La atención de una de sus recepcionistas muy poco agradable, el personal masculino siempre fue amable y receptivo, desafortunadamente solo está persona tuvo una actitud incomoda hasta el punto de prohibirme tomar agua cuando mi madre una persona adulta mayor debía tomar su medicación.

They need maintenance, repairs and renewal. Staff was not experienced and capable to take care of the place throughly Gardens and the rooms overall needs more attention and maintenance.

La posizione.

L’hotel era sporco, trascurato e mal tenuto. Già al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i capelli dei precedenti ospiti nei cassetti e sparsi per la camera, segno evidente che la pulizia non era stata fatta come si deve. Anche la piscina era sporca e poco curata, assolutamente non all’altezza di quello che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura ricettiva. La colazione è stata un’altra grande delusione: invece delle normali cose base che ci si aspetta di trovare al mattino, alle 8:00 trovavamo addirittura le patatine fritte. Qualità e scelta decisamente insufficienti. Il servizio di pulizia è stato ancora peggiore. Avevamo richiesto semplicemente il cambio degli asciugamani e una pulizia veloce della camera, ma quando siamo rientrate la sera non era stato fatto assolutamente nulla. Abbiamo persino dovuto aspettare prima di poter entrare in camera. E come se non bastasse, una volta finalmente entrate, gli asciugamani che ci erano stati consegnati erano sporchi. Una cosa davvero inaccettabile. Nel complesso, un soggiorno estremamente deludente: sporcizia, scarsa manutenzione, piscina non pulita, pulizia delle camere praticamente inesistente, pessima organizzazione e servizio completamente inadeguato. Un’esperienza che non auguro a nessuno. Non ci tornerei assolutamente e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Absolument rien tout était catastrophique

La douche était bouché,ça sentait l’odeur des canalisations dans tous l’hôtel,les oreillers sentaient mauvais ,le petit déjeuner immangeable, même les chambres restaient sans nettoyage pendant des jours vraiment la plus mauvaise expérience que j’ai eu durant toute ma vie .

De locatie was uitstekend: op loopafstand van het centrum. Zwembad was prima.

Hoewel men aangaf dat de airco werkte, functioneerde deze nauwelijks. De badkamers hadden een onaangename geur van riolering. Ik had twee kamers geboekt, maar bij aankomst werd mij verteld dat er een fout was gemaakt: één kamer stond geregistreerd met gasten en de andere als leeg. Omdat dit niet vooraf was gecommuniceerd, moest ik ter plekke extra betalen voor de vierde persoon, ondanks dat ik twee tweepersoonskamers had gereserveerd.

Δυστυχώς, η πραγματική εικόνα του Atrium Hotel Bodrum ήταν πολύ διαφορετική από αυτή που παρουσιάζεται στις φωτογραφίες και στην περιγραφή του Booking.com. Για εμάς, η εμπειρία ήταν ιδιαίτερα απογοητευτική και θεωρούμε ότι το ξενοδοχείο δεν ανταποκρίνεται στο επίπεδο που δημιουργείται από την παρουσίασή του στην πλατφόρμα. Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Ζητήσαμε αμέσως να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο, αλλά μας είπαν ότι δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμο άλλο. Έτσι ζητήσαμε να καθαριστεί σωστά. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, στις 6 ημέρες της διαμονής μας το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ούτε μία φορά, εκτός από εκείνη τη μία φορά που το ζητήσαμε εμείς λόγω της κατάστασης στην οποία το παραλάβαμε. Βρήκαμε επίσης νεκρή κατσαρίδα πίσω από το κομοδίνο, κάτι που ήταν ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστο και απαράδεκτο από άποψη καθαριότητας. Υπήρχαν πολλά ακόμη προβλήματα: • Στην ντουλάπα υπήρχαν παλιές, χρησιμοποιημένες παντόφλες από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες, ενώ αρχικά είχαν τοποθετηθεί καινούργιες. • Το κρεβάτι δεν είχε κανονικά πανωσέντονα, αλλά μόνο μια πικέ κουβέρτα που αμφιβάλλω να είχε ποτέ πλυθεί.Όταν ζητήσαμε σεντόνια, μας έδωσαν στη ρεσεψιόν δύο εμφανώς τσαλακωμένα σεντόνια σαν κουβάρια . • Υπήρχαν μόνο δύο μεγάλες πετσέτες και μία πετσέτα προσώπου. Μετά τον καθαρισμό που ζητήσαμε, πήραν τις χρησιμοποιημένες πετσέτες και δεν άφησαν καθαρές. • Η ντουλάπα ήταν σχεδόν άχρηστη για τα ρούχα μας, καθώς μέσα είχαν τοποθετηθεί δύο πολύ χοντρά παπλώματα που καταλάμβαναν τον περισσότερο χώρο. • Το τηλέφωνο του δωματίου ήταν χαλασμένο, καθώς το καλώδιο δεν μπορούσε να συνδεθεί σωστά στη συσκευή. • Το μπάνιο ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση, με εμφανή σημάδια φθοράς και ελλιπούς συντήρησης. • Οι εξωτερικοί και κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν εγκαταλελειμμένοι και παραμελημένοι, κάτι που έδινε συνολικά την εικόνα ενός ξενοδοχείου που δεν συντηρείται σωστά. Και το πρωινό ήταν επίσης απογοητευτικό. Στον χώρο του πρωινού δεν υπήρχε κλιματισμός, παρότι η θερμοκρασία ήταν περίπου 30°C.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the city center and the main attractions of Bodrum, which is a major advantage. The pool is good and pleasant, although the cleanliness of the sun loungers could be improved. Breakfast is satisfactory, although the selection is almost identical every day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning is old but works well, while the furniture is dated but functional. The hotel definitely has a lot of potential.

The biggest issue is the overall maintenance of the hotel and the housekeeping service. During our four-night stay, our room was not cleaned even once. We asked for clean towels for two days, but never received them, with the explanation that all the towels were being dried. This is unacceptable, especially during a four-night stay. The furniture and air conditioning are also quite outdated, and the cleanliness of the sun beds around the pool could be significantly improved.

De locatie is goed en het zwembad is prima. Het ontbijt was beperkt, maar van voldoende kwaliteit.

De kamers zijn vies en gebrekkig. We zijn een keer van kamer gewisseld vanwege bed-bugs, die ons gebeten hadden (bloed). Daarna naar andere kamer met maar 1 (kapot) gordijn voor 4 ramen. Altijd handdoeken tekort. We zouden moeten wachten tot volgende dag, want schone handdoeken waren op.

היינו כמה ימים, שירותי ניקיון של החדרים לא היה קיים בכלל, לא ניקו לנו את החדר ולא החליפו מגבות. המקום לא מתוחזק בצורה טובה, אפילו השלט של המזגן הרוס, מזגן מיושן. יש המון מה לשפר בבית מלון הזה מבחינה חיצונית. גם קנינו שני בקבוקים של שתיה קלה ועוגה ובכניסה העובד אומר לנו שאסור להכניס אוכל ושתיה, לא הבנו מה זה, איך נשתה כאשר הבית מלון לא מספק. מים קרים זמינים.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Man kann den Hafen, die Promenade, Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr hübsch und der Pool sah optisch gepflegt aus. Auch das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich und hat nach unserer Beschwerde versucht, das Zimmer noch einmal zu reinigen. Für den günstigen Preis war das Frühstück von der Auswahl her in Ordnung.

Leider war die Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel die schlechteste, die wir bisher erlebt haben. Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig, aber unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sehr schmutzig. In der Dusche lagen noch Haare der vorherigen Gäste, in der Toilette waren noch Verschmutzungen, sämtliche Schalter und Türgriffe waren klebrig, der Boden, der Balkon und viele Oberflächen waren stark verschmutzt. Selbst nach einer erneuten Reinigung war das Zimmer zwar etwas besser, aber immer noch nicht hygienisch sauber. Auch der Frühstücksbereich war leider sehr ungepflegt. Auf den Tischen lagen Krümel, überall klebten Rückstände und auch die Behälter für die Speisen waren sichtbar seit längerer Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Dadurch konnten wir kaum etwas essen. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist das Parken. Vor der Buchung wird nicht erwähnt, dass man den Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben muss. Die Schlüssel lagen ungesichert zusammen mit vielen anderen Autoschlüsseln in einem Korb, sodass sich theoretisch jeder den falschen Schlüssel nehmen könnte. Außerdem wurde unser Auto einmal vom Personal nicht abgeschlossen, obwohl sich unser gesamtes Reisegepäck darin befand. Das hat uns sehr verunsichert. Rund um den Pool, auf den Liegen und im Außenbereich lag ebenfalls Müll, und auch der Parkplatz roch stark nach Urin. Insgesamt hatten wir dadurch kein Gefühl von Sauberkeit oder Hygiene. Wir hatten das Hotel bewusst gebucht, um mit unseren Kindern zwei entspannte Tage am Pool zu verbringen. Stattdessen haben wir uns fast ausschließlich außerhalb des Hotels aufgehalten und deutlich mehr Geld ausgegeben als geplant, weil wir uns dort nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung würden wir dieses Hotel – insbesondere Familien mit Kindern – leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

De locatie

De jongen bij de ontvangstbalie was wel heel awkard. Ik kwam aanlopen bij de balie, maar aan de balie werd verteld dat ik even moest wachten omdat er anderen eerder waren, terwijl de receptie nog leeg was, er niemand in de rij stond, en de check in nog niet was gestart. Die mensen waren nog bezig met bagages uitladen. Dat begon al heel onprofessioneel. Eenmaal in de kamer deed de telefoon het niet en de ventilatie ook niet. Hiervan melding gemaakt en aangegevn of het mogelijk was om een andere kamer te krijgen. Dat was niet mogelijk, want alles zou vol zitten. De handdoeken waren vies. De kamer was erg gedateerd en vies. Weer ging ik terug naar de receptie en daar zat toevallig de manager. Ik gaf aan dat ik niet tevreden was met de kamer en hij veranderde de kamer gelijk naar een kamer met een betere airco, terwijl de jongen bij de incheck aangaf dat alles vol zat. Ook die kamer was er ondermaats, maar omdat we maar 1 dag verbleven hebben we dit niet groter gemaakt. De sleutel vande auto moest worden ingeleverd, omdat ze zelf de autos verzetten. Dat wilde ik niet, achteraf toch maar gedaan na gezeik dat de auto daar dan weg moest. Ze kwamen zelf aankloppen aan de deur. Ontbijt smaakte nergens naar. Volgende dag toen we weg wilden gaan merkten we een kras op de auto, dat zou opgelost worden. Is niet gebeurd. Een en al drana. In de ene dag dat wij daar waren zagen wij 5 andere gasten klagen bij de manager. Dit hotel heeft geen service en is geen 5 sterren waard. Is je geld niet waard.

We booked and paid for a four-night stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We had traveled a very long distance to reach Bodrum, including three flights, and we were expecting to arrive at a comfortable and clean hotel where we could rest after our journey. However, when we entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioning was not working, the room was extremely hot, the refrigerator was not working, and the room telephone was also not functioning. Moreover, the room was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell, and we found dirty underwear under the bed, which made us feel that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Because of these conditions, we were unable to sleep properly during the night and did not feel comfortable staying there. We were very disappointed, especially after such a long and exhausting journey. The next morning, we had no choice but to leave the hotel because we could not continue our stay under these circumstances. We were also not satisfied with the customer service provided or the way the situation was handled.

Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft dreckig und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts vom 27.06. bis 29.06. überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Ich habe ausdrücklich darum gebeten, das Zimmer sauber zu machen. Als wir zurückkamen, war nichts passiert. Besonders ärgerlich war der Umgang mit den Handtüchern: Die von uns auf den Boden gelegten, benutzten Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht, sondern einfach wieder aufgehoben, zusammengefaltet und aufs Bett gelegt. Außerdem hatten einige Handtücher Löcher. Frische Handtücher gab es nur auf Nachfrage, und dann genau eines pro Person. Auch das Badezimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschkopf war so stark verkalkt, dass nur aus vier Düsen Wasser kam. Er wurde zwar am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht, trotzdem sollte so etwas gar nicht erst vorkommen. Das gesamte Bad roch nach Abfluss! Das Frühstück war so schlecht, dass wir es komplett ausgelassen und stattdessen außerhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt haben.

Rly liked the location!! The staff were also quite helpful and always were kind to us however we did hear another group being upgraded even though we were told all rooms were the same.

Didn’t like how the air conditioning in one of the rooms didn’t work however we were moved after we went to reception and complained. Also wish the pool was open for longer in the evening. The toilets could have been cleaner and the rooms were slightly old fashioned.

Het was een aangenaam en rustig hotel in het Bodrum stadscentrum. Het bood een fijn zwembad, een comfortabele kamer en een vers ontbijt. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was uitstekend. Als ik opnieuw in het centrum van Bodrum zou verblijven, zou ik zeker voor dit hotel kiezen; ik raad het iedereen aan.

Het hotel is toe aan een renovatie. Mijn kamer was niet slecht, maar ik heb beoordelingen gelezen en foto's gezien van reizigers die in versleten kamers verbleven; dit is een teleurstellende situatie voor een driesterrenhotel.

El colchón era muy incómodo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Y el desayuno decepcionante. No había fruta para desayunar, solo sandía algunos días, pero no todos. El café y el zumo estaban malísimos. No hay tostador para el pan. Muy poca variedad. De los peores desayunos que he visto en un hotel

The resident dog at the front desk was very friendly and the swimming pool would have been lovely if you were permitted to swim in it in the hot evenings rather than just looking at it hoping that if you accidentally tripped up and felll in they would let it slide

Unfortunately I only have another hour of my train ride left to try and write down what needs to be addressed. From having to change rooms straight away due to it being filthy to exceeding my expectations to another that by far was worse than the first.. never thought I'd feel the need to wear jandles in the shower, very kind that it came with a pre used soap and mold that gave it a rustic feel .. no need to mention the breakfast as it was time we did a fast anyway

Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer ,was dunkel war. Im Zimmer war ein Einzel Bett u. Ein Doppel Bett. Was den Raum noch kleiner machte. Wie kann man da putzen wenn man nicht unter u. Neben dem Bett kommt.

Im Bad hat der Becher für die Zahnbürste gefehlt u. Die Schale für die Seife. Der kleiner Schrank quirlt u Ist im Schrank vergilbt. Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer ,was dunkel war. Im Zimmer war ein Einzel Bett u. Ein Doppel Bett. Was den Raum noch kleiner machte. Wie kann man da putzen wenn man nicht unter u. Neben das Bett kommt. Frühstück war auch nicht so , war die ganze Woche das gleiche.

L’unica nota positiva in questa struttura è la posizione e lo staff, che pur avendo limiti di comunicazione risulta essere gentile e disponibile. Per il resto struttura orribile, camere obsolete che non corrispondono alle fotografie illustrative. Quando ho aperto la stanza sembrava di essere entrato nella stanza dell’orrore, lenzuola piene di capelli, copriletto che forse non avranno mai cambiato, pavimento sporco pieno di polvere e peli di natura indefinibile, bagno che faceva ribrezzo solo a guardarlo. Ho reclamato il tutto al receptionist, che subito si è attivato per mandarmi a ripulire la stanza con scarso risultato poiché è proprio il senso di pulizia che manca in questa struttura. Per mia fortuna ho soggiornato solo per una notte.

I was coming back from Greece and I wanted to stay at hotel near the bus station. I wish I initially went back to my previous hotel. This is OK for one night, but it is a dated hotel room. The beds were ok, there is an old school small fridge inside. The bathroom was a bit old and a little bit as someone had shaved their beard and it was not cleaned afterwards They were kind enough to let me check in early.

Personalul de la recepție este foarte amabil, receptiv și de nota 9. Din păcate, curățenia lasă de dorit, iar baia este învechită și necesită urgent reparații. Cel mai mare disconfort a fost legat de parcare. Deși am rezervat loc în curte, recepția ne-a cerut cheia mașinii. În doar 6 ore, mașina noastră a fost mutată de 3 ori în locuri diferite. Acest lucru ne-a creat o stare continuă de stres și neplăcere. Raportul calitate-preț nu este justificat din cauza acestor probleme administrative și de curățenie.

The pool was lovely. The staff friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was reasonably spacious. Location was good.

Basically the whole hotel needs renovation. It is very tired and run down. This was not portrayed in the photos. The breakfast was limited. It really needs work done to the hotel.

Location of property was really good. Walkable distance to Bodrum marina. Car parking was available. Pool was nice.

Cleanliness of the room was a bit low. Room A/C was getting cut off during night. Rooms were bit old.

Ubicado cerca a la zona de la marina, tenía parqueadero aunque tocaba dejar las llaves, baño amplio con amenidades.

El desayuno demasiado básico, estuvimos en 6 hoteles en este road trip y fue el de peor desayuno, no hubo posibilidad de pedir omelet, sólo había huevo duro y algunas frutas y verduras con pocas opciones de panes.

I liked that the hotel felt relaxed rather than overly formal or polished. It made the whole experience feel more natural.

I stayed enough nights to notice whether little frustrations would start appearing, but honestly they never really did.

At the end of long days, having somewhere genuinely quiet to return to made all the difference. The room worked perfectly for that.

Everything about the stay felt practical and easy without feeling cold or impersonal. It was a very comfortable balance.

Mon emploi du temps était assez chargé, j'avais donc surtout besoin d'un endroit sûr où rentrer chaque soir. Cet endroit répondait parfaitement à mes attentes.

Great place close to everything in Bodrum, with a nice pool to refresh yourself and a beautiful garden to enjoy your breakfast. Perfect if you come to Bodrum.

The staff was super polite. The location is great.

The assets are extremely old, dirty and not held in good condition. The air con was not working, there was not cleaning in neither of the stay days.

Location was great. Close by the Marina and Bodrum Castle . You walking through the shops if you want to go Marina . Staff was help full but not enough to get help .

Beds wasn't comfortable. Shower area was very small. Breakfast was like nothing very bad if you compare to same price other hotels .

Die Lage ist top, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel auch gut. Aber man muss sein Schlüssel abgeben, auch wenn nichts los ist und man gut geparkt hat.

Frühstück war so lala, das Trinkwasser war nicht zum geniessen. Jeden Tag das selbe. Die Kloschüssel hat sich bewegt und die Duschen waren eklig und sehr klein. Um das Licht aufzubekommen muss man den den Schlüsselanhänger anstecken aber man kann dann die Türe nicht abschließen. Wenn man in der Nacht kurz die Türe aufschliessen will, steht man im Dunkeln. Klimaanlage kam warme anstatt kalte Luft raus. Man darf keine Getränke oder essen in die Zimmer mitnehmen aber es gibt auch keine Getränke im Zimmer auch keine Minibar. Bei Anreise in der Nacht verdurstet man halt. Zimmerreinigung nur nach Nachfrage.

Friendly helpful staff. The location was ok for Bodrum old town, the beach and seafront bars were an easy short walk.

The hotel is a bit tired, the pillows were uncomfortable, the TV didn't work, the fridge had black mould inside. The pool are tables were left uncleared and rarely wiped clean when they were cleared. Maybe not the hotels fault but there were dogs barking loudly next to the hotel throughout the day an, night and through till morning

Kapotte laminaat vloer. Bubbelbad kapot en heel vies. Balkonhekje zit los. 2 ijzeren kleerhangers. Geen waterkoker. Vieze wc door veel kalk en er is de hele week niet schoongemaakt en geen schone handdoeken. Sateliet tv is alleen turkse zenders.

Man bekommt was man bezahlt- aber auch in Bodrum gehts fürs gleiche Geld sicherlich besser

Ist nicht mehr ganz neu und macht ingesamt einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Kein Room Service über 3 Nächte, kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer und leider nur unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück.

It was very beautiful, peaceful and I felt very comfortable. The staff were very kind and polite, the location is perfect to reach everything and the room was clean and pleasant with a cold fridge for water. The pool area is really nice, quiet and relaxing and with lovely birds and flowers. I really enjoyed my stay and would have liked to stay longer!
