AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan

Room and servise good

nothing

Location, ammenities

Breakfast spread can be better

Located near to town Easy access

The breakfast buffet should be more variety.. But its affordable breakfast buffet price tho.

Iron- i think need to change new one

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was one particular waiter at bfast , his name is Sargis, he was excellent. His demeanour, his pleasant personality just going above and beyond is service. The picture of hospitality at its finest.

Well we booked a twin sharing with a sofabed n the amenities for the bathroom was all for one like just one tooth brush. So some improvement can be made there.

Beds were good, shower pressure good, overall room was very comfortable.

A little bit of mould in shower, but not too noticeable.

Cleanliness and it was cosy unlike huge hotels

Not easy to get service at the lounge as no staff was stationed there in the day time.

Clean and the location near to town and store

The parking need to validate the TNG card everytime to out.

The breakfast spread was decent. However, as it was a busy long weekend, the hotel should have anticipated the crowd and assigned more staff to the dining area. There was also no one stationed at the entrance to check the number of guests entering.

The AC Hotel convenient to city centre . Super Clean and plenty of parking lots. Plenty of foods for foodie

Welcoming helpful friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. Lovely pool. Adequate gym.

Difficult to walk anywhere.

No lift from LG parking Hotel staff unable to speak Bahasa Melayu.

Besonderer Dank an Sagir & Esmail.

Bed is very comfy

Parking limited. No shops near by

Sehr freundliches Personal!

The size of room

Worse for family stay

Comfortable yet nice for a short stay. Easy access to town.

Clean

Nothing

Friendly staff, good location, clean although the lifts were a bit old. Water pressure for the shower was very good.

Lack of signages for eg, when exiting the room and while in the corridor, there's no sign showing where the lift lobby is. Also at the Lobby floor, there's no sign at the exit door showing where the car park is. Room cleaning staff took some time to get to our room, and forgot to replace the shower towels. Despite calling, the towels were not delivered.

Schoon en modern. Mooi zwembad met handdoeken service. Super uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the complimentary cake and the lovely honeymoon room decoration prepared for us. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made our honeymoon even more special and memorable. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

Nothing in particular. We were satisfied with our stay and had a great experience overall.

clean room & sumptious spread of breakfast friendly & helpful staff for making our recent two-night stay at your hotel such a pleasant and comfortable one.

The friendly reception. Quiet and clean

The sound from the street is still very loud. Maybe need better sound proofing windows

Good breakfast food ,good service's,clean swimming pool.

Ntg.

Excellent services and staff very polite.

Convenient location nearby to most major places around Kuantan, and there are a lot of eateries nearby to cater to breakfast to dinner. The room was clean and sufficiently sized, the bed was comfortable and the aircons worked very well. The room was very cold at night.

It’s a very small turn to get to the hotel which is easily missed if you’re not familiar with the area. Once missed, you’ll need to make a long U turn to come back. There are limited covered parking lots, and most likely you’d have to park under the sun.

Great value for money, friendly & helpful staff, very clean!

Food options were limited.

We had a one night stay at the hotel. Good location as it is close to town and to the beach. Room is very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for the short stay. The staff attending to us at the front desk, concierge and the restaurant were all very friendly and courteous.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The location was convenient, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely come back again!

The smell of the hotel

Room was rather small for the amount I paid. Bed was ok..pillow could have been better. Staff at reception was poor in handling my requests which were made early during booking, upon arrival and about 3.5 hours later. Buffet lunch left much to be desired, breakfast was ok/fair. Best thing there was the coffee and tea which was good. The pool area has no shade and you have to brave sunburn to step out there. There is a sad excuse for a lounge that has 3 tables which can fit about 9 ppl and poor selection of drinks for happy hour and food here is reheated. The staff was kind enough to tell me this when I enquired, so I praise her for being honest. I requested connecting rooms but I didnt get them. The room was noisy as some idiot kept moving things above, hence soundproofing between rooms beside and above are non existent...

Bed was plush with lots of pillows. Love the shower - high pressure water. The location is great too.

Breakfast could be better. But it still had variety and the usually staples.

Comfortable ambiance

Gym could be bigger

Checking in and out with ease. Staff friendly and helpful. Service staff at the breakfast coffee house were excellent, well mannered and quick to clear empty plates. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

One of the rooms' hair dryer didn't work, complained but was not rectified even when we left.

The breakfast spread was excellent and an EV charger is also provided

The breakfast had fewer choices compared to other hotel buffets, but the food tasted above average and we all enjoyed it every morning. The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't a luxury or premium room, but it was more than good enough for our stay. The location was great and very convenient for getting around the city. All the staff were friendly and provided good service.

However, the restaurant was quite small and couldn't accommodate a large number of guests. On our first morning, we had to queue for a table during breakfast. I think the hotel should let guests choose a breakfast time slot when the hotel is very busy. The swimming pool was also very small and looked a bit dirty, so we decided not to use it. Another issue was that the lift floor often became wet because many guests entered without drying themselves after using the pool. I think the hotel management should find a solution to improve this.

Excellent choices for business.

Parking!!

Best hotel in Kuantan

The room we stayed in was clean and in good condition. The bathroom and bed were comfortable. We liked the firm mattress.

Location wise, there was not much to do around the hotel within walking distance

Location and cleanliness

Shampoo and body shampoo as not refilled, parking is always full

Middle of town

Breakfast is pretty basic

the swimming pool

nothing

Location superb. Near to the beach. My kid liked the swimming pool. However, the pool water is salty. Probably the hotel use the filtered seawater for the pool. And the water in toilet all okay and tasteless.

The choice of cocktails should be more. Pls add more alcohol in the cocktails (ACGT). Too diluted.

ambient and location plus also the parking is complimentary for user

lift quite slow maybe old building

Modern , comfortable

Nothing
