Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Arpora – Baga was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, with lush surroundings and stunning views that instantly make you feel relaxed. Our room with the plunge pool made the stay even more special and was the perfect place to unwind. The hospitality was exceptional—every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was delicious, and every detail of the experience was thoughtfully taken care of. A perfect getaway in Goa, and we can’t wait to visit again.

Quiet rooms and greenery within the property have a rich bounding appearance for all age groups. Call-Me services from in room landline response is an area of improvement. As executives fail to remember what the guest had requested. The always respond with a set language “We will get back to you shortly.

Doubletree by Hilton Arpora is a Fantastic hotel. U get a yummy cookie at the welcome , Very comfortable and cozy rooms. Its best if you want to enjoy clubs and nightlife of vagator as its really close. Swimming pool is very huge. And property is surrounded with lush green trees all around manicured gardens its more like a resort. hotel staff is amazing and very smiling resturant is very big. They serve all kind of cuisines. Their Goan thali is awesome. GM Mr. MIthun Rao is extremely humble, and he is managing property amazingly well. It has alot of female staff and all were good Suchandrima house keeping was really helping. Chef Nishant Karan made us try great dishes and his whole fnb team Mr. Akash is really talented. Shohum was great help in resturant. Overall fantastic experience

The rooms are spacious, with all the basics, love the pool. This visit stood out with the service at the lobby bar thanks to wang who guided me in making the right choice. Check in and check out was smooth and received a great welcome.

I had taken breakfast and dinner buffet. It was very good. The rooms were very nice and they were clean and premium. The beds were exceptionally good, they were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and the size of beds was very good. Loved the rooms

The buffet was repetitive even though it was very good since we stayed for 3 days. The rooms did not have a bath tub which is a miss at this price point. The common areas like reception and corridors should've been air conditioned as it was unbearably humid and hot.

I am a Hilton loyalist, which makes this review all the more painful to write. Our stay at Hilton Baga was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had at a property carrying the Hilton name. Room condition: Upon check-in, we were shown a room with a broken tile and a strong damp smell — completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hilton. We had to request an immediate room change right after arrival. The overall interiors felt closer to a 2-star property than anything associated with the Hilton brand. F&B — the most upsetting part of our stay: At the breakfast counter, the staff member on duty (Shubham/Shubhashree) was visibly disengaged — chatting with colleagues and paying no attention to guests. When I approached him with a simple request — a couple of packed idlis for my 6-year-old child, as we had a 10-hour road journey ahead and road food is not suitable for a young child — he flatly refused, citing "standards." I had to stand there and explain my child's situation as if I were asking for something unreasonable. His response was cold, unhelpful, and frankly, unkind. This is not hospitality. This is a failure of basic human empathy. One bright spot: Poonam at the front desk was warm, proactive, and handled our room change swiftly and without fuss. She is the sole reason this review has even one kind word. Hilton leadership needs to urgently look at the physical upkeep of this property and, more importantly, the attitude of its F&B team. A child asking for idlis should never be met with a lecture on standards. That is not what Hilton stands for — or at least, what it should stand for. Not recommended.

The location was excellent - 10 mins to Anjuna or less and the same to Baga. Positioned in the middle. Staff was helpful with all they can do. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were really clean. We booked the room with a private pool - which was also exceptionally well maintained.

The wifi was extremely poor and not working for all of the 4 nights we stayed. We found this quite shocking for a Hilton hotel, as wifi is the bare minimum. The staff tried to help but they were helpless with what they can actually do. We had to buy a local sim just to use basic internet services. This is something that NEEDS to improve and was a major dealbreaker for us.

The place is well maintained. Pool is with depth variations from 3ft to 5ft. Room was good. Staff is quick to answer the call. We had a relaxing time.

The staff is very attentive and responsive. We asked for adjoining rooms and they gave us 2 rooms next to each other with an interconnected door, that we really helpful.

In our bathroom the water was leaking and the whole bathroom was getting wet. The rooms are ok. It is more of a business hotel and not a family leisure hotel. So if you are going to Goa for work then it is good but not when you are travelling with family. The food at their restaurant is very expensive. The breakfast had a decent spread, although we would have loved some Goan spread included in that. Overall ok hotel.

Amazing Rooms. Awesome Stay. Super Clean Pool. Staff promptness was 10/10. Breakfast 9/10 ( Can be 10/10 ). Bakery, Salad Spreads, Cold Cuts need more focus. Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10 Proximity to Eateries and Beaches 9/10 as everything was within a 3km radius Special Thanks to Mr. Aaksh from FnB and Mr. Mayank from Rooms Division. Infact the housekeeping as well as Restaurant and not to forget the valet team, security every person was 10/10 in services. PS: They serve the Best Cookies in the World

Our 4 Night stay with Family & Friends were Superb!!! As we were 3 Friends with their Families. Hotel Staff were very friendly they upgraded all our 5 rooms to Pool access rooms which was a great gesture by Mr Mayank, our kids were thrilled by those rooms as it made easy & quick for them to access Pool. Every day's Breakfast was awesome as they had good varieties which was flavorful Food & Fresh fruits. Mr. Aakash's special attention & welcoming ambiance set the tone for the day. Kids were happy to have delicious Waffle in breakfast. Daily Housekeeping staff was also good to keep all of our 5 rooms fresh since kids were frequently visiting pool & room. Check-in & Check-out were very smooth with delicious Hilton cookies, enjoyed by everyone. Azera's Thankyou Card with tasty Pastries made our Good bye really special. The customer friendly staff, the ambience, yummy breakfast and the swimming pool facility is an experience of satisfaction we shall cherish.

We had a room with private pool. Pool was well maintained and clean. The check in and check out have been smooth. Restuarant had a range of options. Housekeeping team have been prompt . All parameters for a comfortable stay have been met. Thankyou all . Cheers !

I’m going to be totally honest. If I could rate the staff and cleanliness of this hotel it would be 5 stars all the way. The commitment of all the staff during our stay (particularly Nigham by the pool & Dunsin at the bar) was nothing short of excellent and the Hilton Group should commend you on your efforts and loyalty. The pool area proved to be both and haven and in the end the downfall of the hotel. A popular place (obviously) and a sanctuary for most of the time. However, the hotels failure to enforce some sort of control over individuals brining their own music ended up ruining the stay. I have no issue with the hotel playing music if that’s their policy, but to allow guests to just bring in their own speakers and play music as loudly as they want, regardless of other guests is a failure to those other guests. Because of this we, as a family were put in a position where we had little choice but to leave. (The hotel manager and staff did their utmost to help us in our move and totally understood our position, but internal policy failures meant they had no way of stopping those people destroying other guests stay). It has left a bad taste for me and my family and ultimately put a real sour end to our holiday. I will hold Hilton solely accountable for this and will be taking the issue further with their group head office. Would we come back. Not until this issue has been resolved Other issues were there too. WiFi is appalling and the food was not 4 star at all.

The private pool with the room was as expected

The staff at reception was unusually inefficient, it took us more than 30 minutes to check out, the mere was only one position of the 3 positions working, and the people were attending out of turn, people in queue kept waiting. The horrible experience at checkout washed away the good memories of the previous 3 nights, and we are not coming back to this hotel again, nor would recommend it to anyone. The staff does not have the courtesy to occupy all positions at least around the checkout time of 11.00AM, they were just loitering around keeping people waiting.

The hotel is centrally located close to Anjuna beach which is a very scenic and beautiful area to stay. It’s away from the city noise and very good restaurants close by. The Hotel offers variety of Continental and Indian breakfast. The hotel has very clean and well maintained swimming pool for adults and kids. We were very happy with the staff especially Ms.Azera who was very kind and helpful through our stay. We had an amazing experience and would Love to be back again 👍

🚫 Recommendations: DO NOT stay at this hotel. Unsafe, exploitative, and guest‑unfriendly. AVOID at all costs. 🚫 This hotel is in collusion with the local taxi union, effectively trapping guests. Once you check in, you are forced to use their taxis at 2–3 times the normal fare, with outside taxis completely banned. On our last day, when we booked an independent cab, union members blocked it. The hotel lobby refused to help, showing zero concern for guest safety. We had to drag our luggage for 500 meters, only to find our driver surrounded and threatened. The union even produced a letter from hotel management granting them exclusive rights over all guests. To make matters worse, Hotel Manager Mr. Antony asked us to walk to the taxi point. After witnessing the tussle, we approached him for help. He unapologetically admitted he knew about this issue. When asked why he hadn’t warned us in advance about the danger, he casually replied that the problem is “well known on social media” and he expected us to already know. This is an outrageous abdication of responsibility and a blatant disregard for guest safety. The situation was hostile and intimidating—we genuinely feared missing our flight. Hotel management was indifferent, leaving us to fend for ourselves in a threatening environment. This is not hospitality—it is harassment and exploitation. Strong warning: Stay away from this property. It is unsafe, unethical, and a disgrace to customer service.

Staff is helping and polite..room was ok..not well cleaned.. breakfast had variety but lacked taste.live counter was good indeed..pool is good and clean.

Hotel charged us more than the normal rates. First they blamed it on bookin.com as they are third party and later they said their pricing keeps changing everyday. This was inspite of mentioning this price difference during checkin. Later there is no co-ordination between front desk, hotel amanger and housekeeping. We had to goto the room after and hour of waiting to get the room cleaned up faster ourself. On top of this the lazy manager balmed us to forcefully enter the room and interrupt their extemely slow movements. This unprofessional approach to delay a guest till 5 pm and then also try to hide whats happening in the room was just their attempt cover up their laziness and slow response. wasted our complete fun of reaching a destination and also ruined our evening plans

Our stay experience was great. We got a pool facing balcony room and it was good. Breakfast buffet spread and taste was also good. Sharath and Fatima from housekeeping were very helpful and polite.

Breakfast was too good and satisfying. Enjoyed everything coffee was really good and food was very nutritious and was elaborate. The staff was greatly helpful and gracious specially Azeras presence was always welcome and appreciative as she would always be helpful for all of us. The breakfast assistant was also very nice to help Shimti I think
