Some of the staff were surly and rude. Furthermore, the food was inadequate and cold, and there was little variety.

A takarításra nem fordítanak kellő figyelmet ,koszos volt a szoba már az érkezésünkkor ,illetve a napi takarítás során is csak törölközőt cseréltek és kivitték a szemetet ,más nem történt.A személyzet egyáltalán nem kedves (a recepciósok és szobalányok kivételével) Az éttermi személyzet nem túl segítőkész ,sehol egy mosoly,sőt kerülik a szemkontaktust ,köszönni is csak akkor fognak ,ha te rájuk köszönsz először.A reggeli ebéd és vacsora rendben van viszont a délutáni snack lehetne változatosabb ,minden nap csak sült krumplit és hamburgert lehet enni ,sehol egy gyümölcs vagy valami ,ami nem olajos...ez egy 5 csillagosnak hírdetett szállodában szerintem nagyon kevés.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was lovely. We really enjoyed our time here and felt relaxed and well looked after throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️🇹🇷

We stayed at Mandarin Resort & Spa in Bodrum from 31 August until 3 September, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it until 5 September. That decision really says a lot about our experience — we simply weren’t ready to leave! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. What stood out to us most during our stay wasn’t just the hotel itself, but the people working there. They are extremely hardworking, very well trained and genuinely deserve recognition for the level of service they provide. A special mention has to go to Abdullah from reception, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive from the beginning. He made the check-in process smooth and was always approachable whenever we needed anything. Zeynel from the pool bar also deserves a special mention. He was incredibly attentive and hardworking, constantly making sure guests were looked after and had what they needed. His service really added to our time around the pool. I also want to mention Polat, along with the endless team of cleaners working around the hotel. The housekeeping team work incredibly hard and are constantly keeping everything clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned every single day, and water, tea and coffee were replenished every day. These little things make a big difference, especially when travelling with a baby. The baby cot provided in our room was also very well maintained and clean, which was something we really appreciated. Travelling with a baby means you naturally pay more attention to these things, and we were very happy with the condition of the cot. The waiting staff throughout the hotel were also fantastic. They work nonstop, constantly serving guests, clearing tables and making sure everything runs smoothly. You can genuinely see how hard everyone works from morning until night.

Nothing, we have already decided to return next year!

Despite the issue we had the first day with our beds being full of ants, the staff was very polite and changed our room the second day. We had no other issues since then, the second room was clean and even bigger than the first one. The food was great. All hotel staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Location was good, close to the city centre and the public beach.

The first room that was given to us initially was full of ants in both the beds.

The food and drinks were very good and delicious. The staff were extremely kind, warm, and friendly. Everything was kept very clean, and the staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the facilities. The location was also very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here.

I wish the Wi-Fi connection was better.

Dieses Hotel entspricht keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Der einzige wirkliche Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage. Ansonsten waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Unser erstes Zimmer im Gartenbereich war schmutzig, roch unangenehm und befand sich in einem schlechten Zustand. Nach unserer Beschwerde bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude, das zumindest sauber und deutlich besser war. Die übrigen Bereiche des Hotels, insbesondere außerhalb des Hauptgebäudes, wirkten jedoch ungepflegt. Im Speisesaal sowie an vielen anderen Stellen des Hotels herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich bemüht zu helfen, aber Freundlichkeit allein reicht leider nicht aus. Es fehlte an Organisation und Professionalität. Sogar ein Belboy für das Gepäck beim Ein- und Auschecken war nicht vorhanden. Das Essen war eine große Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl wirkte zwar groß, doch Qualität und Geschmack waren sehr schlecht. Nach dem ersten Tag haben wir beschlossen, weder im Hotel zu essen noch dort unsere Zeit zu verbringen. Während unseres gesamten Urlaubs haben wir täglich außerhalb gegessen, getrunken und unsere Freizeit verbracht. Dadurch entstanden uns zusätzliche Kosten, obwohl wir für dieses Hotel bezahlt hatten. Für ein günstiges 3-Sterne-Hotel könnte man über manches hinwegsehen. Für ein Hotel, das als 5-Sterne-Hotel angeboten wird, sind diese Zustände jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir hatten das Gefühl, unser Geld verschwendet zu haben, und können dieses Hotel – abgesehen von seiner guten Lage – leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. È un vero all inclusive con un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Il buffet è molto vario e cambia giornalmente, però la colazione può essere un po' migliorata (è comunque un bias per il fatto che in Italia siamo abituati a fare la colazione dolce)

Gostei de tudo, instalações, comida, staff, o gerente da recepção fez-nos um upgrade de quarto gratuito, todos muito simpáticos e prontos a ajudar.

Nothing to admire

The rooms are not at the 5-star level, but two stars. The air conditioning units are old split units. A lot of water leaked from the air conditioner onto the room floor, and the air conditioner was very dirty. I contacted them to fix it, and they fixed it, but then it turned off by itself and there were noises in the air conditioner. The bed is very bad, the bathroom is very bad, and the food is very bad. I contacted them to change rooms, but they did not change them. It was a very bad night. It is not worth staying in it, and I do not recommend anyone stay in it.

Location, 2 swimming pools, more choice on food , huge rooms , power shower and our cat friends still there and looks healthy.

La struttura non e' assolutamente da 5 stelle. Ho avuto un trattamento pessimo al limite dell'accettabile con tanto di aggressione verbale da parte dello staff alla reception perche' pretendevano che pagassi il transfer dall'aeroporto gestito dall'albergo che non avevo utilizzato. Maleducazione totale. Dopo sono arrivate le scuse ma non cancellano il trattamento riservato ad un ospite. L'albergo dove vada sempre era fully booked ed ho prenotato questo "5 stelle". Mai piu'!

Location, food, friendly staff. Very close to Bodrum Bazaar/town and close to the mosque.

ACCOMMODATION: A suite with a big family room & a large living room with two sofa beds. Very spacious. Hubby & I took the family room & brother took the sofa bed. Brother said one of the sofa bed was comfortable but not the other one. The bed we stayed on was very big but it was so soft that it went really down. To be honest it was very uncomfortable to sleep on it. Also in the swimming pool, there was a lady who was topless and was roaming around as if it was ok to do that. There were little kids around, so that was wrong. Even the staff didn’t say anything to her.

All the veg on the buffet was dirty not washed still dirt on them, not many choices on cakes and sweets, same type of foods almost every day,Almost all the sun beds was broken. All the staff was not friendly and not interested busy with their phones , except reception , reception staff more friendly and helpful about anything.

Rigtig dejligt ophold. Vi fik opgraderet vores værelse til et familieværelse med udsyn til begge pools. Gode miljøer og meget at give sig til. Kort gåtur til Bodrum havn og by/bazaar og kort gåtur til en hyggelig, fin strand. Værelset blev gjort pænt rent hver dag. Fin all inclusive-pakke. En del forskelligt mad med variation og gode drikkevarer. Sødt, venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Der kunne godt være mere afspritningsmulighedar ved mad og buffet. Der er mange katte på hotellet - for nogle et plus, men for vores vedkommende ikke. Kattekillinger og katte mange steder, går om solvognene og sniger sig med ind til maden. Vi oplevede at de var nærgående.

This hotel was the best and most relaxing hotel of our 21-day trip. We were in Kusadasi, Marmaris, Bodrum and Izmir. We had the experience of Turkey last year and a few years ago. This was the best hotel. Thank you for creating these moments for us.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una breve vacanza. Posizione ottimale per arrivare in centro. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno comunque piacevole. Nel complesso, un hotel semplice, adatto a chi non ha grandi pretese e cerca una sistemazione funzionale per qualche notte

La struttura mostra i segni del tempo e avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di qualche intervento di ammodernamento, soprattutto negli arredi e negli spazi comuni. La pulizia è stata nel complesso accettabile, anche se ci sarebbe margine per una maggiore cura nei dettagli.

Special thanks to Osman at reception who was very helpful and friendly (as were most of the staff). Good value considering the price, but some sunloungers were in desperate need of repair and very few lights were working outdoors at night ( quite dangerous in places). Poolside drinks were served in the flimsiest plastic cups (cardboard would be better for environment, and stronger). I noticed a few staff on their phones which isn't very professional. Food generally good, but a little more variety would be better. Nice concept having both a chillout pool and a fun/ play pool. Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Good value, but please drop the 5 Star rating claim. It's an average 4 at best in my opinion.

Struttura pulita con ottimo staff Colazione abbondante e varia con prodotti per clientela asiatica ed Europea Wi-Fi prende in ogni parte della struttura Posizione ? Dipende sempre da quello che cerca una persona , noi relax ed era perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro ma abbastanza isolata, il che mi ha stupito, hanno ricavato una bella area. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa , per questo giro, al prossimo sicuramente valuteremo anche questa

Un appunto lo farei al letto un po troppo rigido per i nostri gusti, ma va da se, che a molti piacerà cosi. Altra mancanza che in un resort dovrebbe esserci, un po di animazione che faccia passare qualche ora distraendo

The staff are great especially the night shift receptionist, Mohamed. He helped us fix the issues that we had with the hotel and was always friendly and helpful. Also the manager Usman made sure we had the right rooms and that we were comfortable in them.

We arrived at around 4 am to the hotel and checked in the hotel. Both rooms given to us were wrong and not we asked for. One of the rooms didnt have a working AC. Then we were moved to another room which had a big bed and 2 bunk beds. There were insects and the beds are not comfortable, so we didn't sleep the first night. We stayed awake until the breakfast, but the breakfast was also not good. The food is very cheap and has no spices. It is an all-inclusive so I didn't really expect much. What I really didn't like is the cleanliness. We checked in our third room, then the cleaner comes after a while and says he forgot to clean a spot so he enters and continues cleaning while we were already inside. The bedsheets are stained and the room was very dirty. I even spilled some coffee on the floor, and after 4 housekeepings the stains stayed there. So yea they don't clean at all.

Personeel was altijd met een glimlach en behulpzaam. Eten was super lekker elke dag iets anders op de menu. Kamers waren goed ruim en comfortabel locatie was op voetafstand naar de strand ongeveer 5/6 min.
