The rooms and facility needs refurbishing and upgrading, the gym lack of air conditioning, the main pool is very clean but the small one next to it no. The hotel has amazing potential but its need repairs and upgrades mainly in the rooms.

The location is a bit outside the center of the action, but there is a shuttle service to the center until 10:00 PM, so it's well-covered.

Griekse style resort, buitenkant slecht onderhouden. Je ziet schimmel op de muren. Personeel te onderdanig. Bij t ontbijt kreeg ik het gevoel dat er gelet wordt wat en hoeveel je opschept. Personeel kan slecht engels. Zelfservice wasmachine en een droger, maar moet je wel voor betalen. Ik vind prijs kwaliteit verhouding erg slecht. Voor dat geld in Thailand hebben we veel beter service gehad. Waste of money.

מלון מקסים ויפה, מעוצב בסגנון כפר יווני. ברחבי המלון יש קייאקים שניתן לקחת חופשי. אנחנו לקחנו חדר על הנהר אז היה חנו קיאק ממש ביציאה מהחדר. ברחבי המלון יש המון פינות ישיבה נעימות ושקטות. המלון כולו מאוד שקט ורגוע, מלון קטן וחמים. צוות מקסים ואדיב שתמיד מוכן לעזור. בארוחת הבוקר יש סירת פירות שחותכת פירות טריים לפי בקשה. יש שירות שאטל של המלון לעיר ובחזרה ואפשר לתקשר בקלות באמצעות קבוצת ווטסאפ שהם פותחים בתחילת השהות. מומלץ ביותר!!

המקלחת מעט ישנה, התקשינו להעביר את הכפתור ממצב טוש ידני לראש. הייתה הפסקת חשמל קצרה באחד הימים ואז גם המים לא עבדו- אבל זה כנראה קורה בכל פאי.

Tout était exceptionnel! Le personnel est au petit soin avec beaucoup d'attention. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et le bateau de fruit est vraiment un expérience incontournable. Le taxi gratuit jusqu'en ville aller retour sur demande (via WhatsApp) jusque 22 heures est vraiment un service agréable lorsque l'on a des enfants en bas âge. Ce resort offre vraiment un cadre exceptionnel pour les enfants avec cette piscine gigantesque dans laquelle les enfants se déplacent en canoë.... Bref! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. C'est une incroyable expérience à Pai qui est une petite ville paisible et charmante...

Kids LOVED the kayaking novelty. We had a bottom room which opened onto the water for them to kayak. Staff were super friendly, room was very clean and cleaned to a high standard daily. Breakfast was awesome and we loved getting a fresh fruit delivery from the fruit boat in the mornings.

The fruit boat bell in the morning was a little annoying being woken up. Hotel is a little run down in parts but the room was perfect!

Loved the layout, the kayak pool, the breakfast, the Greek Island theme, and the staff were wonderful!

A bit too far from town to walk given the lack of any sidewalks and the heavy stream of traffic. Also, the pool was too cold for swimming.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel with its fun Greek/nautical vibe. The staff were great, very helpful and smiley. The breakfast was excellent- there was a fresh fruit boat and an egg boat as well as freshly cooked pad thai/noodles...plus an array of other food on offer. It is about 10 min walk into Pai, although they also offer a shuttle bus. I had a nice room with a large comfortable bed overlooking the water.

It's a little tired now and could do with a fresh coat of paint!

It was amazing. The resort itself was beautiful, clean and had its own vibe, I loved it! The staff was always really kind, everyone greeted me as soon as I passed them. The food and drinks were great as well, I have really nothing to complain about. It‘s not directly in the city centre, but Pai is so small you walk 15 minutes from the resort to get there. I spent a lot of my time in Pai here, because I loved it so much.

Everything about this resort is perfect. The staff are exceptionally helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is delicious, the room and bed are very comfortable, and the facilities are great. For breakfast, we loved the way the fresh fruit and produce was brought to us via the canal, and how the eggs of our choice was cooked on the kayak. The location is a short 15 minute walk to the town center with a shuttle service every hour. Overall, our stay here was very memorable and special. We will definitely stay here again.

Faciliteiten waren oud, slecht onderhouden en zeker geen 5 sterren waardig. Ontbijt plan klinkt leuk maar is niet praktisch uitvoerbaar. Teleurstellende kwaliteit in het algemeen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum sehr angenehm. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Shuttleservice des Hotels. Die Organisation verlief unkompliziert und sehr flexibel – egal ob Hin- oder Abholung, auf individuelle Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen. Man fühlte sich als Gast hervorragend betreut, da Fahrzeiten flexibel abgestimmt wurden und der Service zuverlässig sowie pünktlich war. Das hat den Aufenthalt deutlich entspannter gemacht und uns viel Planungsaufwand erspart. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Aussicht beim Frühstück, die für einen perfekten Start in den Tag sorgte. Das Frühstück selbst war vielfältig und frisch. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel – insbesondere wegen des exzellenten Shuttleservices – uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

הרבה יתושים, יכלו לשים משהו שמונע יתושים בחדר. הצוות לא יודע אנגלית וקשה לתקשר איתם.. כמו למשל שהזמנו מסאז׳ והוא הגיע לחדר שלנו מבלי להגיד לנו… זה היה מוזר ולא נעים

Horrible. Une quinzaine de personnes d'origine thaïlandaise se sont installés sur le ponton au centre de la piscine. Ils ont fait la fête de 7 H du soir à 2 heures du matin. Musique à fond, alcool à volonté, cris. Je suis intervenu gentiment pour demander uniquement de baisser le son de la musique. Aucun résultat. Aucune personne de l'hotel n'est intervenu.

The room was big. The staff helpful, but knew little English. There is a shuttle to the Pai center once per hour. They have washing machine and dryer and they helped us with our laundry.

The bed is very hard. The doors and windows are old and not blocking any noise at all. Breakfast at the first day was very good (bufet) but on the second day they had menu breakfast and the dishes took a lot of time to prepare.

The staff is amazingly sweet and try to make sure your stay is no less than perfect. They were extremely sweet to our kid. the place is beautiful, the room is large, the pool is great and the kayak is a lot of fun

The location is a bit far from the town to walk with a young kid but they have a free shuttle. we actually liked it because the town is nothing special and we anyway travelled in the nature around it. Some loud music comes from a nearby club but it's not their fault. inside the room it was fine, but too loud on the balcony. On the last day of our stay, the air conditioner died in the middle of the night. it was very hot and we couldn't sleep. they came right away but were not able to fix it and brought us a fan. the person who did his best to help wasn't able to move us to another room. They apologized in the morning. Beside this everything was perfect.

Had a wonderful time! The atmosphere is great, the staff was super nice, breakfast is very tasty and there's a large variety of food & drinks. The rooms are very spacious, with small balcony to relax. There's a nice pool and a small gym, that fits our needs. There's an option for renting a van with a driver that took us anywhere we wanted.

The gym could have an upgrade and A/C The pool needs to have more shadow

Location - free shuttle busses to Pai just 4 minutes away was great. Nice, comfy and clean rooms. A beautiful place to stay and relax the quirkiness really stands out. The free breakfast was great and they can also arrange transport from Chiang Mai to Pai and back at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
