Margarita Studios

Belle chambre avec kitchenette sur une terrasse privative. Nous avions du réserver dans deux locaux différents du même hébergement et Margarita nous a proposé de rester dans le même local pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions donc une chambre avec kitchenette bien équipée avec une grande terrasse privée ensoleillée. Nous avons apprécié l'intimité de la chambre et de la terrasse ainsi que son calme. Le quartier est agréable car on sent qu'y vivent les habitants de Parikia et pas seulement les touristes. A 10 minutes à pied du port, des bus et des magasins, 15 minutes de la plage, c'est un endroit parfait pour découvrir Paros sans véhicule. Si vous êtes motorisés, un grand parking public est juste à côté. L'accueil de Margarita est agréable et le check-out est très simple

What a lovely place! Margarita is so kind and sweet, and the property is beautiful, with a tranquil garden. Great location, easily walkable into town but in a quiet neighborhood.

Margarita was so friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to give advice when asked. The location was perfect, quiet (depending on fellow guests, of course) and within minutes of anywhere you might want to go. Spotless apartment, easy check in/out

Margaritas välkomnade oss på ett sätt som gjorde att vi kände oss väldigt välkomna. Lägenheten var väldigt väldigt ren och låg väldigt bra till med tanke på avstånd till bad, restauranger och shopping.

Finns inget att klaga på.

Very good location, next to the center and port. Margarita is a lovely host and the room is simple, but has everything you need, including an umbrella for the beach.

La maquina de café de filtro. No es un tipo de café que me guste. Prefiero cafetera italiana.

Magarita was very nice and gave us helpful touristic informations.

Margarita and her husband are the best people ever. The studio was perfect for us 3. The location is amazing if you just want to walk to Parikia main street and with car, it's easy to get to the main road.

La proximité avec le centre de Parikia, le confort et la propreté de la chambre mais surtout l'extrême gentillesse de notre hôte Margarita (et de sa fille). On se sent chaleureusement accueilli et comme chez soi. Merci !

The host was lovely. She cleaned the room and provided fresh towels each day.

I didn’t particularly like the location but it wasn’t too far from the town centre etc. The shower was tiny and curtain was at half height. No coffee or tea facilities in the room and no water provided in the fridge which would’ve been nice given the cost per night. No sleep the second night there were young men in room next to us making a lot of noise at 4am. The owners lived in the complex and didn’t do anything about it which was a bit disappointing. We left very tired.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado ya que mis comentarios / experiencias tienen mucho que ver con el trato que recibimos y aquí desde el primer momento fue todo muy gentil .

Bra läge, välstädat och allmänt fräscht. Plus att hela lägenheten var ”ombonad” med mängder av prydnadssaker. Väldigt hemtrevlig med andra ord.

The hostess and her daughter were very warm, welcoming and friendly. They created a very family-like environment which contributed to our positive experience. Room was spacious, clean and suitable for 4 people. The hostess was able to accommodate to our schedule by storing our luggage after checkout while we waited for our ferry. It’s excellent location wise as it’s close to the port (9 minute walk) but further enough that’s it quiet and peaceful.

Margarita is great. She stored our luggage for a couple of hours after check-in time. Facilities are simple but cozy, surrounded by plants, flowers and an orchard. Parikia downtown is just about 5-10 minute walk.

La habitación era grande y cómoda, con un patio trasero con una mesa. La ubicación era muy buena, a una corta caminata del centro y del puerto.

Margarita was very warm and welcoming! We had everything we needed - it was nice to have a small outdoor space for hanging clothes and a breakfast table. Short walk to the shopping streets and about 15 mins’ walk to the port.

Great location 10 minutes to port and old town, seafront restaurants very close, lovely garden, Marguerita, the owner was so lovely, very well equipped and clean apartment, would definitely return

The studio had everything we needed, was very Greek in colour scheme. Margarita was very hospitable, and the terrace area is gorgeous. It was only 6 mins walk to beach, bars & restaurants.

The walk from the port in midday heat with luggage!!! The distance is not far but Google maps took us the long way!!! Going back was a breeze though!

Margarita was extremely friendly making you feel really welcome. The room was very homely with lots of facilties including a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfy and there was a lovely seating area with a table and chairs outside the room.

Very nice room, everything within walking distance without being too close to the busy areas. Very friendly atmosphere.

Not very soundproof, could easily hear people staying in the same accommodation. I didn't mind, but I felt bad as I had come down with a bad cough the week I was there and didn't want to disturb anyone.

El estudio es muy bonito y funcional. Tiene cerca una tienda que abre hasta tarde y la dueña es encantadora. Lo que más me gustó fue el acceso directo al jardín y poder comer allí en un día soleado.

Clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed especially the patio and the friendly owner as well as the cat.

The shower was interesting with a curtain that covered just the lower half of the shower. Other rooms had a normal curtain.

Margarita was a lovely and generous host. She allowed us to pick oranges from the tree on her property and gave us Easter gifts while we stayed there. We also enjoyed sitting outside on our patio. The apartment was also very close to a small corner grocery store.

Finding the apartment was a little challenging. Local people helped direct us.

Warm welcome from Margarita - this apartment had everything I needed. Had to stay an extra night due to a cancelled ferry and this was arranged without a fuss.

The studio is located just a 10‑minute walk from Paros port. Margarita was a wonderful host who prepared the room beautifully and made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely stay and would gladly return.

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro, pur restando lontani dalla confusione. È stato piacevole avere un piccolo spazio esterno con affaccio sul giardino. Margarita è stata super gentile, disponibile e accogliente! Abbiamo fatto un viaggio a tappe, per cui arrivati a Paros avevamo bisogno di una lavanderia, Margarita si è resa disponibile per fornire lei questo servizio, ne siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti.

Il bagno non è finestrato, e presenta poco spazio per disporre le proprie cose; in 4 ci si deve un po' organizzare

Owner and the guests were very welcoming. I enjoyed the stroll in the morning to the coffee shop on the beach. Market is nearby and we felt comfortable and safe.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Very comfortable beds. The outdoor area is welcoming and nice to sit with a glass of wine. The owner is a friendly lady who wants you to feel like home. There’s location is very close to everything you need - supermarket, bakery, port and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here when you’re in Paros. Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ. 🌸

Furnitures a bit old. The hair dryer is quite worn out. The kitchen actually just a pantry. No ventilation so not for cooking proper meals But equipped with electric stove, salt and herbs.

Spacious and tastefully decorated studio room with absolutely everything you could need even for a longer stay. Super clean. The host Margarita and her husband are wonderful, super friendly and lovely with helpful tips for what to see and how to get around Parikia. We were actually sad not to be staying for longer, they were so welcoming.

We liked everything, An extra pillow on each of the beds and maybe a mattress topper would make this stay absolutely perfect.

El departamento estudio está ubicado a unas 8 ó 9 cuadras del puerto .Está sumamente equipado. Decorado con muy buen gusto. Limpio .Margarita es muy amable, un encanto de persona. Fácil de encontrar con la explicación que nos brindó la Sra Margarita. Muy lindo su patio para desayunar.Muy cerca de un supermercado grande. Totalmente recomendable.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Man kann den Strand und die Stadt in fünf Minute zu Fuß erreichen; zum Hafen braucht man etwa zehn Minuten. Vor allem waren Frau Margarita und ihr Mann sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Sie haben alles gemacht, um meinen Aufenthalt schön und angenehm zu machen. Frau Margarita hat die Zimmer mit viel Liebe und Fantasie nach einer traditionellen Art eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Man kann da sitzen und frühstücken.

Die Dusche war etwas klein, aber dies viel nicht ins Gewicht.

La atención de Margarita es inmejorable. Nos encantó sus estudios, tanto estos como los de alrededor son increíblemente bonitos, como todo en la isla. No tenemos nada de lo que quejarnos, la verdad. Solo nos arrepentimos de habernos quedado tan poco tiempo con Margarita. Si pudiera iría un verano entero.

Tienes que andar un poquito para llegar al centro, pero todo es tan bonito que apenas lo notas.

We really liked the location. The host was super nice and she even arranged a taxi to get to the airport. There is daily house keeping. There is everything you need in the studio.

It was far enough from the beach and town to be very quiet but just a short walk. Margarita has a lovely garden and nice places to sit outside in the shade during the heat of the day. And she was a delightful host.

The bathroom is a bit cramped, and like all bathrooms here the light switch is on the outside so you can’t sneak in during the night and not disturb someone sleeping, but that seems a small problem.

Spacious, clean, has got all the necessary amenities. There’s even a little area outside with a table. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

Shower was quite small. As there are a few apartments in the building, sometimes you could hear your neighbours. But overall it was not disturbing and it was quiet.

Good location, beautiful property, good amenities and great host. They cleaned the property on a regular basis and changed towels. They were flexible with us for check-in and check-out

La posizione é molto tranquilla, vicinissima al centro, ad una piccola spiaggia e al lungomare. Margarita é un'ospite accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.

Die Gastgeberin ist ein wahrer Sonnenschein und versucht es einem so schön wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man war schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Leider wurden die Mülleimer nicht täglich geleert.

Stayed here a couple of nights & it was so lovely. The garden was amazing & the family who owns it are the most welcoming & warm people you will meet. I definitely would recommend to someone looking for that local Greek feel.

The traditional feel and decor was beautiful. Good location. easy walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean.

We paid for a studio room but were given a smaller/standard room once we got there. I advised the owner who at first acted oblivious to the fact then admitted she was wrong once I showed her the booking.com reservation. She said she had no other room available and we were forced to stay in a cramped little room. The next day we spoke to the male owner who at first accused us of being “complainers” and we should just “accept it and have a holiday”! eventually they gave us a studio room but it was a very uncomfortable and negative experience getting there. Showers are very small. It is an old house turned into an accomodation so noise from all the surrounding rooms is very audible as they are all connected.

Everything was as described and well maintained, staff was nice and cordial. Cleaning everyday and very good contact with owners

Unfortunately neighbouring customers were loud during the night and you could hear everything they were doing

I have stayed here before, and I love this place. Here you find true Greek hospitality, the hostess is incredibly sweet and welcoming and you get exceptionally well taken care of. Location is great. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace. I will come back again!

L'accueil de Margarita, adorable, chaleureuse. La propreté impeccable des deux studios loués (un de 4 personnes l'autre de 2 personnes). La décoration soignée. Le rapport qualité prix de l'ensemble. 10 mns max du centre à pied.
