We spent 8 nights at Spa Hotel Colossae Thermal and had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to combine relaxation, thermal facilities, and a comfortable holiday in the Pamukkale area. One of the highlights is the hotel's natural thermal spring and thermal pool, which provide a very relaxing experience. The main outdoor swimming pool is also excellent—large, beautiful, and particularly enjoyable for those who actually like swimming rather than simply relaxing by the pool. Our room was very clean and carefully serviced every day, and we greatly appreciated the consistent standard of housekeeping throughout our eight-night stay. We stayed on a half-board basis, and both breakfast and dinner offered an excellent variety of food, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. The selection was generous and made longer stays especially enjoyable. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience. The combination of the thermal facilities, excellent swimming pool, cleanliness, good food, and relaxing atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.

Это старый трех звездочный отель с большим бассейном. Маленькие номера, с кривыми стенами, отваливающимися обоями и плинтусами. В добавок к этому отключилось электричество и кондиционер каждый час, приходилось вставать и вытаскивать и вставлять карточку в выключатель. Пол следующего дня доказывал что проблемы с электричеством есть что бы нам заменили номер. Я очень пожалел что мы выбрали именно этот отель.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles. L’établissement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis du début à la fin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Отель не новый. С наружи так вообще обшарпанный. Внутри хороший и комфортный. Завтрак немного скудный. Ужин хороший. Отличные бассейны как с обычной так и с термальной водой. Можно самим мазаться целебной грязью. В целом мы остались довольны.

Небольшой выбор на завтрак. Мяса и рыбы на завтаке нет совсем. Нет детских тарифов на проживание. Вечером на ужине даже чай и воду приносят за доп плату.

早餐和晚餐是自助餐，非常丰盛，虽然比不上中国的美食，但是在整个土耳其的行程中已经是吃的最好的了。有温泉池，一定要去泡泡。我觉得这家酒店的自助餐和温泉池的优秀足以抵消房间设施老旧的不足。离棉花堡景区非常仅，很方便。

房间很小，设施也很旧，仅能达到简约便捷酒店的水平。

Yarım pansiyon konakladık. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğinde açık büfe olarak sunulan yiyeceklerin çeşidi ve miktarı yeterliydi; taze ve lezzetli olduklarını da söyleyebilirim. Ayrıca sabah ve akşam yemekleri arasında öğle yemeği sayılabilecek kadar geniş çeşitte Coffe Break var. Salata çeşitleri, kısır, mantı ve makarna güzel bir sürpriz oldu. Bize hitap etmese de çocuklar için etkinlikler, gece canlı müzik vb. etkinliklerin olması hoş olmuş. Personel çok kibar ve yardımcı; otelin içi ve çevresi tertemizdi. Kalabalığa rağmen durumun çok iyi idare edildiğini gördük.

Odadaki TV yayını daha fazla kanal ve internet yayını (YouTube gibi) içerebilirdi. Havuzların kapasitesi otelin büyüklüğüne oranla düşük kalıyor. Sömestir tatilinde gittiğimiz için olabilir, havuzlar çok kalabalıktı ve çocuklar termal havuzlara atlıyor, havuzda gürültülü bir şekilde şakalaşıp suya oyuncaklarıyla giriyordu. Havuzların hepsinde sıcak su var: sıcak ve daha sıcak olarak, normal havuz veya şok havuzu isteyen varsa bulamaz.

В кімнаті виключалось світло що 15-20 хв,телевізор не працював,шапочку для відвідування басейнів продають не попереджуючи,масаж не вартує вартості,кухня мала б бути краще на 5 зірок…

Ми повертаемося сюди вже вкотре. Декілька років підряд. Дуже подобається цей готель. Немає до чого придертися. І їжа і номери і персонал. Дякуємо, щ Ви - супер.

На вечері всі напої платні навіть вода. Трохи втомлені номери

Yemekler haricinde otel ortalama düzeyde. Genelde günlük tur konaklamaları oluyor gibiydi. Akşam kalabalık gruplar geliyor,sabah çıkış yapiyorlar. Bir gün önceki yemekler değerlendirilerek tekrar sunuluyor. Bu her otelde mümkün tabii ki fakat şefimiz tasarruf olayını biraz fazla abartmıştı konakladığım günlerde. Pilavımdan bulaşık teli çıktı,restoran şefine gerekli bildirimi yaptim,özür diledi,bana kahve ikram etme teklifinde bulundu sağolsun :)

При заезде, нас сразу обрадовали что нужно доплатить по 45 евро за номер, т.к у нас бронирование с одноместным размещением. Но я всегда смотрю, что бы было двухместное, т.к уже попадалась. Мы стали объяснять что это не так, но девушка просто молчала и смотрела. Минут через 15 она позвала менеджера. Мы ему продемонстрировали букинг с ценами. Он сказал, что видимо это ошибка букинга, они будут разбираться. Нас заселили без доплаты. В отеле 5 звезд нет лифта! Сотрудник был удивлен, что нам надо помогать нести сумки! Но все-таки взял 2 небольшие. Очень много людей, особенно на ужине. Отдельная история с шапочками для бассейна. Они стоят 2 евро. Мы пришли в термы в халатах ( их кстати, тоже надо брать в термах заранее, переодеваться в номере, т.к там раздевалок нет). Хотели записать стоимость шапочек на номер, но сотрудник сказал что только наличными. Мы пошли пожаловаться на ресепшен, там менеджер позвонил в термы, и тогда нам записали на номер, но с таким обиженным видом! В общем, отель я не рекомендую, цена завышена, народу много. Слава богу мы были только одну ночь.

В целом отель нормальный, но на 5 звезд не тянет. Достаточно вкусная еда на ужине, в отеле чисто, неплохой термальный бассейн.

Не понравилось то, что при заезде, первым делом после приветствия, нам предложили доплатить за по 45 евро за каждый номер (бронировали 2 номера) под предлогом того, что я забронировала одноместное размещение, а по факту в номере будут проживать по 2 человека. После 15 минутной беседы, в ходе которой нас упорно не хотели слышать, дама за стойкой видимо устала от нас и наконец-то позвала менеджера. Мы продемонстрировали менеджеру, сделав при нем новое бронирование, что цена остается неизменной, при выборе двухместного размещения в номере. После этого он все-таки признал, что это, вероятно, ошибка букинга и сказал, все ок, ничего платить не нужно. Но нам показалось, что это была какая-то попытка развода, рассчитанная на то, что мы подумаем, что ошиблись и доплатим. Дальше оказалось, что в 5ти звездочном! отеле нет лифта, а работник очень удивился просьбе помочь с багажом, но надо сказать, что не отказался. Отдельного упоминания заслуживают шапочки, которые необходимо купить при посещении термального комплекса. Мы пошли туда в халатах, с собой наличных не было (кстати говоря халат в номере не предполагается, его тоже сначала нужно взять в спа, а потом уже в нем туда вернуться). Сотрудник в термальном комплексе сказал, что шапочку можно приобрести только за наличные и на номер записать эту покупку и оплатить позднее никак нельзя. Мы очень удивились и решили выяснить этот вопрос на ресепшене, на что нам сказали, что без проблем можно записать покупку шапочки на номер. Он позвонил в термальный комплекс и что-то выяснял там, потом сказал что все в порядке и нас пропустят. Опять таки создалось впечатление что в термальном комплексе человек просто хотел положить эту наличку себе в карман и наплевать ему было, что нам придется пол отеля пройти, чтобы сходить в номер туда обратно. Также особого внимания заслуживает контрастный душ в номере, с утра минут 15 он варьировался с кипятка на ледяной и обратно, потом как-то стабилизировался и удалось помыться.

Ich war schon mal in dieser Unterkunft als Hotel Testerin 😇 Konnte damals vom Hotel nicht viel sehen, weil ich ein Unfall hatte und nicht lange bleiben konnte. Weil es mir aber am Personal und auch Räumlichkeiten auch Umgebung gefiel, bin ich da hingefahren, aber diesmal nicht als Testerin hatte was zu erledigen und war zwei Tage da und es war schön, was mir daran gefallen hat, ist Es hat einen Swimmingpool also der Personal ist sehr top, ganz nette, hilfsbereite Menschen an fühlt sich da wohl es ist nichts kompliziert man kann die Wünsche äußern. Wenn irgendwie was nicht in Ordnung ist, wird sofort geklärt.

L emplacement et la grande piscine extérieure. Le centre spa. Nous avions demandé des chambres communicantes et avons été surclassés. Chambre agréable avec petit balcon.

Un hôtel mal entretenu et vieillissant, un personnel peu accueillant et au service pour ce soit disant 5 étoiles. Pour descendre nos bagages, on nous a laissés sans solution non payante alors qu’il n’y a pas d ascenseur pour monter, il était 6h50. Pas d’ascenseur pour monter à l’étage. Matériel fitness en panne pour grande partie. Buffet peu qualitatif surtout les desserts médiocres. Tourisme de masse. Baignoire et paroi de douche vieillissantes dans la chambre.

La struttura è molto grande, le camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione abbondante e buona. Ottima posizione vicinissimo all’entrata Nord di Pamukkale.

Le piscine termali avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione. Non ho gradito il fatto che purtroppo siamo arrivati tardi, 10 minuti dopo la fine della cena che avevamo pagato avendo acquistato la mezza pensione e ci è stato detto che il buffet era chiuso e che avremmo potuto ordinare qualcosa in camera. Avrei gradito una risposta diversa, magari farci preparare dei toast, sarebbe stata un’avvertenza che è mancata.

Öncelikle lobideki güler yüzlü karşılamanın tüm calisanlarda da olmasini isterdik. Otel güzel olmakla birlikte yenilenmeye ihtiyaci var çünkü bayağ eski yüzlü kalmış. Kahvalti ve akşam yemeği gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Termal bölümünün de bakima ihtiyaci var.

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we wanted to get water. This is shocking, and for a hotel in this day and age to only be using plastic water bottles is disappointing and enough to put us off returning. Even on the tables in the dining room, water is served in disposable plastic cartons - not jugs with glasses to drink from - and so the management really need to take a close look at the apalling eco-credentials of this hotel.

The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly.

We loved every part of our stay. The breakfast, tea, and dinner were wonderful! The thermal center was so relaxing with various pools. My deep tissue massage was very relaxing and also helped me to relieve pain in my back. It was very family friendly and our child had a great experience. All the staff were super friendly. We want to return as soon as we can. It was a wonderful experience. This is our new happy place.

I was sad that the steam room was closed during the time of our stay, even after I messaged the property to make sure it was open and they assured me beforehand.

Personnell was fantastic and very good and attentive. Carpentries are very good quality. Bed is fine and the hotel has all sort of enterntainment and facilities. The hotel is very big and accomodates a large quantity of people without disruption.

All hotels should have a service of different pillow thicknesess. Room was noisy and there was a lot of equipment Fridge has a light on all night so I had to disconnect it. The WC has the flush pipe thing which is dirty, so due to the position of the outlet pipe you just have to join the dots to guess where the dirt came from over time... Breakfast and dinner is fantastic. The cafe is just awful, and there is a lack of natural juice.

The pool and spa facilities were nice. Just be aware it is mandatory to wear a bath cap which can be purchased for 50 TL.

It is a hit or miss with the staff. Some are friendly, others can't be bothered. The room includes both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is mediocre, not good not bad. Dinner, on the other hand, was terrible. It was the worst food we've eaten in Turkey all vacation. A disappointig buffet with barely anything Turkish or cooked fresh. Even the deserts were tasteless. If you stay here, do yourself a favour and head to town to grab dinner. All in all this was nothing like a 5 star experience and I would strongly advise you not to spend your money on this hotel.

Drinks a bit pricey. Music played was a turkish techno, at 4pm in afternoon around pool. Didnt seem to align with clientele.

Dinner could have been better

Very old hotel, extremely low quality food for bfast and dinner. Caters to tour groups. Check in front desk was more interested in selling a euro 120 tour than telling us about the hotel and amenities. This tour could bought for 89 euro on the usual tour websites. Why waste your time houstling with tour group check ins and tour group breakfasts when there are so many other hotels there. I deeply regretted my choice.

Perfect resort for relaxing after a long day in Pamukkale. The hot springs and outdoor pool are wonderful, great variety of food and drinks for breakfast and dinner, and the spa was amazing (got the best sports massage), will be back for sure!

NOT 5 stars! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! Old and dated, feels like 1980s and the bathrooms are made for senior citizens with handicap rails and banged up. Front desk dbl charged us and thankfully we caught it and they corrected. They have tons of bus loads of people staying there and it’s long lines for food and you eat in a massive banquet hall. The pool area smalls and is not clean.

The staff was completely unhelpful. Facility is old and tired. Things were closed. Things in room did not work. I would recommend finding another hotel. We left early and found another location.

Location is excellent as this is my 4th stay here. Staff are superb. Best staff at any hotel i have ever visited. They are very warm and friendly, helpful and thouroughly professional. It is easy to visit so many ancient sites from here too.

Sadly the indoor pool, spa and indoor kids pool was closed for a refurb. But the hotel notified me in adavance apologising which is great customer service. The outdoor pool is superb, clean and always plenty of space. The only downside is the music played by the pool, mostly afternoon, is so loud it hurts your ears. It is like being in a night club and mostly Rap or R'n'B. I dad ask 1 day if the could turn it down a little, and the lovely young lady did. Within about 20 minutes though it was cranked up again. This is just a small niggle, it wont stop us going back to this wonderful place.
