the bidet was dripping when i arrived which they fix to 95% cause it still drip a little. but acceptable. the bathtub and sink was slightly clogged up without even closing the hole. the bed was a bit soft (causing body ache)but acceptable as the duvet was comfortable. all in all its alright. just they wont allow for late check out 1-2 hours despite it being post school holiday.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, war sofort ein Haustechniker zur Stelle, leider ohne Erfolg. Wir haben daraufhin umgehend ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Hotel und das beste am Platz angepriesen. Das kann ich so nicht bestätigen. Die Zimmer/die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut in Stand gehalten. Zum Teil defekt oder alt und abgewohnt. Was allerdings noch unschöner war, war der Reinigungszustand. Der Teppich mit Flecken, die Oberflächen der Tische/Ablagemöglichkeiten nicht gewischt, Gläser und Badarmaturen mit Fingerabdrücken und Gebrauchsspuren. Das Bad war sonst okay, die Duschtüre allerdings defekt, demzufolge das ganze Bad nach dem duschen unter Wasser. Auch wenn das zweite Zimmer in einem besseren Zustand war, würde ich das Hotel zu diesen Preisen nicht noch einmal buchen.

The concierge is not very knowledgeable about what are the things we can do in Kuantan. We had to do the bookings on our own.

The lifts are not maintained properly as we couldn’t go to level 4 where the pools and gyms are. When we complained to front desk they told us that we didn’t touch the access cards properly until we brought the staffs to the lifts themselves then only they admitted the access cards were faulty. Our bathroom room has this cigarette’s smells. The front desk staffs look stressful and hardly smiles.

Smooth and easy check in - we arrived earlier than expected. We were advised to return at 2.30pm. Thanks to Daniel, the check in staff who had greeted us earlier. He remembered us and had the room ready on our return at 2.30 pm. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet corridor. Spacious room. Previous reviews had mentioned poor / dim lighting in the bathroom but there were three lights in the bathroom sufficient to see. Good location - few minutes walk to East Coast Mall and Kuantan City Mall. Parking accessible and hotel staff validated our TouchnGo card without any problems. We didn't eat at the hotel , so we were not able to review the food options.

The TV had grainy images , if guests are expecting to watch TV. However, as we were not watching the TV, it didn't matter to us.

Property facilities need upgrade and regular maintenance. The rooms have flushing and drainage issue.

The location near to the mall

I would like to provide feedback on my recent experience during my stay at the hotel. Upon returning from Gambang at 4.30pm, I was disappointed to find my bedroom unclean and not yet serviced. This delay in room cleaning was particularly inconvenient after having to wait for 10 minutes for the elevator, with only one functioning for regular guests while the others were reserved for VIPs. Furthermore, the elevator I eventually used had a blackout issue, adding to the overall frustration. This lack of timely room servicing and cleanliness has diminished my satisfaction with my stay. I hope that improved efficiency and attention to cleanliness can be ensured for future guests to have a more pleasant experience.

Stayed here for one night during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's rest after a long day. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city centre, with the biggest shopping mall just opposite, making it very convenient for dining and any last-minute shopping. The check-out process was super fast and efficient, which was a big plus when rushing to my next appointment. The only downside was that the bathroom lighting was quite dim, which could be improved. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.

Hôtel pour une clientèle malaisienne chic. Chambre avec baignoire et douche. Salle de bain spacieuse. Buffet petit-déjeuner incroyable par sa variété de plats. Emplacement éloigné de la rivière mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Accueil agréable.

Manque de prises vers le lit. Vue du 11e étage sur le côté de l'hôtel donc inintéressante. Pas beaucoup de Transats vers la piscine.

There's a large shopping mall right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Although it's an older hotel, my room and the facilities—including the pool and gym—were great.

It’s a bit outdated, and things like the lighting design and the placement of the outlets are a little inconvenient. I think a table next to the armchair is a must. It would be better if the sheets were a little crisper and had a nice scent.
