Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trovato l’appartamento super confortevole e pulito. Ottima qualità prezzo. Posizione strategica, vicini alla spiaggia e dai vari locali lungomare. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore.

The location just outside the main tourist area made it quieter at night. Easy walk to the town centre and beaches.

The bathroom was a little cramped.

The couple who run the accommodation are just fabulous. We highly recommend staying here.

L'établissement est bien il situé à 1km5 du centre ville, pas de difficulté pour se garer à proximité de l'hôtel fin Àout.Ce qui est appréciable tous les jours nous avions les dosettes nespresso fournies par l'hôtel et le gérant parle français.

La proximité des balcons qui sont séparés par un petit muret.

Hôtes et personnel très sympathique et accueillant, le propriétaire parle Français et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour visiter l'île. Le logement est propre, spacieux, literie confortable. Localisé à 15mn à pied du port et 5mn de la plage. Possibilité de louer un scooter dans une agence très proche. Nous avons également pu donner notre linge pour faire une machine.

-Le rapport qualité prix. La chambre est très moderne et confortable. -La proximité de l’hôtel avec le port et la plage. Le personnel est très chaleureux et disponible. -Les équipements de l’appartement (salle de bain + cuisine) sont vraiment top.

-Le lit double est composé de deux matelas simples. -L’isolation sonore n’est pas idéale. On entend parfois les autres clients.

Mooi schoon appartement. De reden dat het een 10 verdient is het personeel die je met alles wil helpen maar je ook parasol aanbied voor het strand zonder dat je er om gevraagd hebt. Geweldig gastvrij, echt een aanrader!

Great quiet location but still walking distance to everything! Beach is around the corner and Old Town is about a 8-10 min walk depending on your speed. The room was lovely and the balcony was an amazing addition. Check in process was easy and the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was amazing.

We loved everything. The owners are great, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything yet away from noise. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. Everything is squeaky clean! There is everything that you may need in the room. Even the make up removal towel.

Very friendly staff gave us ideas of what to do etc. The cleaning was top notch. Terrace was very nice.

The property was beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. Great location, just a 10-15 min walk to the port and a couple of minutes from cafes, a nice bakery, bars and the beach front. The staff were so kind and helpful, they couldn’t have made our stay any better!

The location is perfect!!! The family is sooo nice and helpful we were going to pay 45£ for a boat trip to monistraki beach but they told us about another one that was 15£!!! There was a bus that stops just a-few steps away from the hotel and like a 15 minute walk to the old town in parikia and the port and a 5 minute walk to the super market and a caffe that had lovely freddo espresso and a restaurant on the beach that had the best truffle pasta i have ever had and the beach is infront of the caffe just great location overall!! And if you haw any questions ask the family very lovely and helpful people

The only problem is that maybe the bathroom gets soaked but they were very helpful and gave us towels and offered to clean it multiple times and honestly it was worth it for the beautiful room and balcony and the location

One of the best apartments i've ever stayed in, very welcoming and friendly hosts, helpful ans upon check in they explained everything to us and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations! They care for your comfort and happiness! Room (considered a tiny apartment with all ur needs) was regularly cleaned spotless and location is very close to port and center! 10 mins walk

Bardzo udany pobyt! Pokóje był czyste i zadbane, ręczniki były regularnie wymieniane i sprzatane. Dużym plusem była również możliwość korzystania z ręczników plażowych, które były dostępne dla gości. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam ten nocleg

Everything, I have never stayed in a property so clean. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. We were made to feel so welcome, it was a beautiful start to our holiday. The customer service is impeccable. It’s so close to the beach and the main area. There is a bakery close by . The rooms and seating area is so much nicer than the photos.

Everything was more than good. The Staff were so polite and welcomed. Location is great. Clean, with everyday cleaning if you want. New and modern apartments. Kitchen was really good equipped. All was great.

La ubicación súper buena, el personal de recepción muy amable, nos recomendó que hacer en la isla y que no hacer también. La habitación muy limpia y las toallas te las cambian todos los días, además, te prestan las toallas de la playa. En general, la experiencia fue muy buena, 100% recomendable.

Me hubiese gustado que la cama grande no fuesen dos camas individuales juntas

L'accueil était génial, nous avons pu avoir des explications en français qui nous ont beaucoup aidées pour construire notre séjour. Les équipements étaient également super, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans le logement. Aussi, c'était très calme bien que proche du port à pied.

Die Unterkunft wird von einer bezaubernden Familie betrieben und dadurch fühlt man sich von vornherein sehr wohl und willkommen. Sie waren von Beginn an hilfsbereit und boten uns sogar ein Sonnenschutz-Zelt für unseren Strandausflug mit Baby an. Auch das Zimmer war super schön und geräumig. Der Blick aus dem Balkon ist ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Zentrum konnte man laufen (ca. 15min) und der nächstgelegene Strandabschnitt war auch absolut traumhaft. Wir werden definitiv wieder hierher kommen, wenn es uns wieder nach Paros führt!! :) Vielen vielen Dank, dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt so unvergesslich gemacht habt!

We booked this room super last minute and it was just perfect. We stayed in more properties on the island but this was the cleanest one! (heads up to the clears thank you❤️) The kitchen had everything you need and more, the bathroom had an amazing hot shower with strong water pressure ( not common in most places) and the reception staff was very kind and helpful. The beach and supermarkets were just a few meters walking.. I mean I would have stayed even more:)

We had a room facing the reception area on the ground floor which could got noisy and less private sometimes. So if you stay request a room on the upper floor as I assume there is less movement and peace

The manager of the property was so helpful! He gave us so much information about the island: places to go, where we could eat, must do activities, how the buses work, etc! It was beyond helpful, and allowed us to get the most out of Paros! The room also fit all of us comfortably, and we loved using the kitchen and sitting outside on the porch!

Loved everything. Room and surrounding extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Very centrally located to restaurants, beach and an easy walk to ferry. Very friendly staff.

This place is beautiful and very well-maintained. The interior is immaculate and features modern facilities, including a Nespresso machine which we really enjoyed using. In addition to the excellent amenities, the host was extremely welcoming. They kindly provided both pickup and drop-off services, which we didn't expect. They also gave us great recommendations for nearby supermarkets and restaurants, which was incredibly helpful. Everything was perfect. The only downside was that we could only stay for two nights. If we visit Greece again, we will absolutely return to Paros and stay at this wonderful property.

While you can walk to the port or the bus terminal, it might feel a bit far if you have heavy luggage. However, it’s a perfectly nice distance for a casual stroll. However, all of these minor inconveniences are more than outweighed by how wonderful the property and the host are.

Everything about the stay was great. It was the most modern studio I stayed in. Everything feels like new, the mattress is perfect, the wifi is the fastest I could find in the whole Cyclades and perfectly suitable for working (90/10mbit). I got a map with the best places around the island to discover and on every request Nikos and his wife were super friendly and helped out instantly. Thank you so much!

The bed was comfortable and the outlook was pretty. It was an easy walk into the port. The staff were very friendly and even helped us book a rent-a-boat.

The accommodation is by a road that the trucks and service vehicles used making it quite noisy during the day. We didn’t notice it when sleeping.

Absolutely everything about the apartment was tip top and perfect. Very close to the beach, a 10 min walk from the port and 15 minutes from the old town. Surrounded with great places to eat. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The shower was a highlight of the accommodations. The bed was large and super comfortable. The terrace was super relaxing and it was great to be surrounded by the scent of jasmine blooming in the garden. The staff was incredible with the manager providing loads of useful suggestions and occasionally playing some beautiful classic guitar for the complex to enjoy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Such a great place to stay, would definitely come back and visit. The owners were amazing and gave us places to explore, swimming spots and food recommendations. They did our washing and even folded it neatly and put it in our room. The apartment was perfect size. Big bed, huge balcony, really nice bathroom and very clean. Highly recommend this place. It is also very close to everything. 2 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the port as well as all the restaurants and a supermarket. Love this place

Os proprietários são muito simpáticos. Emprestaram-nos chapéu de sol e cadeiras para irmos à praia. A cama era muito confortável. Fazem limpeza todos os dias. Perto do centro da cidade, a 12min a pé.

Haviam algumas formigas no apartamento, que entravam por um pequeno buraco perto da porta. Alguma comida ficou infestada com formigas.

Tuve una estaría hermosa. Mi habitación tenía todo lo necesario para trabajar, cocinarme, preparar cafe y mas. Incluso dos balconies para disfrutar de las vistas a la montaña. Ivi fue una host muy amorosa. Me dio indicaciones de la isla, recomendaciones e incluso me acercó al puerto a mi vuelta! El alojamiento está a 10 cuadras del puerto y del centro de Parikia. También ahí mismo están los buses que te llevan a toda la isla, Ivi también me compartió que buses y los horarios que estaban disponibles.

La habitación estaba súper limpia, el personal encantador y la ubicación inmejorable. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas , súper recomendable.

La atención en la recepción fue la mejor, super agradables y nos explicaron un montón d cosas útiles .

Highly recommended! The apartment suites are in an excellent location—just a few steps from the beach. They are simply furnished, yet tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hosts are exceptionally warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Everything was amazing! The people behind the accommodation are exceptional. We had a few unexpected issues with our trip, and they were incredibly helpful and flexible. The room was perfect, with everything we needed, and the location was excellent. We couldn’t recommend it more! Thank you so much for welcoming us so warmly.

The apartment was super comfortable and SPACIOUS! I could have done cartwheels in my one bed suite, which is not the norm for Paros appartments. It’s a 5-10 min from the Livadi beach, and tons of restaurants.

The staff was incredible! They were so helpful with tips and recommendations and were very caring, helped us with a car rental who brought it directly to us. The place was extremely clean and spacious.

You can sometimes hear the water from other rooms, not really a big deal.

Nice bright, clean and spacious room. New towels and daily cleaning included. You get a beach towel, if you want to swim or lie on the beach. Little kitchenet provides everything to prepare a meal and all seems pretty brand new. The location was fantastic, minutes from the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle from a beach front location and also away from the main road. About 7min from the harbour and bus terminal.

Nothing really. If i have to find somthing, i'd say my room was to the side and didn't really get sun. Probably a bonus in the height of the summer, but end September a little sun would have been welcome. It was surrounded by greenery, which was nice and also screened it from other properties.
