Das Thermalbad war super, das Zimmer völlig okay und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen hinten in der Ecke. Der Blick vom Balkon war lächerlich, direkt auf Mauern und Dächer. Leider schade.Das Essen sah gut aus, hat aber leider garnicht geschmeckt. Der Speisesaal erinnerte uns an die DDR in den 70er Jahren.

Nous avons passé une journée et une nuit, nous n'avions pas d'attentes particulières et l'hôtel s'est révélé très quali. Le personnel était gentil et accessible, la piscine naturelle et la piscine de boue étaient très agréables et le buffet pour les repas était d'excellente qualité.

L'emplacement était un peu excentré, il faut compter une grosse vingtaine de minutes depuis l'otogar de Denizli.

The hotel is nice overall and our room was clean. We were welcomed with some fresh fruit in the room, which was a very nice touch and we really appreciated it. Another positive aspect is that guests can use the swimming pool and spa facilities free of charge.

In our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The room felt quite dated and some areas definitely need renovation, especially the bathroom. We had full board, so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with the food. Breakfast was particularly disappointing for me. Before our stay, I had asked about lactose-free options and was told that, since breakfast was a buffet, there would be plenty of choice. However, there was no lactose-free milk or even any kind of plant-based milk available. When I asked, I was told they simply did not have any. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I found the available options quite limited, especially the sweet choices. Lunch and dinner were a little better, with a few good options, but overall we did not find the food particularly tasty or of the quality we would expect from a five-star hotel. The spa was supposed to be available from 9:00 a.m. We went down at 9:00, but the sauna and Turkish bath had not been switched on yet, and we were told we would have to wait about 30 minutes for them to heat up. Overall, there are several aspects that could be improved and, for us, the experience did not meet five-star standards.

Emre à la réception était toujours très serviable. Suleyman dans le restaurant nous a toujours accueilli avec tellement de gentillesse et était toujours efficace. La chambre était belle et confortable. La piscine est énorme et les bains thermaux étaient excellents. C'était la détente totale.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que Sonya essayait de fermer les bains à 22h30 au lieu de 23h00 pour terminer son travail plus tot.

Хотела е хубав! Стаите са широки, леглата удобни! Басейните с калта и термалната вода са интересни! Аз ползвах масаж с пилинг за цяло тяло, за 110 долара и ми хареса. Хотела е близо до централната част на населеното място, банката, супермаркетите и пазара - има добра локация.

1.Закуската и вечерята бяха еднообразни. Храната явно не се приготвяше на място , а беше кетъринг - получавахме стомашни проблеми - аз, семейството ми и приятелите ми. Денят преди тръгване дори се отказахме от закуската , поради тази причина, без да ни бъде възстановена сума - по наше решение, защото ни предстояха пътувне с такси и полети за Истанбул и Кападокия. Риска да закусим, не си заслужаваше ... 2. На рецепцията имаше курса на евро - турска лира, както и долар - турска лиро, но не желаеха да ни обменят , което за мен е доста странно. Рецепционистите ме изумяваха ... с отношението си към клиентите - нас! Момичето на рецепцията с бяла коса не се държи учтиво и мило с гостите на хотела. Тя е в много лошо настроение през цялото време. Хубаво е до помислите за смяна ...

El servicio center spa al igual que las piscinas de las termas excelente. Lo mismo con la piscina de uso común, grande y segura. Buen servicio de desayuno y cena, con variedad de plato para elegir. El personal agradable y dispuestos en aclarar inquietudes y apoyar a los clientes. En especial BUSE con muy buena disposición en atender nuestras necesidades.

Hubo problemas con internet, no se conectaba y la televisión lo mismo. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas esto debería haber mayor variedad de canales y el internet funcionando sin problemas

The thermal pool is excellent - one of a kind experience

Mindenki jó kedvű és segítőkész volt, meglepetésként a svédasztal helyett kihozták az ételeket, ami nagyon jól esett! Mindenre is gondoltak.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura. Personalmente, a me piaceva la piscina e i concerti di musica con la chitarra ogni sera. Era buona anche la piscina termale, che è sempre rappresentata su tutte le foto. Le stanze erano semplici e nulla di particolare. Non è distante neanche il centro della città con un ottimo mercato. La colazione e la cena erano abbastanza varie.

La spa, purtroppo, ha bisogno di rinnovamento. Sia la spa che anche la palestra si sentiva un odore di muffa e alcune cose anche non funzionavano. Molti attrezzi erano rotti. Nel bagno di vapore. Non si poteva entrare per l'odore di sudore. Bisogna considerare che la struttura ospita spesso anche gli autobus con i turisti, perciò si capiva che è molto indirizzata per un cliente di massa.

Tout était parfait de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ , le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné, le buffet au restaurant très copieux et nourriture de qualité. La chambre était propre et confortable. Hotel très bien situé , rien à redire 👍🏼

Internet gaaaanz schlimm. Für ein 5 Sterne Thermal nicht erklärbar. Sogar die Banking App ging nicht. Habe mich beschwert und es hieß nur zuviele online.

The facilities are great, loved the pool, the natural spring, and the spa. The staff were absolutely brilliant, Ms Buse was particularly helpful and we even decided to extend our stay for one night. The food was really good, the poolside bar good and reasonably priced. Overall, a great place to stay for relax and wellbeing.

- right at the foothill of the back of Karahayit (quiet surrounding, no traffic), a great hotel offering wellness and medical services at the same time. I have made use of the medical treatment of Nobel clinic - highly qualified, professional and friendly staff! The physiotherapy, the massage, the mud treatment and aqua gym next to the electro- and magneto therapies contributed greatly to my well-being. The hotel's different pools and spas are great. I requested and was offered a "quite room", though the evening life-music around the pool can be heard from anywhere (ends at 23.00). Great personals at the reception desk and in the restaurant.

L’hotel si trova in una zona comoda per visitare Hierapolis e Pamukkale. La stanza era pulita e di buone dimensioni e appena arrivati ci è stato recapitato un cesto di frutta che abbiamo gradito molto. Colazione e cena erano molto varie e con cibi ben preparati. Inoltre, abbiamo potuto usufruire delle piscine termali che sono davvero molto rilassanti. Ci è dispiaciuto trascorrere solo una notte qui.

Zogenaamd een 5 sterren hotel. Maar dat is het niet het niet! Hooguit 2 sterren hotel! Ik moest naast mijn eten drinken betalen( cola) terwijl ik er niks van weet. Ze hebben mij niet op de hoogte gehouden! Zelfs voor koffie en thee moet je gewoon betalen. Ik ben naar verschillende soorten hotels geweest ( 5 sterren hotel) en ik heb nooit voor drinken betaald. Ze hebben echt slechte eten en het hotel is echt niet schoon! Kamer al helemaal niet.

Het is mooi schoon gezellig hotel

In het kamer was onvoldoende thermal water aanwezig.

Alles war Tip top. Sehr zufrieden mit zimmer, sauberkeit, lage, Hotel personal, küche extrem gut. Sehr zum weiter empfehlen

I have four very positive comments about this hotel: 1) The welcome: we found a huge fruit platter in our room—apples, oranges, pears, peaches, apricots, and plenty of cherries—something I’ve never seen before, even in the world’s top hotels. 2) The food quality: I had read reviews where people complained about the food and had planned to go to a different restaurant if that turned out to be the case. However, the food was excellent; either the hotel has made great improvements, or those comments were completely unjustified. The buffet was superb, featuring fresh raw vegetables and fruit; the cooked dishes were delicious and varied on both nights we dined there; the rice accompanying the dishes was exquisite; and for those who prefer it, there were even homemade french fries. 3) The spa: it is fully open with both indoor and outdoor facilities, including pools with iron-rich water. Furthermore, everything is accessible until 11 PM; while using the spa can often be a hassle at other hotels, here it is easy, and you really feel like going—and coming back. 4) The entertainment: there is a belly dancer every evening at 9:30 PM at the poolside bar; it’s a nice touch that really livens up the evenings. Owners of many other hotels should look at this place to learn how to treat guests properly.

L’hotel és molt confortable i, en general, tot està molt bé. Les habitacions són agradables, els espais exteriors conviden al descans i destaca especialment tota la zona d’aigües termals i l’spa, un espai ideal per relaxar-se i gaudir d’una estada molt completa. Els horaris dels serveis l’spa i aigües termals són àmplis amb el que et dona per fer visites i poder gaudir amb calma de l’hotel i de les aigües termals. Disposa de parking gratuït! A més, tant el bufet d’esmorzar com el de sopar són variats i complets, amb una bona oferta gastronòmica. Tot plegat fa que sigui una opció molt recomanable, especialment per la seva bona relació qualitat-preu.

Tot i que l’hotel cobreix totes les necessitats i ofereix una estada molt confortable, està una mica antiquat i li caldria una renovació per actualitzar les instal·lacions i adaptar-les als estàndards actuals. Pel que fa a l’horari del sopar, que és fins a les 21:30 h, resulta una mica just, especialment tenint en compte que una de les activitats més habituals és visitar Pamukkale i gaudir de la posta de sol. En aquests casos, l’horari deixa poc marge per tornar amb tranquil·litat i poder sopar sense presses.

The JACUZZI in the bathroom did not work !!!

全てが素晴らしかったです。リゾート気分を満喫できました。2食付き、また3時にはお茶やお菓子などのサービスもあり、お部屋にフルーツもいただけました。ビュッフェも種類が多くて満足です。プールや温泉、マッサージも楽しめました。 テラスに椅子や濡れた水着を干せる場所もあるのも良かったです。

夜行バスで移動したので、朝9時頃にホテルに着きました。直ぐに休みたかったので、前日から部屋を取っていましたが、鍵を貰うまでにしばらく待ち、部屋に行ったらまだ掃除中でした。前日からの予約なのに何故？と感じました。 フロントの方々は男性も女性もちょっと無愛想でした。

Dinner and breakfast package was excellent value, lots of choice on the buffet, loved the breads, honey, fruit and sushi. Swimming pool and thermal pool were excellent and open until late at night. Fabulous experience. Reception were very helpful to book hot air ballooning and for a lower price than I had seen elsewhere.

The live evening entertainment is outside around the pool. It goes on very late and makes it hard to sleep.

El hotel es un oasis de bien estar. Habitación muy agradable y bonitas vistas, piscina amplia y bien cuidada, áreas ajardinadas. Tiene parking. Además cuenta con piscina termal interior y exterior. Muy recomendable.

It is actually a rehabilitation facility and a big one, setuo and organised to accomodate many people. We did not enjoy it as a short holiday stay.

De rust…

Jammer dat de thee/koffie water/fris niet inclusief is. Na het avondeten is een kopje thee wel lekker maar dat was niet beschikbaar maar moesten we beneden op het terras bestellen. Het zou de accommodatie sieren als dit inclusief was. Verder hebben wij een hele leuke tijd gehad. Tot de volgende keer!!

Lovely staff, rooms were clean and great to have interconnecting rooms for a family. Food was ok, nothing special. Thermal pools and spa were great - made the most of the included thermal pool, sauna, steam room, mud treatment cycle (though scraping clay from the floor of the pool to cover your face woth took some adjusting to!). Lovely for a night's stopover, not sure I'd want to stay longer. All well maintained (though the thermal water wasn't working in our room, we were promised it would be fixed but nobody came) but definitely Italy had a 90s feel to it!

Savršen spoj udobnih soba, ljubaznost osoblja, sadržaja koji doprinose zdravlju gostiju, perfektno uredan restoran sa odličnom hranom. Veoma korektan odnos cene i kvaliteta usluga koje hotel pruža.

Room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool area. There was a basket of fruit which was a nice touch. Swimming pool was large and clean with food and bev service available. The thermal pools in the spa area was a bonus and we enjoyed the mud bath terrace. The included buffet style dinner was pleasant with a good variety of food. They had live acoustic music by the pool in the evening and a belly dancer performance after dinner. The bed was comfortable and the resort was quiet after about 10.30pm

Beim Frühstück sollte der türkische Tee den Gästen serviert werden. Es hat genügend Servicekräfte die teilweise nichts zu tun haben. Würde viele Gäste erfreuen😉 In den Zimmern fehlt ein TV-Gerät!

Pool, spa, hot spring,

Food was like school dinners and there was no speciality restaurants, just the main restaurant and an a la carte menu. we had a room with no view at first even though the hotel was clearly nowhere near full. After we complained we got a better room.

The setting, the amazing spread of food (!), and the overall attention to the needs of travelers. Very relaxing place.

Personal könnte etwas lächeln

Отель прекрасный! Особенно термы под открытым небом. Это фишка отеля. Мы в отеле остановились второй раз (первый зимой пару лет назад и вот теперь в мае). Обе поездки превосходные! Вкусное питание (мы выбрали завтраки + ужины). Парковочных мест досрочно. Вечером работает анимация (в том числе живая музыка). В отеле контингент люди среднего и преклонного возраста. Детей почти нет, потому тихо и спокойно. Также у отеля есть зеленая территория (можно в самую жару посидеть в тени деревьев с книгой). До травертинов Памуккале всего 10 минут на авто. А в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля есть магазинчики, кафе и продаются фрукты. Также при заезде всегда комплимент от отеля тарелка с фруктами в номер.

Nice hotel but the need to make effort in the staff not helpful

Отель отлично расположен, в нескольких километрах от Памуккале. Удобная кровать, чистое белье, чистый бассейн. Очень удобные диваны в лобби.

В отеле много отдыхающих преклонного возраста, при этом ванной комнате стоит ванна достаточно высокая, в которую довольно трудно будет пожилому человеку зайти. Общая картинка приятная, но в мелочах есть проблемы, например шатающиеся смесители, следы то ли гряди то ли плесени в ванной, грязные стекла в переходах в бассейне. Отель Проходной, люди приезжают часто на одну ночь, при этом официанты в столовой настолько чопорные, что как будто бы не соответствует месту.

The room is clean and tidy. Staffs are nice and helpful. Appreciated for the honeymoon decoration set up. The bed is comfy.

The pool facilities are bit old and some attractive pools were close. The changing room of the pool is too crowded. Buffet quality missed my expectation, Not much hot dishes and taste below average.

Не понравился завтрак, странный выбор блюд, не было ожидаемых яичниц или омлета, блинчиков или вафлей, нарезки. Еда была скорее санаторная оздоровительная. Спа центр немного устаревший, на мой вкус.
