the same building - Passeig de gracia is around the corner for shopping, dining and more Breakfast - Good variety, tasty, enjoyed hotel breakfasts every day of our stay Cleanliness - Cleaning ladies did a great job, I was mostly barefoot in the room Other things worth mentioning - Great breakfast timing from 7am till 12pm - You can use coffee machine from 12 to 18 after breakfast - Room spaces are organized very thoughtfully - Staff was very nice and helpful

Small things we’ve noticed but they didn’t affect our stay much - Plates and glasses at breakfast were not fully clean sometimes - Toilet and bathroom doors have a gap at the bottom, would be better to have full privacy - My husband didn’t like the taste of eggs at breakfast, for me it was okay

Duży pokój z przestronną łazienką, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i sprzątany pokój, dobre śniadania.

W pierwszym pokoju na pierwszym piętrze wyraźnie czuć było stęchliznę i były brudne firany ale okna były na ulicę. Po wymianie pokoju zapach był on ale okna wychodziły na mały kwadratowy szyb co czyniło z niego ciemną norę. Także lokalizacja i dobre śniadania ratowały sytuację. Generalnie zawyżana ocena tego hotelu.

I had a very nice stay at Room Mate Pau. Before our arrival, I asked for separate beds, and the hotel kindly took my request into consideration and arranged everything for us. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference after long days of walking around Barcelona. The room and the whole hotel were also spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, and I especially loved the beautiful breakfast area. It was a lovely way to start the day. Thank you to the whole Room Mate Pau team! I would happily stay here again. ❤️

There were just a couple of things that I found a little less convenient. In my opinion, the price was slightly high. Also, if two people are staying for several days, there isn’t quite enough space to comfortably organize and store all your clothes. Apart from that, I was very happy with our stay. The location, cleanliness, comfort and especially the staff made the experience a very pleasant one.

Great hotel!! The hotel is in a great location, next to Plaza Catalunya. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the most important thing is the nice, courteous, friendly and very helpful staff.

Krásný voňavý hotel. Úžasná postel, příjemný polštáře. Hotel je přímo v centru, vše pár minut chůzi. I když jsme měli okna na hlavní rušnou ulici, nic nebylo slyšet. Klima byla úžasná. Snídaně výborná, vše čerstvé. Moc doporučuju tento hotel. Příjemný personál, každý den uklizeno, vyměněny ručníky.

No wash clothes for baths (minor) few lights were not working but they fixed most on second day.

Excelente experiência! A localização é perfeita, tanto para quem chega do aeroporto quanto para se deslocar por Barcelona. O acesso ao transporte público é muito fácil e também é possível conhecer vários pontos da cidade caminhando. O hotel é moderno, muito bem cuidado e extremamente limpo. O quarto é novo, confortável e agradável. Para mim, reuniu tudo o que procuro em uma hospedagem: localização, conforto, limpeza e facilidade de deslocamento. Adorei a estadia e certamente me hospedaria novamente.

Размещение и месторасположение отеля! Самый центр. Отличный приветливый персонал на рецепшене, быстро всё решает ,оперативно. Рано утром заказали нам такси в аэропорт.

Воду не оставляли горничные, туалетную бумагу просили на рецепшене, горничные не понимают английский язык. Это не влияет на оценку.

Все отлично! Чисто, комфортно! Смутило только одно. Заранее попросила комнату с хорошим видом из окна. Объяснила, что у меня юбилей. В итоге- вид на стену . Во всем остальном, все отлично! Рекомендую всем!

The property was clean modern and in the perfect location. Steps from the aeroport bus which is convenient for those with luggage and right in the centre of town. Close to convenience stores. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were terrific. A great cafeteria on the 9th floor of the shopping centre next door with sweeping views of the city - great to rest in air conditioned comfort if your arrival is before checkin time.

Café da manhã e localização ótimos!

Było nieskazitelnie czysto. Śniadania spoko. Fajna jadalnia przy patio z dużymi oknami. Jadalnia bardzo czysta i zadbana. Klimatyzacja działała cicho i sprawnie. Bardzo miły personel w jadalni.

Na ścianie z kratką od klimatyzacji było widać grzyb. Łóżko w naszym pokoju miało wyleżaną dziurę z jednej strony - materac nadaje się do wymiany (pokój 402). Wpadało się w nią i z tej strony nie było wygodnie.

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi, şehri keşfetmeye başlamadan önce lezzetli bir kahvaltı yapıp dışarı çıkıyorsunuz. Oda sessizdi, temizdi. Konum olağanüstüydü, her yere çok yakın. Çoğu yere yürüdük, sıcaktan bunalınca geri gelip dinlenip çıktık tekrar. Genel anlamda tavsiye ederim.

El sabunu olarak katı sabun yerine sıvı sabun konulsa daha hoş olabilir. Başka bir şey yok.

La colazione era sempre la stessa, tranne qualche piccolissima variazione ogni tanto. Il cuscino era troppo gonfio per essere comodo. L'aria condizionata non poteva essere abbassata o alzata facilmente. Non c'era il bidet, ma questo purtroppo è molto comune.

Staff provided complementary late checkout to make up for an air conditioning problem.

Room 212 smelled like soap and possibly urine. (Room 210 had the same problem but with an even more pronounced urine-like odor. A third room they showed me smelled like an explosion in a cologne and/or perfume factory.) The bed sagged. Air conditioning stopped working during a heat wave for the entire second floor. The bathroom door scraped against the tile floor, preventing the door from being opened fully and leaving gouge marks on the tile. The toilet paper dispenser was attached to the back wall rather than a side wall, forcing me to severely twist my body to grab the toilet paper from behind me. The shower had a short glass bath screen, leaving much of the bathroom exposed to stray water from the shower. I had to repeatedly tighten the handheld showerhead to prevent water from escaping from its screw base. The room was partially carpeted, which has the potential to harbor filth. Modern hotels should not have any carpet in the hotel rooms. Check-in was strangely slow and also required me to provide information that Booking.com had already provided to them. I had to tap on a touchscreen to enter information that they had already been provided by Booking.com. It is neither my job to make up for the lack of sufficient technological integration with Booking.com, nor is it my job to provide data-entry services to the front desk staff so that they don't have to enter the data themselves. The lobby's motion-sensing door was hyperactive, such that I had to be careful where I stood near the front desk to prevent triggering the motion sensor. The taxes imposed exceeded the expected taxes mentioned on Booking.com. Corporate management should first secretly visit this lobby to observe how inefficient check-in is, and then they should survey all the rooms to correct the hotel's lack of attention to detail and common sense.

The location of this hotel is great you are in the middle of everything, and only a 30 minute walk to the sagrada familia. The room was great nice washroom and very comfortable. The breakfast on the other hand if you want hot food you have to be there by 6:30 as it is put out on a regular pan not a heated pan. The rest of the breakfast was great. I loved the out door sitting area where I could go for a nice cognac and a Cuban cigar without offending anyone. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They helped us and directed us to really nice restaurants' that we could travel to by foot. Just a great stay.

The fact that the hot breakfast did not stay hot as it was not put in warming trays so the hot food got cold very quickly. But the cold breakfast items were adequate.

Wow!! Extrêmement bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pied. Super propre, lit confortable. Nous avions la chambre avec la terrasse et le bain tourbillon. Nous avons pris un petit verre chaque soir sur la terrasse avec la vue magnifique. Seul bémol, nous n’avons pas utilisé le bain tourbillon la 2e nuit car il y avait un problème technique. Le personnel hôtelier était très gentil, et on nous a offert en surprise un rabais et une belle bouteille de vin au retour à l’hôtel pour s’excuser de ce problème! Le lendemain matin, il y avait déjà un technicien et était était réparé. Les déjeuners sont exquis et le personnel culinaire de très bonne humeur. C’est agréable d’avoir un beau sourire le matin au déjeuner. Si nous revenons à Barcelone, j’y retournerais!!

Location was excellent in the heart of Barcelona. All sights could be reached by foot. The rooms are not very big, however they are very smartly decorated and organised in a way that allows you to fit all your things easily. Despite its location in the very centre of Barcelona, the walls are extremely soundproof and you can barely hear any noise coming from outside. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again in Room Mate Pau in our next visit to Barcelona.

部屋に小さな椅子が欲しいです。また、連泊の際はシャワーの排水溝の掃除もお願いしたいです。(自分で掃除してもよかったのですが特殊な形をしていたため自分でできませんでした)

The bed was too soft. The shower was just partially enclosed so the bathroom floor would always get wet after a shower.

The location and breakfast were great, and the staff was very polite and friendly. We first met Sergiu when we checked out on August 12, and it was a lovely surprise to be warmly welcomed back by him when we returned to Barcelona on August 14. His warm and friendly welcome made our return to the hotel feel even more special. We really enjoyed our stay!
